The Atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was attentive and professional. Andre was a great salesman. He took his time and made sure all of my needs were met. He didn’t cut any corners and provide amazing customer service. Steve, the sales manager, was a man of his word and allowed me and my family to choose whatever vehicle we wanted and guaranteed that we would leave the dealership satisfied, and we did. Kevin was knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicle and made sure we didn’t have any questions about the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle, no matter the make or model.

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’m sure everybody is wonderful… But I have to say, Jason and Ray were absolutely amazing. The customer service at Audi Tampa is top-notch. It’s my second car that I have purchased there and I’m very happy. I highly recommend stopping by this location if you are looking for that special car.

Audi Tampa was wonderful. Tina was my service advisor. Once she knew my service would take more time than expected, she quickly got me into a rental car to make things more convenient for my needs. I loved her willingness to go above and beyond while my car was being serviced. Thank you.

Best car buying experience ever. All employees were professional and efficient. I purchased a car, start to finish, in just a bit over two hours. No haggling, first offer accepted. I highly recommend!!

I had to update an old review to reflect my most recent experience 11/12/20. Disappointed that the dealership would not advocate for their client. I was informed that I needed a third water pump in less than 40,000 miles, and dealership would not advocate for free replacement. A quick Google search showed that this is a known issue on 2016 S4 and S5s and yet they wanted customer to pay $1200 for another pump. The OEM part is available for less than $200. Why use branded dealership repair center when they won't stand behind the manufacturer shortcomings. I can take my business elsewhere.

Worst experience ever!!! The sales person did not even budge and didn't bother to show us a car!!! I forgot his name or else I would tell you not to deal with him. He said to look online for prices. Didn't up sell anything or answer questions we had. Didn't seem excited at all to sell to us or anything. My husband and I walked out very disappointed. I really like Audi cars! At least I used to! I was planning to literally lease one that day but never again! You've lost a customer Audi Tampa...I can't seem to know why you didn't care??

Attempted car buying experience was horrible. According to their sales team they only sell autos for MSRP or higher. Terrible service if you don't walk in in a three piece suit they're going to treat you like a bum.

I just wanted let everyone how great William was! I have bought many cars in the past and have worked with many sells people in the past! I have to say William by far was the best! Answered all my questions and went above and beyond for me! If any of my family or friends are wanting a Audi I will be sending to William!

But they didn't come out the gate with a compelling deal. I went to Audi Naples after a few emails with them and they offered a good value proposition. Reeves call offering to try to match Audi Naples but it was too late. Audi Naples had found the car I wanted. Reeves had the first opportunity to make the sale but didn't did make the effort. Audi Naples had no idea they were competing with Reeves and offered me a better deal. No hard sell or games. They showed me what they could sell the car for and what they would give me for my trade and it was good. I'm sure I could've negotiated a better deal with Reeves on my first visit but I didn't need to buy in the first place and didn't feel like going all out to get a good deal on something I really didn't need. Audi Naples offered me pricing that blew thru my purchasing ambivalence and converted me from a looker to a buyer. I have no bones to pick with Reeves. They didn't wow me at our first meeting which left the door open for someone else to do so.

Having my car repaired with Tina Bodine was a pleasurable experience. Being a women and bringing my car in for repair to any shop is frustrating because I don't really know if the repairs are necessary. Tina explains everything and I felt so comfortable that she was repairing things that were necessary. Thank you Tina.

My wife and I bought two new vehicles from Brock Kollar within the last couple of weeks. We've bought a lot of cars over the years and have dealt with our share of sales associates. I can say with absolute certainty and confidence that Brock is a cut above the rest. He listened to our needs/wants and answered any/all questions we had prior to purchase. Not only is Brock easy to work with, his attention to detail is top-notch. He's courteous, professional, and an all-around nice guy. Simply put, we will be going to Audi of Tampa for our future car purchases because of how well Brock treated us. If you're in the market for a new Audi, give Brock a call--we're certainly glad we did (I can't recommend him highly enough!).

Up to this point, I was indifferent with how I felt about this dealership and their service department. I didn't feel that they did anything above and beyond. After my last visit however, I felt it necessary to convey how I feel. The service department doesn't want complicated customers. That is, customers with concerns or questions that are not easy for the dealer to answer or make up an answer for. You ask them to look at things because you have a concern and they just don't look at all or bother to follow up with you. Other things, they make up excuses as to why they are not responsible. You ask them questions regarding some of the in car technology and they brush it off if they don't know the answer. They do not take ownership of ANYTHING and the service manager doesn't seem to do his job and make sure that his service professionals are providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. You pay a premium coming to dealers like this that offer luxury brands and you should expect the service to match the price of these vehicles and the engineering behind them. Otherwise, what are you paying for? Service is a fundamental part of any car.

I have never had a better experience at a dealership. They accepted my offer over the phone, never tried to upsell me on anything, expertly handled my out of state change of registration and took care of returning my leased BMW. This is a great place to buy a car.

Mr. Louis Palmeri is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring sales associate we have ever worked with. He assisted me in making this one of the most memorable Christmas' for my wife!! If you want great Customer Service, come see this guy! He took care of me at Reeves like I was family. Made the buying process quick, easy, and fun. He had all the answers to any question I brought to him. I work for Publix so I know my Customer Service. It was definitely a Pleasure to deal with Mr. Palmeri

I recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a new or used Audi go visit Mike Spence at Reeves Audi. Mike went above and beyond to make sure that I had an enjoyable car buying experience, which is always rare in the car business. Mike even came and picked up my Audi from my house so that they could tint my windows and returned it the same evening which as hassle free as possible. I also got a great deal on my trade in. Keep up the good work Reeves team, your efforts are definitely noticed. Thank you!

The service manager is terrible to work with, never honors anything within warranty as well. when they do a faulty job and the thing breaks in a short time, they will not honor it again unless you pay extra for it. Never again with Reevs. Bunch a aholes workong there.

I have had several bad experiences with Reeves. The first was when I took my 2003 Jetta GLI to them for a 10k mile service. Even though I had an appointment and they knew I was waiting on the car, it took them almost 3 hours to complete the service. A couple of years later I took my Audi TT in for a timing belt change at 60k miles which cost me a pretty penny. They failed to change the water pump at the time of the timing belt service and the water pump failed 6 months later. When I took the TT to another Audi dealer they told me it was standard procedure to change the water pump at the same time the timing belt was changed. I was not given this option and when I contacted Reeves they claimed that it wasn't their fault because I did not request the service. Shouldn't they know more about Audi TT's typical maintenance schedule than me?? My last experience with them was when I called the parts department to order some parts for my TT. The guy on the phone put me on several long holds and had a bad attitude. He acted like I was an atsshole for asking him to do his job. I will not do business with Reeves again...stay away!!!

VERY courteous staff. Always professional; but business practices lack integrity IMO. It started when they made a mistake on the offered sales price and refused to honor it. Once past that, it continued. During my 4 yrs of scheduled A4 service they failed in many aspects to earn my trust. Here's the list:- Failed to warn me of the Oil Sludge problem with my car. 10k mile oil changes were recommended even though my oil was thicker than molasses on two occasions. Later learned of the problem when I performed my own oil change that 4k mile was prudent.-When vacuum hoses were rupturing due to heat fatigue, they refused to replace other hoses in nearly the same condition -until they failed months later. Another trip at my inconvenience.-After giving them a poor opinion during their "phone survey", my phone number on record mysteriously changed to an invalid number. I assume they didn't want to hear another negative feedback. I guess those calls are only for "happy" customers.Will buy my next Audi elsewhere.
