I was in the process of faxing the deposit paperwork to the dealer,after 2 days of going back and fourth straightening out final details of purchase(wanted to have no hidden secrets before i get there to pick up car,being that i was coming from r.i. to n.j,and buying blindly over the phone),i had one more questio for salesperson,john,so i left numerous messages on his cell phone(because he sent me close ups by his personal phone,and we had communicated details of purchase this way)and numerous messages at deslership,all day saturday,no response!i give one more call on sunday and i was told hey yea dont bother sending that deposit,the car got sold last night.i was pretty upset and said why didnt u call me yesterday,this would have never happened,his response was i was busey with customers all day!!,my response was i was a customer before they sat down at your desk!our deal was almost complete but he choose not to return numerous phone calls and another sales person sold it.do yourself a favor buy elsewhere,very unprofessional to say the least!

Id give 5 stars all around but I found one dealer arrogant and sexist. We bought our first car from him. I refused to work with him on the 2nd... And we were very happy. Service is excellent!!! And worth the price.

I had a strange error with my S5. Whenever my gas tank got very low the engine light would come on. So I took it to Audi Princeton to have it investigated. Of course I had to put gas in the tank to drive it there so the engine light was now out by the time I got there. They identified that the previous Audi dealer who serviced the car forgot to change the brake fluid so they did it at no charge. They found that there was a recall on the S5 for a minor fix which they did at no charge. They couldn't find the engine light fault (since the light was now out) so I'll have to take it back another time. But there was absolutely no charge for the diagnostics or the work they did, and they provided me with a loaner car for the day. That was a very pleasant surprise. Great customer satisfaction - Well done Audi Princeton.

I had a great experience buying my S7 here. I custom ordered my car and the sales specialist was extremely helpful during the decision making process, and he kept me informed of progress during the wait for the car to be produced and shipped. The pick up and final buying process were seamless, as well.

My daughters and I came to Princeton Audi to look at the 2015 A4, where we were greeted by Alex Demsky. We have been looking for a new car to lease for several months and dealt with many car dealerships and salesmen. It quickly became apparent that Alex is the most professional, honest, and easy-going salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He answered all my questions, some being the same asked many different ways, and still kept is smile and his professionalism in answering each and every one making sure I understood all about the A4 and my purchase. Many people dread going to a car dealership to purchase or lease a vehicle, but the service we received by Alex and the rest of the team like James, Rich, and General manager Dave was second to none! They made us feel at ease and were reassuring that they would do anything to make the best deal work for me, and they did. Princeton Audi was not only the cleanest dealership we had been to, but each step we took in our purchase was pleasant and comfortable. The General sales manager Dave Dargenio went out of his way to make sure that the sales manager Rich Martini took care of us like his own family and that he did. He had us work with Alex Dempsky who in my eyes was the best car salesmen I ever dealt with in my 28 years of car buying. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable Alex went over all of the car's amazing features, he was very patient and courteous. During the purchase of the car the transaction was smooth and quick without absolutely any pressure in the process. Princeton Audi, after being to 3 different Audis was by far the best and very competitive price for the vehicle. Alex made the whole process so simple and easy! Princeton Audi took care of all the insurance paperwork for us. On the day of pickup, the car was waiting for us! (With an amazing wash and detail! And a full tank of gas). We were given an introduction to the car, and were provided a detailed overview about all the features. We couldn't be happier with both the car and the five star services we received by Alex and the whole team Princeton Audi! I recently was in New York City when I found three 2014 Audi's parked infront of a Night Club. I Imediately fell in love with the RS-7. The next day I traveled to all the loacl dealers in the City and was not happy. A friend of mine recomended the Princeton Audi Dealership so I called. They handled a entire transaction over the phone. The ordered what I wanted, no games, price was better than any of the New York Dealers. The best part was I had the car by Christmas. When I picked the car up it was all I wanted and more. The salesman was knowledgeable about this model and even provided a cell phone number if I had questions after hours. A few weeks later snow hit the tristate area and i needed snow tires. The dealership picked my car up and installed the tires. What great service. My friend that recomended this place was bought dinner. A few weeks later my daughter needed a car and back to Princeton Volkswagen we went. What a pleasure it was dealing with thes guys.

I recently was in New York when I observed a group of Audi's parked in front of a night club with a model showing the cars off. I fell in love with the RS-7 , not the model showing the car. What a car! Now the problem was find the car. I tried several dealers in the New York area and was not happy with answers. A friend said try Princeton Audi they will get the car for you with no headaches. I called and my friend was right. The sales team worked out ordering the car I wanted and it was delivered by Christmas. The salesman when showing me the car had knowledge of every inch of this baby. The owner of the dealership even took time to say hello. With all the snow here in New Jersey I wanted to add the snow tire package. I made one phone call and my car was picked up and tires installed. This dealership is honest with no games. I don't care were I 'am in the country I'm buying my next Audi from Princeton. By the way I ordered a Volkswagen from them last week for my daughter. They own the dealership across the street also.

I have leased cars for last 20 years. All top brand cars, but this time I was on a market for good used car to finance. The last couple months I was wasting my time between Brooklyn used cars dealers and a few small dealers in NJ. Either those other dealers had false advertising about a car or price, or they couldn't get loan paperwork done. I became a believer, that car dealers are all full of scams. That was until last week, when I came to Princeton Audi. I couldn't believe an advertised price I saw for a 2007 BMW X5 published by Princeton Audi on Cars.com. It was too good. But I gave it a shot and contacted the dealership. They confirmed everything and approved me same day on line. When I drove to Princeton - I was expecting usual "last minute changes..." I was sooooo surprised, when I saw very nice and professional stuff - manager Alex, associate Chris, Chelsea and others. They showed me the car, which was much much better (!) than it even was in pictures. It was just too perfect, but true! Besides, they even could get me half point down on my loan, so I even saved over $500 unexpectedly. Alex - THANK YOU VERY MUCH for being professional and honest! Thank you Chris for the fast transaction. I was able to drive away in my beautiful car in less than an hour. I would extremely recommend Princeton Audi to any of my friends and would drive 40 miles to this place from Brooklyn when I need second car.

I worked with Mr Guy Lyons on buying a new Audi Q5 from Princeton Audi and amazingly it was such an easy process . Guy is very knowledgeable and a great sales guy . During the whole process i never felt pressurized . He and Rich ( General Manager ) worked together to give me a great deal on the Q5 and great price for my trade in .For vehicle delivery I worked with Thomas Krail , who again was a fantastic guy . He explained me the features of the car thoroughly and made sure I understand important ones before i leave the dealership . They sure have me as a customer for life .

I have been searching for a pre-owned vehicle for 1 year. During this search, I felt I heard every sales pitch that existed. I was at a point where I found it dreadful to face another salesman. I walked into Princeton Audi expecting the same routine but I was pleasantly surprised. Guy Lyons was polite, professional, friendly and NOT PUSHY. The entire process from negotiating a price to signing the paper work was so smooth. I highly recommend and I have recommended this dealership to others.

I did my research and visited a few Audi dealerships in Central Jersey. I found Princeton to be the best in service and the salespeople were not pushy at all. Actually the salesperson I dealt with spent 2 hours one night just going over every single detail of the car and then another 2 hours after I had come back a week later to buy the car. Would definitely buy an Audi from them in the future. My first Audi and loving the drive and feel.

Found this car on Cars.com. Chelsea coordinated the particulars with the business manager and we arranged how and when the car would be purchased. Arrived Saturday Morning Check in hand. Car was ready to go and we went on a test drive. Car was, "as advertised" and the deal was executed. Nice dealership and everyone was helpful. Took about an hour to do the paper work and we were on our way.

2 Emails through Cars dot com I got the automated response, 2 days later I called and then got the internet sales person, she was good I got the used car manager and he acted like I was a burden when trying to spend almost $60,000.00 with his company. And he said he would get back to me I waited another two days and called him back and got his voice mail. And I was going to do business with them and they are 2 hrs drive away!! Needless to say I went someplace else. Princeton owners should know about this less than adequate employee.

I purchase a CPO Audi A7 last week from at Princeton Audi and the service i received from Mike Graves was excellent!! His ability to listen to my concerns and needs was greatly appreceitated and played a big part in me purchasing the vehicle. I was away for a week in Boston and a good part of the process was handled via e-mail and over the phone after our initial meeting and test drive. I leased an Audi A4 from Princeton Audi and was very satisfied with the entire leasing process. Guy Lyons did an excellent job following up with me and getting me the best deal on A4 Premium Plus. During delivery he sat with me for over an hour training me on all the High Tech stuff. He also got the car I wanted (Brilliant Red) shipped from Virginia. I started this process with few other dealers but chose Princeton as they gave me the best deal. I had been looking for an Audi S5 for several years but was waiting for the right time for me to buy. When I learned that Audi would be moving away from the normally aspirated V8 to a supercharged V6, I chose to purchase a V8 while they were still available. Audi created a Special Edition for the outgoing 2012 model year and that was the model I chose to purchase. I found the used vehicle I was looking for at Princeton Audi in late April and began working with Chelsea Cappiello. Being that I was from out of state (the dealership is located in Princeton, New Jersey), she provide supplemental photos of the vehicle and any additional assistance I needed. Because Chelsea and the Princeton Audi team provided me with so much supplemental information, I knew that the car I was flying out to see would be in excellent condition - and it was. After a brief test drive, I chose to have the vehicle shipped and they oversaw all of the details to be certain that my vehicle was well cared for and reached me in pristine condition. I am very pleased with my experience at Princeton Audi would certainly recommend their team to anyone looking for a new or used Audi. My experience was exceptional and over two months later the car still puts a huge smile on my face!

If you are in the market for an Audi, save yourself the headache and just go straight to Juno Mozo at Princeton Audi. I vetted out every dealer in the tri-state area and Juno at Princeton Audi was clearly far superior than his peers at other dealerships. He was the most straight forward, listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. He not only met my needs, but exceeded them with a great deal! He responded to my many e mails/calls very quickly, including on a day when I knew he was out of the office. The great dealer experience did not end with Juno. Rich Martini, their Sales Manager was just as responsive and involved in my car search. He took the time to address my questions, made sure that I got the car I wanted and was not strictly interested in making the sale. It was clear that he was most interested in a happy consumer, rather than a quick sale. Doing business with him was very straight forward and honest. Finally, their Finance Manager, Greg Goodfriend, was also a pleasure to work with. He was able to beat my best financing offer and did not push a specific bank on me. When I told him which bank I preferred, he beat the APR offer they gave me directly. He went over every contract/signature page in detail and made sure I understood them. He was very patient and thorough, as the others were, with my many questions. When I picked up my car, Juno went over every detail with me and told me to call him if I had any additional questions after driving it around for a while. He even introduced me to the service manager for my future service needs. He followed up with me several times already since my purchase to ensure that I am happy with the purchase and to see if there is anything additional which I may need. It was nice to work with a dealership which is not a bunch of phony sales people - which is what I found at most of the other dealerships in the area. I truly feel like a member of the "Princeton Audi family" and highly recommend them to everyone reading this. I know I will certainly be a return customer. Service and buying process was good and went smoothly. However, I expect that is only because they wanted to get rid of a car they knew had an illegal tint and illegal headlight modifications. I was not notified of such before taking possession of the car and they made no effort to make it legal. I can't wait to find out what other illegal modifications the car has. I would absolutely not recommend buying a used car from them and if you choose to ignore this warning at the very least get a pre-purchase inspection from a trusted mechanic.

This is my first Audi and salesman Mike Graves went above and beyond to find me the Q5 with the right color scheme and features I was looking for. Mike was committed to finding me the Q5 I wanted and for me to be totally happy with my purchase. I appreciated that he did not pressure me in to just picking something to make a sale. These Q5s sell fast and I know Mike really worked that database to find me the Q5 I wanted and when found, moved quickly to secure my Q5- Great job Mike! Mike made buying my first Audi a pleasurable experience through great customer service, honest information, being readily accessible and his focus to make the customer happy. The general sales manager, Rich Martini, was also outstanding. He made it a point to introduce himself to me each time I visited the showroom and even took me into his office to help locate the Q5 I wanted. Just traded an A4 for a new A4. My experiences: Buying the new car was an easy, stress-free experience. I worked with Chris, the second Audi I've purchased with him, and he made it pleasant. The new Audi exceeds m expectations, and the purchasing experience was first rate. I recommend Chris, and Princeton Audi for car buying. My trade was purchased here (through Chris) a few years ago, and has been serviced here since new. The service department has been extremely helpful, and thorough, and has taken very good care of my car, throughout. I recommend Princeton Audi for service. I found the buying process pretty straightforward. I knew what I wanted and had done my research. There seems to be strong demand for the A6 right now so not a lot of wiggle room. I think the salesman tried his best to be helpful but there is simply to much technology and information to be reviewed in the span of 2 hours. The dealer and the buyer for that matter would benefit from either a video based tutorial or the dealer holding a MMI overview. Finally, the salesman has been unresponsive when called both before and after the sale. A very nice man but added little to no value to the buying experience.

When we arrived we met with our Sales Rep Guy Lyons and it was just a matter of locating a car we liked. He is very knowledgeable and the experience was hassle free.

Buying my second Audi & came from out of state. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with the staff at Princeton Audi , friendly & knowledgeable. I have bought a few cars in the past & I can certainly say they stood out. No pressures to purchase any extra packages or any additional dealer fees added on. their trade in's are pieces of junk, looked good at first but after a while started to completely come apart on me. dealers refused to help. could have practically bought a new audi A6 for what ive spent in repairs. go elsewhere!

I called Princeton Audi & Natashia was extremely friendly & helpful on the phone.The next day I met with Alex Demsky our Sales Rep & was blown away by how easy going,knowledgeable,honest & professional he was throughout the entire process.Troy the used car mgr agreed to do some minor work on the car for us & did it all as promised.Finance rep James talked us through all our options with no pressure.In Summary, bought a used car for a fraction of the cost of a new one but was still treated with "5 star service" from beginning to end.Love my 1st Audi A4.

i saw the ad for the used acura online and have been searching for months they had the best deal i have seen so i went ot check the car out right away. perfect car in beautiful condition from trade in. Guy Lyon brought the car out and let us test drive it for a decent amount of time and was very helpful explaining all the features. Guy was very polite and easy to work with. they neogotiatied a but with us considering the price of the vehicle was already at the lowest market value. buying the car was really easy and overall im pleased with the dealership and how they handled the purchase
