Had a really positive experience getting my car fixed at Audi Owings Mills. Came with an emergency that needed immediate attention. Was received right away, treated so nicely by all the staff on site. Jess was kind and curteous, explained everything with patience and had my car taken care of in less than an hour. The waiting area was spacious, comfortable and clean. And the car was fully fixed and returned in excellent shape. I have been to multiple car dealers/services and this is by far the best one I've had so far!

Just had my 2017 A7 Maryland inspected. Tom D. in service was excellent and courteous, as always. Service done exactly on time. This is my second Audi and I have used Audi Owings Mills for all of my Audi vehicle service. Highly recommend.

Audi of Owings Mills makes it easy to schedule the service appointments and there is no delay when I arrive. The waiting area is comfortable and the staff hospitable. Jess W is a great service advisor and has shown me some controls and functions on my car that I did not know. I also like getting the video inspection with the tech explaining what he is seeing.

The Q5 I purchased sold it-love it!Rodney was my salesman- very polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He pays attention to detail. His concern/goal was not only to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase but to provide me with an ultimate driving experience (test drive) so that I was able to get the maximum benefit of how well the Q5 performs, while familiarizing me with every detail/feature of the vehicle. Rodney made you feel like you had your very own personal concierge for car washes, services or any concerns you may have in reference to your vehicle. My time was limited there because he called a day earlier for the information needed to make the process smooth and quick. I highly recommend Rodney if you are looking to purchase an Audi. The other 2 managers I dealt with there were professional and helpful.

this was by far the best vehicle purchase i have ever made, after making my purchase in July i am still receiving EXCEPTIONAL 1st class service. Love the "FREE" car washes anytime. Rodney goes above and beyond and even picks up my car to have it serviced when he is available since i work close by,You won't be disappointed, stop by Audi Owings Mills and ask for Rodney he's a pleasure to work with!

Dropped the car off to get a repair estimate for my Audi.When I thought the price was ridiculously high,they charged me 145 dollars for the estimate!Never have I been charged my any dealership for getting an estimate on a repair. Avoid this dealership!

This was only my second experience with a major car dealer and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Although our salesman Zac was new and not informed on every detail he admitted such and asked others for the answers. That type of honesty is rare and Zac more than made up for it with his attentiveness. Unlike most others who after the sale is closed they dont know you anymore Zac was available with service questions well after the deal was struck. The only reason i gave 4 stars is the finance guy was a bit pushy trying to upsell and didnt seem to know the warranty details so well. All in all from the young lady that answers the phone ( i believe her name was Rebecca) to the car itself to my main man Zac it was a wonderful experience. Thanks Zac

Went here to purchase a Q5 the numbers were not where I wanted them to be so I purchased in Silver Spring. I live not far from Owings Mills, Md and went there for a courtesy wash, the 3rd one to be exact and because I would not allow them to put their advertisement on my truck they told me I can no longer bring my truck there to be washed because I did not buy it from them. I have had luxury vehicles from Mercedes to BMW and never had a dealer decline a courtesy wash because I did not purchase from them. My plan was to have my service done there, that will never happen now. Very disappointed in their salty attitude because I did not purchase.
