I had purchased a Mazda 3 from Autex in 2013 and recalled that the experience was pretty easy-going. So when I got a message from my prior sales person - Gretchen - that now was a good time to trade in my 2013, I decided to go in and see what could be done. With three kids in college we needed the payments to stay approx the same. A couple hours later I had purchased my second Maxda3 from Gretchen and I am just as happy this time as I was in 2013. She's easy to talk to and does not make the process the least bit stressful. I assume I will go back in three years and get another car from Autex.

I had been taking my old Mazda in for repairs for a few months and was satisfied with the service department. Then when I needed a new car, the employees treated me very fairly and were honest about the pros and cons of the cars I was interested in. They also went the extra mile to ensure my purchase was easy. Great experience, and now I have a great car!

Donald Class was great to work with. I had specific options that I wanted and the cars that were available in the lot did not have those options. Donald was very patient with me as I waited for the right combination to be found. He offered test drives in a variety of configurations, but I really would not take anything but a certain color with the safety/technology package. I ended up with a Model 6 instead of a Model 3 (with the correct color and options) at a very fair price. As long as you have reasonable expectations on price and are aware that they cannot sell a car for less than they pay for it, Autex will work with you. Right before my deal was sealed, there was a huffy guy that was convinced that by being arrogant, nasty, and rude that Autex would match his price just to shut him up. They didn't, he told his wife and dog that he was leaving, hoping that they would be stopped, they left (without being stopped), and then I stepped up and negotiated a very fair deal by treating them with respect and understanding the fact that the prices are negotiable but that the sticker prices are not marked up like jewelry of furniture. Check some of the websites that calculate what prices you can expect to pay. You won't look stupid if you do your homework.The time in the "interrogation box" when signing the final paperwork at delivery with the top manager is still an exercise in "Just Say NO" as multiple $500 options are offered as a "take it now or you lose it" in a flurry of up-selling, but Donald and the person that does the final price negotiating BEFORE the final sale are both fair without the "I will check with the manager" bull that is so common at dealerships. I will be buying another car from them again.If you WANT a certain option or documentation about an option, stand your ground. I was told by another employee that my option was not available and I would have to "settle". I called MazdaUSA and confirmed that the option DOES exist and the search was on. Donald got a sale out of it. (and he is a LOT of fun during the whole process).

A 150 mile radius search for a very specific car led me to Keene, NH, and Gretchen. She was very responsive to all of my questions beforehand, and made me confident that the 100 mile drive would be worth it. When we got there the car was out in front ready for us. She went over the finer points of the car before we headed out for a test drive, and she programmed the dealership in the navigation so we didn't have to worry about finding our way back.Gretchen also has quite the sense of humor, and by the time we left there, I was pretty sure we had known each other for years. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Thought for sure I would have to get a roof rack locally, but she remembered that was something I needed. They had one in stock and it was installed while we waited so the car was all set when I drove it off of the lot. Even though there are many dealers much closer, I am glad we made the trip. Car buying is something I dread, and they made it as painless as dropping that amount of money could be. Gretchen's attention to detail, sense of humor, and the general laid back feel of the dealership made it a really good experience. And the car is pretty cool too.

I went to Mazda of Keene to browse new cars and Donald came out to the parking area to help me. I have purchased many new vehicles but I enjoyed this one the most. Donald was very helpful in answering all of my questions, I was a little nervous about changing my "brand" of car but Donald made me feel confident and comfortable in purchasing a new Mazda CX3. He made me feel like I was top priority, introduced me to all of the staff, explained everything in detail. I felt like we were old friends by the time I left. I'm looking forward to servicing my new car at this dealership. Donald is not only a great salesman but a great person.

So ichave never bought a brand new vehicle I have purchased many newer vehicles but never new but my wife wanted brand new so the last few months we have been searching here and there and went into Mazda a few times dealt with Donald once and Gretchen once seems I bought vehicles from her before I knew I could trust her so I brought my wife in and she loved everything about the Mazda cx5 (2016) we were able to test drive a few and with ZERO hassle I might add and decided after reading reviews on if we purchases a very nice cx5 I would tell anybody to buy here and go with a personality because everybody there has one

DECEPTIVE!!!! This dealership and the corporation have deceptive practices. If you lease a car and are thinking of turning it in early (not rolling into another Mazda)be prepared for a HUGE wake up call. Neither the dealership nor the corporation were friendly, pleasant or helpful. Upon discussing with them, they apply a differential fee and a disposition fee. So, they take your car sell it at an auction and you pay the difference of what they dont recover at auction plus a $300 disposition fee. Their website is also misleading as they tell you that you can call for an estimate of what would be owed at the time of terminationTHEY CANNOT provide this information to you. Mind you, I was going to finish paying out the life of the loan!!! Wouldnt a car depreciate after a year? Any normal dealership/corporation would be happy to get a car back with low mileage, less wear and tear and new tires. NOT MAZDAthey over extend and make the lessee make up the difference. They do not mention any of this as they are having you sign your life away!

I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from Autex Mazda dealership in Keene. I'm always skeptical going into dealerships, expecting salesmen that push you one way or another and managers that argue about prices. Prior to this vehicle I purchased a Subaru, it took me going to four different dealers before I found one with good customer service. This was the only Mazda dealer I have been to for this car! Purchasing this car was the smoothest, friendliest transaction I have ever had with a car dealer. Not once did I feel pressured or like I had to be defensive. Everyone was willing to work with me and accommodate what I was looking for and what I could spend. Adam, my salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and seemed legitimately caring about my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle. They gave me a fair value for my trade in vehicle without any negotitating. This made me feel like they are honest and up frontwhich in my opinion is rare to find in a dealership. I recommend this dealer to anyone who doesn't want to deal with the typical, expected hassle of buying a car.

I recently purchased a new 2016 Mazda CX-5 GT from Autex over the internet via a bid request sent to various New England Mazda dealers that had a car in stock equipped (or could be equipped) per my specifications. Tim Machunsky, General Sales Manager, took my internet request seriously and provided the winning bid. Tim Hall, Customer Relations Coordinator, followed up with the detailed breakdown of the "Out-the-Door" price quote that I had requested before purchasing the auto (I needed verification that their bid indeed was a true "out-the-door" price before making the 2-hour trip to Autex to test drive/inspect the car and finalize the deal). When I finalized the deal, I was surprised and disappointed that Mark Eber, Business Manager, did not offer a Mazda-backed extended warranty. He said he could only offer a 3rd party (Portfolio} extended warranty which I later found out does not have a very good customer rating. If I want a Mazda-backed extended warranty, I will now have to purchase it separately from another Mazda dealer (probably the dealer that services my car) since I cannot include it in my Mazda Capital Services low interest rate auto financing contract. Make sure you do your homework on the Finance/Insurance items (auto loan, gap insurance, extended warranty, etc.) before finalizing your deal. Adam Houle, Sales Professional, was extremely helpful throughout the transaction and spent a great deal of time making sure that I was familiar with how to access and control all of the key technology and infotainment features of the auto before leaving the dealership. Adam and Tim Hall also made sure that all the additional accessories that I had specified were installed and the car properly titled and tagged (I'm from out of state) by the date that I had requested to take delivery of the car. Shortly after leaving the dealer's lot to drive my new car home, I noticed the "check engine" light was on. By the time I returned to the dealership, the service department had closed. Adam spoke to the service manager, Chris Barnwell, who was almost out the door about my situation. Chris promptly took my car into one of the service bays and personally ran a diagnostic test which revealed that the gas cap had not been fully tightened when the car had been filled with gas, as part of the delivery prep., earlier that day. This was one of the smoothest and most professional auto purchasing experiences that I have had and I would highly recommend Autex Mazda if you want a professional and "hassle free" auto buying experience. "Shop them Last" and you will see what I mean.

I inquired about a 2012 Ford Espace on a Friday through Autex's website and drove away with it on Saturday!! Adam made the whole process quick and easy for my family- we went in at 1pm and drove away with our car at 5pm. Autex was very accommodating with our young child and he was comfortable and happy there. We recommend Adam to anyone, he isn't pushy and makes sure you get what you are looking for. I am very happy with my escape and we look forward to doing more business with Autex soon. Thanks!

I needed a new 7 seater car for my family we didn't have great credit we got a flyer in the mail for Autex auto so I decided to give them a call to see if there was anything they could do for me. I spoke with Richard Roy and he was very nice I explained our situation and Richard told me to fill out an application online, filled out the application and that same day Richard called me back and told me what I needed to bring with us to complete our loan process then set up an appointment to test drive a minivan. Autex auto helped us get a loan to get into a car even with our credit. They are great at Autex auto when no one else would give us a loan they did!!! I will surely be referring all my friends to Autex auto when they are looking for a car and I will definantely go back there when I need another car. This is the Best dealership. This dealership and Adam was a great place to look for a new vehicle. The gave me an honest and fair quote for my old vehicle and made sure that I didn't buy anything without thinking it through. There was no pressure to get anything specific. When I finally decided to get my new vehicle, they asked me which one I wanted so they could get everything together before I arrived. It took about 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork once I decided on the vehicle.Adam maintained contact after the purchase to make sure the car was everything I was expecting. He was friendly and outgoing. This dealership is definitely the place to go if you want absolutely no hassle or fuss when it comes to getting a new car.Everyone from the salesmans (Adam) to the finance manager, to the person answering the phones were polite and patient as I asked my questions. i bought my first used Miata from Autex almost twenty years ago - still in family. my current winter beater miata recently started acting up on weekend run to VT. i limped it to Autex and left it on a Sunday afternoon. they were responsive by ten AM monday. Realistic about goals and great initiative in seeking out used parts where appropriate. prompt and friendly calls and reassuring. bill was about half of what i had braced to pay. Donald Class in sales was highly knowledgeable and friendly without being over-bearing. No high pressure tactics at all! After listening to my wants and needs, he pulled up the car that I ended up leasing. Good guess Donald. Bright red with beautiful 19" wheels! I have never had a sales person spend so much time going over all the technology and features of my new 2016 Grand Touring CX-5. He also took me on a tour of the facility where I got to meet several of the service and parts associates. Tim the finance manager gave me plenty of financing options and took the time to explain them all, helping me decide on a perfect lease that actually works for a higher mileage driver like myself. Great people and experience! I love my Mazda!

When we my wife and I got there, we were able to browse a little before Gretchen approached us. Was no high pressure sales. We test drove several cars, they even pulled the one off the showroom floor for us. Once we decided which one we wanted the process was very relaxed, little negotiating, which is nice. Once we completed the sales process, Gretchen sat with me and showed me all the features and benefits that I would need to know. Very very helpful, was impressed on how much she new about the product she sold! I will shop there again and would highly recommend Autex.

I have taken several of my vehicles and my wife's car to this dealership for service and have always been treated with respect and honesty which is why I keep going back. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I love the idea that they wash your car for you everytime you bring it in for service. Dave & Chris are easy & fun to deal with which is another reason I like to go there. You are given a "report card" on your vehicle and are not being pressured into doing any repair work. If it needs to be fixed they will tell you and if you don't fix it then it's your problem.

I have no choice but to give Autex Mazda of Keene, NH a great review because they had the car I wanted and gave me a good deal. In fact, Autex was the only Mazda dealer in all of New England that had a 2016 Mazda6 in the Sport trim/six speed manual shift, with the beautiful Blue Reflex color and sand interior. Gretchen does the car buying for the dealership and was my sales gal. She did a wonderful job and offered a good deal that made the drive from Portland to Keene very worthwhile. This is only the second new car purchase of my life, which has been filled with decent, though older, used cars. I did my home work and knew what I wanted. Autex Mazda and Gretchen came through for me and I can recommend them with enthusiasm and confidence.

I was interested in buying a Mazda for a long time. When my 2005 Chevy Cavalier was totaled in an accident last Fall it was time for a new ride. I was away out of the country for 3 months, so I put off buying a car until I returned. When I returned I first looked at Fords and Hyundais (different dealerships). Nice automobiles but they didn't do anything to move me to make a purchase. I needed a new car but I was not exactly sure what. So I went with my first instinct and drove to Autex Mazda in Keene, NH. I had trouble making a decision between a Mazda 6 and a Mazda 3 Hatch.Donald Class helped me with my decision. There were no high pressure points, just information, realistic options and expectations.I didn't need all the bells and whistles like heated seats, backup camera, navigation system......but the staff impressed upon me that I would appreciate these features. So I bought the Mazda 3 with a little more features and options than I originally planned on buying. I was glad I bought this car off the lot as it really was a great car. I know I made the right decision when I looked at the 20-day license plate and someone wrote in black ink, "Thank you and God Bless, with a smiley face".Amen!

I really appreciated his respectful attitude and the fact that he seemed to listen to my concerns and try to accommodate. I am so glad a friend suggested looking at Mazdas when it came time for us to get a new car. The dealership in Keene was incredibly pleasant. There was a calm atmosphere, despite it being the last Saturday in December (and it was clear they were fairly busy.)We were greeted immediately by Donald Class who carefully listened to what we needed. We were very frank that we were on a tight budget --never once did he try to convince us to get into a car we cannot afford. As said before, we were there on a friend's reccomendation so we didn't know much about Mazdas. Mr. Class believes deeply in the value Mazda offers. We learned a lot from him. These cars are dependable, affordable, and get great gas milage. All that, and leasing one from the Keene dealership could not have been smoother. All the employees were friendly,including the man who helped us with the credit report and financing. I'm very glad we are Autex Mazda customers. I have already suggested the dealership to some friends who are looking for a new car.

I owned my previous car for 14 years and loved it but needed to get a new one - I had very specific requirements for a new car. The folks at Autex were able to meet those requirements and more. Over the summer, I had gone in to check out a few Mazdas but said I wasn't ready yet to purchase anything. They did not pester me with calls or emails. When I was ready, I came back to look at cars. I appreciated that. When I decided on the Mazda 3 i Grand Touring 5 door, they were able to get the exact color with the accessories that I wanted as well. There were none of the usual back and forth with the sales manager to purchase the car. It was all done with the utmost respect for the customer. I also appreciated that Charlie talked directly to me and made sure that I understood the car and did not direct the information to my husband. Autex Mazda made my buying experience VERY positive. I was looking for a Mazda CX 5 and made an appointment with Gretchen. She was not only extraordinarily knowledgeable, she was also extremely friendly and professional. I have gone into dealerships in the past and found that I knew far more about their product than the under informed sales people. Not in this case! From the test drive to purchase Gretchen handled all with capable grace. The sales manager Tim - was equally helpful. He worked hard to get me the best possible price in trade and I developed trust in him and in Gretchen in a short period of time. Autex is a small dealership and that is a good thing. The employees speak glowingly of the owner and they clearly feel well supported and happy in what they do. All this contributes to an excellent buying experience. I am pleased with the both price I paid and the quality of service. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member to Autex Mazda. My CX 5 is a terrific vehicle and I am very pleased with Mazda as I researched them through everything from Car and Driver to Consumer Reports. That is a lot said "coming down" from an Audi. This is a quality car dealership that I would recommend highly to anyone.

(Sorry..., but I stole the idea from the Maine state motto: "Maine, The Way Life Should Be.").Just yesterday, December 6th, 2014, I bought a brand new vehicle at Autex Mazda, a CX-5 Grand Touring, blue reflex mica. I was even the first person to ever test drive this particular vehicle - how cool is that!!?? My car buying experience here was just about perfect. They are even going to drive it down to Amherst, MA, and deliver it to me after they go to the Massachusetts DMV and my insurance company. Wow!I wish to thank Donald Class and Tim Machunsky for their excellent service and for making my car buying experience a very good one. In the past I have left dealerships feeling dirty - having dealt with unscrupulous sales managers who pounce as soon as they sense a weakness or an ambiguity. Not the case at Autex Mazda - I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Words of advice: Do your research. There really are only 3 things you need to know about buying a car: Research, Research, and Research. Use the Internet and the many resources you can easily access online before going to a dealership In my opinion, some of the best resources are, AAA, USAA (military), Consumer Reports, True Car, Edmunds.com, Cars.com, Kelly Blue Book, NADA, CarsDirect.com. If you use these resources and do your homework you will more than likely have a much better buying experience because, "Knowledge is Power!" You will not waste your time or their time - and they greatly appreciate that! You will know what you want, but MOST importantly, you will know what price you should pay for it. There is a reasonable price which is fair for you and fair for them. Remember: they need to make a reasonable profit and you need to feel you got a good deal and were not ripped off. Regardless of what I just said above, (and I believe you need to do all that stuff) its still important to size up their vibes when you arrive. If you want a Mazda - and who wouldn't? So my wife and I stopped in and were thinking about trading in our 09 cx-7, it was kind of a blah day and didn't really think anything good was going to happen that day. From the moment we got out of the car we were greeted by Donald Class, a smiling face from the past. As we bought the cx-7 from this very place two years ago. Don was the man who originally helped us the first time but we ended up not buying that day and came back the next day ready to go but unfortunately he was off that day and he didn't get the credit. ??. Sorry again Don! Anyhow don was great! He is funney and full of excitement but also very knowledgeable and and professional. Donald won't steer you wrong as we found out. I recently purchased a new Mazda and decided to go with AUTEX, based on a recommendation from a friend. My initial concerns about buying a car in New Hampshire, while I live in Connecticut, almost immediately disappeared after talking with the staff. Tim the sales manager helped put me in the perfect car and made sure to give great consideration to a few very specific needs I had when picking a car. Tim the finance manager took care of all the financing and got me a great rate, despite not so great credit. Most of the business was taken care of over the phone with very little needed from myself. I simply picked up the car and my plates came via UPS a week later. Needless to say, I love the car, loved the experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back to AUTEX Mazda again.

For only the second time in 38 years of car buying, I have had an entirely positive car-buying experience. In June, I ditched my derelict Passat for a nimble little 3S, with its Jag-like lines and Bose sound. Donald Class was a pleasure to deal with, as were the Sales and Finance Managers. The atmosphere at Autex Mazda is relaxed; no oily-pressure sales, just a friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff. My first scheduled service was done promptly, on schedule, and on the house, even including a tire rotation. Autex is a 1 1/4-hr. drive for me; but, it is well worth it. Heck, in a 3S, it's a treat.

This was my first experience going to a car dealership, and to be honest I was nervous. With my dad in toe we pulled into the Autex Mazda lot. We were then greeted by Donald Class. His friendly demeanor, and honest personality made me instantly feel at ease. This experience could not have been better! First, they completely honored my "True Car Consumer Reports Pricing Certificate", with no worries from me that there might be additional fees. Second, and what really surprised and pleased me-- was that they held the car I wanted for 3 days before I could get there to pick it up! I drove from NY state to get my Mazda 2 Sport car.Don Class, my salesperson was extremely patient, helpful and reassuring over the phone and we went for a good test drive before I bought the car. Additionally, the two "Tims", Tim Machunsky (Sales Manager) and Tim (Finance Manager) are very nice gentleman who made finalizing the sale smooth and efficient! I was shopping around for the best deal I could get in four-state area around western mass - especially looking for what I had determined was my dream-car in a great color - when I was contacted by Charlie that they had one on the lot. After some initial confusion (use a phone rather than email with these folks for best results), I decided to take a look and drive the hour to get a sense of this car.Boy am I glad I did! The car was everything I was hoping it was and more! And unlike other dealers in western mass who had babysat with me while I test drove a car, at Autex I was able to take the thing out for a real spin by myself. I know it sounds silly - but when you've got someone looking over your shoulder it puts a huge crimp on your ability to really get a feel for the car you're driving - takes away your permission to try things out. So I got a real feel for the car, which sold me on it then and there!After returning to the dealership, I found Charlie and Tim to be laid back, easy to negotiate a fair deal with, and a total lack of the usual run-around bull-crap that most dealers employ (IMX). Nobody tried to drag the process out, or pinch me for yet a few more dollars or up-sell a bunch of useless "features" or such. Just honest negotiations.And the best part followed. Since I am in western mass, there had to be some coordination to get new plates and delivery of additional money down (my fault for not bringing my check book), and Tim & co. went out of their way to try to get all of the paperwork and RMV title & registration taken care of quickly - the very next day in fact!I've bought three new cars from dealerships so far, and this was by far my best experience. Recommended. :D

I used both the AAA car build program and Truecar.com to identify 3 dealers who had a 2014 Mazda CX5. Autex came up in both searches and had the lowest "administration fees". Gretchen Jackson reached out to me via email and answered all my questions very promptly. I knew what I wanted and Gretchen Jackson was very straightforward when I arrived for a test drive. She didn't try to sell me more car than I wanted, which I appreciate and honored the quote that I had through Truecar and AAA. The financing that Mazda offered was better than my bank, and Tim Hall took me through the process very efficiently. I was able to leave with my new car about 3.5 hours later and was very pleased with the experience. The service seems very convenient (available on Saturdays, free wifi and shuttle service to outlets).

Let me start by saying the reason I choose Autex Mazda was because when I first stopped by and was in the "just looking" phase I was approached by Donald Class. He was professional and not pushy. Her educated me on the vehicles they had on the lot and listened to my concerns.I had been to other dealerships in Keene and each time was approached by sales people who clearly only had a sale in mind. They did not care about what was best for me. I checked in a few times with Donald to see what was available and finally the perfect Mazda CX 9 came in. I test drove, took some time to think about it, test drove it again, and then I was able to submit all the financial info on line and this was so convenient. Donald let me know exactly what documents and information I needed and the sales team kept me informed all the way. One thing I found is that several of the people on the team also drive Mazda's, being a first time Mazda owner this was important because I felt the staff really believe in the cars they sell. Donald is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was also good about following up after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my car and experience. I though that was nice.I would highly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. They truly define quality customer service!

The laid back approach and friendliness I experienced made it easy for me to feel comfortable when shopping for a new car. Today I was able to lease a brand new Mazda CX 5 Touring at an incredible lease price thanks to Gretchen Jackson. We told her what our financial parameters were and what we were looking for in another lease for me and she came through with flying colors. My husband had just leased a brand new Mazda CX 5 Sport two months ago for him so we needed to be mindful of our budget. She was able to get me not only the color I wanted but a CX 5 in a Touring instead of a Sport and still keep within our budget. Our Salesperson Donald Class' in-depth product knowledge was a breath of fresh air: he not only knew the "bells and whistles", but the performance, model, and option information as well. He went to work on getting us what we wanted. Tim took care of the paper work and every thing was taken care of in a timely manner. The experience we had there was like none before. From the moment I stepped in the door Gretchen was friendly and helpful. She showed me around the lot, and printed out details on every car I was interested in. I had been shopping around every dealership in town, had visited at least 3 that day alone, and that was the first time anyone printed me a data sheet on a car. This is a fantastic idea, I don't know why other dealerships don't do it, but I love it.She answered every question I asked and never pressured me. Very important point. She listened to what I wanted, and NEVER showed me a vehicle that didn't fall inside my parameters. Excellent customer service. I visited a few times, and got the same quality attention each time. After the purchase, she even introduced me to one of the service technicians, so I would know who to come to should any problems arise. Though Gretchen said I could always call her in the future as well. In short, she made sure I knew who would be taking care of me.I would also like to mention Tim, the gentleman who processed all the documents. He had me out of there in less than 15 minutes, without rushing, and he made sure I understood every piece of paper I signed and received. We stopped in late (after 5pm Friday) We knew Gretchen was trying to leave, so we just told her we just looking. Instead she went and got the car I wanted and let us take it for a test drive. LOVED IT Mazda3 standard.I told her that I would be back in the morning after work. I told Gretchen that I would rather get teeth pulled than deal with car dealers.She said that she was different. She proved that she was different.I was out of there with my old truck (I miss her) traded in, and driving the car that we test drove the night before in less than 1 1/2 hours.Gretchen gets it! I just leased a 2013 Mazda Mazda3 iTouring from Autex Mazda. This is the 5th (FIFTH) car that my family (my mom and I) have purchased from Charlie Brown at Autex Mazda and we will both continue to go to Autex and to see Charlie for our automobile needs. The reason we continue to go back to Autex and to see Charlie is because he, and the rest of the team, always take the time to understand our needs and always work their hardest to get us into the vehicles we desire at the price we want. I am going to be a senior in college and due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself in a bit of a financial rut and the biggest of the burden was the payment I had on my 2011 Mazda3 that I also purchased from Charlie. I went to Autex and I told Charlie I needed a lower payment on my car. I was thinking of just refinancing, but when Charlie told me the price on my new car, it was an offer I couldn't pass up. Overall, Charlie and the Autex team saved me over $80 and got me into a newer, better car than what I had before. They worked around my schedule and respected every minute of my time. As silly as it sounds, I was a bit emotional during this time, and they even supported me through that. Charlie and the Autex team are AWESOME and due to their genuine care for their customers, I will never go to another dealership again.

Donald Class was more than happy to allow me to test drive as many different cars with as many options as I wanted to and Donald and the sales manager were able to get me into the car I wanted at the payment a month I was happy with! The service I receieved here went above and beyond Donald made sure I understood all the features of the car before I left and how all the different buttons and gadgets worked and he even gave me a tour around the dealership to make sure I understood where parts and service were for future use. I find this dealership to be worth mentioning because of the sales department and I look forward to meeting more of the staff. Upon my initial visit I mentioned to Gretchen what I was sort of looking for in a car, the price range, and most of all -- what type of a person I am and what type of a sales agent I was and was not willing to work with in searching for a vehicle. This lady listens well for I can a volcano to work with when people don't listen. She was excellent: friendly, educated, not pushy yet attentive. She took time to introduce me to other sales agents whom I would potentially be interacting with as well. Once when browsing, a second sales agent took the time to walk and talk with me even though I told him I was already linked to Gretchen. Pretty dang good I think. Then, this team put together a package that would fit me financially and give me more than I was looking for at the same price. Again not bad at all. I went away debating, running numbers, and this team, because of Gretchen's listening sat back patiently and waited. How many sales departments do this? I recently purchased a 2010 certified pre-owned Mazda CX-9 SUV from Autex in Keene, NH. I had purchased a vehicle from Autex in the past and decided to go back after being unhappy with another dealership. I had purchased a high-end SUV from another local dealership and after 6 months realized that I really could use a vehicle with third row seating. When I purchased that SUV I was in a great position and traded in a vehicle I owed nothing on and had several thousand dollars in equity. However when I went back to the other dealership to trade it in they offered me $4500 less for the SUV than what they had charged me 6 months prior. I tried to work with them and found a vehicle I liked and while awaiting an answer on financing they sold that vehicle out from under me. Feeling very discouraged I decided to shop around. I went to Autex and was helped by Gretchen Jackson. I was honest and told her of my situation. She immediately talked with her sales and finance managers to try to earn my business. She was able to get me into a vehicle that was 3 years newer with 20K less miles than the one I was looking at and because I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle my Mazda CX9 came with a 12 month 12K mile bumper to bumper warranty as well as a 100K mile/7yr powertrain warranty which as a mom of 3 who does a lot of driving is worth its weight in gold having that piece of mind in a warranty. Gretchen sold me the vehicle at trade-in price instead of the retail price so I now have a newer vehicle,my equity back and did I forget to mention that they offered me $1500 more for my trade than what other dealers offered just to earn my business. The only thing she asked in return was that I send friends and family looking to buy a vehicle to Autex. The best part was also that their finance manager was able to get me an interest rate that was 6% lower than my other vehicle! So if you are looking for an honest dealership with a straight-forward sales approach whose top priority is customer satisfaction- go see Gretchen Jackson and the team at Autex. Usually, when you walk into a car dealership with a game plan and some specific goals, you consider yourself lucky if you break even. Rare is the case when most of your ideals are met, but that was my experience at Autex. Gretchen Jackson and Mike Machunsky worked hard for my business, and to help put me in the car of my dreams, for the right price, and a finance rate worthy of my good credit. Thanks to all at Autex and especially Gretchen Jackson. I love my new Mazda! We started by looking at a 2012 to take advantage of the year end incentives but when I mentioned that I didn't really need the satelite radio and that I would be happy with something basic, Gretchen explained that in 2013 they brought back a more basic model and maybe that would work for me. It was perfect. Almost exactly like my 2004 Mazda 3 but brand new and less expensive than the 2012. Autex gave me a more than fair trade in value for my 2004 with 209,000 miles. Gretchen focused on getting me what I would be happy with, rather than on what would sell for more money. I don't shop around, I just go to Autex. This is my 3th Mazda from Autex and the 4th Mazda I've owned. I can honestly say that this car buying experience was a pleasure. Thank you!

Gretchen was the best car salesperson I have very had the pleasure to due business with. I called the night before hoping they still had the hard to find CX5 grand touring w/the tech pack and car starter. My luck I found Gretchen and the car, she knows everything about the cars and their options. She spent time helping me set up all of the great features found in my brand new Mazda including calling Sirius and setting up my bluetooth. I arrived at 8:20am and drove off with my beautiful new car 2 1/2 hours later. It is a very friendly dealership and they make you feel at home while you are there. I drove 60 miles to find this car and I found a place I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a Mazda.

This was our third vehicle purchased from Autex. Charlie and Tim made it as easy and convenient as possible, handling every aspect of the experience efficiently. Vehicle preparation was well done and Charlie explained key features well, noting where items were listed in the Owners Manual should we need to refresh our knowledge of the "what and hows" of the many components. Gretchen called us to offer us a great deal on our vehicle and put us into a new 2012 Mazda CX 9 Grand Touring. We had many questions. She spent a lot of time with us on the phone and answered them all. At the dealership she spent 5 hours with us to get us set up in our new car, including programming our phones with Blue Tooth in the car, calling Sirus/XM to set us up with our free 4 month subscription, as well as explaining all the features of the car that were new to us. She was friendly and positive the entire time. We have never had a car salesperson give us such an enjoyable experience.Tim was quick and efficient getting us through all the paperwork. That was appreciated. He was friendly and patient and answered our questions.

Salesman here were straightforward and cars were well maintained. At other dealerships in my search, I'd be distracted during the test drive by the grinding noise from dirty and corroded brake rotors. When I tried the car here, this was not an issue, the car had been kept from sitting still and rusting, which made the test drive much more useful.

I came to Autex to look for something to accommodate my growing family.. When I walked in I was not sure of the vehicle I was going to be looking for. I had been looking on Cars.com at some SUV's and wanted something that was good on gas and had plenty of room for us if we all took a trip. When I got to Autex Gretchen Jackson greated me and I explained my situation and with out hesitation she said I have the perfect vehicle for you.... She had pulled up a 2010 Mazda 5. When I drove this vehicle I fell in love with it immediately after returning from my test drive she explained that this vehicle was a certified pre-owned vehicle and came with a full warranty and roadside assistance.All of which was at no cost to me!!! This dealership is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. They were not at all pushy! Eric Cota and Tim Hall are an amazing sales team! Most importantly, I felt that they were honest with me. They were very good about my trade in! I drove almost 100 miles one way and I would go twice the distance to deal with these two again. Furthermore, as a woman, I didn't feel at all that they were taking advantage of me OR making me feel silly (because I really don't know anything about cars). We drove 50 miles to compare the Suzuki SX4 sedan and the Mazda 3 to a VW Jetta SE that we already had a deposit on, and drove a beautiful, fully loaded 6 speed thanks to Gretchen's suggesting over the phone the other night. (The standard transmissions are hard to come by, as we really wanted a Suzuki SX4 six speed sedan which no dealer can locate.) She was very thorough in her searching, as far away as Albany, NY where only one white Suzuki SX4 sedan was available (our only non desirable color for exterior). The interiors are all black in many models, and I can't understand why. While the Mazda was impressive, we feel the Jetta better fit our needs. I will definitely visit her again when the new Suzuki becomes available (as we adore our current one). I applaud her efforts and congeniality.

I recently had a situation where I had contact with the Service, Parts and Sales Departments. Without going into specifics, Chris and Tony, in Service & Parts, worked together and came up with a number of options. They worked together to fix my problem and I couldnt be happier. Service managed to fit me into their schedule so I wouldnt have to make a return trip. I felt their knowledge allowed me to make the right decision at lower cost than I had anticipated. While at the dealership I worked with Gretchen regarding a used and new vehicle. Gretchen was upfront, honest and extremely helpful. I just purchased a Mazda 3IGT-4 door and I love it. I needed a more fuel efficient vehicle and I had read up on the new Skyactiv engine and I am glad I did. The first time I filled it up, I was pleased to see 38.5mgp average. The second time I filled up I had 40mgp, and I had not even gone 500 miles. The people I worked with were very professional and courteous and made me feel like I could ask them anything. I just bought an 05 Jeep Wrangler in January from Autex Mazda. The sales assoc. Donald Class was the most professional, courteous, and personal sales person I have ever dealt with in buying cars over the last 30 years. The most pleasant, and not over bearing or overly pressured car buying experience I have had, and that's the reason I bought a car that I had no real intention of buying until I talked with Donald. He could not have been more helpful with any questions or concerns I had for the Jeep. When I did the final sale with Tim Hall, he explained everything to me and made it as easy and quick as possible to get it done on a Saturday afternoon no less. I felt very confident I made the right decision buying a vehicle from them. Also the windshield developed a crack in it after 3 days so I went back to the dealership and asked Donald what could be done about that. The owner of the dealership, Tom Bogar, happened to be near by and immediately said we will take care of that for you right away, and they did. Within 2 days I had a new windshield in my Jeep and I didn't have to do a thing. It felt like I had a brand new vehicle. That really made me feel very good about buying a used vehicle from Autex Mazda in Keene.

I went online to Autexcars.com looking for a smaller more fuel efficient vehicle to replace my old beat up pick up. I saw a few thing that looked nice. When I called I got Gretchen Jackson on the phone who was very helpful in answering all my questions. When I arrived Gretchen was busy so one of the other salesmen brought the car up for me to look at. I drove a used car and Gretchen told me about the new Mazda 3 that I could get at 0% financing for 60 months. We took the Mazda 3 for a test drive and I absolutly loved it. In Feb brought my 05 Mazda6 in chk eng light was on. After a couple hrs I got a call saying car was done- I needed a (PCM) I was told I might be able to get a used one for $200- new $600. Months went by I had not heard back, I called Larry- he didn't rememeber that pricing conversation. Also had been pulled over at least 5 times- lights to dim or not working- local police, state police and out of state police. I was told nothing was wrong with my lights. I asked if PCM was covered under warranty- NO Absolutely not. Price of almost $800.was given parts & labor- coworker overheard me and said O2 sensors were part of emissions and covered under Federal regulations 8yrs/80k- I asked Larry again, again adamant it was NOT covered. I called another dealer for 2nd opinion. NorthEnd Mazda told me YES it was covered. My car had Cali. Emissions listed as an accessory for some reason?? Anyway PCM was replaced 6/27/10 $0.00 Covered under warranty 100%. oh and by the way- chk eng light still didn't go out- Turns out "someone" checked a fuse, placed fuse back in wrong slot. Once fuse was corrected chk eng light went out.As for the lights too dim or not working NorthEnd replaced 5 /FIVE BULBS/ !! Told nothing was wrong with lights?? Autex service Unreal?at?at??

By far, the most RUDE people I have ever dealt with in my life, this is why I rated it so poorly. I spoke to both the manager and some other sales associate and neither would give me any information about the car, even when I was coming from 2 hours away! I asked the sales associate on the phone if she could tell me about the car, and if she couldn't, put me through to someone who could and she replied, "I cannot tell you anything about the car and if you speak to anyone else in the shop about the car, you are no longer my customer and will no longer talk to you about the car." These people are solely commission based and do not care about helping you, they only care about helping themselves. And get this, I asked if they do simple safety checks so I feel good about driving away in it and she said, "No, you can go pay $25 and get it done at Mitas next door..." I thought all places get mixed reviews so I gave this place a shot. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

The Business Manager there treated me with the worst customer service I've ever had. They were not willing to negotiate the price or add a warranty (it was an $8000 car!), and made me feel like my business was unappreciated. They wouldn't even guarantee an inspection or twenty day plates!! (It had a sticker from their service department from two weeks prior!) I was told any major issues that their service area missed would not be fixed at their expense. It was my responsibility.I've heard they sell 'lemons' at that dealership. No surprise here.Luckily, I found Team Nissan in Manchester, well worth the trip. Ask for Rob Miller, I'll go back to him every time I buy a new car. I've talked with friends, neighbors and family, each one with their own bad experience from them. Take my advice, DONT buy a car from Autex Mazda in Keene.

they have marked up there parts 20 to 40 percent over cost because they send they had a big lose over a bad computer soft were tom bought. check their prices with other Mazda sites and there parts are way over and they do not diagnose cars they just replace parts to they get it right. the owner is a snake so watch out for him he will NOT DO ANYTHING HE SAYS SO DO NOT BELEVE HIM AT ALL.they sold me a truck with a crack in the windshield and put a NH sticker on it.there are a lot of better places in Keene to get your car service.
