I highly recommend sales consultant, Jim Biersmith. I was immediately impressed with Jim's professionalism and knowledge of Audi automobiles the moment I first spoke with him. His knowledge is not typical for automobile salespersons. In speaking with most representatives, I usually find that I know more about their product than they do. This is not the case with Jim. He can be defined as a true sales consultant/professional. I appreciate his hard work, follow through, and passion for Audi. When you are looking to one of the finest crafted automobiles in the world, it is good to have the finest representative. Thank you, Jim and Audi of Sarasota.

My experience at Suncoast Audi was excellent, there so many car dealers to choose from, but buying from Suncoast was outstanding. Chuck Kennedy a real gentleman and exceptional sales person. Strongly recommend this place for your purchase new or prep-owns, good quality cars and service.I will recommend the place to friends and family members. Anyone considering buying and having their car serviced from Audi Sun coast in Sarasota should avoid this dealer like the plague. I could write a book on my challenging experiences with this dealership beginning with when I first picked up my new Audi. The forgot to detail the car so I had to take it back. Then when I picked it up they gouged the back panels of the car with swirl marks. So I took it back and then they made additional scratches that forced me to have the car repainted. Since the location sends all of the painting jobs to the Cadillac dealer I had make a separate appointment with Sun coast Cadillac who did the most sloppy job of painting that I have ever seen. Not only did they scratch the door panel that was fine when I dropped it off but they had overspray all of the car which was seen with hard line tape marks on the panels and trunk. They had to repaint the car and I still have overspray on the rear window. With a high end dealer I expect so much more as I have had better service from a used car lot.

I'm shocked to see such good ratings on here because I feel like I got ripped off from this place. I bought a "certified used" Hyundai Genesis from them earlier this year. They sold me on how great the condition the car was in. After bringing the vehicle home I realized there was some front end and back end damage to the vehicle. Unfortunately I looked at the vehicle in the evening and it's black so the damage wasn't immediately noticeable. I immediately contacted the salesman there to notify them of the damage hoping that an honorable company would fix it, especially since they have access to an auto body shop. A guy by the name of Cranston Scott who is the GM told me they would take care of it and I set an appointment. After bringing the vehicle back in for my appointment, they made me wait 45 minutes to see the GM and inspect the vehicle. Then they kept the vehicle for a few hours and called me back to come pick it up. The only thing they did was buff the front bumper to take out some swirl marks. They refused to fix the vehicle further. To this day there are multiple creases/dents in the front bumper and rear bumper. Also the rear bumper was clearly painted with different paint than the rest of the vehicle. This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car! They should have disclosed all damage to me before buying. They also told me they didn't notice the damage even though they detailed it before giving me possession! FAIL!

I have had the pleasure of assisting many clients in their new and pre-owned car purchases. When it came to assisting 2 different client's with new Audi A7 purchases I reached out to Paul Deeb at Suncoast Audi. Paul had sold me a car in 2007 and the experience was fantastic! Well fast forward 7 years and Paul is still fantastic. He listened and worked hard not only to find the perfect car, but to provide the best deal's out there. If you want an Audi, you need to call Paul. Thanks again!

Tom let me drive a car alone and I enjoyed the test drive. I wanted certain features and he was able to give me the car I wanted with extra features without extra cost to me. I love my A6 and look forward to driving it for 8+ years. Tom was fair in my trade in allowance and the whole process was painless.

My experience at Suncoast was excellent! Chuck Kennedy exceeded all my expectations from our first meeting through the sales experience. His professionalism showed through. I felt comfortable and never pressured form the beginning. The Audi that i test drove and subsequently bought was outstanding in every aspect. I will recommend Suncoast Audi and in particular, Chuck Kennedy for any future Porsche/Audi purchase. It was the smoothest car buying experience i have ever participated in. Customer service was impeccable.

Just rude and unprofessional. They simply do not care about customer service at all. The sales force ignored us and when we did FINALLY get attention he was short and unprofessional. When I came back another day asking for the manager to voice my disapproval with the experience, he was WORSE than his salesman. Asking me to leave and that I was disturbing him. I am a paying customer who has purchased FOUR AUDI's from these people and yet I am a disturbance? Shocking!

This is the place to go in ALL OF FLORIDA! the customer service is fabulous! everybody super friendly, I was astonished, when we walked in this man who was not a salesman was restocking some waters and right away acknowledge our present and asked if there was anything he could do to help us.Simply wonderful!Left with a brand new Jetta and a happy as a kidCatalina
