I recently purchased a used vehicle from Audi Hoffman Estates. I drove down from Milwaukee to test drive the vehicle. Lori was very easy to contact and she seamlessly set up an appropriate appointment with Necko. We went on an fairly decent route for the test drive. However, I would have liked a route with at least one bumpy road and highway speeds (but I understand the insurance issues that put restrictions on dealerships). After falling in love with the Vehicle, we started negotiating prices. The vehicle was very competitively priced, but Necko and his used car manager were extremely respectful of our thoughts on a fair price. I got a fantastic deal on a perfectly clean car. After negotiation, Necko stated the paperwork right away. Dan in finance was absolutely fantastic. We ran into some credit issues with loans and things, but Dan and Necko did everything they could do to solve the issue. After all the paperwork and financial steps were completed, the car was detailed and ready to go. As a college student, I was in the market for a used vehicle. However, in a couple of years I would love to work with Audi Hoffman Estates to buy a beautiful new Audi.

Audi Hoffman is by far the best dealer I talked with and Carlo makes it even better. He helped me all the way to get the beautiful A3 back home. He is so nice, so patient even when we were "fighting" on the price. He even arranged a puller to help me to bring the car home on same day. What else can you expect from a sales person?This dealer might not be the one to give you lowest price but the service they provide is exceptional. I will definitely have Audi Hoffman as my first choice for my next car.Paul

I bought a 2015 Audi A3 cabrio in March, and have nothing but positive experiences with this dealership, from my salesman GREG CHOINA to everyone I have dealt with in the service department . Every single person has gone out their way for me. They are all friendly, polite, professional, and best of all, competent! Luckily, I have only had minor service concerns, but they have all been met in the most professional way. This dealership is more than twice as far as another one closer to home, but it is worth the drive. I would recommend Audi of Hoffman Estates to anyone I know that is interested in an Audi. Very impressed with my Audi experience so far.

I brought my 2012 Audi A5 for an oil change last week. I called the morning of my service, spoke with Tony and made an appointment for that day. I spoke with Tony that I prefer to work with my Mike as my service advisor. I arrived a bit early, as usual, for my appointment and was greeted immediately by Mike. Mike was, as usual, professional and courteous. He told me what time I could expect my service to be completed. Of course my car was ready, as promised.I have all of my service work done at Audi Hoffman Estates. I am always treated with courtesy and professionally. Mike is always good to work with, highly recommend him

I have been in the sales industry for 40 years. And I must say, I was highly impressed with our salesperson Necko Civic. He knows the product and his sales/customer service responsiveness is exceptional. Necko should serve as a role model for any Audi sales professional. The General Manager made it a point to come over and thank us for the business. The Business Manager who arranged the financing was also highly professional and responsive. We had purchased another Audi product from the Audi in Highland Park. All I can say is, go with Audi in Hoffman Estates. They are worth the trip. I would definitely stay away from Audi in Highland Park....unless....you prefer to work with an unresponsive and unappreciative dealer.

Dean is like no other car salesmen I have ever experienced. I had ordered a Q5 which was damaged at the port of entry. Dean first went above and beyond and was able to locate another car at a local dealer. When it took longer for the car to be prepped, Dean offered to personally deliver the car to me. That is going the extra mile for his customers.

I thought I wanted an RS7 and wanted it all the more after meeting with Carlo at dealership. We did the prerequisite test drive and loved the car but not color. Carlo went extra mile searching his online network for the RS7 that we wanted. At end of the day, we decided to order a 2017 as soon as Carlo suggested and it arrived earlier than originally promised.Could not be happier and found this dealership to not demonstrate the kind of arrogance often experienced at other high end, luxury auto sellers.

Recently I was in the market to buy a new car, and I stopped by Audi Hoffman Estates. I was immediately greeted by Brian Hall, GM. He was friendly, courteous, and professional as we chatted about the A3 that was parked inside the show room. When I was ready to test drive it, he put me in the hands Valentina Maciunas. She was knowledgeable, patient, and quick on her feet. Needless to say I purchased my first Audi that same day. The negotiation and finance process was a breeze. Great dealership, I felt comfortable, taken care, and walked away satisfied with my purchase and the price I paid.

Necko and Rick are absolutely amazing. I just moved to the area and run a restaurant so I work long hours and Necko eats in my restaurant quite often. He came in once, saw I had an Audi and I told him I needed an oil change and that I'd be in soon. He came back the next week and asked if I'd got it I told him I hadn't. He said okay, called Rick, picked Rick up from the dealership, came back and got my car, got it serviced and brought it back. They don't know but unfortunately, my grandfather had passed so I hadn't gotten the chance to do anything and life was really hard those days. Their act of kindness without me asking or them knowing my situation will always be in my heart. I can't express how impressed I was with the two of them and their amount of care.

Shopped around for out of warrantee work to be done and Schaumburg Audi with Rick's help was the best overall solution. Rick understands my cost dilemma in keeping an older (2009) Audi running well and always has the best solution for pricing and fixes required. I bought my CPO 2013 A6 from this dealership recently. I worked with Mario Arpino who was knowledgable, experienced, and professional. I test drove the car multiple times and Mario was more then accommodating each time. At no point during my multiple visits Mario pressured me to buy the vehicle, which was a huge deal for me as I feel very uncomfortable when salesmen makes you feel obligated just for test driving the car. Overall, very pleasant experience. I would certainly recommend this dealership and Mario Arpino to friends and family

This is my third A6, my first A6 was purchased at Schaumburg Audi, now referenced as Audi Hoffman Estate. My most recent purchase was at Audi Hoffman Estate. I've also had my car serviced in the past at Audi Hoffman Estate and have always had excellent service. The Service Dept.has gone the extra mile with helping me even when I traveled. This time around... I made a few attempts to purchase my new A6 from a few other dealerships without success. Because; none of these dealership came close to the professional service I've received from Audi Hoffman Estate. Carlo my Sales Rep. at Hoffman did in a Great Job with my most recent purchase. I can't speak about Carlo without mentioning both Gary Jones (Business Mgr) and Dave Legner (Pre-Owned Sales Car Mgr.) With my most recent purchase more time was required to close the deal. Although; the dealership was closing Carlo was patient and answered all my questions while providing the mechanical details of my new car further making me feel comfortable with purchasing my car from Audi Hoffman Estate. I live in the South Loop, when my car requires service I will drive to Audi Hoffman Estate because the drive is worth it for great service and a trusted relationship. I have bought three cars from Audi of Hoffman Estates and have had a great experience with each purchase. Purchased a vehicle last year which did not work for me and went back in expecting to lose a lot on the trade. Mario - Salesman Extraordinaire and Dave - Used Car Manager helped me immensely in receiving a good trade value and getting me into a car which was more suitable for me. I could not be happier as a customer and recommend all to reach out to Mario if interested in a new Audi or Dave if interested in finding a used car. Dan processed me super quickly and I was out the door within a couple of hours with a great finance rate. Everything was described to me in a detailed manner and nothing was missed. Dan and Mario also helped me with getting a refund for a warranty which was purchased with my old vehicle. Talk about going the extra mile. Not to mention the service department would be a sin. The service department is top notch and the service consultants are superbly skilled in ways of Audi vehicles and also the most polite people I have ever had to deal with at a car dealership in over 25 years. This was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Necko Civic was a great guy who was down to earth and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased (S3). The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I never felt pressured into buying like many other dealerships. I also enjoyed my experience with the Ficance Manager Dan Jigalov. He made the process go by quickly. Necko's expertise was one-of-a-kind. From the tutorial of the technology in the car, from the knowledge of the brand. Had a nail in my tire, and wanted to take it to dealership asap before the tire became flat. Rick at the Service department was able to take my car right away and replace the tire. I was updated on the process the entire time. The waiting lounge was wonderful, with plenty of snacks and refreshments. Everyone was very friendly and happy, made us feel comfortable and at home. Will definately only take my audi to this dealership while I am living in the chicago area. Top notch.

My and I were in the dealership 2 weeks ago looking for a Q50. This dealership I believe doesn't really care about there customers as they don't approach you unless you find someone to help you. We worked with a sales person as she basically asked if we can afford this car before she shows us this car while another sales person remarked how awful Acura is not knowing that was the car I was going trade-in. I don't think you should talk down to a customer or about another brand. Overall we wouldn't go back as they lost out in a sale as we took our business to another dealership that was the complete opposite.Also don't be so pushy trying to make a sale. Give some space to your customer and don't act like we are wasting your time.

New 2017 AUDI Q7 quality is Disappointing. I just got the car two weeks,and the big noise showed up from back area, maybe from sunroof or trunk somewhere,sound's really cheap and old , So I have to bring the car back to the dealership try to find out what's going on with it ,Then after someone who works at service department test drove it ,I was really surprised he told me everything was OK ,there is no noise. So I have to ask the person who sold car to me for help. We Took another drive test ,and I Was glad she heard noise , this means I am not a crazy guy Hearing things ,I dropped my car at the dealership ,and I hope they can fix everything.So please check carefully when your customer has any problem , When we went to dealership,we must be need help,even a small problem.Customers do not bring cars in without a valid reason.because we do not have time to waste!

My check engine light came on so I went to Auto Zone & they diagnosed the problem as cylinder #2 misfire detected. I brought my car to Audi. Eric (service writer) told me the diagnostic fee of $150 would be included in whatever work I have done & if I didnt move forward w/any work I would owe the $150. They told me the problem could be my spark plugs or a coil but the problem seems intermittent. They suggested replacing the spark plugs at a cost of $325 (there are 4). Red flag #1 b/c the cost of a spark plug is $13.48 & it takes about 20 min to change them. They were obviously overcharging me so I declined replacing the spark plugs. They also said my water pump was leaking. I told them to proceed w/the water pump. While leaving Eric suggested a coolant flush so I said ok & left. I contacted my dad who is a certified heavy equipment mechanic for the last 39 years & he said in order to replace the water pump the coolant needs to be removed so a coolant flush (for an add fee of $160 but giving me $100 off) is not necessary red flag #2. I called Audi & told them not to do the coolant flush. Audi then called me a few hours later & said the radiator was also leaking. Eric said he would send photos of both leaks to my dad. The photos Eric sent were plastic radiator tanks (he told my dad they were aluminum) & the water pump. None of the photos showed any leaks red flag #3. My dad said dont do anything, Im coming up there. He went there & the mechanic showed him the side of the engine (not the water pump or radiator) & said look at the leak. He said there is no leak, the mechanic said trust me its leaking. He said did you put a pressure test on it? The mechanic said no (red flag #4 no proof of leak) then my dad said just go ahead & fix it but forget the radiator. My dad asked about the amount for the spark plugs & Eric said their book time is 1hr & on a Saturday they charge time & a half (which is $225/hr). This was never disclosed to us & is not written on the invoice to inform their customers red flag #5. So $325 - $225 (only takes 20 min not an hr) = $100 left over for parts which is $25/plug (an upcharge of $11.52/plug). My fiance went to pick up my car & they put the diagnostic fee on the bill. He asked why it was on the bill when we were told it would be included if any work is done & they said they ran different diagnostics for the water pump & radiator (this was never explained to us they took $100 off) red flag #6. We took my car to the body shop where it was repaired from a front end collision a few years ago to have them check out the radiator since it was replaced from the accident & is still under warranty for life. They did a pressure test & there was no issue w/the radiator red flag #7. My dad spoke w/Andy (service manager) & explained everything that happened. Andy stuck up for his guys & said my dad must have misunderstood. He said my dad was mistaken, his guys would never say they charge time & a half & if the car didnt need something repaired they wouldnt say it does. My dad asked if they get paid by commission & he said yes & if he came in there theyd be glad to show him what they did. My dad said the bridge is burned at this point b/c of the dishonesty. Andys rebuttal to everything was that my dad must have misunderstood & didnt have 1 straight answer. My dad told him that the radiator was pressure tested & there was nothing wrong w/it. Andy said it had a small leak in it by the drain & you could only see it w/a mirror. My dad said if that were the case why wasnt he shown that. My dad said the whole ordeal was dishonest, hell never come back to Hoffman Estates Audi & hell never recommend them to anyone. Ive owned an Audi since 2012 & have only gone to Hoffman Estates Audi for every single service I have ever needed. I am very disappointed w/this dealership & Audi has lost a loyal customer.

I brought my car in to check on a wiper blade that wasn't working properly that was new 4 months earlier installed my Audi. I didn't have an appointment but Joe Sturgeon was great. He promptly tried to fix it but when he realized the blade just wasn't working properly he replaced it for no charge. I really appreciate the quick response and willingness to replace the part at no cost.

I have been to many dealerships in search for cars high and low, and to be honest to get good service like this i have to go out of state. (which i have done). Would like the general consumer to know what they can expect when they take their car to Audi of Hoffman Estates. POOR SERVICE & DISHONESTY! First, they gave me a loaner car that was all banged up. Then when I returned it the next day, they blamed me for the damage. Can you believe that?! Accusing me for something that I did not do and then getting ugly about it. STAY AWAY FROM SCOTT HALL AND THE MANAGER ANDY. Then they lied to me and said they were replacing my damaged seat and it turns out all they did was patch it up. SO IF YOU WANT POOR SERVICE AND LIES, GO TO AUDI OF HOFFMAN ESTATES. It is dealerships like this that give Audi a poor name. I will never buy another Audi again if Audi Corporate cannot take action to correct this type of service being delivered to their customers.

I have a A 4 that I service at Hoffman, they never totally resolve my issues, today was straw that broke the camels back, I received a $15 gift certificate in the mail over the weekend, I wanted to buy a a $10 key chain, after making me wait 10 minutes, Michael the parts manager, I believe, said it's not a get certificate and I could only use it for service., it's the way he said it that's bugging me, I have a $40,000 car that I have serviced there , and he's arguing over a $10 key chain. I could have walked over to my salesman and asked for it, but I don't need it, it's the principal , why wouldn't you want to keep my service business ???I ripped the gift certificate up and will never return for anything

Service on a premium sports sedan comes down to trust and dependability and Joe lived up to the proud tradition of exceptional customer service that I've come to expect from Audi Hoffman Estates. Valentina and Mitch were very professional and courteous. We test drove BMWs, Mercedes, Jeeps, Acuras, and Subarus and Valentina was the most knowledgeable professional we encountered, by far. They were exceedingly fair in working to reach an agreeable price on our trade-in and the Q5 we purchased. They accommodated our difficult schedule and even tossed in a roof rack with our purchase! The Audi facility in Hoffman Estates is first class, as is the selection of new and pre-owned vehicles on the premises. A few weeks after we purchased the car, we happened to be in the neighborhood and got a wash and wax in just 20 minutes. Despite living in Chicago, I plan to return to Hoffman Estates Audi in the future for service, washes, and, possibly in the very near future, another car purchase from Valentina.

I really haven't had and service beyond regular oil changes, etc. My service adviaor, Mike Torelli, is always available and great to work with. I am able to get a loaner car, service is done correctly and promptly and he texts me when it's ready which I prefer over calls. Anthony McGrath , in service, always makes sure the car is ready to go and I always ask for him. The Audi is a bit more expensive to drive, but with the service given, it is worth it. I never have any issues ever.

This is the second time I had my yearly maintenance with Audi Hoffman Estates. They now support online schedule and I did it within several clicks. The website is well designed and I can easily schedule a next day service.When I drove there, Eric gave a warm welcome and made everything smooth. He also helped to arrange a loan even I didn't make a reservation online. That did save me a lot of time and the maintenance was done even before I finish a cup of coffer after back from personal things.The whole experience is fantastic and I'm 100% sure I'll do my maintenance again there and certainly consider buying a new car there too.

Called the dealership on the hottest day of the year because the climate control system refused to yield cold air. I dropped off the car the same day and received a very nice courtesy vehicle to use during the repair process. I was on my way in 15 minutes. Turns out the compressor needed replacement and the system refilled and leak checked. The car was delivered to me in immaculate condition. These guys are amazing.

A first for me...two flats at once. After hitting a pot hole the two passenger tires were damaged leaving me with no option but to have the car towed. Without an appointment I dropped the car off at the Audi Dealership in Hoffman Estates and things just got better from there. The first day i went into Audi of Hoffman Estates, I met Carlo Gilli, and discussed I was looking for a Audi S4 within a particular price range. Although Audi did not have a vehicle in the price range on the lot, they allowed me to drive a S4 on the lot, and I fell in love. After speaking with Mitch Berg and Carlo Gilli, they found a Certified Audi S4 that fit my price range, and it was magnificient. Needless to say, I walked away with a beautiful car within my price range within a few days of visiting the dealership. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Carlo at Audi of Hoffman Estates.

I have used them for years for service for a TT and S5. In February, 2015, traded in my 2012 S5 for a new 2015 S5 from them and my partner bought herself a new Q3. I have had two drop in's that were accommodated quickly, professionally and smoothly. Someone is there to greet you when you pull in and a service person always is available. Loaners are offered and if you choose to wait the area is clean, quiet with plenty of free beverages and snacks and a TV to watch. Free WiFi makes allows me to work from the dealership and increases my flexibility. Car wash is always done impeccably.

Carlo is a magician! I gave him the task of finding me a USED A4, black on black, manual. He calls me back BARELY a week later with new inventory that hasn't even hit the lot yet. This gentleman manages to find me a BRAND NEW A4 fitting all my criteria. I told him new was out of my price range, but he asked if I still wanted to test drive it for a feel, as I only test drove the available automatics at the time. After the test drive, he didn't really ask me the usual salesman lines. There was no salesman pressure. I buy cars literally every 1-2 years (my fiancee disapproves of my car addictions) and I can tell the difference in people who are just wanting to make a sale and people who are genuinely interested in making people happy. Carlo genuinely was happy that we were happy. (I also work with people for a living at a hospital so I'd like to think I have a good read). Carlo and the sales manager Gary got me into a brand new car, less than what I was budgeting to pay for the used cars I calculated out. It was pretty ridiculous in a good way. They definitely earned my future business with Audi as well as my referrals and I look forward to working with them in the future!!

I visited several Chicagoland Audi dealerships In searching for a new Audi I found the staff at Audi Hoffman Estates to be the best! Necko Civic was knowledgable and thorough. He gave me many options to get started with my lease and Kevin Jones was exceptional at working with me to get me the fairest price. Necko also took me through setting up everything electronic and how to use each feature in my new car. They also went above and beyond in my search for the corrrect car and there was no limit to finding the right car for me and bringing it to the dealership. After we came to an agreement I was out on the road with my new car in 30 minutes! The whole process took under 2 hours, which if your time is valuable- Necko and Kevin are the people I have confidence in to get the deal done at the right price and not go through the typical car sales cliches.

Horrible experience, was my first time buying a car by myself for myself. I wanted it to be a great experience. Everyone was pretty nice and seemed to be honest and understandings. The finance gentleman was very nice and quick and efficient. After showing some concern to the salesman about the fact that the car I was looking at didn't have Bluetooth I was told not to worry because it had an aux input and usb. So I let my MUST of being a Bluetooth car go out the window and settled for the aux system. I purchased the car and after two days of trying to get the Aux to work I called and was told I could bring it in to look at. They had my car for 6 or 7 hours only to tell me "they couldn't do anything because they weren't a bmw dealer. However it seemed like something minor maybe a fuse or something." Oh and made note to me that I bought the car "as is" so technically it's not their problem. ( I didn't even have the car a week) Well today I brought it to a BMW dealer and guess what!? A bunch of parts are missing in the system because they seemed to have gotten wet and it will cost over $1700 to fix! Seems like something they would have to have known about. So thanks a ton Audi of Hoffman Estates. You have been sure to live up to the shady sleezy car salesman stereo type with pride. What was suppose to be a great experience has turned into a big regret.

I recently purchased a preowned A5 from Hoffman Estates Audi and enjoyed the experience. I learned about the car online. I contacted the dealership and arranged to come into see the car. The salesman (Necko) was responsive on the phone while setting up an appointment to come see the car. When I arrived at the dealership, Necko and the car were waiting for me. The car had all of the features it advertised. The salesman came along for the test-drive and offered a unique perspective. He took us down a winding road and pointed out a few performance features to which I was unfamiliar. Upon arriving back at the dealership we talked numbers. The dealership offered me a fair price and took my deposit. A few days later I returned to pick up the car. Necko stayed after closing to give me a full tutorial on the car. He offered me his cell phone number and assured me if I needed any further assistance or had any unanswered questions I could call anytime.

I just picked up my CPO '14 A6 Prestige from Audi Hoffman Estates and am still completely amazed at the entire experience from start to finish. I reached out to them after doing an extensive search all over Chicagoland and surrounding areas for the A6 candidates I wanted. Soon afterwards their business development specialist, Carly Rowe, reached out to me to offer help. I told her what I was looking for and sent her links to the other 2-3 cars I had narrowed it down to. She introduced me to my Brand Specialist, Valentina Maciunas, and the experience went parabolic from there. Valentina was thoughtful enough to email me the original window stickers for all the cars I told them I was looking at (even though they were at different dealerships) so I could compare them. She didn't try to sell me on how they were better and why I should go with Audi HE - she just simply did that so I could make an informed decision. That's WOW #1 because everywhere else I contacted lead with either bashing their competitors or boasting why I should only do business with them. She continued to work patiently with me despite my being torn on used vs. new (that new car siren song always gets me when I go into a dealership to look at used cars), purchase vs. lease, finance vs. pay outright. She didn't try to sell me in one way or the other based on her/the dealership's own agenda and, again, just gave me all of the information I needed to make my own decision - that's WOW #2. WOW #3: She worked the heck out of the price for me. I told her how my wife really liked another one at another dealership (that was not convenient for me to go to but was priced so aggressively that it would have been worth the 90 minute drive) so she had to get at least in the same ballpark for us to move forward. She not only got the price lowered once but twice within hours to get me there and it was a go (to put this in context we started out at ~$2850 gap between the 2 cars and she got us to within $500. I could've pushed to try to get more but at that point I was so impressed that I thought enough was enough and they clearly showed me that they wanted and deserved my business. WOW #4 and the coup de grace: My wife is 9 month pregnant, due any day now - literally, and she knew we lived 45 minutes away. Worried about my wife driving home alone from the dealership by herself, she sent a driver to come pick us up to bring us to the dealership together... in an brand new A8L!! To say we got the rock star treatment is a monumental understatement. I've been in sales for over 20 years and have never had an experience like the one I received from Valentina. I told 2 of my industry colleagues about this experience and that I hope that our clients think as highly about their interactions with us as I did about this one. Later that night, when I was putting my 2 yr. old daughter to bed, she said to me: "Mrs. Valentina real nice. I love her." If you're a dad w/ a young daughter, you understand. And I'll end it with that. Go see these folks and ask for Valentina! Enjoy.

My family's most recent car purchasing experience from Audi Hoffman Estates was excellent. Valentina is very knowledgeable and patient, well spoken with a tad of sexy European accent. She did not only show the car's features to my parents, but also encourage them to try out everything. Since my dad drove very conservatively during test drive, I got behind the wheel to find the handling limit, and took some scary fast turns in more than 3" of snow/slush mix, she didn't complain at all. (my verdict: 4 wheel drive is definitely better than front wheel drive in adverse conditions.) There was another used car in the lot that my parents wanted to look at, despite it was snowing outside, she went out and brought the car into the service bay for them to evaluate. Once my parents made the decision, the rest of the paperwork went smoothly and quickly (price was very reasonable, even for my financially conservative parents). From this experience I can conclude that Audi Hoffman Estates got it all, premium cars (RS5 and R8 are absolutely gorgeous), premium experience (Working with Valentina), and premium service (free car wash with interior cleaning after purchase), all in one very modern building (outside and inside). Audi Hoffman Estates has everything today's demanding consumers are looking for.

Was by far the easiest purchase I have made of any car manf. I started my buying journey online with Cars.com. I was referred to Hoffman Estates Audi. I politle emailed them asking for information on an A4. I heard back from a saleswoman and she gave me some basic information and promised to mail me a brochure. I never received the brochure which I twice requested. I sent follow up emails requesting further information including pricing. No one ever followed up. Your dealership received a ton of accolades on your website. So today March 11, 2015, I decided to ride over from my office to take a look at the Q5's. I have zeroed in on this model and have some questions about the 2015 and the upcoming 2016's. I walked into your dealership at 11:30. To my surprise, there were many people working at their stations alone, but not one person bothered to greet me or get up to ask if I needed assistance. I look at both floor models and spent considerable time looking at the black Q5 prestige model. I looked over for assistance a few times, and still nothing. Quite surprised. After looking at the vehicle I slowly walked towards the door looking at an A8 and an A6, still not even a peep. Shocked you could be the Audi dealer of the year. Wow. In January I brought my A5 in for check engine light on. I had to bring it back 4 times over a month's time to resolve the issue. Each time I took it in, I was told a different reason why it was on, ( 1st. couldn't find anything wrong, 2nd. fuel injector, 3rd. air filter, 4th. throttle assembly) and that it was resolved. Within a week of each time picking the car up, the check engine light was on again. Finally it appears to be fixed with the 4th diagnoses. What's most disappointing, the times I brought the car in, I didn't feel the staff was invested in my issue, no one said, "we'll figure this out". Just a very nonchalant attitude. I also purchased the car from this dealership.

I went into Audi Hoffman estates on a Tuesday to check out a new A3. I had already driven the car and was more interested in looking at all the technology and talk a little pricing. I dealt with Necko Civic and Kevin Jones. Necko showed me everything in the car, really knew this car inside and out. When I mentioned I wanted to talk price but had no intention of buying that day. I was pleasantly surprised that at no point from that moment to when I left did they try to get me in the car that day. It was as pressure free an environment as I could have hoped for. When I went back in later in the week, there were no extra fees added into the price we worked out. My per month payment was exactly what I was quoted. Necko went through the entire car one more time before I left to make sure I had all the technology under control.

I had a great experience buying my Audi Q7 at Audi Hoffman Estates. The no pressure approach to selling that they have is just refreshing. My Sales person Bobby Becker was well informed and always available (phone, Email etc). At my first meeting I was not ready to purchase the car and they did not pressure me at all. I also met with Mitch Berg who is the Sales Manager and the experience was equally pleasant. When I needed a courtesy car to tie me over for a few days they were very helpful.

Bought a used 2012 Infiniti from the dealership back in June, the experience was excellent from my first phone call. Salesman Bob explained the car correctly, negotiated respectfully, and we ended up with a great deal. The financing was respectful and fair also, got a great interest rate, and a very good price on an extended warranty. Car was cleaned and polished like I bought a new car. Last month we ran into a little snag on the registration, we discovered a small slip-up while doing the paperwork with a mistype on the zip code.... this ended up in us not receiving the registration renewal which was brought to our attention by the local police :-o. when brought it to the dealerships attention was put in contact with Jo Anne Collingbourne in the office, she took care of everything ans ASAP! All within an hour of talking to her the registration was changed with the state, then a new registration card/sticker, a reimbursement check from the little incident, all in an overnight by 10am the next morning. I surfed the internet at multiple dealerships sites looking for the right Certified Pre-Owned A5 convertible. I made "strong" offers for several cars, but was not able to negotiate amicably. That all changed with my call to Audi Hoffman Estates on this fantastic car. We quickly and courteously established the condition of the vehicle and negotiated a fair price in three phone calls. Twenty four hours later my wife and I rode an Amtrak train over 300 miles from Michigan to Chicago. Our salesperson, Jerry Melissaratos, kept in constant communication with us through out the trip and had a driver waiting for us at the train station in Chicago to take us to the dealership. Once there, we were quickly greeted by Mitch Berg the sales manager that facilitated the purchase so graciously. The car was beautifully detailed and displayed in an indoor delivery area and was 100% as described. We test drove the vehicle and was delighted. We then finalized the transaction with Dan Jigalov, the business manager. In my 35 years of car buying this is absolutely the best experience ever.

Mike is very professional and courteous. I brought my Audi in for an oil change. I am old fashioned and believe in frequent oil changes, evey 5,000 miles. Mike told me or work that was not done at 35,000 miles and recommended that it be done. I agreed and authorized the work. The work was completed promptly. Due to the extreme weather, he car was not washed. I returned yesterday, the 19th t get my Audi washed. I was given priority service which was much appreciated. Simply put, my experience here was superb!As an out state of buyer (Kansas City, MO), I'd been throught an 'almost purchase' decision with a competing dealer in Dallas, TX and had been horribly put off by their unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism. When I reached out to Audi Hoffman Estates and Necko Civic, I had the exact opposite experience. We reached a fair price agreement within minutes, Necko provided the documentation I needed very quickly, made sure I received all applicable financing incentives, and most importantly to me - was extremely responsive to me by phone, text and email to my many pesky questions throughout the process. I flew in from out of state the NEXT DAY to pick up my car and was on my way in maybe 90 minutes (which included a test drive!). After the sale was completed, Necko was very easy to reach about a few follow-up maintenance questions. In short, I felt extremely comfortable even though buying remotely, in my opinion, is an inherently uncomfortable process. I wouldn't HESITATE to purchase a car here again. I brought in my car earlier this month for a simple recall and that's exactly what it was...simple. I was greeted immediately as I pulled the car in by a porter and was greeted again by Eric Defort as I walked in the facility. When I told Eric I was in for the recall, he assured me that it wouldn't take too long. I decided to walk around the showroom for a bit and then ended up in the waiting area. Before long, Eric walked up to me and let me know that my car was nearly ready and was just getting washed. A few minutes later, my car pulled up, nicely washed and clean. A great (free) service that Audi Hoffman Estates provides. Eric called me over to review the service that was performed and I was out of there in no time. Everyone at this dealership is always friendly and professional, from the moment you walk in, all the way through the moment you walk out.

Everyone is very considerate during the buying process and subsequently every Service visit has been very efficient and flawless. Both Sales and Service has always been very cordial. You always feel very welcome.My last service visit for my RS7 was no exception. They were able to squeeze me in the very same afternoon for my service visit. The Service consultant Scott Hall took good care of everything and my chosen wait at their premises was short. Scott kept updating me of the status of the service. I had an appointment came in early, as soon as i walked in reception was very inviting, salesman was ready for me had car ready to go for test drive. Gave him a budget and gave me all options available to me, actually was trying to get me under my budget to make it the whole experience enjoyable. Never once was I told I needed this optional upgrade or try different model car. I was asked what I wanted and what I needed and he stuck to what I said. Great and friendly staff.

My Service Consultant was Mike Torelli. Mike was outstanding in his consideration of my needsand attention to the service my car required. He was always customer oriented, never intimidating and focused on making sure that I understood his recommendations. In short, he worked hard to make sure that I was a happy customer. When I arrived at the service entrance the door opened and I was immediately directed inside. No waiting. No wasted energy trying to find the service consultant. Because of their Scheduler, Tony Trocchio, Mike was expecting my arrival and acknowledged me when I pulled in. He was finishing with another customer and respectfully asked if I could wait just a minute until he finished up. He was with me shortly and we reviewed my concerns and other scheduled maintenance requirements. He asked if I would like a loaner (they're all new Audi's) or if I'd prefer valet service to my house. I opted for the valet service. And after a brief wait, the valet arrived in a beautiful new Q7. My valet was Jamar; a personable young man, also endowed with innate customer oriented instincts I should also mention that during my initial wait I must have been approached by 4 or 5 employees who were eager to learn whether they could help me. I found that to be unique and unusual in this day and age. It was refreshing. The employees ranged from porters to other Sales or Service Consultants passing through the Service area. Clearly, this dealership has hired people with the right customer orientation. By the way, Mike also arranged to have my car valet delivered to my home. It doesn't get much better than that!And did I mention that this dealership is brand new; beautifully executed to be aesthetically pleasing and extremely efficient.? The Service reception area is a pleasure to drive in to; a spacious three lane arrangement that puts you directly in front of the glass enclosed Service Department Consultants, standing at their work stations, ready to be of service; Customer convenience well thought out.My other Audi is in for service with Mike and his colleagues as I write this review. They know how to make you want to come back.

I wasn't in the market for an Audi, I was initially looking for an Infiniti. I test drove an Audi at a different dealership, and was immediately impressed with how the vehicle handled. It is a VERY smooth and tight handling vehicle. The Infiniti G35x does have much more power, (standard V6 engine vs. a 4 cylinder) but the Audi is very responsive and carries a big "pick up and go". I decided to move forward and change my search over from Infiniti to Audi. I saw this car online, and called the dealership since there were no pictures or price. My called was handled right away, and got a knowledgeable salesperson (Necko). Necko informed me that the car was recently received at the dealer and was sent offsite for detailing. He took my phone number and called the within 48 hours telling me the vehicle was onsite and ready to be test driven. Necko gave me an excellent price and great value for my trade in (2006 Infiniti G35x). I left a deposit and a couple of days later, came back to finalize the sale. I assumed it would be a hand off of the keys and "have a nice day" type of transaction. Not so. Necko walked me through every functionality of the Audi A4, and didn't let me leave the dealership until all of my questions were answered. Finalizing our transaction, he offered up any additional assistance either by coming back to the dealership or even by offering to stop by my home to clear up any questions or concerns. Having visited three dealerships the weekend before I can honestly say that I was taken seriously as a customer, given a fair price for the vehicle and my trade in, and valued my time as a customer. I highly recommend Audi of Hoffman Estates for anyone in the market for a new vehicle, and especially if they are new to the Audi brand. They will not disappoint.

We worked with "Valentina Maciunas" from the beginning and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. The first day we went there I made it clear to her that we would not be purchasing that day. She still was more than happy to spend all of the time we wanted discussing options and going over everything in great detail. She took the time by showing us many cars and options as well as test-drive. After taking some time to think it over we eventually went back with the intention to buy. Again, Valentina and her colleagues at Audi Hoffman Estates were helpful, respectful, and accommodating. We finalized the deal but due to my travel and other reasons I was not in a position to take the vehicle immediately. Explained the situation to Valentina and her boss (sales manager I think its Kevin) and they were ok for taking the vehicle after two weeks. During these two weeks she checked in periodically and finally I was able to get the car of my dreams. Valentine also explained all the features in the car to me and said that if I have any questions to feel free to call her. We are very happy with the value of our purchase and the excellent service we received throughout the process. My experience couldnt have been better and I would recommend Audi Hoffman Estates to everyone that wants a quality car for a competitive price. Audi Hoffman Estates provides a top tier purchasing and servicing experience for all of its customers. They are interested in you not just a transaction. When I bought my new Q5 in 2013 I took my time to review many different vehicles. During the process they were interested in providing all of the facts and options available from Audi without any pressure to close the deal before I made my final decision. When it was time to complete the transaction they offered a fantastic market price. Their service department is excellent! Attendants are there the minute you pull in and service consultants immediately lookup all of your records and ensure your vehicle is serviced correctly. In particular Rick Kelstrom took the extra time to get a replacement front grille panel approved and replaced at no cost even though it wasnt a warranty item. That extra attention is what makes you want to keep coming back for all of your service needs.

I was have a problem with my Audi after last exchange engine oil at Audi dealer Hoffman Estates , becouse they back my car with two new defects , tire monitoring pressure sensor and fuel guage sensor too . After that when they dosnt want to fix this without any charge becouse this is happen during oil exchange in service , i was open BBB claim to this business . They have super competitive pricing and trust me I've done my homework! Mr. Hall the general managers really takes care of his customers. I was immediately greeted and helped. Throughout my wait, he communicated expected delivery times, kept me updated and explained everything to me. Upon finding out that my battery failed the test and needed to be replaced, he even located a coupon to help reduce the unexpected costs. While visiting in the Chicagoland area last fall, I experienced a problem with my Audi vehicle. Being a distance from home, and therefore unable to return home for service, I contacted Hoffman Estates Audi for service. I worked with Luke Gronski in the service department. Although I was not a customer at this particular Audi dealership, he was extraordinarily helpful and treated me as a longtime client. He arranged transportation for me while my car was being serviced and kept me informed via telephone as the service progressed. I had such a good experience with Luke, that my husband and I, when looking for a new vehicle this past January, decided to travel the distance to Hoffman Estates Audi to purchase a new vehicle. If it hadn't been for my positive experience with Luke and Hoffman Estates Audi, we would have purchased closer to where we live. Dean Turner in the sales department assisted us with our purchase ... spending a lot of time with us to pair us with a vehicle that met our needs. Upon arriving at the dealership the next day to pick up the vehicle, Dean spent several more hours going over each aspect of the vehicle with us ... explaining the differences between the vehicle we previously had and the vehicle we had just purchased. Several days after we returned home, Dean followed-up with a phone call inquiring as to whether we had additional questions. In April, we had our first scheduled maintenance appointment for our vehicle. Luke was again over-the-top helpful in every way imaginable ... lining up transportation for me, keeping me informed as my service progressed, etc. Though unrelated to the vehicle maintenance, he even took the time to explain how to use one of the MMI functions I had yet to figure out! Each visit to Hoffman Estates Audi surpasses our expectations!!

I came in with an open mind and test drove it with Necko. He was very informative and knowledgable on the car, its model year, and its history. He made me feel comfortable enough with the purchase that I leaned toward buying. Didn't hurt that I got a killer deal. I told him what I was willing to pay for the car and came back $60 cheaper than I asked for. The sales experience was great as Necko was never pushy and demonstrated competency and politeness. The car has been wonderful, but the reason I continue to go there is because of the excellent service department. I called Eric DeFort to set up a service appointment for my A4. Eric was quick to offer me an appointment and asked if I would need a courtesy car. I arrived at Audi Hoffman Estates and Eric was there to greet me. He asked what issues I was dealing with and sent me off in a loaner car. He called me a short time later with information on what was needed to fix the problem....and what it would cost. A few hours later I was back at Audi Hoffman Estates picking up my A4! My wife and I have been researching this purchase for some time, trying to narrow down possibilities. We were immediately impressed with the sales approach. We had the freedom to look at all the vehicles without any pressure. When we were ready the salesman(Necko Civic) asked us questions and then devoted his undivided attention to our experience. He very thoroughly demoed several vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. My wife, the primary driver, was extremely pleased that he was very focused on her driving needs and requirements. Members of the sales team, Brian Hall and Mitch Berg dropped by just to meet us and offer further support. No pressure. We decided to return the next day in order to verify our decision and get some questions and details taken care of. Because our schedule issues Necko very graciously returned, on his day off, to close the deal. Sales Manager Viktor Hadjiev made that phase quick and painless. Necko then gave us an extensive tutorial of the entire vehicle, with a promise of unlimited refreshers at any time. Overall a great experience!

Having bought many cars over the decades I thought I knew what to expect. Was I wrong! From the moment I met with Dean Turner I was immediately put at ease. He made me feel at home and we chatted about non-car stuff for a bit before we even got down to business. After narrowing it down to the A6 I was interested in he brought the car up and gave me a thorough presentation of the vehicles features , some of which I wasn't even aware of. When he was finished he asked me if i had any questions before offering me a test drive. with a professional and caring attitude through out the presentation. After the test drive he highlighted the components responsible for the cars outstanding performance. I left with his card and a promise I would be back with my wife. Unfortunately due to our busy schedules I returned on a night that Dean was off. That is when I met Vern. Not sure where Dean had left off Vern asked if we had any questions. My wife was hesitant but when I told him she hadn't been there before Vern proceeded to go over everything on the car for her and brought one up for her to drive letting us go alone this time which was great . During the test drive , with me acting as salesperson at that point, she commented how she appreciated that she wasn't "talked down to " being a woman. With a short negotiation on price we happily purchased our A6 that night. After signing we were introduced to the General manager Brian Hall who thanked us for our purchase and gave us his card also. Our immaculate car was brought up and Vern went over the vehicles operations and personalized our adjustments. My wife and I could not be more pleased and kudos to the whole staff. A delightful experience. We will recommend to all our friends

I highly recommend Audi Hoffman Estates to anyone interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle. From the moment I was greeted until the grand send off in my new car, the staff at this location made me feel extremely comfortable with making Audi my choice. The general manager, Brian, was amazing. He met with me at multiple points throughout the day, educating me about the vehicle I was interested in & checking to ensure a smooth purchase. He set me up with Necko, who was incredibly knowledgable about both the used and new A5s. He was extremely thorough when describing each vehicle to me, telling me about where the certified pre-owned vehicles came from and what they were traded for. He was forthcoming about all information pertaining to pricing. He very patiently answered my endless stream of questions, foregoing lunch, and was genuinely concerned that I was made aware of every option available. Dan, the finance manager, was also very friendly and made signing the dotted line a million times feel a little less painful. There was not one moment where I felt that anyone was trying to convince me of anything; all my options were merely laid out on the table. Everyone with whom I had spoken that day congratulated me on my new purchase, which made me feel even more excited. Ultimately, I drove home in my dream car with exactly what I wanted at a very good price (thanks, Brian!).

My wife, son and I stopped by this dealership as we were interested in a 2010 Audi A6 listed on the dealer's website. Upon entering the showroom, we were not greeted by any of the 4 or 5 sales employees that were at their desk. After 5 minutes, I approached Elvin who was standing around and he rudely approached me to hold on and then called someone else to help us. We were then helped by Daniel Spero and when I asked why were we not greeted he said "Well, you have to understand we are busy with E-Commerce customers". If I was a sales professional, I would rather deal with a warm body that is ready to buy and not with a prospect online, but that is just my opinion.I found this very disrespectful and not acceptable. We actually briefly looked at the vehicle and left but prior to me leaving, I approached Viktor and too him about Elvin's behavior. I will not ever buy a vehicle form this dealership and I will go out of my way to get others not to buy either. It is unfortunate because I love Audi vehicles, I own an A8L and was hoping to get the A6 for my wife.

I arrived at the dealership without an appointment. I was immediately greeted and assured everything would be done to accommodate me and to take care of my car's needs. The service rep (Mike) explained everything that was concerning my vehicle and told me what was going to be performed to make certain the car was road worthy and safe. The dealership's service department went out of their way from the time I was greeted to the time of my departure. Individuals I came in contact with were friendly, courteous and professional. The service area is clean and comfortable. Andy has a great service group all of whom know how to make certain the customer has an "exceptional experience" when in their care.I'm a customer for the meaningful life of the car. I had my A6 serviced at Schaumburg Audi ( before they moved to Hoffman Estates) for six years and this time my wife had to wait for 30 minutes just to drop off car for no reason. Then they up-sold un-necessary services to her. I was in shock about the bad services and treatment my wife experienced. We will not go back to this dealer again.

Before I even walked into the dealership, Necko Civic had already contacted me by email as I was referred to Audi Hoffman Estates by a co-worker. I mentioned to Necko that I was in the market for leasing a new car and was interested in an Audi. I let him know exactly what I was looking for as far as options and what my monthly price range was. A few email and phone call exchanges later (over the span of a few days), Necko found a 2014 Audi A4 on the lot which had the exact options I was looking for and was in my monthly price range. I came in the dealership the next day to see the car and test drive it. After a couple days, I decided that I wanted to lease this car, so I contacted Necko again to finalize the details. Once we finalized the details of the down payment and monthly payments, we set a day and time for me to come in, sign the documents and pick up the car. As I walked in to the dealership, I was greeted immediately in by the receptionist in a very friendly matter. I did not have to wait long at all as the receptionist notified Necko that I had arrived and he greeted me with the same friendliness. He knew that the paperwork would take some time so he saw that as an opportunity to show me the car (again) and all of its settings. The car was very clean, fully gassed and ready to go. By the time Necko had finished showing me all the settings in the car, the paperwork was ready. This is when I met Dan Jigalov who took the time to explain everything I was signing. After signing and writing out a check for the deposit, Dan congratulated me on the new car with a smile and a handshake. As I walked out to get the car, Necko was finishing up putting on the new license plates. He also congratulated me with a smile and a handshake. From the moment I walked into the dealership I never felt rushed or that any of my time was being wasted. Everyone I met that day made it a very smooth transaction and a great atmosphere to be around. I will definitely recommend Audi Hoffman Estates.

The dealership and especially Adam provided one of the best car shopping experiences ever! My father and I were shopping for an Audi Q5 but ended up buying a SQ5 and its amazing. What was more amazing is how easy it was to test drive all the way through signing on the line to buy the SUV. The dealership is very nicely setup for customer service and we treated as though I was buying a $1.5 million dollar car we felt very well taken care of, our questions were answered by Adam who was very knowledgable and helpful in not only completing the deal but also in additional modifications I am adding to the SUV. The moment I stepped inside this dealership I wasn't hounded by an aggressive salesmen but, instead was kindly greeted by the receptionist. A couple minutes later was greeted by William Calderon. He was very easy to work with from beginning to end. Always making sure he had answered all of my questions and concerns. I ended up purchasing my dream car from him. I just moved from the west coast to Chicago and needed to have my convertible serviced for it's annual maintenance. Not knowing anyone or where to go I found the Hoffman Estates dealership and made an appointment online. Over the next few days, before the appointment, I received emails confirming my appointment. Upon arriving at the dealershp I was greeted promply by a service advisor, who was Anthony Fitzpatrick, and he pulled out his ipad confirmig the appointment. He promised me a time and I was waiting to see if they could stick to it as the Audi dealership I went to in San Diego for it's last service ran way over and was very disorganized. My Audi was actually done early, washed, and ready to go without any charges since I had bought the Audi Care and it was all in the computer transfering over. Great service. Nice faciltiy. I would definitely go back and deal with the location and Anthony.

Dropped by to validate warranty details and service history on a used Audi I recently purchased from an independent used car dealer. Service Consultant, Scott Hall, greeted me immediately and was very helpful in answering my questions and even printed out the service history he found in their system. He also offered to have a courtesy check done on the car (free of charge) including washing it. Very pleased with the interaction and the facility was comfortable and extremely clean.

I found the car online, and it was a 6 hour drive to come and see it. I had to rely on the dealer to be my eyes and ears. In this case it was Necko Civic. He described the car into detail and even pointed out the few small details i would not have noticed. Necko picked me up from airport and showed me the dealership and then finally showed me the car which was nicely detailed and tucked away inside with a SOLD sign in it. That way i know it was just waiting for me, and not used by shop/dealer for service. He went over functionality and showed me everything around the car. All the communication from Necko was timely and very knowledgeable, about the process and the cars themselves. This was probably one of the easiest car purchases that i have done, all done through email dealing with the bank and dealership and i have to say i was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was. There was a small hiccup when it came to tires but i blame myself more than the dealer, i should have paid more attention. The dealer stepped up and took care of the issue, no questions asked. Tires are wear/tear item but the dealer was there to resolve the concern i had.

I located a car from Audi Hoffman Estates on-line. Since I live a long way away, I asked the salesman, Necko Civic, if there were any known defects. He replied no defects at all, than sent a picture of a tiny stone chip. I said I was not concerned about minor chips, but was interested in mechanical aspects. He said all servicing had been done at Audi Hoffman Estates and the vehicle passed a full Audi inspection before putting it up for sale. In 3 days after purchasing the car, I noticed it had used 1 L of oil. I asked Mr. Civic specifically about oil consumption. He referred me to Mitch Berg, the Pre-Owned Manager. I wrote to Michael Hall, President, Brian Hall, General Manager, and Mitch Berg, stating that I suspected that, at a minimum, they were aware of the serious oil consumption issues with B8 Audi Avants and, since they had done all servicing, felt they might have known about the issues with this particular vehicle. Mr. Berg responded that they would not have offered the vehicle for sale had they known about the issue. He stated that he had contacted his Audi Service Rep who advised that I take the car to my local dealer and they would perform an oil consumption test at no charge to me. If said if there was any problem, to contact him and he would get the Service Rep there involved. He also said to keep him posted. At his instruction, I carried the car to my local dealership. The local dealership said the two Audi Service Reps had been unable to get together and suggested I contact Mr. Berg. I called and left a message to which he never responded. After receiving no response from him, I contacted Audi of America. When I had not heard from anyone other than my local Audi dealer in two weeks, I wrote to Audi of America and copied Michael Hall and Brian Hall. I expressed concern over the misrepresentation by Audi Hoffman Estates and the lack of responsiveness by Audi of America and Audi Hoffman Estates. I mentioned that Mr. Berg had never called me back. Audi of America took care of the oil consumption issue. In the process, I found that Part 1 of the oil consumption test had been done by Audi Hoffman Estates, so they had been aware of the issue all along.

Audi of Hoffman Estates is a class act! They made the car buying experience so easy from start to finish. We walked in knowing what we wanted, and they delivered. Other dealerships tried to get us into cars (or finance plans) that we weren't interested in. Once we told Elvin, our salesman, exactly what we were looking for, there it was. He made the process go smoothly (and quickly, since we had a limited amount of time to spend at the dealership). Other dealerships weren't interested in working with us since we had pre-approved financing that we had gotten on our own. Audi of Hoffman Estates didn't even flinch at the fact that we had financing already in place, and that it was going to take them a few extra steps when it came time to finalizing our purchase. When we came into the dealership to pick up our car, we were greeted by Viktor and Dan, who both thanked us for our business. From there, Elvin spent a lot of time with us on the delivery of the car, going over all of the features and details. We couldn't be happier with our new Audi, or our new dealership!

1. I purchased my new Audi A6 when the dealership had been in its new building only a couple of weeks. The facility is beautiful. Dean, my salesman, was very low-key and was a pleasure to work with. With the nice surroundings, I enjoy coming in for a weekly car wash.2. I came in for service once and come in once each week for a car wash. I pull right up to the service door which immediately opens in a flash, pull in to their enclosed drop off area (separate from the service garage) and am immediately greeted by one of their service reps or one of their young men who takes my car through the wash. Every person greets me with a pleasant and respectful tone, assuring me that they'll take care of me. When my car was serviced, I received a pre-arranged new loaner vehicle. Eric, my service rep, treated me very well and kept me appraised of the work being done (which in my case was just to check something I wanted them to check and have them confirm that everything worked as it should). When I get my car washed, I enjoy spending the short wait time looking at the latest vehicles in their showroom or watching TV or reading their assortment of magazines while enjoying a free cup of coffee and pastry.3. I've worked with a number of employees at the dealership whom I've named in the check boxes in the survey. Let me say each one has treated me very well and has helped me in their own way. I must say that I was really impressed in one particular case when I came in for a car wash and determined that I needed some work done that would take five minutes. The service area was closed at the time. But the service rep asked me to wait five minutes while he personally took my A6 back to the service area and made the adjustment himself. And while the men who greet me for a car wash aren't named in the survey, I'd like to commend them for how well they treat me and what a nice job they do washing my car.All in all, I have nothing but nice things to say about Audi Hoffman Estates.

I recently had my 65K servicing done and it was one of the most easy going and positive experiences I've had with a dealership. Anthony was extremely receptive to my requests and went above and beyond to explain exactly what the servicing would entail and how it would be done. Getting a loaner is very important so I don't have any down time, and they always take care of me. I have been going to Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates Audi for the entire time I have owned my 2004 Audi A4 because of the excellent service I have always received, whether it has been regularly scheduled maintenance, or on very few occasions, a repair of a problem. Most unscheduled repairs have been simple things like a hose or a light bulb. After owning many other cars since starting to drive in 1968, I have been exceptionally pleased with the service at this dealer. I will continue to go there for all my service needs for my A4.

I recently had my 2013 Audi S7 serviced at Audi Hoffman Estates. The service included a recall notice and 5K mile service. I have an A6, Q7 and TT (sold) which are all serviced here. Luke has been the service representative I worked with. I have always been pleased with the process, including short times to get me in, providing me with a loaner and keeping me informed of the progress. I was interested in the recall details on S7, which were provided in some detail. The facilities are new and easy to get in and out. While having to take the car in for service is not a favorite activity, my experience with all my cars has been stress free, convenient and efficient.

Great experience from beginning to end! Love my new Audi Q5. Hoffman Estates probably has the largest and most diverse selection of cars to choose from -- lots of Premium+ as well as Prestige (so hard to find!) vehicles. When I bought my car this past weekend there were more than 14 on the lot w/more being delivered. Really appreciated the diversity (and the fact that not every interior on the lot was black; preferring lighter color interiors, I had a half dozen color combinations including silver and beige to choose from). My salesman, Adam Ricco, was very patient and supportive during my selection process and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He and I had communicated by phone prior to my visit and everything was set up and ready to go for me when I arrived. Classic case of me thinking I wanted one thing and after testing driving 4 different vehicles deciding to go a different direction and it didn't phase Adam in the slightest. Love my new car and don't know when I'll be in the market for a new one, but do expect that I'll return to Hoffman Estates when it comes time to make a new Audi purchase.

My experience at Hoffman Estates Audi was fantastic. Eric met me as I drove into the service area and immediately discussed the issues I was having with my A4. He was very professional while explaining the diagnosis process....and quick to get me off to work in a courtesy car. Eric called me as soon as the problem was discovered and told me they were going to drive the car to make sure the issue was fixed. I picked up my car and it has never driven better! A great experience starts when you drive into the service bay. There is plenty of room for 10-15 cars and the car jostler meets you and directs you to the service representative that will take care of you and car. There are plenty of SR's so waiting time is short. Courtesy follows you through the entire experience. The waiting room is large and comfortable with Wi-Fi. The prices for service are competitive and fair. I never thought I was being taken advantage of .

They will provide a service loaner if you need one or you can just browse at all the great Audi's if you choose to wait for your car to be serviced. The dealership is brand new and is a wonderful place to spend some time. I would highly recommend Audi Hoffman Estates as a place to buy your next Audi or to have your Audi serviced. I stopped in after calling ahead to ask how much it would be to mount and balance 4 new tires and 4 new wheels. I would be dropping them off and picking them up after the work was completed. I spoke to Mike on the phone and he clearly stated $25 per tire. I drove over to the dealer and upon entering the service port was greeting by 3 young porters who asked if I was there for service or a car wash. I told them service to have tires mounted and they all seemed confused. After a few minutes one asked me to wait as he went through a back service door. I decided to walk into the service area myself to see if I could find the advisor who I spoke to on the phone. I was greeted by Nolan who asked if I had been helped. I told him that I haven't and I was just dropping by to have tires mounted. He said the price would be $160. I said I had been told less than an hour ago that I spoke to Mike and he said $25 per wheel. He responded that the weights and wheel "accessories" are extra. So Mike quoted me a price without weights and "accessories"?? Knowing I would get no where with Nolan as my gf had a conflict with him previously I decided to head down the street to Firestone where they charged me $82 and did not damage the 19" wheels with low profile tires. My previous experiences when this was Schaumburg Audi and working with Luke were always positive so I hope the bad service is only related to the advisor and not the new Hoffman Estates dealership.

I had my heart set on a TT, a car I've wanted to own for a long time, and was finally ready to buy this summer. I live in Wisconsin, and was disappointed to discover that there were only one or two TTs available throughout the whole state. When I expanded my search to neighboring states, I saw that Audi Hoffman Estates hadthe best selection of TTs by far. Although I was hesitant about buying out of state and from a long distance, I called and spoke with Marty, who was friendly and helpful right from the start. Through telephone and email conversations over a few days, he assured me that if I made the trip, I would be treated right and could leave with my TT that same day. Audi Hoffman Estates definitely made good on that promise. Everyone I met that day was very welcoming and put me at ease. With no haggling, I received a very fair offer on my trade-in and a very good price on my new TT, prepped and ready to go for me, and which I did indeed drive home that same day.

Took my Audi A4 in for service(steering) still have the same problem with steering(dealer stated normal for this car?) Went to pick it up they had nicked the drivers door mirror housing took a week in a half to get it back....Then went to pick it up they had managed to dent the passenger door. They seem to have to have fixed that. Now I have scratches and a nick in the hood which was perfect before. Likely one of their unmanaged. attendants(car washers) driving my car. I contacted Audi of America they were helpful calling the dealership requesting the car be repaired. DO YOUR SELF A HUGE FAVOR, STAY CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE DEPT. My car is a CPO and they did not care for it one bit. They have wasted my time and money. If you have problems with them call Audi of America the want to hear about it. Beware you have been warned, this dealership in not worthy of the Audi legacy in regards to service.

Inexperienced crew, seems like all the old pros are gone since my last visit. Not greeted upon arrival, promised extended warranty quote, did not receive, service report not reviewed although 2 tires dangerously low on tread. Subsequent extended warranty quote sent by email ignored 3 follow ups. Facility phone reception problems prohibit doing work while waiting. I have been satisfied customer for 10 years recommending friends and associates. I have purchased 3 A6's there and friends at least 3 others. Will consider another dealer in future. Bring back Ed Zwicki and the old place any day. Formerly a great dealership.

I had a great experience with Necko on 7/20/13 buying my new A4. He was very knowledgeable about the nuances of the different models. I was considering the difference between the 2013 and 2014 models and he very honestly guided me to the better value for my needs. The amount of knowledge Necko had about the cars and the history and evolution of Audi made the experience that much more interesting. I got a very fair price in a no-nonsense manner. After I closed the deal Necko stayed about an hour late with me to wash my car and give me a tutorial of its functionality (the transaction closed right as the dealership was closing). I would highly recommend Necko to anyone who is considering an Audi.

When we were shopping for the car Marty Johnson was friendly very helpful explaining the car features, etc. We paid a fair price for the car, but when I heard "I lost money selling at this price" I was very aggravated. I do not need to hear that kind of BS! Don't insult me! The disaster occurred when we went to pick up the car. We were a cash purchase, no financing, and it took over 3 hours to get the car. Granted the dealership was in the process of moving locations, but such a delay was unacceptable. I confirmed with Marty the night before and in the morning about when we would be coming in to pay for and pick up the car. Somehow the ball was dropped between Marty and the finance manager (not sure by who, but I think Marty forgot to put our names on the finance manager's list) and the paperwork didn't get done. After another sales person (Marty was too busy!) did a walk through with us and the car, we waited almost 2 hours before we could sign, pay and leave. Every other customer that was there when we were there were long gone. I understand that mistakes get made but nobody had the common courtesy to explain what happened and to admit making the mistake.After such an experience, I don't see how I can recommend this dealership.

It was crazy busy on a Saturday morning when we decided to visit (dealership is getting ready to relocate). We were able to look around the lot at the available cars without someone jumping on us right away. Juan found us in the lot looking at cars. He answered every question on the vehicle we wanted. He took us out for a test drive. We were so comfortable with him and the Audi that we purchased a Q7 that was not even on the lot yet. There was no bull**** that we had found with other dealers. Necko made our purchase on 06/08/2013 quite possibly the best I have ever had at a car dealership. To start: My wife and I made a 3 1/2 hour drive to Schaumburg Audi to purchase a used BWM X3. We purchased the vehicle sight unseen and this was due to Necko accurately describing the condition of the vehicle, providing the Carfax report and answering any and every question I had. He even went out of his way to run the VIN with a local BMW dealership to provide all installed options and packages. When we arrived the BMW was exactly as he had described. We drove it and within an hour the entire transaction was complete. When we had to return our rental and were unable to secure a ride back to the dealership, Necko came and picked us up to finish the transaction. Necko and Schaumburg Audi will be our first place to shop when we need another car. Nevermind that we are out of state buyers- the way Necko worked for us was absolutely fantastic and as far as my wife and I are concerned one of the best guys in the US to buy a car from. Anytime anyone asks who/where to buy an Audi - Necko and Schaumburg Audi will be the first words I tell them.

I walked into the Schaumburg Audi dealership without first doing my homework, which was a surprise for me. I was thinking about buying a new vehicle but was not sure what make I wanted to purchase or when I wanted to make the purchase. I worked with Juan Andino who answered all my initial questions as well as provide me with his first hand knowledge of the product as a Salesman. Following my initial visit to Schaumburg Audi I was motivated and did my homework; I compared purchasing a car versus Sports Utility vehicles, researched leasing versus buying, shopped around for competitive loans and secured a trade in value for my two-year old SUV. After the research and test driving the competitions vehicle I came back to Audi three more times in two weeks before selecting an A6 3.0 QUATTRO. This purchase (versus leasing) was a big deal for me, because after driving Sports Utility Vehicles for approx 15 years I was about to purchase my first car. I was looking for a no hustle salesperson, and a quality, comfort able and stylish vehicle. I found all four of these criteria at Schaumburg Audi. Juan knew the product, understood my requirements and helped me with this very important purchase. The A6 3.0 QUATTRO I selected is high quality, comfortable and stylish (or did I say safe). I never envisioned myself driving an Audi before visiting the Schaumburg Audi and speaking with Juan but now I can see me driving nothing else. Thanks Juan!!!!!

Juan was completely professional and very patient as I considered the purchase of a barely used 2013 Audi A3 TDI. I know we will be happy working with the dealer going forward for the maintenance of the vehicle. Pricing was unique in that the diesel A3 is discontinued after 2013 and there are hardly any to be found. Probably the car was priced at market but it was a rich price for a new car, much less one that had been driven for 5,000 miles. However, it was the car I wanted so I was ultimately willing to pay the premium.

I had a good experience with Mr Civic, with a complicated over-the-phone deal. I was looking for used SUVs, and found one with very low miles at Schaumburg Audi. I am in Maryland, so I dealt with Necko mainly over email and on the phone. Necko was able to quickly give me a bottom price that was reasonable. After a few days thinking over the logistics, I moved forward with the deal. One of my family members had agreed to pick up the vehicle for me, so they flew in to inspect and pick up the car. Necko and I handled the paperwork by overnight mail, with the shipping covered by the dealership. A Schaumburg Audi employee picked up my family member at the airport, and Necko had them out the door just an hour of so after they arrived at the dealership.

Greetings!I noticed an Audi Q5 on the internet from your dealership so I contacted the internet sales manager to inquire about it. I was concerned if it was a non-smoker vehicle so I asked Mr. Civic if he would go out and check the vehicle. He started it up and ran the fan system to insure it was not.I then asked for his best price and within 30 minutes he returned a call with a final price which I was satisfied with.I mentioned to Necko that I was from near Fargo, ND and that I would be flying in to Chicago early the next morning to buy the car and he said he would be very happy to pick me up at the airport on his way in to work saving me the hassle and expense of a taxi.Once to the dealership Necko brought me into the service bay right away to show me the car being detailed and then brought me in for the paperwork.We did a test drive and the car appearance - performance and Necko's sales professionalism was beyond anything I have ever experienced.I would recommend your dealership any day and would certainly recommend Necko as their sales adviser. Schaumburg Audi initially appeared to be a pleasant place to purchase an Audi, but after my experience I am extremely disappointed with the dealership. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of purchasing an Audi to look elsewhere.I recently bought a 2010 model that was certified, pre-owned, with an extended warranty and still under the original manufacturers warranty. Unbeknownst to me, the vehicle was sold with a severely worn clutch. A week after I took possession of the vehicle, it had problems. It would not shift properly, would get stuck at times, and would emit a burning smell. In addition, the heated seats did not work when I bought it and there was also a malfunction with the electronic locks. The certified inspection was a joke.Regarding the clutch, the dealership has claimed it is not covered under the warranty, even though there is a technical service bulletin on the issue and it failed to properly inspect the clutch before conditioning the vehicle for re-sale. Now I am stuck with a bill of about $5000. I have filed a dispute.Dont buy from these guys. First, they improperly certify vehicles and then fail to service/cover them under warranties. They give Audi a bad name. EDIT:In reply to the dealership's response, I would like to clarify several points. First, the vehicle was sold to me in late February. While there was an inspection done, it did not include any kind of thorough inspection of the clutch, which is a key item in a manual transmission vehicle. The dealership only checks for the "feel" of clutch, which is insufficient for a car of this nature with a performance engine, and with over 44,000 miles already on itDuring my test drive, there was a problem with the shifting (I have provided other witnesses' statements about the problem during the test drive to the dealership, as I had two other passengers in the car, along with the sales rep.), but I was assured any problem would be covered under warranty, and that this was an Audi, not a used car dealership trying to rip people off. When a vehicle isn't warrantied, iit is good practice to have a mechanic inspect the vehicle. if you're at an Audi dealership, that is warranting that the car is free from defects and has warranty coverage as well, you'd think it'd be safe to assume you can trust their word for it and you don't need a mechanic. Unfortunately, this is not the case.I called Audi and reported my concerns about the clutch issues I had noticed within a week after I purchased the vehicle. However, I was only able to bring the car in for service at a later time since I am a Wisconsin resident. The drive from my place of residence is over 150 miles away. The multiple trips back and forth from Schaumburg to Wisconsin have been a significant fraction of the mileage accrued.The point is this - the clutch was severely worn when the vehicle was sold to me, but just above the threshold so it passed the basic inspection. The problems of the clutch were only visible when put in dynamic/sports mode. These problems would evade detection in normal day to day driving. When the vehicle was first checked in for service at your dealership, i asked the dealership to look thoroughly at the clutch, as it felt off, imprecise, spongy/creaky, etc. Service said there was no issue with it. And the clutch issue occurred again, as the problem was not addressed, so it was brought in only a week after for the second time.I have not said the dealership has not done anything. But the dealership is shifting the blame on to me for the wearing of the clutch when they failed ti thoroughly test/inspect the clutch condition, with a vehicle with over 44000 miles. The dealership could not identify the problem during the initial pre-sale certification inspection, or when I brought the vehicle in for service. It was only after insisting there was an issue, and once the dealership mechanically inspected the clutch was it able to see it was worn. Andy is correct in what the dealership has offered, which is $1000 off the repair cost. However, this is unacceptable for a luxury vehicle that was recently purchased, covered under both the manufacturer's warranty and an extended warranty.

Andy and his Service Team are great and I would recommend going to Schaumburg Audi for any service needed on your Audi vehicle. They are always there to greet me at the door and offer loaner vehicles if necessary. I have had 3 Audi's over the last 10 years and they have always been serviced at the Schuamburg location. I have always been happy with their service and pricing. I have had warranty and general maintenance work performed. My vehicle is always washed and returned to me nicer then when I dropped it off. I would recommend Andy and his team at Schaumburg Audi any day for service.

I knew the exact car I was looking for and just stopped in on a Saturday to see whether they had any low mileage per owned S5 convertibles. Juan Andino showed me what they had and one of them turned out to be just what I was looking for. I ended up buying the car the next Friday. In the interim period I sent Juan a number of emails and texts. He responded to all of them very quickly and accurately. He responded even on his day off and in the evenings from his home. I've bought a number of cars and can say that he was the most straightforward sales person I've ever dealt with. I work in finance with a larger bank and am used to being treated as an intelligent judge of things like this and Juan always dealt with me in a sophisticated and intelligent manner. I will likely be buying another car in the next few years for my wife and will definitely consider using this sales associate again.

My wife and I spent a long time considering which vehicle to purchase and over 8 or 9 months visited more than I care to think about. Working with Schaumburg Audi and Dan Spero, our sales rep, was the best experience relative to the other dealers we visited. Even though we had our first test drive last summer, we found Dan to be very patient and consistent to deal with no matter how often we visited and what questions we asked. He did not pressure us like some of the other dealers and we were able to research the vehicle we wanted and gather information from the internet to be comfortable that we were able to negotiate a very fair deal. When it came time to go through the purchase we were able to complete the transaction and felt like we were treated with respect through out the entire process. Today's cars have so much more technology that we were also pleased Dan spent time going over all of the features of the car without rushing us. I shopped around quite a bit before I purchased this car and found a lot of dealerships that were dishonest, insulting and rude. Typical visit to dealership to buy a vehicle are a drawn out and painful experience. That was not the case for us when we visited Schumburg Audi to look at the all new 2013 Allroad. We had purchased a new Allroad in 2001 and just loved the car as a matter of fact our son is still driving it! The new Allroad did not disapoint! It is lower then an SUV but sits higher than the average sedan and we rally want to get back into a hatch back instead of the 2011 A4 sedan we had. Our sale person, Marty was outstanding! I had done my research online and reasched out to Marty to see what our trade would be worth and the approximate price of the vehicle we were interested in. Marty gave us all the information in a very expedient manner and we quick setup our test drive visit. Andy has been great in following up with me. I took my Audi Q5 in for 5000 miles service and to have the floor mats sprayed with stain protector and they told me it would take about 90 minutes, but actully was only about an hour. They were friendly and had a lounge area and free coffee and tea that was available while I was waiting. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an Audi.

From the very minute I arrived, Andy Emberton was attentive to my needs and helpful with my questions. I had a last minute conflict in time as my mother was rescheduled for surgery. Andy made sure that my car was ready in time for me to make it to the hospital with time to spare. On a prior Schaumburg Audi visit and Q5 test drive (in 2010), we were handled by a pretty pushy saleskid and we left the place unimpressed, despite really liking the car. This August we decided to give it another try, and were very pleasantly surprised by Pat Chan and Dan Jigalov's low-key professionalism. A complete 180 from our previous experience and it made all the difference.From the sales process all the way through delivery and a subsequent service/installation appointment, Pat was knowledgeable, easygoing, and never dispensed obvious B.S. He was very accommodating throughout, responded quickly to my calls and texts, and I always felt like I was a valued customer. Dan made the paperwork part run smoothly and without pressure.And I have to add that to a man/woman, the staff I have encountered at Schaumburg Audi has been friendly and service-oriented. I found a car at Schaumburg Audi on the Internet which looked like what I was searching for. I called and spoke with a salesperson by the name of Marty Johnson and we set up a time to look at the car. Marty gave me lots of information about the car over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership we met with Marty. He was super friendly and very informative as we looked at the automobile. The car was beautiful, better than it looked on the Internet photos. After we took a drive with Marty he showed us all the info and history of the car. We really liked it and decided to buy it. He right away offered a competitive price as well as a good price for our current car if we chose to trade it in. My husband countered on price and Mitch Berg, the manager was very good and forthright about coming to an agreement on a fair deal for the car. Everyone was very nice at the dealership. They even gave us some all weather mats which Marty personally drove to our home in Glencoe. The whole transaction was very smooth, personable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a preowned (that was what we purchased) auto, and I'm sure they're just as professional with new cars. The service I get at Schaumburg Audi is always top notch. My main service rep (Ted McConnell) is very professional and courteous. He does a great job listening and explaining the repair options. He never tries to pressure me into getting unnecessary parts or service. The rest of the crew at Schaumburg Audi is also excellent. I purchased my first new car there 4 1/2 years ago. The salesman did NOT have any of the negative stereotypes commonly associated with this industry. Very pleasant experience and a great car too.

Our experience with Schaumburg was very positive. Elvin provided us with valuable information regarding the differences between the 2 vehicles we were considering. The actual purchasing process was clearly and accurately communicated, and in less than an hour of making our decision we left with our new car. It should be noted, however, that because it was getting late and we were eager to head home, we were willing to do so w/o having had a comprehensive orientation to the new vehicle. In order to accommodate us, Elvin kindly offered to meet up with us on the following day to review all of the features on our A5 Cabriolet.

I have been looking online for a CPO A6 for a number of months. After talking with a number of dealers across the country I spoke with Necko about a car of interest at Schumburg Audi. Throughout the process, I felt as though I was given proper attention, and was kept well informed about the vehicle (A4). In addition, Greg was very knowledgeable and thorough in covering the technological and mechanical features of the vehicle, as well as any questions that arose throughout the entire process. Any follow-up questions were answered in a timely manner as well. Vern was unbelievable to work with. This was the easiest process that I've ever had buying a car. He was honest and went out of his way to be helpful, including picking me up at the Metra station and taking the time to go through all of the options in my new car. Information was misleading, pushed too much to make a sale. chemistry completely mis-match. We were considering both Audi and Mercedes, following two visits to this place, we decided never consider Audi any more. One little detail. Since we were doing comparison shopping, the vehicle brochure we carried included a book from Mercedes Benz. While we go out for the test drive, they purposefully throw our non-audi brochure into trash can. This little detail completely ruined the sale.

Ted has been taking the lead on servicing my Audi A6 - now our 4th Audi - for several years. He still greets me with enthusiasm when I arrive, makes sure to understand the reasons for my visit, processes the check-in thoroughly and quickly, and makes sure I'm comfortable in the waiting area. He stays in touch during the servicing, keeping me up-to-date on the progress. When the service is done, he explains the findings and results clearly, and the car is delivered washed and as clean as new! Ted is a terrific asset for the dealership!

I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I've been coming to this location since I bought my car a few years back. The reason I love this location is because they always put the customer first. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their work. They also make you comfortable while you are waiting in the waiting room and if you can't wait, they will also find you a loaner. They have never tried to get me to do more work on my car that is needed, like some other dealers have done. The last few times I've been there, I have dealt with Anthony. He is great!! He always makes sure that I'm doing good while waiting and comes to me with updates on my car as soon as he gets them. Due to my work schedule I can't always stay so he always makes sure to work around that and find me a loaner if need it. Another thing that sets them apart is the little things they do. I'm part of their email listing and every few months i get a newsletter regarding things about car and other things. I've learn some new tips and ideas that apply to everyone with a car and not just audi car people. I've been able to share that with some of my friends. I can't thank this dealer ship enough. I had unbelievable service when I took my car in 4/5/12. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. As I pulled my car into the dealership, Ted was standing there, waiting for me, holding the door open. He was smiling and continued to be extremely pleasant and helpful through out the experience. My oil light was on and I was afraid to drive the car. I was also concerned that my car was using too much oil. Not only did they top off the oil, they topped off all my fluids. AND they found that there was a recall on a certain part and replaced that as well. I needed to come back for a seat repair. Ted said at that time they would run a complete diagnostic on my oil consumption to see if there was any issue. He scheduled it and arranged for a loaner car. He also told me about some upcoming maintenance needed in May. He said my tire treds were low and they'd recheck them in May as well. He told me of a tire sale going on and recommended which tires to buy (BTW, he recommended the least expensive).Cost? $0. Time spent waiting for all this? 45 minutes. AND they washed my car!An unbelievable experience!

Pat Chan and Jacek Rudzinski responded to numerous questions and spent a lot of time showing my wife and I the key attributes of the vehicles. My wife wanted to step out of her mini van and wanted a sporty but reliable all wheel vehicle and I suggested she should take a look at the Q7 3.6 liter engine. The handling of the Audi Q7 was unbelievable. It had no feeling at all as a truck. We dealt with a gentlemen by the name of Necko Civic. He was very knowledgeable in the Q7 and many of the other cars. A great person overall. We didn't any funny feelings at all dealing with Necko. Initially I thought, here we go again a car salesman trying to make a quick buck and screw me over in any which way but that was not the case when with Necko Civic. First and foremost the service and level of respect was superb when I bought my used vehicle here. He was very honest and showed me my options when the fun stuff of breaking down how much I would get for my trade-in and the price of the vehicle. The entire process was very comfortable and not nerve-racking like other dealerships. Not once was I ever feel pressured or nervous. Necko is great at what he is doing being because he doesn't 'beat around the bush' and tells you an honest answer. Stopped into Schaumburg Audi on the way to another brand dealership and walked out asking Necko Civic to please not sell *my car* to anyone, I would be back as soon as I could retrieve my own car for trade in. (To be fair, I had looked at A3s years ago so I was an easy sell, I have long admired the Audi brand.) That aside, a lot had changed since I looked at the vehicles in earnest and Necko was an absolute pro to work with, explaining how the market had changed since I last seriously shopped for a car, taking me through the vehicle from engine to console, and giving me reasonable purchase scenarios (that did not change through the process), all with good humor and conveying a genuine enthusiasm for his work. Dan Jigalov, the money man, kept things simple and straightforward...executed all the signatures, explained line items, reminded me about making a follow-up call to my insurance carrier, etc. I found the purchase to be a very pleasant and straightforward business transaction.

I live in California and was looking for an Audi TT (used)with the United States as my source for finding a car. In my search, I found some vehicles that looked interesting, but in dealing with the different folks, only one salesperson stuck out as a professional, and that was Necko Civic. His quick response to all my questions was prompt and helpful. When it came to the final three cars I was interested in, I found that only Necko could provide me with the service information I requested. While the others had lower mileage, lower prices; none of the service feedback was consistent.I pushed on Necko pretty hard about service records, buying a car sight unseen and that he was in fact my eyes for this deal. Necko assured me the car was immaculate and he was right. I flew into Illinois, and landed at Midway Airport a good distance from the Dealership. He had a driver pick me up and when I got to the Dealership, I was treated like a King! I met Necko's boss, the Service Manager who serviced the car, the finance guy and the General Manager. I drove the car back to California and the car exceeded my expectations.I don't know there customer base for flying in to get a car sight unseen but for me to get on a plane, fly to a different state (some 2000 miles away) and buy a car says something about the quality and trust of these folks. I know that the next time I am in the market for a car; Necko will be the first contact I make. Anything less than a 5 for this Dealership is a disservice to them.Sincerely,Roger Hembrough

I always look forward to my Audi dealership visit, as Ted McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter. He ask the reason for my visit and then shortly thereafter tells me how long I should expect to wait. Then he informs me as to the expected cost and gets my approval. When complete he sits with me and goes over my bill. I said OK for cost because I have no idea what the cost should be. This is always a pleasant visit because of Ted.

I had purchased a vehicle through an online auction and Greg was the sale representative I worked with. He was very professional and responsive answering all my questions and providing all I needed to be at ease with my purchase. The paper work can take a little time to complete and during that time Greg would frequently come by and let us know where things were at and how much longer the process would take. The dealership was very busy but he took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable.All in all it was a great experience and I would hesitate to work with him again on another purchase.

I have bought 6 audis from Dean and sent at least a dozen other customer to him who all feel the same as I do that there isn't a more caring and genuine person to buy a car or anything from. He has become much more than a salesman to our family, he is a trusted friend, having also sold Audi's to our kids. The Audi product is really the finest automobile on the road. Having driven and owned BMW's, Mercedes, Jaguar, etc., I feel Audi has no equal as a product, but you still need people to help and support the customer experience. I just bought an A5, this by far was the best experience I have every had at a car dealership. The folks at Schaumburg Audi, namley my sales specialist Neko Civic, the Business Manager, who got me an awesome rate on my car loan, and the Service manager who was eager to help in everyway possible with servicing my existing Audi A6. Most luxury car dealerships make you feel like they are doing you a favor by acknowledging you, not here, the moment I walked in I felt like a king! Neko was very willing to show me my choices and was very straight forward and was like a friend that i had known for years not a salesguy. Once I selected my vehicle, the business manager very patiently went over my finance options and literally saved me thousands of dollars by getting a loan for me with a MUCH lower interest rate than the pre-approved loan I walked in with. A couple days later, I took the new car in for a minor check up (cigerette lighter outlet didnt work), they took my car in right away and fixed the issue right there as i waited (fuse was replaced). This is the second Audi Q5 we have purchased from Schaumburg Audi. We were very pleased with the car and the service the first time, so when we needed another car it was in our very best interest to go back where we were served best.The first Q5 was totally demolished in a crash where the offending driver ran a red light. God saved my wife's life and Audi engineering saved her body. Normal driving usually don't provide dramatic moments when life safety is required. This day it mattered and the Audi car met the need. Spent many weeks reviewing and researching the vehicles I wanted to purchase as I don't make these decisions lightly or emotionally. I drive 30,000+ miles/yr and I wanted the best vehicle for the money and it came down to the BMW 3 series and the Audi A4. I've never owned a German luxury sport as with the amount of miles I drive, I've been buying 'disposable' cars (under $25,000) for several years. It was finally time for me to buy something I really wanted.Elvin was great to deal with. Patient, knowledgable and good sense of humor. The car sold itself so I'll leave that for a different review. We had some issues with our first two visits but on our 3rd visit we dealt with Elvin and he made us feel right at home.From getting thru the test drive of an alternate vehicle (a Prestige vs Premium Plus - Elvin pulled the car up front, handed us the keys and let us go on our merry way) to dealing with the financial department to signing all the paperwork, the process was smooth and probably the quickest we've gotten thru a vehicle purchase to date. We've been turning our vehicles over every 1-2 years for the past 15 or so years and this was the smoothest, quickest transaction yet. I think it took me longer to choose which A4 I wanted than it did getting thru the purchase process. Ended up picking a beautiful silver model on the showroom floor.They transferred most of my belongings from my trade to the A4 and noticed that even when they transferred the license plates that they cleaned them up real well and got all the old bugs off of them. Elvin went thru the major features of the car, set up our bluetooth and explained the features of the awesome MMI. So far, we love this car. The only reason they get a 4 is that I've never been overly satisfied with trade-in values. But I continue to work on that.If all goes well we're planning on turning over our less than 2 year old SUV next year and at this point looking at possibly a Q5 or a Q7.Elvin will be the first person we call. A4 has been a joy to drive and impresses me every time I get behind the wheel. I haven't yet had to deal with the service department and I hope they will be as easy to work with.Kudos Schaumburg Audi. We will be back through your doors again.

I came in looking for a used vehicle but not sure what kind or year. Greg was very attentive, listened closely, and found the vehicle is was looking for. My husband's comment was "This is exactly what you've been describing you wanted!" As we all know, the actual purchase takes quite a while and Greg made us comfortable during the wait, offering and getting us coffee several times. By the time all the paperwork was done, the dealership was technically closed. I had a nice experience with Necko Civic. He went beyond customer expectations answering all the questions I had. Most of the purchasing process was conducted online .Necko was nice the whole time, replied and educated me about the new and CPO programs in details and same applied to the car I was interested in, Audi A4 manual. We've been customers of Schaumburg Audi for approximately 18 years (6 cars - CS100, A6, TT(2), S4(2), and Q7) and have never had a bad experience. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable about the cars and helpful in finding just the right car that we wanted. Dean Turner has gone out of his way twice to get the exact car that we wanted rather than try to sell us on some other model that was available at the dealership.The service department has always been very attentive to fixing any problems that arose in a quick and efficient manner. We have never experienced a return visit to correct a problem that was addressed previously. The car has always been ready when promised and delivered cleaner than when it was brought in. Ed Sawicki and Ted O'Connell have been the best service writers that we've ever met. They understand our issues and know just what needs to be done to resolve them.We plan to continue our relationship with Sshaumburg audi for many more years (and many more cars) to come.

I recently purchased an audi from the schaumburg dealership and was very pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used audi. I took my new Audi A4 in for a dealer installed Stasis suspension upgrade.They worked on my car and even had it done a little early.The suspension upgrade is even better than expected.I am very satisfied with the work and service. I had a great experience with Necko and the finance department at Schamburg Audi. I been looking for a used S4 for about 7 months now. Ive been to at least 8 different dealerships and hands down from Necko to the finance department at Schamburg Audi they were the most proffesional, fast, curteous, and I loved the low pressure sales. Put it this way, a month earlier I almost bought a s4 for 2k more and a 10% higher interest rate! This s4 was a year older,17k more miles, manual, and had a jacked up car fax. I recomend anyone in the market for an Audi or a car in general to give Necko a shot. I did and I got such a good deal on the price and rate, my friends dont believe what I paid for my 05 s4. I got REALLY lucky emailing Necko because my s4 wzs listed at a price that was a tad bit out of my price range, after a few no hassle emails I got a price I couldnt say no to. Its a good feeling when you get a great deal and more importantly treated fairly! 5 stars to Necko and everyone at Schamburg Audi!!!

Bought a brand new Audi from Necko. They worked with me and with what I wanted, even so far as to swap with another dealer to get the vehicle. Waited a couple weeks to take delivery of a 2012, but that was fine. Pricing was fair, but do your homework before going in. Necko was very upfront and honest the entire process. I'd recommend them!

My service consultant Ed Stawicki at Schaumburg Audi makes my visit at the dealership stress free. He takes my car in on time and its ready on time. Loaner cars or scheduled drop off and pick ups are offered every time I visit. The waiting area is very nice and all the employees I've evcountered are friendly. The whole dealership seems to go out of its way to help.

I purchased a 2008 CPO Audi A4 from Schaumburg Audi about a month ago after visiting three Audi dealerships in the greater Chicagoland area. The salesman, Necko Civic, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Since the car needed to be detailed, Necko volunteered to drop the car off at my home in the city the next day. Overall it was a surprisingly pleasant and low-pressure experience, and I am very pleased with my Audi. I would highly recommend both Schaumburg Audi and Necko to anyone that is considering purchasing an Audi.
