I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. My main goal was to test drive a few different make and models to see what I would like. Roger Wilson and other employees were very friendly, helpful, and attentive in my search for a new car and provided me with many options. The only thing that bothered me was the music playing in the facility. It was a little too loud and distracting. Other than that, I highly recommend coming here when looking for a new car.

I worked with Paul Bander to find a car that was just right for me. He was easy to work with, patient as I reviewed multiple vehicles and not pushy or "sales-y" at all. I am a return customer to Auffenberg Mazda. The first time around I worked with Jason Hall who is now managing the place, and I can see why. This time around I worked briefly with him but more so with Jon Ballas who did an amazing job helping me through the process of getting my second Mazda 3. They worked with me at every turn to get me into the exact 2016 Mazda 3 S-GT that I was looking for, which was very specific might I add. The people here, from the ladies on the phone to the salesman on the floor, are easily the most honest, trustworthy, and hard working team I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Life has been happening to me one desaster after another for the past few years and the reality of my financial/credit situation coupled with no transpotation and to children was bleak, to say the less. Just bought a 2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 SR from Dustin. Great looking car. I live in Mo and got the best price there. Dustin was the best car saleman I have dealt with in buying 6 new cars. Everybody I dealt with was very friendly and helpful they were all great. I definitely recommend them. The car was very clean and had a full tank of gas. Dustin programmed my IPhone to the Bluetooth. He reviewed all the buttons and features with me until I was comfortable. I was given a certificate for a free oil change.

Audie Anderson was our sales professional. He did a very good job of showing us the vehicles. I had done some research online so I had a list of vehicles that I knew had the amenities that I wanted, so we did come prepared. We test drove a Mitsubishi, didn't like it. Then I had a 2013 Nissan Rogue on my list, so we test drove that. Really liked the look of it, low miles etc, comfortable ride, lots of room, handled well. One thing I did not like is the back and forth of the "lets make a deal" type routine. I had researched the model car that I was trading in, so I knew the approximate trade in value and so I stood firm on that. They did low-ball me on that number, but finally did settle on the amount that I knew to be fair. I would have walked away otherwise. I think Audie did what was expected of him by Auffenberg, but I didn't like feeling played and was not going to let it happen. I'm glad my fiance was with me and helped me negotiate the deal and they knew we were standing firm.

My 17 yr old son saw a vehicle online that he wanted to look at which is how I happened to be at the facility. I stayed in the car while he looked around b/c I wasn't interested in purchasing a vehicle. As it turns out, being anti social didn't work out. Scott sold me a vehicle although I wasn't interested in making a purchase.

We had a great salesman Tom Hoffmann, he was very patient with us, listened to exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, searched with us at pretty much all the auffenberg lots and didn't even get mad when we kept changing our minds as to which kind of we vehicle we wanted!! We spend pretty much the entire day with him changing our minds and test driving but he just smiled and helped us keep looking until we found "our perfect" suv! We will defintly recommend him to family and friends! Shout out to Dan the finance guy as well! He listened to us about what kind of payments and even called us because he found a lower rate for us!! Great service all around!

After attending the STL Auto Show I was pretty sure what kind of car would be my next vehicle and Ronnie Glass convinced me the Nissan Rogue was the car for me. He started at the beginng by just a few question about color and feature. He then proceeded to narrow my wants to the car for me. He hit it out of the park with his knowledge of the product and answered all of my questions. My whole experience was the best purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. Thank you Ronnie!!!!

On 12/31/2015, I went into auffenberg Nissan to look at new pathfinders. Mark chapman, assisted me and we took a test drive. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Mark was very nice and helpful. He went over all the bells and whistles of the pathfinder and I decided that I was going to purchase one. I told Mark what I wanted and auffenberg did not have the exact one on the lot so he proceded to find me one. He found it in St Louis. The dealership in St Louis was closed the next day so I had to wait until Saturday to pick it up. We went through all the financial procedures and I went home happy. Saturday afternoon Mark called and told me my Pathfinder was clean with a full tank of gas and waiting for me. I went in to pick it up and it was exactly what I wanted. Mark was tied up with other customers so Ronnie Glass helped me and he was also very nice and helpful. Both of these guys are excellent salesmen. They made my experience a pleasure. Thank you guys very much. I love my Pathfinder.

We spent most of an evening working a deal on a new Pathfinder. It went pretty well, but felt pressured a bit (even when the salesman kept saying "no pressure, but what can I do to get you in that car tonight"). Not totally unexpected though. What I didn't expect is to have to come back in a week later to sign a different contract. The first one was on the wrong form. Again, not a big deal. But, now that the paperwork was delayed a week, a car payment went through on my old car with another coming up for the new car. Overall we were happy with the purchase...but improvements could have been made. We may probably back again next time, but it wont be a guarantee.

I went in to Auffenberg VW angry and betrayed by Volkswagen with my TDI Passat. It is only a year old and has become quite a problem with all the recall and will they fix it, will it be the same car I purchased? I went in and saw my salesman. I told him my concerns. He asked what he could do to help me be a satisfied customer. I told him what I wanted to drive and I wanted to check value on my TDI Passat. I took up his whole day. He even skipped lunch to help me be happy. After test driving many other auto makers vehicles, he asked me to test drive the Tiguan. "I know you will not be disappointed." I really didnt want to purchase another Volkswagen. He was right. It drove like a dream. I traded the 2014 TDI Passat for the 2016 Tiguan and I could not be happier. Everything went great that day. I love the Tiguan. I dont know if I can give the salesman's name, but ... M.C. are his initials.

I've bought two Nissan's from John Hollencamp. He is simply the best! He makes you feel like he is truely trying to get the best deal for you and not his commission. He sits down a speaks with you, asks about you as an individual so he can pair you up with the right car. What I love most, he never forgets a face; I walk in amd he address' me by name. The entire staff is friendly but John is forever my car dude and Nissan is is the only vehicle I will ever own.

I'd have to rate the car buying experience at Auffenberg Nissan as one of the most satisfying I have ever had. The sales person--Justin Schildknecht--was very professional and displayed the most knowledge of Nissan vehicles I have ever encountered. And I already have a Nissan Frontier. No pressure, just the facts, and the vehicle spoke for itself. The finance manager--Craig--was also terrific! Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. Overall great experience! Highly recommend this team for your next vehicle.

Our saleswoman, Amber Kinkelaar, was phenomenal! She made the whole process very pleasant and even fun! She listened to our needs and found us the perfect vehicle. Plus, she entertained us the whole time! We had never leased a vehicle before so she was very patient in discussing the options and details with us as we sorted through our decision to buy/lease. Shes had excellent follow-up with us since and weve already referred a friend to meet with her next week. The lease paperwork process went well also. It took a little while for it to all get completed as there was a floating backup there that day covering for the normal guy who was out of the office, but ultimately it was an easy process and we were in and out once we met with him. Overall, nothing but good things to say about our experience!

Cory from Auffenberg Nissan in O'Fallon IL was phenomenal to work with. The wait to speak with finance was horrid, perhaps when doing end of month sales, they might consider bringing in another couple of finance personnel to help move things more quickly. We waited over 2 hours and had not eaten that day so it made us pretty cranky by the time we went in. There was only one consumer ahead of us too, so it was pretty annoying. For as bad as the finance department was, Cory was very attentive and thorough. My husband who never gives out compliments even commented on how good Cory was :)

We packed up and drove the kids for over an hour and a half after calling at least three times in reference to a car available on their lot. When we arrived, the kids and I went to look around while my husband spoke with the dealer. Long story, short...the car we came for has been sold for TWO WEEKS!!! We even called along the way... We planned to test drive it tonight, and purchase it before the weekend. The dealer was not apologetic and had nothing to offer us despite our long trip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! I'm not even sure that car ever existed. If I could give a negative rating, I would! This has been an awful experience! DO NOT TRUST THEY HAVE WHAT YOU WANT IN STOCK! DO NOT MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I do not recommend this dealership. The sales department and especially the internet sales department conducts themselves by misleading and misrepresenting the quoted price and once you get into the dealership you find out about previously undisclosed dealer add on's that inflate the price in my case by like $1,900!. Its a classic bait and switch. Steer clear of these guys, believe it or not there are actually honest Nissan dealers in the STL metro area, but this is not one of them.

I did not plan on buying a car the day I walked into the dealership...but Chris Wheeler and the staff at Auffenberg really went the extra mile and offered a deal I couldn't refuse! I delayed buying a car because I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted and I've never enjoyed the car buying process. But, I must say my opinion changed after working with Chris. It was such a great experience! He did not try to pressure me into buying a car. Instead, he listened to my needs/wants and helped to select a car that was just right. Although they did not have an exact match in stock, they searched the tri-state area and found the perfect vehicle for me. They initiated a dealer trade and I had my new car a few days later. They were very open and communicated with me each step of the way. I have no complaints and would highly recommend Chris and Auffenberg to anyone looking to buy a car.

My husband and I traveled from Mayfield, KY to O'Fallon to look and purchase a Jeep Wrangler. Initially we went to a small car dealership and on our way there I spotted a jeep from the highway at Auffenberg. The small car dealership turned out to be way over priced and not truthful so we left there pretty upset and disgusted. We decided to stop by Auffenberg since they had the exact jeep we were looking for. As soon as we got there we were greeted with smiles. Audley Anderson helped us with our purchase. He was so wonderful to work with and was not pushy at all. Actually all the staff at Auffenberg is wonderful! We are so pleased with our purchase and will definitely be venturing back to Auffenberg to visit Audley with any future car needs!!!

Dominic was awesome! He kept in contact with me when I initially became interested in Auffenberg. My car went out suddenly and had to replace my car rather quickly. I brought someone with me to be my support but Dominic made sure he kept the process focused on me and chit-chatted with my partner and answered any questions he may have had as well. Everything went so fast and smooth. I was a little confused at one point if I actually was approved. I love Auffenberg and Eric Michel! We had the best car buying experience of our entire life!!!! We are still in shock our new car is sitting in the garage. Eric Michel found the perfect car for us on Friday; we visited him on Saturday, and closed the deal. The entire car buying process from start to finish occurred in a few hours and included title, sticker, registration, and all those other headaches you have to endue once you buy a car! Eric was very knowledgeable, professional, calm, and friendly. This is the FIRST time we experienced a car salesman who truly respected us and listened to our concerns. Eric documented and addressed each and every issue we voiced, which showed he respected and truly cared about us more than making another quick deal. We started the car buying process a few months ago and then abruptly stopped due to the aggressiveness tactics, rudeness, and demeaning attitudes we experienced with other dealerships in the St. Louis area. We completely lost our car-buying mood and decided to wait until spring, but Eric Michel turned us around last weekend. Our goal last weekend was to stay home and rest after the holidays. I just moved to into the Illinois area, but purchased my 14 Rouge from another dealer in Tennessee. I was coming up on my first maintenance which was covered by the dealer in Tennessee but I didn't want to make the four hour trip to get it done. I decided to check out Auffenberg Nissan in Ofallon IL to see what could be done if anything, and I had my doubts. Mark Chapman was the first person to welcome me and he really listened to my situation. I was more than impressed and relieved once he told me that the maintenance would be covered and it was no problem. I kind of figured that I would get some last minute cancellation appointment or back door deal but it was nothing of the sort. I got an appoint which fit my schedule and was greeted warmly at the time of drop off by Travis. Upon picking up my vehicle it was cleaned inside and out which really impressed my wife and I too. I was able to find, test drive, buy and drive out with a nearly new 2014 VW Jetta in less than 90 minutes. Mike Miller was our salesman--he was great throughout the entire time. Took us through every step. Made sure we were comfortable at all times. Explained the process well. Friendly and thorough. The finance office was great too. Mark Chapman at Auffenberg Nissan was extremely helpful. We had a large selection of cars we wanted to look at that day including Nissan, Mazda and Kia. We drove drove two vehicles at each store comparing sizes and options. With all the information in front of me I ended up picking the Altima due to its size, comfort and feul economy. Mark then helped us look at both purchase and lease options The lease best fit my needs at that time and so I drove home in my new car! My lease is up in the future and I plan on using Mark and the great staff at Auffenberg again.

I went to the Pre-Owned dealership a couple of weeks ago, strictly looking. I was met by Jeremy Rhein. His no nonsense and honest approach ended up putting me into a car I never thought I could own! It was a breath of fresh air approach of selling! He was very upfront with what I could afford versus what I wanted/ and needed. It was a very smooth and quick process. I purchased my first new Nissan from Mark Chapman a little over a year ago. Then, he was courteous and helpful. The most impressive part of my experience, though I am female, Mark did not try to sell me a car based on how it looked on the outside, but rather, based on how it fit the needs of what I was looking for. Due to an unfortunate incident (read: I totaled the first Nissan), I found myself on the market again. Without hesitation, I returned to the Auffenberg Nissan group and, specifically, Mark. Ideally, I won't need another vehicle quite so soon, but should I find myself needing or wanting to purchase another one, my first (and likely only) stop will be to see Mark.

I had orginally went to a different Nissan dealership and was not treated very nice. They did not even want to attempt to deal with me on my trade in. They actually told me to try and sell my car myself and come back to them after I did. i left there very discouraged and disappointed. My boyfriend and I were told to come to Affenberg Nissan in O'Fallon, Il. He was told they would give us the best deal they could and they were friendly. i was very excited but, my boyfriend is much more a skeptic than I am. We arrived to the dealership and immediatly the atmosphere was different; it was friendly and people did want to help us. We were suppose to meet with mark Chapman when we goth there. Right away Mark was very friendly and immediatly made us feel at ease. He did not have to sell me on the Nissan Juke because, I knew that was the care for me! He did go over details and features that the car had to offer before I test drove it and I was unaware of many of the features the Juke had on it so; this made me LOVE it even more! When we returned I was very excited and was ready to sign the papers; my boyfriend on the other hand was waiting for the good times to end. We met with Mark and told him that we knew we would be a little up side down with my trade in but; try and get us the best deal he could. It did not take us long to come to an agreement that we both could live with and I was IN MY NEW JUKE!!!! Mark did somehting that many people can't.... my boyfriend did not have one bad thing to say about the dealership, Mark, or anything to do with the bussiness end of it. Well done Mark! he is even think about coming to Mark when he looks for a new truck. mark even set up my oil change for me before I left. i came back the next day to drop off my other set of keys and he took my car and washed and vacumed it. That was not neccessary but, it sure was NICE!! You should be proud to have Mark on your team because; he has customer service down to a tee. The other dealership....NOT SO MUCH!! Who says nice guys finish last???? NOT ME! I LOVE MY NEW JUKE!!!!!!!!

I actually purchased a 2013 Kia Optima from Mark Chapman at Auffenberg Nissan. He went above and beyond and other salesman during my entire purchasing experience. As I began to look for a vehicle Mark offered multiple suggestions for my needs based on my travel, wants, and ultimately price. He researched many vehicles both on his lot and from others to ensure I found the car that met my needs and wants as a buyer. He never once pressured me into a vehicle purchase and was a helpful friend throughout the entire process. My vehicle actually came from another lot and the extra time, effort, and work Mark put in to make sure I got the car of my dreams was never a hassle. He seemed to enjoy the car and process just as much as myself if not more and made the usual stressful experience nothing but joyful. Mark Chapman was awesome to work with. Other salesman at other dealerships were so pushy. Mark was very laid back gave me the information I wanted on the car. I had a budget he respected it and didn't try to push other vehicles on me. He let me and my girlfriend have alone time to discuss the vehicle he didn't hover over us the whole time and try to persuade us in other vehicles he listened to what we wanted and delivered everything we wanted and more. I will definitely be going back to see him in the future.

He didn't just try to sell us something, he found out what we were looking for in a car to find us the perfect car. And we did! 6 months later and I am still in love with my Passat! The buying process was a breeze! My husband and I went to get our first used car together, and our salesman made the unfamiliar process simple for us! He was very friendly and energetic which made the experience enjoyable! After purchasing the vehicle, unfortunately it ended up having a problem with the breaking system. Even though our salesman was on vacation- he made sure we got all the problems fixed!! The only problem we experienced was with the nissan garage. After noticing the ABS light repeatedly kept coming on I called my salesman and he took care of scheduling an appointment to get it looked at. After checking the breaking system- they stated every thing was of high quality and nothing was wrong. Well, shortly after the light came on multiple times. I made two stops back to the garage in the same week and finally they agreed to look at the car again. Here and behold, a part was ruined and it was $1200. (thankfully it was still within 30 days of purchase, so it was covered ) They kept my car for 5 days and did not even offer a rental vehicle, even though I mentioned I worked. I can say, once my salesman Paul found out- he made sure every thing was taken care of!! Now that my vehicle is fix, i am very very happy I made the decision to get it!!

Michael Lindsey was our salesman and was incredible. We drove a few hours to pick up the car and prior to that Mike spend a ton of time back and forth on the phone letting us know everything we needed to know, right down to the small scratches on the car. When we got there we checked the car over and went for a test drive and found that any imperfection that we could find had been explained by Mike prior. I was in need of replacing my seriously old and high mileage beater, checked their awesome website to narrow down a few select cars. I arrived at the dealership and met Paul Bauza at the certified lot. He was most helpful and showed ZERO pressure. He was more interested in helping find THE car for us. He succeeded, we received a fair trade in value on our truck and walked away with a super sweet Nissan Altima at what i believe a very reasonable price. We were soo impressed with the whole deal that 2 months later we returned to buy another replacement car for my oldest son. That experience was not as smooth, he again did not pressure in any way, shape, or form. Upon finally deciding on a used non-certified Toyota, it turned into a more or less.. here's the car, take it or leave it at this price and no, we wont fix anything on it. I don't feel he helped as much on the whole " we'll work with you and try to come up with a fair price". i needed a car and went with it anyway, walking away with a bitter taste in my mouth. Fortunately the car has minimal issues but had to get a few repairs done as the dealership wouldn't even do an alignment.

The buying process was fast easy and the staff were very helpful making the whole process a lot easier. The dealer pulled up in a vehicle that provided what we needed and the process was great. Luke Kimme did great job and was very knowledgeable. Upfront on what they could and could not do. Very honest and stayed late to make sure everything was complete and I was happy. Agreed to fix a couple of things. Bought an 8 year old car and the first oil change on them. I had a deal that fell thru twice with another dealership because they lied to me and would not repair something that cost $150 to repair. My experience at Auffenberg was great!

Terry and Kenny were great. They were up front and didn't play games. There was no running back and forth to see if they could get you a "better" deal, they started at a fair price, according to where the car reviews and guides on the internet priced out the car. Told you what the price was and estimated payments and were spot on when the final paperwork was signed. No pressure sales tactics, they were great to work with and very patient and helpful. Best car buying experience to date.

Enjoyed working with several different salespersons in various lots - except for Ford lot. Felt possibly scammed coming to look at car salespersons indciated yesterday (in e-mails and voice mail) was still there and was not when we arrived today. Did not feel we were tended to well at the Ford lot at all. Guys over at other lots made up for it. No pressure. Put us in the right car. Dustin was very friendly and helpful in selecting our new Altima. Auffenberg was very busy on the day my wife and I were there and Dustin stayed after hours on a Saturday night to get the deal done. If I have any complaints it would be with the sales manager, Jason Straub. Before going to Auffenberg to look at cars I called Jason because I was trading in 2 vehicles, one was a lease and the other I owned. I knew this would not be your average car deal so I wanted to deal with the sales manager. Jason said when I get to the dealership to ask for him and he would take care of me. Upon arriving at Auffenberg I asked for Jason and he passed me on to Dustin. Dustin had to keep going back and forth to Jason until we could agree on the final price. As I said before they were very busy that day and it took 4 hours before I finally got the paperwork done. Most of the time waiting was for Dustin to talk to Jason and Jason never did talk to me. For me it would have been much better to talk to Jason directly but I guess he was too busy to deal with me. Auffenberg did not have what my wife and I wanted in stock so they had located one through dealer trade that they could have by Monday and we signed papers on that vehicle. I called Dustin on Monday and was told that they could not find a car like we wanted through dealer trade and that the car we signed papers on was not available. He said they had a car in transit from the factory that was like we wanted and it would be there by the weekend if that was okay with me which I agreed to. My wife and I then had to go back to the dealership on Wednesday night to sign papers again for the car we were actually getting. The car came in on Friday as Dustin had promised. It had a couple extra options that I did not order originally and they threw them in on the deal at no cost. When my wife and I picked up our new car Dustin was again very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle and apologized for what had happened. We also saw Jason that night but he walked right by my wife and I without even saying "Hi". Since 1974 I have purchased a new car every two years and this is beyond a doubt the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This was the first and last time I will ever sign papers on a vehicle before the car is delivered to me. Would I recommend Auffenberg Nissan to my friends? I would say "yes" because Dustin did a good job handling the situation, but if I was to consider how I was ignored and treated by the sales manager, Jason Straub, the answer would be a big "No".

My experience at Auffenberg Nissan was very pleasing. For my first visit there, I was in the market for a new car at some point in the near future, but not that day. I was never pressured into making a decision on a particular day unless I was ready. Dustin understood this and was very patient with me during my 5 visits. I also had my eye on a Volkswagon Jetta. When he found this out, we immediately went next door to a sister dealership and test drove the Jetta. He was so confident in the product he was selling and could back it up. He knew that I was eventually going to choose Nissan because of how great the vehicle is compared to the other makers.I've had the car for 5 months now and the minor issue I had with a speaker was fixed in less than a week. When I need to make a last minute maintenance and oil check, they always deliver. I am a happy Nissan owner and would absolutely recommend visiting the professional staff at Auffenberg.

Mark allowed me to think out loud and bounce ideas off him. He was very knowledgeable on a wide range of vehicles and also the financing options available. I went to Auffenberg Nissan to look at several different cars that I had previously researched. The prices that were listed online were fairly reasonable and I had a trade in as well. Upon arrival my salesman, Mark Chapman was friendly and courteous. Me and my fiance are both in the customer service industry and really appreciated not being pressured or pushed to buy. Marks knowledge and expertise about the vehicles that we test drove led me and my fiance to the decision to purchase. We had a set monthly payment in mind and Nissan worked with us to make that happen. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

Mark was very nice and very helpful. He worked very hard to get my daughter the Nissan Versa that she wanted. Mark took the time to help us get the car at a price, interest rate and payment that would be comfortable for us. My daughter and granddaughter were with Mark for a few hours and he made the wait very pleasant for both of them, especially my 8 year old granddaughter. She was getting bored and hungry and he took her to the snack machine and got her a snack and a drink to make her wait more pleasant .It was nice to work with someone who truly cares about the customer and not just a sale. I know that he wanted to make the sale, but he made my daughter and I feel that he really wanted to help us get the best possible deal. My daughter Robyn and I would definitely recommend Mark to our friends the next time they need a vehicle. We had come up with a deal....then asked to come back in because we had to resign some papers. Well...they stated that they messed up on the deal that they gave us and tried to have us change the deal that we had previously made. Keep in mind that I have driven the car for a week and half when they asked us to come back in. I am in sales and understand that when you make a mistake on something...you NEVER ask the customer to help you with the cost of your mistake. Very unprofessional! Then, we had agreed to get the hail damage repaired. Two weeks later I get the vehicle back and there is still a spot above the driver side door. I am officially done with this dealership! I would not recommend this dealership and would encourage anyone intersted in a Nissan to go to another....it will be worth the drive!

I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from this dealership. The salesman was fine. The price was fine. What was NOT fine is that the dealership took over a month to get us the title on the car, even though my check was cleared after 3 days. So, the temporary tags expired, and my son was driving around with no registration. I've had to talk to people from Auffenberg over a dozen times, each time being told that the title was on its way. Auffenberg then promised to pay the $25 late registration fee, which they have not. Jeff Haynes (some sort of manager there) does not return my calls.What kind of business does this? I've had to get the Better Business Bureau involved because Auffenberg just does not seem to care about their customers.I work for a company that VALUES our customers. They realize this and speak highly of us. Most are repeat customers, and have been for years (and in some cases generations!).Jeff, pick up your phone and return my calls. Send me that check for $25. Is it that hard???? Or, receive negative reviews on you and Auffenberg. Your choice.

Called and asked for a specific car, with very specific features. Very quickly my call was transfered to Lora in the sales department. She was so helpful and told me they had the car I wanted and she was holding onto the keys for me and waiting for me to arrive. When I got there the car was parked out from front and had everything I wanted. Took it for a test drive with Lora she went over the features and asking price, I expressed that had got a lower quote from another dealership for a similar car. When we got back to the dealership she spoke with her sales manager got me the deal I wanted and the financing I needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I love my new fully loaded Nissan Rogue.

When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Mark. He was extremely friendly and helped us with multiple cars. He was very helpful and when we had decided what vehicle we were interested in, he located the vehicle and arranged for the purchase. That was the only possitive feedback I can say. After that the service went horrible. We signed all the paperwork to purchase the 2012 Sentra. I was super excited to SEE and drive my car for the first time. I was told that they would call me on Wednesday morning to set up a pick up time and to keep me posted on what was happening with my car. I waited until 10:30 before I made my first call to the dealership. I left a message for our sales person. At noon I still had not heard back from him in which I called again. I talked to a women in which she stated that Mark was not in the office that day. She then told me that the sales managed was working on getting my car to the dealership and it should be there in a couple of hours. So I patiently waiting by my phone in which still nothing. I called back at 2:45 and a manager told me to call back in 30 minutes due to the sales manager being with another customer. SO I AGAIN waited and called back to be placed on hold for 25 minutes. When the manager answered the phone he said that he was told that this was not a big priority due to the sales person telling me that it may be Thursday before I could pick up the car. I felt that after I signed the papers that I was not a PRIORITY nor was my time worth anything. I wasted a whole day off waiting on phone calls that were promised. Then when we Finally was told that the car would be there about 5-5:30 my husband and I had decided that we were not intersted in the warranty and Gaap insurance. The credit manager was very rude and unwilling to work with us to remove these items for our account. I will not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Mark was wonderful but the rest of the experience was unacceptable. I felt that when the sale was final we were no longer important enough to receive good customer service.

We drove from O'Fallon, MO to O'Fallon, IL because we were referred to Auffenberg. Thy had the model and year small pickup truck we were looking for. Not a bad drive and when we got there, we were seen by Laura right away. Such a cool person. She made us feel at ease and very comfortable. She took the time to answer every question we had (and we had a lot) and never lost her cool or seemed anxious to close the deal just to get rid of us. We ended up trading our Nissan titan for a new Frontier and we LOVE it. Then we had the pleasure of going to Dave Scott's office to finalize the deal. He was super also. So friendly and knowledgeable.We got such a good deal with dealer incentives and rebates on the Frontier that we went back four days later and traded a 2002 Camry for a 2012 Nissan Rogue. Such a fun car. I just love it. Customer service, price, comfortability, trust are all reasons why I gave this dealer and experience a 5/5.Marsha Pierce

This was by far the best experience we have had with a car dealership! Lori was our salesperson and she was very efficient. She was very helpful in getting us the best price for our new car and for the car we were trading in. She treated us like we were friends instead of a commission. We have never meet her until that day. Dave was the finance manager and he was just as helpful in the process of buying the car. Of course it did take some time to do all the paperwork, but we didn't mind because we would rather they make sure it is all done right the first time. We would definitely recommended this dealership to our family and friends!

The worst complaint is the waiting time. After the decision to buy a specific car, we waited 3 hours before we were finished. The man who explained the finance part was acting like he was doing us a favor. He rushed us through the process without explaining everything, but by then we were tired of waiting.The car had to be returned to re-do some spots on the hood which was done. We weren't trading in a car so we had to buy new license plates to drive it off the lot! I got in the car to drive it home and the gas read down 1/4, it was supposed to be full. We started to take a trip with the car and turned on the wipers, no wash. It was empty! Doesn't the company have a check list of some kind that they do before the buyer gets the car?Mr. Chapman did his job well. I heard him tell someone to fill the tank with gas. His information on the car controls was very good and I think he did what he was supposed to do.

I've been to various dealerships in the past and it has always been the experience that I had to hop from one dealership to another one till I find the one where I am satisfied, both financially as well as treated well.Auffenberg Nissan changed my experience. That was the first dealership I hopped into and drove away with a car of my choice, for a very decent cost.The dealership welcomed me in a very friendly maner. John Kozar, the initial sales person I worked with was very firendly and showed me and let me test drive the vehicles that I was looking for.Finally, when it came time for negotiation, I was given my time and privacy so I could discuss with my dad who was with me. Being pressured at a dealership is normal but being highly pressured by a dealership is what I hate and at Auffenberg Nissan, that was not the case. I felt a little pressured, but at normal levels.I also dealt with Denale Powell, and had a very good experience with him to. He's a gentle, softly spoken and a kind sales person.I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership for their future vehicles.

I was in the process of purchasing a new car and had narrowed it down to either a new Nissan Rogue or Nissan Murano or a Hyndai Tuscon. I went to the Nissan dealership with the intent of test driving the Rogue and Murano. After looking at both for a little while, I was greeted by Quientin who was very helpful in providing me with information about both cars. I asked to test drive the Rogue first. He quickly got me the keys and we went on a drive. While driving we discussed the differences in the cars. He was knowledgable enough to allow me to narrow down to the Rogue over the Murano for what I truly needed. I left the dealership and checked out the Tuscon at another dealership. After a few days of thought, I received a call from Quientin asking if I had made any decisions. I informed him I was still thinking. I eventually decided on the Rogue and went back to purchase one. I was quickly greeted by Quientin and after taking if for another test drive by myself so that my wife could see the car, I went back to buy it. We easily came together on a price. Though I did have to wait quite awhile to finish the paperwork, I was happy with the final outcome. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. I am very happy with my new car and would go back to Auffenberg to purchase another car in the future.

One of our most enjoyable car buying experiences. Denale was excellent and made us feel at ease. He did not try to sell us a truck or options that we did not want and worked with us to give us the deal we wanted to meet our finances. He did not pressure us at all.

We were greeted at the door by a salesman with a great personality, who was low-pressure and seemed like "real people". Because the one Cube on your lot was not what we were asking for (it was fully equipped and we were looking to save money), the price was adjusted. We were pleased with the negotiations and the continued friendliness of everyone with whom we dealt. Each person, Ryan, the general manager, and the finance person, seemed very competent. We would recommend Auffenberg to our friends.

Please note that this was for the purchase of a Kia, as opposed to a Nissan. My wife and I are most pleased with our recent purchase of a Kia Optima from your dealer, with Shane Roemer as our salesman. Initially we had set up an appointment for mid-afternoon, but showed up earlier in the morning, in hopes of avoiding the bad weather. Shane was most accomodating to us. Upon our arrival, he immediately went to work to determine which model of Kia and what accessories we desired and put us behind the wheel for a test drive. When we were assured that this vehicle was exactly what we wanted, Shane determined our eligibility for the USAA no-nonsense pricing program and having evaluated the trade-in value of our vehicle, he was able to tell us what the dealer could give against the price of the new vehicle. His service, along with the warm, friendly support we recieved from Sean and all the staff was most remarkable.To make a long story short, Shane very efficiently completed the process, allowing what can be a long drawn out ordeal, to be a pleasant experience. We will be certain to pass on to friends and family members,the great treatment we recieved at Auffenberg Kia.

My visit with nissan was great! It was the most fun i ever had while purchashing a car. My salesperson was Lori she was great! She was very nice and fun Lori made my visit very promising,I never had so much fun while making such a big purchase.Lori made me feel very comfortable,she really took time out for me and anwsered any and all questions and concerns that i had.I have told all my family and friends about my visit and most of all LORI.I am really feelin my new X TERRA! I just want to say thanks to nissian and most of all thanks to Lori because i did'nt meet a salesperson that day I met a friend.

Lori was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the process for buying my new car. Everyone at the dealership was professional each time I entered the show room. I never felt pressured into buying my new car, Lori put me at ease during the whole process. I would recommend my friends and family to check out Auffenberg Nissan and ask for Lori when buying a car. I felt the price was fair on my trade and I received a great car with the purchase price.

Lori Usery is a wonderful salesperson! She took the time to find out what I needed and then help me select the car that met my needs. She was never pushy and always patient (as I changed my mind several times). I recommend Lori to anyone interested in purchasing a Nissan, she is a true gem. My experience was great, I will be back to buy future cars from Lori! Dave Brekke and Dave Scott were also very friendly and helped make the overall experience positive.
