Stopped by last week to view the 2018 Audi Q7 Premium Plus (24,262 miles / Stock #AU116730) they had in stock. As Michael Ryan was busy with another customer, I was led to the vehicle by one of his colleagues. Immediately noticed a cracked windshield and the representative stated "yeah, this one has a lot of damage." The vehicle had other significant damage including but not limited to numerous quarter sized dents, scratches, a cracked door frame and a broken/misaligned quarter panel. Nothing in the listing, photographs or carfax report reflected these damages nor did Michael disclose same during our prior conversation. Wasted my time driving to and from this dealership. The significant amount of damage on this vehicle should have been disclosed prior to my going to the dealership. When I e-mailed both Michael Ryan and Michael Chan (general manager), I did not receive a response. Very misleading and disingenuous. *UPDATE* As you can see below, Michael Chan (or Audi Brooklyn's social media manager) responded to my review with a clearly generic automated response. Instead of responding to my e-mail to him before I posted this review, he or his team only decided to respond to my public Google review. Clearly shows you what they value, and it is certainly not the customer.

I have leased FIVE cars from Audi of Brooklyn. I drive 2 now. I must say that after bringing my car to a different Audi service department I can no longer forgive the poor attention I have received from this service department. The phone system is a dead end- Zero information available. Nobody can tell you anything about what's available for scheduled audi service even within warranty. I will NEVER use this service center again, and will likely lease my next Q8 from a different dealer.

Bought a slightly used A6, the day I left I thought the experience was decent and even thought about picking up an A4 few weeks later as my girlfriend is also planning on to purchase a car. The customer service ended there unfortunately, the car I got had a few scratch on front and rear bumpers, it is missing a key, and the badges in the rear trunk lid. The used car manager and sales rep promised it will all be taken care of and they will order the parts necessary to get it done. After the day I left all I heard was excuse on how busy they are and cannot get me the key, touch up paint, badges, etc. After almost a month the sales rep finally said they have the badge and touch up paint for me to pick up, I went over there found the badge they ripped off from another used car that was all scratched up and the touch up paint they probably got off dollar store and was contaminated with a different color, and of course managers are nowhere to be found. Key is still missing. What's even more amazing was as my temp plate was expiring and they did not provide the real plates, I called and ask they told me I owe them another $275 and they will hold my plates hostage until I paid, the finance personnel over charged me on the plates and I was told I am expecting a refund and now they come and ask for more $. They finally sent me the plates after I told them about the paperwork but still did not refund the amount I was overpaid. I thought about getting another car from them the day I left, now not only I will not be dealing with this place again I also discourage anyone purchase a car from them. They DO NOT keep their promises and it is a one shot deal.*EDIT* Dealership representative contacted me on 10/26/2016 and stated my concerns would be resolved. As of today 11/17/2016, no one has contacted me and responded to my requests. Looks like another empty promise.

I have and have been dealing with my Audi A5 car troubles with Ms Danielle Fallacaro from the Audi Brooklyn Service Center who is my Service adviser and would say that she is a awesome and great Service Adviser in any Audi Service Center. I think she should be promoted and assigned by Audi to teach and mentor other Service advisers in ti-state or New York area. I have known more then several service advisors. She is very welcoming and knows her job very well.Prior to he this I have met few Service Advisers in Audi Lynbrook. PLEASE DO NOT GO THEM FOR ANY CAR SERVICE. I WAS DEALING WITH OIL CUNSUMPTION CAR ISSUES WHICH AUDI LYNBROOK HAVE NO CLUE AND THEY STOLE THOUSANDS OF DOLLAR. THEY MADE A HOLE IN MY CAR. AFTER SUFFERING FOUR MONTHS, I TOOK THE CAR TO AUDI BROOKLYN AND IT IS ONLY MS DANIELLE WHO KNEW ABOUT ME CAR ISSUES AS SOON AS, I TOOK THE CAR TO AUDI BROOKLYN AND SHE WAS AWESOME. Audi is a great car. I think they use should follow the guidelines from Audi brooklyn Service center of how to treat their loyal customer.

I brought in my 2013 Q7 Audi to be service. My service consultant Ms D. Fallacaro was amazing. She was very understanding when I did reach out explaining that at this moment I can't afford all the service. She then call me with the best news, saying that some of my service will be cover as a courtesy and wouldn't have to pay the full amount. She was very professional, understanding and give a great customer experience. I would highly recommend Ms D. Fallacaro

I've made 3 appointments to see cars at this dealership and every time I went they could not fine the car. What's the point of making an appointment if they are not prepared for your arrival? Also the salespeople are clueless about the vehicles and how their dealership operates. A waste of time. I bought a new S5 at a different dealership the next morning and had a truly pleasant experience. Complete opposite of this place.Also, service department is off-the-charts absurd. They take your car deep into a warehouse and then tell you the price of a transmission fluid change is $600 and could not explain why.

This place is horrible. They secretly over charge you and add things onto your contract. Then when you try to get this corrected, they tell you that they are working on it and everyone works together to conceal and cover up their faults and have you go around in circles until you give up. This place is terrible. The general manager Leo Menuzzo is never accessible, the sales manager Jared Varndore will lie and falsify information, to get you off the phone and Bianca Corporan tries to appease you, then disappears.

As soon as I walked through those doors there at Audi Brooklyn, I felt comfortable knowing I made the right decision. The staff were all very warm-hearted; They welcomed me with complimentary coffee and informative conversation. They perfectly understood why I chose the Audi brand. Needless to say, every car in there was exquisite. I chose the A4 since I am a daily commuter trying to save on gas and I swear this car by far has been the smoothest ride I ever drove. Everyone breaks their neck looking to see who's inside this magnificent machine. Best part, I can go anywhere and still fill up every 4-5 days LOL :)Thank you again for the opportunity.

I tried to purchase a cpo Audi and twice the price increased. I then called the sales manager to find out why the price increased and I was told that if they sold the car at the advertised price they were losing money since I was paying cash so he made up different stories explaining why it was now more money. To top it off he told me he would rather hang on to the car than sell it for cash so he could charge more on the financing. Nice way of doing business !

Bianca was my salesperson and i would give her 10 stars if there was an option to. She hands down met all my needs and answered all my questions. Bianca made the car buying experience so much fun and made it such an easy process. Also, the business manager there Mustafa, was very knowledgeful and so friendly. He went through all the paperwork with me and explained all the details to me on the areas where i did not understand. The most important part, he had me in and out! I would highly reccomend anyone who is in the market for an Audi to go see them! Thank you guys again for making this car buying process such a wonderful and pleasant experience.

Ended up not buying a A6 from this dealer (and even the car) mostly because of the negative feedback on this site. Not worth the discount that may be offering. They are likely to drive themselves and the Audi brand to the ground. Because completing on price and not on truly honest service is simply foolish. I checked out vroom and beepi and can see that the traditional dealership are on their way to extinction unless they up the quality of sales people they hire.

Absolutely whack used car department. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I bought a car nearly four months ago and still haven't rectified all issues.I've spent over 3 hours on the phone, 30+ phone calls, sent over 25 emails, I've been to the dealer SIX TIMES. I've emailed their general manager, Leo Menuzzo about everything a number of times and have never so much as gotten an acknowledgement from him. Their used car manager, Ali (whose card or last name was never given to me), has been the main culprit of my frustration. I've left many messages and they never call back. Confronted, they give me the runaround. So incredibly unprofessional. I was looking for a used car at the end of May 2016 and was emailing all over to see what dealerships had in the $3k price range. I got an email and some photos from their online sales manager, Nick (great guy), and made an appointment. I wanted to make an appointment and was told that they were going to detail it before I came in. When I arrived I waited something like two hours to see the car, and when it arrived, it was dirty as xxxx - red flag number one, but I let it slide. That being said it was in pretty decent condition from a first look. I decided to buy it with the condition that X repairs would be done, I'd be given a working key fob for the car, and it would be detailed. From when I decided to buy the car to when I put down the downpayment, it took something like 6 hours. I spent a long time hanging with the insurance guy (Vinnie, highly recommended). I was told I could come to pick up the car the following week with all repairs made. When I arrived at the shop, I got an email that the car wouldn't be ready until the afternoon, even though my appointment was for 10am in the morning - red flag number two. Since it took me an hour to get there, I waited for the car until it was "ready" when I found out the car wouldn't be ready that day, I was told it would be delivered to my apartment. Which was cool, but when the car arrived only one of the repairs had been done - no working key fob - and it was still un-detailed - red flag number three. I needed the car, so I decided to come back the following week for the remaining repairs and detailing. The next day, I brought it out to a mechanic (friend of mine) to have the car evaluated and was told it needed a boat load of work. I immediately called my sales person Monae (who was great too, she isn't the problem), and was assured that even though the car was old I had my 30 day warranty and everything would be taken care of. Ali also told me over the phone that he would never sell a car that required service. I decided, well, I'm going to persevere because I don't back down. When I brought in the car for the 1st time (this is my 3RD trip to the dealership), I outlined all of the repairs and was told to come back after the weekend. When I came back for the 4TH time, the car still hadn't been detailed and the fob was still broken - though the muffler had been finally fixed. Ali (this guy is the problem), told me all of that work didn't need to be done, but I needed the car, so I took it.When I came back for the 5TH time, I was told all would be taken care of. I called EVERY DAY, while the car was being repaired to confirm all work was being done and each time I called I was told "Yes, don't worry about it." Needless to say, when I came to pick it up (my 6TH trip) the fob hadn't been repaired. Ali gave me the name of a third party that would be able to do it. I called a number of times, and when I finally got a hold of him he was like "definitely can't do that." So back to square one. For a while I called and emailed every day, and left messages and never got calls back. Sometimes, I'd wait on hold for 30 minutes. Eventually I stopped doing that because it was driving me crazy. Meanwhile, I talked to 10+ mechanics about the service on the car and was told (by every mechanic), it REQUIRED work and the price range was between $2 and $4k. Ali wouldn't budge on doing the repairs and because he had been impossible to reach, my warranty had expired, so I resolved to do it myself. Then one day, I was driving for work out in New Jersey and something below the car was dragging. When I got to work, I found that the valence and belly pan weren't even attached to the car so had been dragging and had broken. I called Ali the next day and argued with him for 20 minutes about it and he said, OK "maybe I'll do it, I'll call you back." He never called me back and I was just so frustrated (this is two months after the sale, so I resolved to do it myself and save my sanity. I didn't want to deal with his crap anymore. Where I am now is I've paid $2k+ on service on the car post-sale and I'm still waiting on the key fob. I'm going to push for it because it's the last thing and I need it and only a DEALERSHIP can do it. I don't recommend these guys even if it seems like a good deal. A $3k car quickly became $5k and a big headache.

On August 22nd, I went to Audi Brooklyn to see a used vehicle that I was interested in. Little did I know that I would be leaving with that very same vehicle that day. I had no appointment, yet was pleasantly met by Johnson Lin. He showed my husband and I the vehicle and with no pressure, no stress calmly asked what he could do to help us secure the vehicle. The process was effortless, no haggle, no fuss and all I can simply state is to ask for Johnson Lin when you go to Audi Brooklyn to purchase your new or gently used vehicle. Everyone in the dealership was professional and highly efficient with their duties. Overall experience was positive and now Audi Brooklyn has a client for life.

Kudos to Ertan, Steve and Rollie, for being so gracious and professional. My car had overheating issues on a Sunday morning. Even though the dealership was closed, they were able to open the service gate and let my car in for service for the following day. Both Ertan and Steve were top professionals in explaining what the problem could be and finally diagnosed it to a faulty thermostat. Ertan ensured expedient shipping of the part and the car was ready as promised. They offered also a loaner car but I did not need one. The car is running fine as of today so I am hopeful I will not experience the same issue. There were other service items that were recommended but that will be for a future appointment.

This is the worst piece of trash dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Expect to be passed around to persons who have no idea what they are doing, full voicemail, make promises they do not keep, and can't get a deal done to save their lives. Reported them to Audi USA. Must repeat, the single worst experience ever, and I have bought cars around the country. Audi should revoke their dealership license. They give Audi a bad name. Johnson is clueless, Nick went on vacation and never told me, Ali lied never called back and has full voicemail, Leo didn't take my call or call me back, Dennis has full voicemail and wouldn't speak to me, Jared lied and did not call back. Straight up scammers. Avoid at all costs.

I was recently at Audi of Brooklyn service department I had a great experience everybody was very caring explaining exactly what the problem was and how they were going to take care of it the service manager Steven Bylis was great came out to the waiting area to explain what was happening and how long it would be I would recommend Audi to everyone

I visited Audi of Brooklyn for a maintenance checkup and service. All the employees I dealt with were courteous, professional and knowledgable.I was able to have all my questions answered and my Q5 is running smoothly.Mr. Steve Bylis, Service Manager, runs the department very efficiently.It was a very good experience.

I can not believe this AUDI dealer. Before making deal. The manager, Jerry, did not mention any fees. When I finished all paper and going to pay the car, I found out there is a USED CAR CHECKING CHARGE, have you heard of that ? It is a joke. I will never go this dealer again

This likely was the easiest least Rami may of ever encountered as I knew exactly what I wanted but if it wasn't for Rami's easy going attitude, professionalism and great communication skills, this deal would've never happened. Rami was simply awesome from going over the terms of my lease, to making time for me even on very busy days such as one Sunday that I showed up unexpectedly. What more can I say than to say that without Rami being there, I hesitate to think what my experience could've been. Thanks so much Rami!!!

Besides the fact the dealership is very nicely built, they epitomize the stereotype of a car salesperson. They had told me anything just to get me into the dealership, only to find out what they told me was a lie. I didn't appreciate that i had to drive in over an hour and a half to be told that they deal they represented over the phone and email was impossible. I knew it was too good to be true, but the sales person assured me it was for real. LIES! they lost me as a customer as this was supposed to be my third Audi. SHAME!

I purchased a vehicle from Audi Brooklyn Dealership not even a month ago. I had the car for two days, the sun roof on the car needed to be service and I was informed by time I pick the car up everything would be repaired. The day I purchased the vehicle the top was working and the next day, I decided to drop the top of the sun roof on the highway. The sun roof gets stuck, as I am driving. In addition to this, my vehicle has been serviced for about two weeks and I have been getting the running regarding my vehicle . I was given a loaner, that's not even no where near the BMW that I purchased! Lastly The manager Ali has been giving me the run around as well, stating he will fix this and fix that and nothing has been done. My vehicle has been in service longer than I actually had the car. This is definitely a small claims court issue, if this isn't resolved. Respectfully, Unsatisfied customer

Audi Brooklyn is a low-cost Audi dealer where I recently purchased a certified preowned Q7. I live 200 miles away, so I called ahead to make sure the car was still available and to ask if the price was negotiable. I was told by the sales manager that it was absolutely negotiable. I arrived and test drove the car, which was dirty and clearly neglected. I asked for the best price and was told the list price was non-negotiable. I understand that dealers need to negotiate, but it took over an hour of arguing to get the price down even a small amount. The entire process took about 6 hours even after a price was agreed upon. It was, thus, dark when I left the dealership. On my way home, I stopped for gas and noticed a gash out of a rear tire. I took a photo and sent it right away to the sales manager asking how it could be certified in such a condition. He called and said it was not serious and not to worry. I took it to my local Audi service center and they said the car should not be driven with a tire like that and that the dealer should pay to have it replaced. Numerous emails and phone calls to the salesman, sales manager, and general manager go unresponded to. I am now left to replace the tire myself. So, overall, while I am happy with the car, the dealership is unprofessional and more of a typical used car dealership rather than a high-end Audi dealer.

These people are crooks and they don't care how they treat you. First off if you go there to do business don't expect to be in and out. They will make you wait all day to have a two minute conversation that ends in no resolve. Zero respect for your time at all. They sold us a car and forgot to give us the key for the tires so when we found ourselves with 2 flat tires on a Sunday we couldn't take the car anywhere to get the tires changed our car had to be towed back to the dealer and 4 days later our car still is ready no loaner nothing. These people are horrible!

My Son is turning 16 and we have been searching for an Audi A4. We found the perfect car listed on Audi Brooklyn website prices at $22,490. We drove 1 1/2 hours to go see the car and fell the love. Ronnie was very nice and asked what we would offer. I offered 21,000 he went to talk to his manager and came back and said the best they would take was $22,000. I told him we would like to write a check and he said that the $22,000 would only apply for credit but we could pay it off after 2 months.I filled out the paperwork and took my boys out for pizza. I called them later that day as we needed to head back to CT and Ronnie told me I had to drive back to get the numbers for the finance. Since I live 1 1/2 hours away I asked them to email the info to me. For three days and 4 four calls they still refuse to give me the information and I finally called today and just asked to buy the car for a check for the agreed $22,000. They now tell me the car would cost $23,000 to write a check which is more than listed on the website. Totally dishonest dealing!! Very disappointing for an authorized Audi dealer

For the past month I have been looking on the internet for a mid priced sedan for my son. I came across a car on the Audi Brooklyn website that fit my criteria and price range. When I called the dealership to inquire about the car I was connected first to Nick, an internet manager, and then to Monae, a warm and very helpful saleswoman. I began the conversation by asking about the price of the car because I already had my own financing. I had seen several cars that I liked at other dealers, but each time I went into the dealership the price listed was only good if you took the dealer's financing at an overly inflated interest rate. The first thing Monae said to me was, "The price that is listed is the price of the car. It doesn't matter if you have your own financing or you take our financing. THE PRICE YOU SEE IF WHAT YOU PAY." She went on to describe the car and was so helpful and patient with me that we made an appointment for me to come see the car that afternoon.When I went to the dealership that afternoon, the car that she showed me blew me away. It was in pristine condition inside and outside and so I gave her a small FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit on the spot. When I said that I wanted to have my brother come in the next day and test drive it first, she encouraged me to do so. The third time I visited the dealership with my son to actually purchase the car, Monae, and Ali (the internet sales manager) and Dennis (the finance manager) were a pleasure to deal with. This was my son's first experience buying a car and they patiently explained each part of the process and couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend not only this dealership, but Monae and Ali personally. I personally appreciated their honesty and integrity. The price that the car was listed for on the internet was exactly what my son paid, and the only other charge was a SMALL dealer prep fee. The next time I need a car, my first and only place will be Brooklyn Audi.

Monae was great, she met us as soon as we arrived, described the car and all aspects of the car and went with us for a test drive. Ask for her she is the best! Everyone has a title, you are not sure who is in charge. Ali (used car mgr.?) increased price, added items he originally said was included, left us for 45 min. And just did not care about us. Audi Bay Ridge neglected to return my previous car to the Nissan dealership, thus causing my credit to be compromised for two months until I actually contacted my Audi sales rep to take care of the matter. I am severely disappointed and dissatisfied with Audi. And by the way- the matter still hasn't been rectified.

Buyer Beware!!! I live in New Jersey, but I serve in the Military in North Carolina. I had contacted Audi Brooklyn over the phone to inquire about a car they had for sale. We agreed on the price for their car and my trade in, due to me being away. However, when I got to the dealer, they offered me less money for my trade. I agreed to the deal after Sales Manager Ali said he could not pay what we had agreed on because of my car being manual, but I made this clear to him over the phone. When it was time to meet with the Finance Agent, Dennis, the price was changed again. Dennis and Ali were telling me the price is more because of the tax credit I will get from trading in my car. I accused them of lying and taking me for a fool, I was ready to walk out. They agreed to change the price back on my trade, which was clear on the contract. The price on the new car purchase also looked higher, Dennis said not too worry, the numbers all add up. When I got home I reviewed the numbers. They charge me about a thousand dollars more on the new purchase. This was after checking taxes, fees and interest. They are scammers and I did get fooled by the service contract I signed.

Bought used vehicle on 2/4/16. Drove 2 hrs to the dealership after agreeing to a final price. When I was presented the purchase documentation, the was a inspection fee for $650 and a documentation fee of $350. When I complained to the used car manager that specifically negotiated the final price of the car, he apologized and offered me an Audi travel mug. I did not take the mug, but he would not remove the fees.It gets better! I also agreed to sell the dealership the car that I drove to the dealership for $22,500. All the paperwork was completed at the same time as the purchase documentation. I owned the car with no liens and signed over the title to Audi Brooklyn. I was told that a check would be sent to my home address for the $22,500. This is the first time I have sold a car to a dealer and not received a check on the spot. As of today 2/17, they have not sent a check! After numerous calls and emails to the dealer, the Finance Manager stated "that it does normally take 4-6 weeks for the check to be sent out". Stay away from their deceptive practices. I have filed complaints with NY Consumer Protection Agency, BBB and Audi USA.

This dealership is simply dishonest. Ive purchased new and pre owned cars over the years and have yet to come across a group of deceitful individuals like those at this dealership. Their only way of doing business is through deceptive practices. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing a new or used car from this dealership to strongly reconsider.

I bought a 2011 Q7 S-Line from this dealership on 10/27/15. As part of the deal, I agreed to pay for an Audi OEM tow hitch and the dealership agreed to install it (these hitches require precise installation and sensor re-calibration). When I returned to have the work done, I found that the dealership used an after market/inferior tow hitch, used a wiring harness from AutoZone (the Audi OEM hitch has the harness integrated). The installation was not done by Audi, but some window tinting and alarm installer. The worst part of this is that the installer drilled into the tow hitch and used a couple of pieces of wood to secure the wiring harness to the tow arm. It is shameful how they tried to pull this off on such a nice car. I'm sure they get away with this a good percentage of the time, but they just happened to try and pull a fast one on the wrong person. I'm a lawyer so we'll see how this goes. Please note this is not a legal advertisement or legal advertising. I'm a consumer in this instance.

I made an appointment for three thing I wanted to get done on my car. 1. perform a fuel pump recall, 2. check for the noise coming from left front wheel, same concern at couple months back, 3. check headlight operation. I dropped the car off at 9 am and I knew I had to leave the car so all the services can be performed, I asked the service advisor Ertan Jusuf what time the dealership closed and if work will not be done same day will they work on the car on Saturday. The answer I got no they don't do that kind of work on Saturdays. Before I left service advisor told me that he will call me and keep me informed on progress. I didn't get a phone call the whole day from the dealership so I went to pick up my car at 5 30 pm since they close at 6 pm. when I showed up there service advisor was stunned to see me there and asked me why am I there. when I told the service advisor that I didn't hear nothing from him the whole day and that I came back to pick up the car, service advisor had nothing to say to me. Then I asked what was done to the car and he had no answer for me, he finally asked technician some information and I was told that They checked my car for recall and recall is not needed for my car. They found that left front tire was directional and it was put on wrong wayAnd my headlights were not checked at all.Well one thing I can say is I ran a Toyota service department for 6 years and I know it takes 2 minutes to check the car if it needs a recall or not, its simple as putting a vin number in system and it will let you know does it qualify or not. Right after I left the dealership I went to another shop and took care of the tire problem and guess what the noise is still there, that's because it was not a tire noise it was a wheel bearing noise same as couple months ago and Audi Brooklyn dealership replaced my left front wheel bearing.And no work was don't on my lights, well thank a lot that's only a safety issuePeople please do not go to that service department, unless you are paying money for service they don't want to do any warranty work what so ever. Horrible service, I have a 2015 Audi A3 I should not have any problem like this

Bought a mint 2011 Q7 and they delivered an extremely scratched up vehicle with more over 500 extra miles more than what was on the odometer statement They now have the car and my money as since I am out of state I am being taken advantage of. They will not even take my calls now and I am beyond frustrated. I now have to get a lawyer involved unfortunately.. they did agree to take it back but have not been in touch in weeks now leaving me totally hanging with no vehicle and out a lot of money!They were to deliver the vehicle in 2 weeks and it took 6 weeks. Been 2 months now and I have nothing. This is the most absurd transaction I have ever been associated with and am just so upset. I'll probably have to fly to NY to deal with these people which will just cost me more $ and time. I've called my lawyer today bc they refuse to make good on the completely bungled transaction.

First of all, I never take the time to write reviews, but my experience was so exceptional, that I felt I needed to do so. For anyone like me who had a negative experience at Audi of Brooklyn PRIOR to the new owners taking over in 2013, need to go back and give it another chance (not sure why Q 5er's review was negative-try going to one of the other TriState dealers- good luck getting noticed in the waiting room, let alone getting great service). Under the new ownership, the Service Department has been completely revamped with a new Service Director (Steve Bylis--excellent) and many new and very knowledgeable service managers (Ertan Yusuf-Highly recommend). I had some serious problems with my car that that dated back from when I originally purchased the car from the "old" Audi of Brooklyn in 2013. The Service Director, Steve, went above and beyond over a period of weeks to insure that my car had all the repairs that it needed -- with many of them being covered by Audi of America (these repairs should have been completed & under warranty when I purchased my car--Steve worked tirelessly to 'prove my case' with Audi of America so the costs were covered). I highly recommend the Audi of Brooklyn Service Department-- not only for your Audi, but for any car that you drive.

They do good work once you get the car in there but their customer relations are lacking. They never return any of my calls. They've dropped the ball on a loaner car more than once. They are very eager to be more customer oriented but they just don't get customer service. I heard someone say recently that the worst thing about owning an Audi in Brooklyn is Brooklyn Audi.

Brought my car into service for maintenance and tire rotation. My A6 is less than a year old and is in perfect condition. After picking my car up and on the drive home, the low tire indicator light went on. They never balanced my tires after rotating them. So, I had to go get air for tires. Worse than this and the biggest issue with this service is that my tires SCREECH like a train pulling into the station. I brought my car back to get the screeching resolved and now my car sounds like two trains pulling into the station. I was told there is going to be a recall about this issue and I should wait for it. I have tried to contact the service department repeatedly. The person I need to speak won't come to phone and won't call me back. I called Audi corporate and they said that there's no recall and it's a dealer issue, stating the dealer is able amd should to resolve it. Your service is substandard. Oh, and I got my car back with 6 more miles than I brought it in with. I was told they had to test the brakes. Really????? 6 miles and you didn't hear the brakes SCREEEEEEEECH! BS!

I am blown away by the patience, thoughtfulness, thoroughness, and knowledge of the Brooklyn Audi staff. My Audi brand specialist, Frankie, showed me the a4. I was interested with great detail and precision all the way from the hood to the trunk and he answered all of my questions without a moments hesitation. When talking numbers with the sales manager, I was given refreshments without asking for them. The valet warmed up my car for me before I got into it. It was the best dealership I have ever been to.

The staff here is both professional and courteous. Walked in on a Tuesday evening with no appointment and we were greeted swiftly and then introduced to a manager. We spoke briefly and the n were introduced to Russell, a specialist. He took us on a great test drive designed to mimic all the road conditions we would normally encounter living in New York. The guy really knew his stuff. When we arrived at the dealership ready to discuss numbers he introduced me to Mike, a finance manager. We discussed our options and it was a totally pressure-less experience. We will be coming back to Brooklyn Audi for all of our needs.

This dealership provided the best car buying experience I've ever had. The facility was gorgeous, the staff was friendly, and they have a waiting area with ipods to keep my son entertained. I was looking for a new Q7 for the family and My Mother did not understand fluent english. The receptionist asked the right question and introduced us to a bi-lingual product specialist named Qiqi. This is one of the best looking facilities I've ever been to. My first impression walking was incredible. Came in looking for a family car and the staff was super helpful. My product special Qiqi was thorough introducing the Q5. The manager that helped us with the purchase was very charming and straight to the point. Took my 2006 Audi A4 for service Tues picked up We'd and had a great experience. Martin the service advisor, Peter the Asst. Manager, and James the Tech was amazing. Martin treated me as if I was his only client for the day, very informative, and attentive to my concerns. Even though I was rushing them they all kept it professional. I even got a free car wash! This is my new service home and I definitely recommend you bring your car here to be service. I heard and read a lot of negative things about this place but what I experience was superb service!!! I've been a long time customer with audi with 3 previous vehicles in my family. When I took responsibility to return the vehicle and asked when to return the vehicle. Monae Murray gave me incorrect information on when my lease ended. I purchased a new vehicle based on this information and a terrible experience of being asked to drop off the car earlier than the actual date. When I later found out that this was not the case from Audi Financial Services. I was shocked to find out that I purchased a vehicle based on bad experience with Audi and incorrect information given (confirmed on email) and then was informed that I was mistaken on my interpretation ie. the last payment not the lease end was on the date listed Thank you Kent for the vehicle purchase but never again will I be a customer of Audi BK. The CS rep's would not help in any way to satisfy the issue in any way. The dealership just wants to sell you another vehicle and give it in early.

I bought an Audi from out of state and had to travel to get there. I brought everything they requested. They said the car would be ready. Arrived at the dealership from the airport two hours before closing. I was practically ignored. The manager told me to wait for the business manager. They did not have the car ready, or did they do what I asked. Remove the velcro from the windshield that had held a radar detector, to remove the sticky film from the old dealer logo sticker, to explain why the brakes were worn unevenly, to vacuum the soft top of the cabriolet (it was dusty from nearby construction). They finally vacuumed it and scratched the fabric.I would compliment Miquel, however. He showed me the features of the car and was very friendly.However, everyone else was quite inconvenienced that I flew across the country to buy a car from them. I had to re-arrange my finances with my bank at 6:00 on a Saturday evening because they would not take a small personal check for a portion of the purchase...after I was told they would. The business manager, Leo M was flat out rude. So was the general manager Janet F. The pre owned manager, JP just didn't care. From where I come from...people are not like that.It is a sweet S5. My experience should have been rewarding and pleasant...it was just the opposite.

The worst service center I've ever experienced.Brought my Audi in for service. They said it would take two days. It took two weeks. Zero communication. They scratched the car in multiple places. There were oily hand marks throughout the interior - on the ceiling as well. Haven't been able to remove those. Hands down the most awful workers and zero professionalism. Take your car somewhere else. Don't ever come here. I've contacted Audi with a formal complaint.

Buying a car should be fun. This dealership uses high pressure tactics to oversell you, starting with bogus promises regarding the "high value" of your current car. I leased my last car through them, and wasn't exceptionally careful so I overpaid. On my 2d lease, they used every trick to get me in the door, but the deals were less than they promised once I got there. I still havent decided what I'm going to do next, but they've made the decision much harder than it should be. Also, a quick note on service: I took the car for service and reminded them I needed an emission sticker. They didnt bother to do it so I ended up going to a gas station by my house. Audis are nice cars, but this dealership has poor facilities and questionable tactics to meet their goals.

After 6 months of delivery of an A4 still have only partial wood inlays in vehicle made 2 special trips to Brooklyn Audi service and left incomplete no way to sell a vehicle . If I was not promised with in one week it would be complete I would never picked up the vehicle in February . Will never deal or recommend Brooklyn Audi ever again. Very frustrating . Discusted with ownership .

In December 2012 I purshased an Audi A4 premium + fully loaded with dealer installed walnut wood inlaids . Picked up the vehicle mid January with out the wood inlaids .Was told to make appointment to have them installed . One month later got the appointment only to have them partly installed . Was told the the missing pieces were on back log . Over 90 days later still have my vehicle incomplete .very frustrating . Would not as 6 time lease& buyers would use or recommend this dealership again.

Also we were told how much Brooklyn Audi would have lost on a repeat lease not taking how much loss & pain we went through . In mid-Dec, I was negotiating over phone with Audi Brooklyn for an pre-owned 2012 Audi A6 with their Used Car Manager (UCM), Victor. The car was 14 month old with 6000 miles on it but had a lot of dents, chips and cracks on both the front and back bumpers. The UCM agreed on phone to repair these. So I traveled over 500 miles to take a look at the car and finalize pricing.Once I looked at the car personally, not only the bumpers where in bad shape, 3 wheels had lot of curb rashes, the tires had cuts at several places, and the door had a ding all in a car with just 6000 miles. I discuss this with one of the sales person for repairing these, Just when we finalized the price with this other sales guy who showed us the car, the UCM comes by telling me he has take a deposit from other person, so the deal is now off. I knew right then that this was a lie. The UCM that evening decided to jack up the price by $5,000 from $48,990 to $53,990. I left Audi Brooklyn with a very bad experience. This was one of the worst transaction I have ever had. I drove over 500 miles with my wife and 8 year old to buy this car as was discussed with the UCM over phone. We were all looking forward to bring this Audi as our family's Christmas purchase for 2012. My wife and daughter didn't understand what just happened and were disappointed. All I could say to them is that they saw a pure lesson on where used-car salesman get their bad reputation from. Way to go Victor, you lived up to the reputation, and stole our Christmas gift!

This dealership is about customer service and honesty. They want the customer to enter happy and leave even happier! I visited Audi Brooklyn after doing online reseach. I owned a car for 8 years and was looking to trade in for a new car. Shopped around the showroom for a couple hours and fell in love with the Q5. It was a deal I couldn't resist. Even though my car wasn't available in the showroom because of color it only took a couple days to receive. Transaction of trading in my car and buying a new one was quick! I would highly recommend this dealership!

My 2012 A6 was due for its first 5000 mile service. I googled my near by Audi Dealers and found Brooklyn Audi's service Department. I called and a very friendly customer service representative took down my information and set up an appointment for me for today at 7:00 AM. I had told her that I needed a courtesy vehicle and I need to be out of service by latest 7:30AM because I am running on a tight schedule. Although she promised me the whole world, I did not have much confidence due to my experiences from prior visits with other dealerships.6:59AM, I successfully found the Service Department (located in a remote area) and pulled into the garage. Immediately a service attendant guided me to a parking spot and proceeded with a vechile walk around to jot down vehicle condition on arrival.7:01AM, Steven Mangat, service manager came up to me and greeted me "good morning Mr. Liang, welcome to Audi".... I was pleasantly surprised. We then went over what needed to be done on the vehicle, he sat me down by the lounge, attended all my questions with nothing but patience and friendliness. I was out by 7:32AM in their Courtesy vehicle. Brooklyn Audi's Steven was on point! I am glad I did not let the service department's outside appearance fool me. This service dept. is worth the trip for their friendly service alone!!Now for vehicle issues, I was there for the following issues:1)5K maintenance2)Glass removal within door panel due to a glass breakage3)Vibrating noise from center speaker when using bluetooth on phone4)during winter there was condensation in the optional $1,500 "daylight" LED lights.5)vehicle has "delayed start" and "delayed Navigation screen fold up" in cold temp.when I left the following was completed:1)DONE2)DONE3)was told it maybe issue with phone (until further notice)(Not Fixed)4) No condensation was found (today was 80 degrees and not raining..so it's not fixed)5) No "Delayed" anything (LOL) (Not Fixed)Did they go the extra mile to ensure there was absolutely no problem with my car? I wouldnt know, but at least Steven gave me the feeling and confidence that they had done all they can at the current time to fix all they can fix. I will recommend this service dept to any Audi owners, look for Steve when you get there!

Terrible experience. I leased a car from them, and they've not delivered the registration within 30 days. The temporary tag is past due, and I cannot get answers from them. They repeatedly promise to call back and NEVER follow through. Extremely disappointing and surprising from an Audi dealership.

This Audi service center, and dealership, really has excellent service all around. Steve Mangnat greeted me with a smile and very little paperwork (which is always better in my opinion). Before I had a chance to even sit in the waiting room, work began on my car. Now I wasnt getting much work done on my car, state inspection, but I did have a chance to see Steve and the staff interact with the other people waiting in the room. Everything was explained clearly and precisely. They were not pushy and they offered the best and most affordable solution to each problem. If you have any issues, or need any work done, Open Road Audi of Brooklyn is the way to go!

I purchased my car in July 2011 and one of the reasons I went to Brooklyn Audi was their knowledge and professionalism. I did not feel pressured and the sales staff was not aggressive. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.I have visited the service center for routine service and also some autobody work. Of the three visits - I have worked with Steve and Wesley. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very enjoyable to work with. They were thorough and took me through all estimates and suggested work on the car. They always remember me by name when I walk in and all work that has been done on the car has been of high caliber and done in a timely manner.If and when I trade in my car - it will be an Audi and I will be going to Brooklyn Audi.

I purchased the A4 from this dealer in 2010 and have been coming back for yearly maintenance. The first year was covered by Audi so going back to the dealer was straight forward. The second year, I considered going to a local shop for an oil change but ultimately decided to go back to the dealer (having a maintenance history improves the resale value). The staff at Open Road were friendly and the price of the visit was reasonable (especially with the discount coupons that the dealer sent me). The entire checkup took about 2 hours and I was satisfied with the overall experience. After the visit, the car still drives like it's brand new.

I was actually working with another Audi dealer and went to Brooklyn Audi just to look at a specific color. After meeting with Brandon I was impressed with his approach, information and knowledge. I decided right then to deal with Brooklyn Audi and purchased my lease that same day working with Brandon. He was very accomodating and made my transition period (after returning my old lease and arranging loaner) stress free.

Overall experience was very good. My salesman and finance managers were friendly, personable, did what they could to help me find the car I wanted and stay as close to my budget as possible. However, waiting for payment of my prior lease payout in order to close out my lease account was not received in a timely manner and should have been resolved within those next few days.

I have had one of the most seamless experiences ever working with Open Road Audi Brooklyn. I came in to get a new car while working with a potential trade-in. Usually when working with trade-ins, there are always asterisks and fine print that go along with it. However, Arman (sales), Tom (GM) and Dexter (finance) made the entire transaction effortless. They did everything they could do to work with me. They listened and answered "thousands" of my questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy and were very knowledgeable about their product that they represent.. They explained absolutely everything and not once did I feel pressured into closing a deal. I test drove a few cars and finally settled on my new 2012 Audi A6 which is flawless and cant be happier with it. Even had a wish to test drive the S4 and Arman made it happen! I brought my Audi Q7 into the dealership for an appointment for the inspection. While there, I inquired about having a few repairs done under the warranty. The inspection was completed quickly and they told me to leave the car and they would make the necessary warranty repairs the same day! The vehicle work was completed in a few hours. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, Steve explained all the repairs that were done and I was on my way. The staff at Audi Brooklyn on 63rd St. was very courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend seeing Steve or any associate for any needs you may have at Audi Brooklyn.

last week I had an emergency with my Audi I called Audi Brooklyn's service department at 4:30pm expecting them not being able to help me at such a late hour of the day. To my surprise not only did they arraign to have my car picked up and they dropped a loaner car off for me to use while my car was being repaired and they also dropped my car off when it was ready the very next day and the repairs didnt break the bank. With my busy schedule this was very helpful. The service team at Audi Brooklyn made what could have been a horrible automotive service experience a very positive one. I want to thank Michael Casey and his team for a job well done. I will continue to use this dealership for all my service needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a great service department.

I had the pleasure of going to Audi in Brooklyn this past month. I was greeted in a friendly manner which was nicer than most dealerships that I have been in. I have been looking in BMW and another Audi dealership and I left. When I went to Audi in Brooklyn the salesman Guiseppe greeted me and really was great in educating me on information I never was told about the Q5... He then introduced me to the manager Joe. I must say that this was by far the most professional team I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Joe was fantastic in assisting Guiseppe along and by answering every and any question we had about the car. When it came to delivery they both were there greeting us and wishing us the best with our new car. I must say ...I did not expect to be treated the way I was but whoever supervises that store should recognize both associates ( guiseppe and Joe ) as assets. They convinced us to buy the vehicle from them and ensured us that they would even see to it that they would help us with service etc. Most salespeople and management don't go the extra mile and they did. I am pleased to have gotten my car from them and I definitely would recommend friends and family to go there as well . My compliments to a well run dealership and to the team of Guiseppe and Joe !!Thank you.

Good service departments are hard to come by and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness I was given by Brooklyn Audi's Service Department. The Service Manager Mike Casey was very nice. Their loaner cars are always available and very clean. I will definitely have my Audi serviced there in the future. Its worth the drive.

I worked with the Audi Brooklyn team while purchasing a new vehicle, and trading in two others, for a large corporation. As with any deal in a large corporation, there are always hurdles. Tony(sales)and Tom (management)from the Audi team had all the answers. They were quick to respond and always made themselves available to answer what seemed like a never ending stream of questions. Through the entire process, they never lost their sense of humor and always handled themselves professionally. The guys went above and beyond and I can confidently recommend this dealership. First of all, the service make me feel very comfortable, and that is the reason for me to stick with this dealer. I was been taking care at the first entry to this shop. The sales man explained well on the car and in very professional ways. The sales person were very quick respond to my email at all time. He gave a very reasonable deal, and in very honestly ways. The finance guy who was taking care of my final paper was very nice. He spent lot of times to go over all pricing with me and make sure I am understanding all the price that is listed on the invoice that I am paying for. And finally, I got my car and I am loving it.Thanks to my dealer!

Quickest car transaction ever.Traded in my a5 lease for a 2012 s4.All the stars were aligned for this transaction.Audi wanted my car and i wanted their car.A fair price was offered for the A5 lease that had a few months left on it. (yes equity on the lease)and a fair price was given on the s4 that i wanted.the car with the options i wanted was not on the lot but they found one in the vicinity and had it brought over the next day.had a few questions about the numbers but it was solved promptly and correctly.excellent work all around.

I was told before that my car was not on warranty which trouble me a lot and Steve Mangat took the time to find out if it was or not and also gave me addional information about how to go about renewing it before it exp. He explain in detail about all the question I had about my mileage and services that I would be doing in the near further and he make sure I was comfortable while I wait for me car to be service which was done in a timely manner as he told me 1 hour an 45 min, He show grate customer service I would tell anyone to take they car there for service.

this is my second audi purchased from this dealership and ALWAYS had pleasant experiences with sales as well as with service. My last service was on 2/29/12, the service manager was very helpful, thorough and treated me with top priority and assured my Q7 would be fixed in a timely fashion( which was fixed in less time than promised ). As my lease is coming close to end I would definately purchase another Audi, and my dealership of choice will be Audi of Brooklyn.

This dealership is a huge joke. In 2009 I leased an Audi A4. It took 5 months to receive the car, which is incredibly long to wait for a popular car model. The reason from them was someone forgot to process the paperwork??? OK. So after my lease of the A4 was up I recently went in to lease an A7 after my A4 lease was up. I love the brand so I gave this dealership the benifit of the doubt. I'll try again. Maybe it was just one bad experience, it can happen. Now I built out an A7 in November of 2011 because my A4 lease was up in January of 2012. I was told it would take 3 months to get the A7 so I needed to extend my A4 lease for 1 month. OK no problem, right? Brandon Russell said he would take care of extending the lease on the A4. It's in the dealerships hands right? WRONG! I get a call from Audi financial a when the original lease date was up saying where is the A4 it was supposed to be returned and if you wait to long it will negatively affect your credit. Now I call Brandon Russell and he says to me, hey can I have your fax number? Now after my A4's lease was up he wants me to sign papers to extend the lease. He never asked me to sign these papers prior knowing this needed to be done for 3 months he decides to tell me now after my lease is up and Audi financial is calling me asking what the problem is. Did I mention that in the 3 months of waiting for the A7 it still had not been started to be built yet. So now I would have to extend the lease on the A4 for another possible 3 or 4 months on top of the month that I already extended it. So again it is going on 6 months to possibly get the A7??? Now that's 2 bad experiences with this dealership. They now are also playing games with me on giving me back my initial down payment because I cancelled the whole deal with this joke of a dealership. If you are thinking of buying or leasing an Audi which I do love the product, amazing cars. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. I'm saving you a huge headache and stress. It takes the joy out of getting a new vehicle.

These guys are too busy playing games with pricing to sell cars. I went to test drive a car a few months ago. The car wasn't, detailed, barely had any gas in it and the low tire pressure gauge was on. Then they tried to tell me another offer was made on the car and their price was firm. I told them to go ahead and sell it to someone else. Then the sales guys called me a few days later and said he wanted to talk about the car. Gimmie a break!!

At point of purchase, you are somebody and you will be taken care well, after purchase/paid, you are no body. make sure you handle and complete everything at the point of purchase which you are somebody at that moment. Once you took the car out of dealer shop and you call back to request something, you are nobody.

We had an appointment with this salesperson and were kept waiting for over 1 hour.We had done extensive research and knew all about pricing, incentives, etc. forthe particular model we wanted. After finally speaking with the salesman, heinformed us (without our asking) that he had various discounts that he couldoffer us which would total abut $5000 off MSRP. After he and his sales manager"consulted" for several minutes (the old "I have to ask my manager" trick) heinformed us that the MSRP was a little over $41,000 and the great price he could offer us was $39,900. This is actually the real MSRP that all dealers show. Once they understood that we were well aware of pricing, the manager told us that they were very busy today and we should continue to shop around (basically telling us to leave). Extremely rude. Would never under any circumstance buy a car from this dealer. Also, there were several other disgruntled potential customers in the showroom as well.

Chris Campbell (sales manager) was extremely thorough with this purchase experience. I bought a 2012 A7. He was able to make his price very competitive to Anchor Audi. Their service made the experience far beyond business into a more personal one. This is my first Audi and I'm extremely happy with my car. I remained undecided for some time between both dealers. I expected to get the run-arounds but ultimately I'm satisfied. The service received from Gary after my purchase remained. I am still able to follow up with additional questions.

Before closing the deal with these two guys at Audi Brooklyn, I had never thought it was possible to find any decent dealership and/or sales people in Brooklyn area. Let me tell you: that was for the first time in my life that the entire process of buying a new car went so smoothly and so extremely pleasant! If you decided to go with Audi brand (this was my first Audi what a marvelous machine!), all you have to do is to call Gennady Berkman. Thats it. This sales rep is so great and knowledgeable, it is unbelievable. I am more than sure that any of your questions will be answered accurately and professionally. Do not be afraid to negotiate like you mean it. He helped us select the right extra features of the Q5 we bought, advised on the pros and cons of the vehicle, and did facilitate negotiations of the final price with another cool dude Gary the Manager. Overall, it took barely three month for our new car to get to be produced and delivered to Audi Brooklyn. My taking delivery was very easy and hassle free. After visually inspecting, taking a test ride, etc., the final paperwork process took literally minutes to complete. Again, I have to thank Gennady for taking care of business. All and all, I highly recommend this place in general and Mr. Berkman in particular. I assure you that you will not regret the experience. Great job guys!!! Hope the service dept is alike. Had a scheduled appointment to have a 5000 mile check up on my 2010 A5. While making the appointment I asked if I could wait for this to be done, and how long it would take. The Service advisor said that it should take no more than an hour to an hour and a half. I arrived at 7:30 am for my appointment, and was there for over three hours. They are unorganized, and unprofessional. I'm so sorry I didn't go to another Audi dealer for my purchase.Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that will Value your business.
