Josh Patterson was professional and thorough in his knowledge base. As at most car dealerships he had to mention various packages that the dealer offers over the basic car. Yet he was not pushy whatsoever. His description of the cars options and functions was quite comprehensive and helpful in my purchase decision.

everyone at this facility was so nice to work with. i really appreciated allan's help. everyone was fair and reasonable, and no one pressured me. everyone was so easy to work with. i would definitely recommend them.

Overall have been extremely happy with service I have received with Sunnyside Audi. They have always gone over and beyond. No place is perfect, but they are the next best thing.

I paid Sunnyside for an inspection on my Audi TT. They completely missed the blown turbo. I found out later there's 3 non-invasive ways to check for a blown turbo and they didn't even try. Why would you not inspect the performance of a performance car? I ended up with over $3k in repairs. I also called Audi headquarters and they were astounded of the lack of service and quality. Skip this dealership, it seems to me they just care about you buying thier cars.

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the "BEST" car salesman I have ever dealt with and I'm one that is not easily impressed. Matt Smith of Sunnyside Audi in Middleburg Hts, OH has provided me with the most impressive customer service experience I have ever had. Matt has truly went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met, but most importantly he listened, explained and was detail specific to my needs. I HIGHLY recommend Matt Smith of Sunnyside Audi for a low stress car buying experience !!!! I bought a used 2006 TT with 21k miles in '09. Currently has ~58k. I have had it in the dealership over 20 times for the same two or three issues. Mainly, 15+ times for the check engine light. I have had the charcoal canister replaced 3 times and valves related several times as well. Now it needs a 4th. HQ says they'll cover part if I pay labor. I disagree I should be paying anything at all. This part should not continue to go bad. It's a sad thing to buy such a car and get such service. We just traded in our A6 2 months ago, also purchased from Sunnyside, for a Honda Pilot. The TT is next. Those 5 series BMWs look lovely, no?! Audi doesn't care for their reputation and has demonstrated apathy for the quality of their parts and service. I'm not their wealthiest client, far from it. Likely why I am treated as I am. But I have friends in high places, and I'm telling them all!
