Hi Guys, I was looking for a Honda Rigdeline, while online searching the truck was listed on the dealer. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Tim, he is a great sales representative. We setup an appointment to look at the truck after work. He was relax and super nice, gave me all the information on the car. A bit of history from precious owners and carfax. He explained in detail the buying process helped me to get rates on car loans. I used and outside loan there was no problem with that. Tim gave me the paperwork to take to my bank. Once I was approved Tim and my bank confirmed all the details of the loan approval. The process was Monday to Wednesday very fast. I never felt pressure to buy or commit to any terms, add on,extras. I had a fantastic experience at Auto City Sales. They were not pushy. They let me check out their inventory at my leisure but were helpful. I will highly recommend them to family and friends. Stan & Tim are the best! It's a great place to buy a car. I love my new car!!!

I have just purchased a Nissan Xterra from them last week. I am a good online shopper so I have checked every listing for a used 2005 Xterra in my price range including Craig's List. I saw the car trough another website they advertise in. So I checked their reviews and decided to go there. Their price for my Xterra was almost 1000.00 under bluebook but I do not know much about cars so I wanted to show it to my mechanic. Now here is the great part these guys were so cool I went there test drove the car for a few exits brought it back and they have not pressured me at all. The next morning I went back and asked them if I can take it for pre purchase inspection. No problem they gave me the keys I took it from El Cajon to PB to my mechanic spend a few hours checked everything. Car passed with flying colors except for a few cosmetic things. I went back and asked to fix the tail light reflectors. They did everything. I am so happy with my car. Best car shopping experience. Very kick back friendly people. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I felt that the staff was very transparent throughout the process. They don't hassle you and are willing to accommodate for test drives, 3rd party inspections and anything else you need. They really let you do your own thing to find out if you want the car or not. The car I bought was at a fair price and my independent mechanic was impressed with its condition. Stan and Ramil were great helping me get the car I wanted.

I bought a 2002 VW Jetta from them in September 2012. And it was a great deal! I had my mechanic look at it - detailed 80 point inspection - and he was impressed. Honestly, I haven't seen another dealership, that have so many quality and low mileage cars. My car runs great, except for an axle shaft problem which was covered under 3 year warranty, which I also purchased from them. Great easy-going guys. They even helped me with financing. Their cars are priced better than most places I saw.

I bought my car BMW X5 its used car but still expecting that the car are totally okay and because they said its no problem were fine for me even its something small parts missing and broken. The first day of driving is fine but there is a sign signal that the coolant level, 2nd day the car starting to show all the parts that they not replace so that I bring the car back to check and they replace it. Then we still observing the car so we can bring it back to check because one of the guy says that I can bring the car whatever something weird because the car is not 100% fix. The responsible for that car to fix everything has an emergency to do that's why he stop doing it. Month of june the car already have a sign that need to check coolant level and we buy right away and put it on. Just only 1 week the car appear again the sign check coolant level so I am wondering, I called the dealer representative he said I can go there, Then when I got there they check the car what's the problem so they need to replace the reservoir because they said its old but they give me an estimate and he ask me if I want me to do it and the bill is almost $300.00 so it means for only 2 months the car have no more maintenance warranty. The car is not even yet drive far.

This dealership is one of the best I have ever dealt with. The car I bought was very clean, and all the records and history was given to me, and no hassle on making a deal. No pressure sales talk is what you get. Stan is the MAN! Hes very professional, helpful, and honest. He doesn't force you to buy anything else with the car and I felt like he wasn't out to get my money. Just do all your research before you decide because they already know how much they're car is worth based on its value and condition. Its been about 2 months since I got the car and the windshield washer fluid was not working. I called and spoke with Dennis today and he offered to take a look at it even though I didn't have a warranty. I should've checked it before, but it was such a small matter that i didn't even think about it back then. In short, my wife brought it in. They checked and fixed the hose. She was in and out of there no questions asked. These guys are cool. I really recommend checking them out. I am definitely coming back to them first if I decide to get another vehicle and to me that is important.

This is our second purchased car from Auto City and we as a family have been happy. Our first purchase is a Saab 2004, good condition, price was right for the year and miles on it. We just purchased another car Golf 2001, again great condition, price again was there. Never pressured by the salesmen, in fact they offer once you find a car you like to take it out for a test drive and it does not matter how many and how long for those drives. Again, friendly, no pressure salesmen, honest and up front. Paper work / history with all their cars are their and on the website for you to review. Website, easy and well done. Pictures on all cars are very detailed and true in person. Husband and I have looked on other dealerships websites, but always come back to Auto City Sales, knowing the kind of help, salesmen, paperwork and cars that we get for our buck.

All their cars are great and they have nothing to hide. They didn't try to fake sell any vehicle but instead let me comfortably make my decision.
