As a busy actuarial analyst, my time is limited. This dealership understood my lack of time to sit in a dealership haggling back and forth about information I did not care about. I live in Atlanta so much of the discussion was done over the phone and via email. They provided me the information I wanted quickly and much of the communication was done via email which was perfect for my scheduling conflicts. They were not pushy. When they asked about my interest in other products or services and I expressed I was not they moved on and did not pressure me which I greatly appreciated. This dealership also has a team approach to servicing their clients. So much so that when the finance manager asked me who my salesman was, I could not say just one name with confidence because 3 team members serving all my needs as one was unavailable another jumped in. Honorable mention also goes to Chester Sharp for his genuine nice conversation. While each member was excellent, I must say Jeff Lynch went above and beyond. He made sure I was ok even when my old car got a flat and we had to wait for road side service. His job was completely done but he continued to show care and provide myself and mother the 5 star treatment. I am loving my new 2017 Audi Q3 and will definitely return to Audi of Chattanooga for my future car needs.

From the minute we walked in the door, Chester was funny, informative, and up front with us. We came in with a clear idea of what we wanted, and he helped guide us through the entire process quickly and easily. Chester answered our wide spectrum of questions, was incredibly accommodating and never tried to offer us something we weren't interested in. We received fantastic service from him and will definitely be back for future purchases. Jonathan Logan was also incredibly straightforward with us and clearly explained all our options in regards to leasing this car. He was entertaining and friendly and handled everything quickly.

Mr. Chester Sharp was very helpful. I visited the dealership several times before purchase. Chester Sharp helped me each time as I was trying to decide on a model. Chester drove to my home on a couple occasions to show me available models as he knows I don't enjoy driving in the dealership's area. I am pleased with the vehicle, Q5, and Chester Sharp invited me back to the dealership for further instructions about the "bells & whistles" on the car as well as a complimentary car wash anytime they are open.

Just purchased my second Audi in 2 months from Audi Chattanooga. Jeff Lynch assisted me both times and was wonderful to deal with. Will highly recommend Jeff and the entire staff to all my friends and family!

Blew a code on vehicle. Walked in telling them what the code was. Had to wait a week with no air conditioning (related to the code) to come in and get oil change and discuss what the code meant. Did I mention it was the hottest week of summer? Car comes back they tell us the code is maybe not what we thought (usually not) and good news it'll only be $550 to repair. We decided we were calling the original dealer purchased from in ATL (hands down no difference better in EVERY way) and our oil change bill comes back over $350. Ask how this is possible. They checked code. The code we came in telling them. No discussion beforehand that we were going to be charged $126ish dollars for something we knew? Said no way. HE got angry. Said that he's pay out of his pocket (yeah right). We refused to pay because it had never been addressed prior and we walked in with that info. Bottom line? Done with Audi. Third one we have owned (purchased on ATL). Chatt sucks in service, attitude etc. you boys need a bigger ball field aka competition. Maybe these other reviewers just don't know the difference between being treated like you bought a 70,000 car and didn't?

I had nail in tire. Staff ordered tire and changed it promptly. I did not need to wait long for the service to be performed.

Got me in the same day. Very friendly. Wait time:30 minutes. They even washed my car without me asking. Nice waiting area. Always a pleasure.

You never think of car buying as a fun experience but Jeff and Robert at Audi Chattanooga were both so helpful and made it an easy process for us. Plus we love our purchase!

Audi personnel are so professional and warm. They take great care of their customers. First dealership where maintenance visits are enjoyable. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Chattanooga Audi and will also continue to use them for services. It's surprising when Audi staff give you their cell number and assist in the little things such as Audi Connect, etc. Typically purchasing new vehicles is not a great experience but Audi salesmen knew what I needed more than I did and nailed it after getting information on how I would be using my vehicle. The service department remembers my name, is patient with my schedule and always ensures my time is valuable. GREAT TEAM AT CHATT AUDI

We had such a wonderful experience at Audi! Jon, our salesman, was so knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all of the functions in my new A5 convertible before I left the lot. He made it clear that I could contact him for any questions. I had a light pop up and I sent him a pic of the warning and he responded within 10 minutes. Great place with super nice people!

I had been looking at the new Q7 for quite some time and stopped in to test drive one. Chester was fantastic at answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to meet at the price I was aiming for. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process very easy.

We had a very positive experience with this dealership, and the salesman, Chester, who assisted our purchase of a 2016, A4 Audi. Chester was very knowledgeable, and assisted us in understanding the features and warranty information. Even after the sale and the paperwork was complete, Chester was still helping my wife understand the controls and got her cell phone connected to bluetooth before we pulled away from the dealership.

Decided to buy my daughter a new car after graduation, stopped by the lot and met Jeff Lynch, he stayed after hours and answered about 1,000 questions my wife and daughter had. We felt no pressure, went home and slept on it. Next day we discussed the vehicle again with Jeff and his finance manager Jonathan Logan, made us an incredible offer and unbelievable loan rate so we purchased the vehicle. I've worked in finance for 25 years, very impressed by this group, they certainly have their act together. I will be using them again for future vehicles and will recommend everyone I can to use them!

We had an amazing experience at Audi Chattanooga/Village Volkswagen, buying a used Nissan Rogue. As soon as we got out of our cars we were greeted by Jonathan Mote. He was so friendly and so helpful. We were so impressed by him. The car we bought had barely any gas, and he even put some gas in it for us! I cannot recommend him more. We would absolutely go back the next time we are in the market for a car! We also got great service from Jonathan Logan for our financing. He went the extra mile to help us sort out some title issues with the car we wanted to trade. If you use this dealership, you won't be disappointed.

I came into Audi never owning an Audi before and was looking at the A4, I test drove it and fell in love, but as anyone knows you don't buy the first thing you look at, so I continued my search ( even at other dealerships) I found a CSX Cadillac I loved. But my heart kept going back to the Audi, I came back to Audi and decided to test the Q5. Oh my, this is it, this is the one!! No more looking. I was sold, Jon the salesman that helped me, let me look at different features, colors, etc. I drove out of Audi knowing I had purchased the car of my dreams. Bumper to bumper warrant for 6years/100,000 miles. Free maintenance for 4years and all of that was included in my price, not sold to me after the fact. I was told up front what I needed and what I didn't. I'm so impressed with the service and patience I was given. I would recommend look for what you want and come to Audi of Chattanooga and purchase the car of your dreams.

We had decided to look for a new SUV because our current one was starting to get a lot of miles and we travel a lot. When we pulled up in the lot Chester greeted us with a warm smile and a handshake. We told him what we where looking for and he took us right to what was available and explains each model to us. Chester was not pushy at all and truly listened to what we said and what questions we had. We felt he was very honest with us in getting us in the right vehicle.

We had been looking at many high end SUV's when we stopped by the Audi Chattanooga dealership. We were greeted promptly by the salesman, Jeff Lynch. They did not have any Q7's on the lot but he showed us a loaner Q7 to look at. Jeff was very knowledgeable on the SUV especially all of the tech features. We liked the Q7 but were going to have to wait until one came in. Jeff contacted us as soon as one came in and emailed to us all of the information. We were able to view the SUV details from home and then decided to go an take a look at it. Even though they only had one in stock, we were able to negotiate a fair price. The whole experience was very pleasant. One of the things that impressed me was the willingness of the other sales people to assist us in becoming very comfortable with the vehicle we were getting ready to purchase. As expected we got an opportunity to interface with the sales manager, Eric, and that was also a pleasant experience. We took delivery of the car yesterday and I have to say we are overall very satisfied with our experience with Audi of Chattanooga. There was no pressure sales tactics but a willingness on everybody's part to assist us in making sure we were satisfied with our decision to purchase the Audi Q7. Thanks to Jeff Lynch , Jonathan Mote, Eric Hill, Steve Garverick, and Jonathan Logan for making this experience a very enjoyable one.

I first spoke to Gabby through email and she was very nice and helpful. Jonathan Mote met me in the parking lot when I arrived at the dealership and asked me what I was looking for exactly. I told him and he immediately took me to the perfect car which is saying a LOT because I am extremely picky! Everyone at the dealership is friendly and made me feel very comfortable right away. They all worked with me extensively to give me exactly what I wanted price wise for my trade and my new A3. Jonathan Logan worked with my husband and I until we were satisfied with the terms and payment. He was extremely helpful! However, my salesperson, Jonathan Mote, was by far the best part of this experience. He has the best personality and was so easy to talk to. I will definitely be back in the future and I will definitely work with Jonathan again!

From the moment I walked in the door, to leaving the lot in my new Q5, I was nothing but completely satisfied. I felt very comfortable with my salesman Jonathan, as well as GM Jeremy. They both went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I would reccomend Audi Chattanooga to anyone in the car buying market. I will be back when I am ready to purchase another Audi. My salesman Jon was like my personal liason and he worked diligently to find the perfect fit for me. The Jon and Eric the sales manager made sure they got me the best price for my trade in and discounts on the new vehicle. The Jon took all my paperwork to Jonathan who worked very hard to get me the best rate and to explain the top coat and all the other coverage that I wanted. So that was a great winning team for me. Our first Audi. Best handling automobile we have owned. Great sales experience with Jon Riley. No pressure from Jon. Very knowledgeable on Audi automobiles. Jon answered all our questions on both vehicles we were considering, and helped us with our final decision. Service dept. very responsive and do good work.

Me and my wife drove in from out of state to lease a brand new Audi S3. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and got us in and out within an hour. Jeremy and Jeff were the best! We got the exact car we wanted and feel like we got a great deal. Will be back when my lease is up in 3 years.

I purchased my Audi from Jon Riley at Audi Chattanooga. I expressed to Jon that he was a very "low-pressure" professional salesperson and it was a refreshing change of pace. I only had to make two phone calls with Jon to negotiate the value of my trade, and the sales price of the new Vehicle. I literally completed the purchase of my vehicle on my lunch break. This was my first Audi purchase, and having purchased cars from Mercedes Benz and BMW, I can say this buying experience was the smoothest and most enjoyable thus far.

They've taken good care of me and communicated very well during the agonizing wait before my Audi arrives. I live in Memphis, and I deliberately chose to go 5 hours out of my way to order my car from these professionals. Any day now the car will be delivered, and I've been getting twice-a-day texts keeping me calm while I impatiently fret and wonder whether the truck has finally arrived since my last update 4 hours ago. In short, Audi of Chattanooga has shown me tremendous patience, follow up and care during the whole buying process. Highly recommend.
