I contacted the Audi dealership through its customer contact form on its website. The salesman prompt;y called and left a message. I returned his call a few hours later and specifically asked if the car was still available and asked if it was on his lot. This dealership is part of the Sonic Motor Group so I wanted to be sure the car was physically there and not someone else. I made an appointment to test drive the car as soon as I could get there. I explained to the salesman that I lived about an hour and a half away depending on traffic. We made an appointment, and he specifically said he'd have the car in the front of the dealership by the time we arrived. While I was driving to the dealership, the salesman called my home and told me the car was sold. When I arrived the salesman informed me the car had sold the day before. After I drove home, I decided to call the general manager to let him know about my experience. He stated the car was sold while I was driving there. At that point, I asked him if customers who had called and were on the way would be given the courtesy of the car being held for them. He told me no, cars could not be held even if you were on the way to the dealership. I then asked why his salespeople did not give the caveat that a car could be sold while you were on the way to the appointment. This seems totally counterproductive to internet advertising and sales. He then mentioned something about turnover and sixty days. During the conversation, he did offer to try to find the right car for me at the right price which made me realize he didn'tt understand why I had called him. The conversation went south from there. He hastily said "bye" and hung up. He then called back a few minutes later asking me for my physical address to send a gas card for my trouble. I declined.

The environment is pleasant and clean. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Was considering a BMW but the people there were rude and standoffish would even let me sit in the vehicles. So going to the Audi dealership of Nashville was a very pleasant experience. The products are rated well in consumer reports and they perform well. The customer service is the best you can get.

Although it isn't as close to my old house as before the new dealership makes the drive worth it. Bobby Patterson is an amazing service advisor and will always go out of his way to make sure I am accommodated and helped no matter what. I will always consider buying an Audi just because I know everyday I own it I will be treated just as amazingly.

Everyone I encountered while visiting the Brentwood location was very friendly. My service was fast and although they estimated a longer wait time than I anticipated, they gave me a free ride to a local mall to help pass the time. Even then, they were super fast and on top of everything.

I've had multiple problems with my R8 since the start. They have done nothing to fix or they are unable to fix it. Do yourself a favor go buy a mercades,Porsche or BMW. It will save you lots of headache and runaround.

If you need to take your 'baby' in for service, I highly recommend Audi of Nashville. I drive at least an hour away from my house to specifically go to this dealership. You are treated like you are valuable to them, they explain things thoroughly and they're not doing anything else but taking care of your needs when you are in front of them. I have a specific service specialist I go to every time, Bobby Patterson. He knows me and my car and he does a great job!

Nathan Mallory at Audi was AWESOME!! I am a first time Audi purchaser and Nathan Mallory made the experience an enjoyable one which is comforting since Audi's are luxury cars and many purchasers including myself have difficulty deciding on best options to select for the value. Definitely would use Nathan and Audi of Nashville again!! I plan on using them for my routine maintenance as well. Stop by and see them even for a test drive. I love my new 2017 Prestige Q5. It is the best looking SUV on the market today. This is the first Audi I have ever owned and it is great. I'm a Lexus RX 350 owner x2 and was looking at the 2016 models but the changes they have made did not do anything for me. I started my search for a new vehicle in march and found out how nice the Q5 really is compared to the RX350. My Audi salesman tried to find a new 2016 equipped as we wanted but was unable to do so. Ordered a new 2017 model and I've had it for three days now and couldn't like it more. Great experience buying my new Q5.

We were looking for a Honda Pilot, and Audi had one. We submitted a request through their website to see if the car was still available before we came to see it. They responded almost immediately to let me know it was available and setup a time to come see it. If you're looking for a car now, you know all the dealership websites basically have all the same cars on them. Which I found really frustrating. Cars.com helps to narrow down which dealership has the actual car.We started working with Patrick when we got there. They had a few Pilots to look at, so we saw more than the one we came for. Once we drove the one we wanted, we started the purchasing process. Patrick was great in agreeing to work with us on the price as well as giving me a fair price on my trade in. After we agreed on a price, it was a bit late in the evening and the banks were closed, so we agreed to continue the process over the next couple days. Their finance department is competitive with other banks. They came in lower than my original pre-approved financing, so I decided to finance with them through the dealership as well. They never pushed me in any way to go with their banks. They simply let me know what the offers were and let me decide which way I wanted to go. As someone who does not buy a lot of cars, I felt great about the information they were giving me and the way that it was delivered. Never pushy, just simply stated for me to make decisions off of.All of the information I needed to know about the car was readily available - Car History, Car Fax, etc... Patrick was great about my wife's requests to have the front license plate holder removed since we don't use them. Ensuring that it didn't leave a mark when it was removed. The car was clean when we looked at it originally, but was perfectly detailed when we picked it up. Audi really goes a long way to make the process enjoyable even when you're not purchasing an Audi from them. Overall, this was a great experience. We talked to numerous dealerships across Nashville and Franklin. We had good and bad experiences at some of them. However, I would definitely go back to Audi in the future for the customer service and attention to detail.

We picked up a 2016 Audi Q5 last weekend. Excellent sales experience all around, No pressure sale, the no haggle price guaranteed is the real deal. The value on our trade was fair and the transaction was as painless as these things could go.Although the original car we wanted had been sold the day before, an almost exact replacement arrived in the transporter while we were at the dealership. There were a glitch in the paperwork after delivery, but Denis made this right as soon as this was discovered. He drove 300 miles round trip the next day to straighten out the problem.

I am so disappointed I am taking time to warn customers. My car was taken in twice for an oil change and twice came back to me damaged and needing another day and my time to be repaired , the first time with a large cracked windshield and the second with no rear view mirror. On the first visit, my car had a tiny chip that honestly blended in with bug splatters above my range of view so I had actually forgotten after numerous washings and no problem. I was not called or warned that a crack might happen so was shocked to see my windshield. I was treated rudely and essentially told it was my fault for bringing in a car with a ' cracked' windshield. A tiny chip does Not constitute a crack and I would certainly have declined a wash if I had been informed prior to it that this might happen. Neither were we told that our windshield needed to be replaced with an Audi windshield or at their service department.Since it was late in the day and I had a 21/2 hour drive home,I talked with my insurance agent and worked out for the windshield to be replaced closer to home. On the second oil change, I asked to also check the rear view mirror. It was useable but had gotten loose. I drove home with no rear view mirror. I was told it could not be repaired because I had not put in an Audi windshield. When my husband, who wasn't with me, called he was talked to very rudely by the service manager and told the mirror needed to be reinstalled by whomever put in the windshield. Again they took no responsibility and it was 'our fault.'I did not want or expect any of this, do not want or expect special treatment but I do expect for my car to be returned to me in the same shape I left it.,Audi is a fine product and the service department should be the same. In this case, they do not stand by the adage that the customer is always right but rather buyer be ware when it comes to service and treatment. I am so very disappointed.

After looking around and test driving lots of used SUVs at lots of dealerships in the Cool Springs (Franklin) area, I went to the Audi dealership to test drive a few prospective SUVs there. Later that same day I/my husband left with a 2013 Lexus RX350 that looked showroom new. We are uber picky about our cars and this one totally fit the bill. The icing on the cake was the fact that Nathan, the sales representative who worked with us, was warm and welcoming and did not use any of the old-school, good-old-boy sales tactics (oh someone else is looking at this, it's not going to be here long...haven't we've all heard that speech?). In addition, Audi's pricing is clear and up front. The independent research we did on the SUV we bought showed us that not only was the asking price fair, it was actually a REALLY good price. The negotiation on our trade-in was smooth as well (again, what they offered and what we were expecting was very, very close). I don't think we've ever bought a used vehicle and had a more pleasant, enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back to Audi Nashville in Cool Springs when it's time to look for a replacement vehicle.

I will never buy another car or send anyone to this place. I have called there and left messages with 3 individuals before and not one has ever returned my call and one was the manager of the place, second was some sort of manager and the last was a guy in service. Listen.... I get it voicemails get full...but to not return a customers call is utterly ridiculous. Never have I felt more disgusted as a consumer. I bought a car there...didn't love the process at all and would have gotten up and walked out if not for the car. They will try to upsell you on the warranties and seem more interested in that than getting you the car you want. I gave them a chance and I promise you...this is the last place that will ever have to worry about referrals or my business again. If they make you promises...you better get it in writing as they will try to get you out the door and not fulfill them in full!

Beware of this dealership. They sold me a moderately milage A4 for my daughter. Within a couple weeks we noticed it was low on oil. We thought this was unusual but just added oil. Another few weeks later needed more oil and the engine light came on. When we took it back to the dealership they said it needed almost $2,000 in repairs and refused to work with us at all even though it had been driven only about one thousand miles. It was disgusting.

Our A6 was in for an oil change; it was well handled in all aspects... except when it was time for us to pick up the car, THEY COULD NOT FIND THE KEY. They said they'd have to order another one if they were unable to locate it. Fortunately we had another with us so we could take the car home. We were called the next morning and told that the key had been located in another customer's car who found it when they got home. We had to go back to the dealership to pick up the key. It was not our fault, we only live about 5 miles away; they should have delivered it to us.

My husband's new Audi broke down on the interstate. He got on the website to get the number for the service department. No one answered. I checked on the website and the only phone number it listed was a 1-866 number. This went through a series of phone prompts, one repeating, and finishing the prompts the phone rang and rang. There was no service receptionist to pick up unanswered calls. After many tries, I finally got a human to answer the phone and they promptly gave me a 1-800 number for Audi Towing. This call took about 20 minutes. In trying to get back to the dealership I called the sales number and of course it was a 1-866 number again going through 3 prompts to get the sales receptionist to answer. There is no local number on their website. This dealership has major problems in communication. I drive a Mercedes and have absolutely no problem getting through. It seems this dealership is more concerned with their convenience rather than their customers'. Car dealerships do not have a lot of foot traffic during the week and why they think they have to go to a 1-866 number instead of having a local number on their website and a receptionist. Their system is extremely flawed.

Recently I purchased a certified used vehicle from this dealer. The car was delivered from another affiliated dealer who had the vehicle I wanted. I had three problems with the transaction. First, the local dealer dropped the ball with follow-up once the vehicle was located at the affiliated dealer. The result was a delayed delivery to me, forcing me to spend an two extra nights in Nashville. Except for an apology from the salesperson, I received no communication from anyone else at the dealership and no offer of even token financial compensation. Second, when picking up my vehicle and closing the transaction I was presented with several take-it-now-or-lose-it offers for extended warranties and service. I have no problem with having these options, but why wasn't I informed of these options in advance so I could think about them. It just seemed like a high-pressure way of doing business that is unexpected from a quality dealership. Third, from the time I entered the dealership, all through the vehicle search and buying process, and ending with the paperwork and delivery, I never met anyone except the sales and finance reps. No manager...no thank you....no nothing.

I bought my car there and had a pleasant experience except when I found out my sales person actually drove a Lexus and not an Audi (Lexus being the car I was trading in!). Not a good sales tactic. Anyway, I had an issue with my brakes making a noise so they had me come in and I needed to get a loaner. When I got there, they then told me that Audi's do that and you need to press hard on the brakes. They also said it will happen anyway when it's cold. They gave me a loaner and said I needed to put gas in it to where it was originally - 7/8 of a tank he told me. When he called to say it was ready, I asked him if it was really necessary to put gas in since I only drove it about 30 miles to and from work. He said yes and that $1 or $2 would be sufficient. Really??? When I picked it up, I asked the rep why they had me come in if it wasn't really a problem but the car itself and how it brakes. He said when people are "adamant" about the problem we just have them come in anyway. I told him I wasn't adamant and only mentioned it and if there was nothing they could do except tell me to press harder on the brakes I wouldn't have wasted my or their time. I then mentioned how I was disappointed that I needed to put gas in the loaner car when all I drove was about 30 miles. I needed to get to work and couldn't wait for my car to be looked at. He reacted in a rude manner and basically told me that it's just like a rental car. I said I had owned other high end vehicles and never had to put gas in if I wasn't going anywhere far. He didn't apologize and again rudely supported their policy. I actually put $2 worth of gas into the car!! How ridiculous. They didn't make me feel valued in the least. Although it is still under warranty, I am going to have my car serviced elsewhere. I don't like not feeling appreciated. Oh, and when I get a new car I'm going back to Lexus - a much better vehicle and service reputation. If you don't believe me, ask the Audi sales rep!!

Purchased a used 997 GTS, saw it online, I have to say it was a little scary buying site unseen for the first time in my life, but the sales mananger Jeff, salesman Zach, and also Alex in Finance, made this the most positive and easiest purchase I have ever made on a car, car was as promised when delivered, very Helpful, Friendly, and just a good overall experience!!

This was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had with any dealership ever. Prior to driving 2 hours to Nashville Audi, I had negotiated the deal for an Audi Q5. I explained my situation: closing on a house in 10 days / deploying to Kuwait in 30 days. I explained that it was imperative to have loan documents process for home closing and title processed in time to register/tag the vehicle prior to deployment to Kuwait. I purchased the vehicle on 5 Aug 2014. Sales rep, finance officer and everyone at the dealership were very supportive of my situation until the day after I drove off the lot. After 5 days, my mortgage company called the auto loan bank to record the payment details for the home closing; however, there was no record of a car loan having been issued. I contacted the dealership and talked to sales rep and then finance officer who stated that normally the documents are processed within 2-3 business days, etc. I continued to press for confirmation that the loan documents had been processed, and was finally referred to someone that was able to confirm the loan documents had NOT been sent, but stated that they would be sent the next business day. After 10 days, the loan had still not been issued, I had to delay the closing on the house to allow the mortgage company to recalculate my loan/income ratio using both the car loan for the Audi Q5 that had not been processed and also the car loan on my trade in which had not been paid off by Audi yet. After 19 days, I again called Audi Nashville to check the status. After being transferred around, given other numbers to call, leaving messages and then following up after no one returned my calls, I finally reached someone that told me she was sending the title to the city DMV via overnight express and it would arrive the next day. 20 days after the car purchase, I contacted DMV and received confirmation that the title had arrived and I could pick up tags, etc On day 24 after purchasing the vehicle, I went to DMV to pick-up tags and was told that AUDI NASHVILLE HAD REQUESTED THE TITLE BE RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP.I frantically contacted Audi Nashville and finally reached the general manager who told me that they had requested the title be returned because the bank issuing the loan required proof of my residency. I was furious. It is simply unbelievable that 24 days after I purchased the vehicle the loan bank suddenly realized they needed proof of residency. I asked Audi Nashville when the bank had requested proof of residency and why it had taken them so long to notify me. They responded with gibberish answers and evaded the question. On 31 Aug 2014, when I was required to depart for my deployment, I had still not received confirmation from DMV that the title was received and as a result spent my final day prior to deployment obtaining power of attorney in order to have someone register the vehicle at DMV and obtain license plates. During this entire process, each person who I talked to at Audi Nashville, from the sales rep to the finance manager to the dealership general manager, made me feel like I was imposing on their time and that my follow up was an unwelcome inconvenience on them. There was little attempt to assist me, my calls were generally not returned and once I was transferred past the receptionist, I was generally treated rudely. No one ever acknowledged any concern for my situation or any regret for their failure to process basic purchase and loan documentation in a timely manner. As I have found in other online reviews of this dealership, my experience is not an isolated occurrence. I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing from Audi Nashville.

I have had many problems with their service and they have been unwilling to fix insufficient (or completely deficient) repair work. Instead they seem to have a stonewall strategy, which amount to blaming the customer in my opinion. I don't think this is a good long term business strategy, and I recommend against using this dealership.

I purchased a per-owned certified Q5 from Marelle at this dealership and the experience was smooth, hassle free and prompt (delivery). Unlike many others I spoke with during the process of making the purchase, the transaction was supreme. Most dealerships went back and forth, but this was just very realistic in price, which minimized the need of haggling. Very satisfied with my sales person and service!

If friendly and knowledgeable customer service is what you're in the market for, along with an incredible car that is, then you mustn't look any further. My experience from the second I walked onto the showroom floor to that moment of pure euphoria when I drove my new car off the lot was spectacular. My sales agent "Trent" never steered me wrong throughout the entire process. The management was friendly and personable along the way and ensured I was treated as a valued customer during my purchasing process. Unlike other experiences management was visible and interactive not just hiding behind an unseen desk. My sales agent took the time to get to know me and my needs and was able to customize my vehicle to meet both my needs and desires. Top notch from beginning to end. I will definitely return when I'm back in the market for my wife.

Went in to the service department here in Nashville Audi to get my veh checked out not only were they rude they didn't even do anything. I wanted to know what all was wrong with my car that I had just bought at another dealer. They said they would do a used car inspection on it like if it was one of there cars. After an hour they came out and the adviser couldn't tell me what was wrong cause he was unfamiliar with my car. When the tect sat down he sad next to my friend and started talking to him .. my friend stoped the tect and told him it was my car he laughed and told him he would have to help pay for all the repairs... RUDE! so the tect got up and started talking to me explained what he had pulled from my computer 3 codes were stored and he told my that unless I fix them I would not beable to pass my emisssions test! Funny part I told him right before I got there I had just passed the test... Next I asked him what els did he fine he told my that I will need ft and rear brakes I asked him what the measurement was on it he told me he would have to remove my rim for that.?? Really so you have no idea if I really need brakes cause you never checked them? Then the hole resone why I brought it in was cause my power steering was making alot of noise and really hard to turn in the morning... He never even checked it I had him go back and look at if and then he said I would need a power steering pump... So I payed them $130 to insp my car and I walked out with everything I all ready knew plus a peice of paper the computer told them that once it stored a code so it must need to be replaced...my est was for $10354 to fix "what they said was wrong" I will never go back there and will have another place fix my car! what a waist of time it like they didnt even want my businesses I've beeen a true Audi Customer my hole life this is my 5th one its just a shame I moved to another state and had to deal with them as my service dealer and now will never get onther Audi as long as I'm in this town!! DO NOT GO TO AUDI NASHVILLE FOR ANYTHING...

Great buying process from out of state. Arranged shipment of the car to Indiana. But when it arrived, delivery service pointed out a big scratch on the passenger door. Notified the dealership, they claimed it wasn't there when it left. Offered to send me the bill of laden but never did. Then because I forgot about it until it was time to drive it in the summer, it was much too late to do anything about it. Not the end of the world and I'm sure I could have done more complaining to get it fixed, but pretty unfortunate.

I had been looking for a certain used vehicle and when I found it here the day it was listed it was priced $5000 or more lower than other similiar vehicles. They let me take the vehicle even though their computers were down and I came back later to do the paperwork. Very friendly people, no pressure, and great prices. I had an excellant buying experience with this dealer. I contacted the dealer through Cars.com via email to inquire about a vehicle. The Internet manager, Ben Kirby, contacted me and we worked out the transaction via a few emails. This inculded determing the value of my trade and they arranged very favorably financing. We agreed on a price and I drove to the dealership that next day. The vehicle I purchased was exactly as described and there were no last minute changes in our agreement. We test drove the Q5 and found one minor issue that they fixed on the spot. I could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend this dealer and Ben Kirby to anyone.

Poor follow up to all inquiries. Car was not prepared very well for me to review even though I flew in to town to review and purchase. Detailing of car was mediocre at best. Car WAS in the condition that salesman had conveyed and I did buy vehicle. Have never had any follow up calls, emails, or anything from dealer or from Jaguar since purchase. Surprising.
