Asheboro Honda is the most satisfying dealership I've ever been too. I own 3 Honda's, and have purchased them through 3 different dealerships, and Asheboro Honda is hands down the best. Darean Marsh was my salesman and he was not pushy, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, was able to find a car that had all the options I wanted. From start to finish, I didn't have to wait long and I came out with a Honda Civic. I owe the great experience to Darean, the sales manager, finance manager, and the to the whole sales team. Everyone was so polite and treated me like they have known me for years.

Went in for a scheduled oil change and was greeted with the usual friendly smiles I've come to expect. When a tire problem was found, Luis and the service guys took care of it with their usual professionalism. Nobody beats the Honda service department!

Asheboro Honda is the best dealership I've been to hands down! All the workers are very personable and make you feel right at home. Darean Marsh is one of the employees that I deal with on a regular basis every time I make a trip to Honda, I have to say that he is very good at what he does and Honda is lucky to have him! I always hate dealing with car salesman and such but I was rather impressed with my experience with this dealership! Everyone was very friendly and polite! I didn't feel like I was being hassled into buying car! A guy named Wade helped us he was very knowledgeable and funny! Delightful young man!

I went in on a busy Saturday because the tire pressure warning suddenly lit up on my dashboard. Despite being busy with lots of customers, Luis Asturias was friendly and welcoming and assured me they would look into the problem. Despite having no appointment, I was back on the road (without the nails my tires had picked up) in about an hour. I've never had a problem that this service department didn't take care of in a friendly and timely fashion. Thanks, Luis!

I love my car and would highly recommend Asheboro Honda. I've never had a big problem, but every time I've come in for oil changes, maintenance, etc., the service department has been excellent. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been super, but Tiffany Cassidy is the best I've ever seen. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating, she knows her cars and she knows her customers. It's a wonderful and welcome change from so many places that regard you as nothing but a number.

This year was the first time I've ever bought a vehicle in my hometown. I searched the internet for many months before deciding to reach out to multiple dealerships trying to find this best deal with the options I wanted. Asheboro Honda went above and beyond my expectations and many thanks to those(Leslie, Mark, Ray and Richard) that helped in my purchase of a 2016 Honda CRV EX-L possible. On my last visit I was informed of some things that needed to be taken care of and if they had not told me I would have never know, which are very important for my safety. I have been pleased with the service department at Asheboro Honda; however, the cost of their oil change is high unless they offer a discount. With my latest service I was pleased to have gotten an email that offered a $10 discount. I especially appreciate their courteous van trip to the nearby mall so that I can take care of shopping while my vehicle is being serviced. Thanks for the coffee too.

Contacted A.H. by email about vehicle on web no response.week later contacted by phone and salesman said car was on lot.and I told him I would contact him next day to make app. The next morning he called me about app. we set it for next day for 1:00.I arrived next day at 12:50 ask for salesman was told he was with customer and they had sold car 30 min.earlier.On the way there I stopped in another town and was told by a complete stranger to be cautious that they would strong arm me and the car I was lookind at would most likely not be there.At the time of this review car is still listed on web.A good price or a drawing card to get customers on lot?Called salesmanager he said could not hold car without deposit which salesman did not ask for.I guess customers are to keep and app.but dealerships are not.Asheboro Honda is not about building money its more about building trust.

I was a little nervous buying from a "big dealer", and the initial price deal we worked out was higher than I wanted. But the next day the finance manager Erwin Jaimes worked me up a GREAT deal and I was so surprised he did that. He saved me money and I got a great car. What more can I say? I will go back and buy my next car there.

We looked at a few new/used cars After some back and forth we bought a used Murano. Great car and pretty good experience of "buying a car." As you can see, I live in Durham NC but the Asheboro Honda reputation is that of good service and treating buying experience so I drove an hour just to buy a car. I told them I wanted a new model SUV on friday but unfortunately they did not have it on the lot. So I was expecting them to possibly be able to get it by monday or tuesday but just a couple hours later that same friday they told me they found it at another dealer and were having it delivered that same night and it would be ready to go saturday by 4:00 pm. Caesar Jaimes and David Ho provided the best buying experience possible! They both went far and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted!!!

I was quoted an internet price and when I show up there is a several thousand dollar difference in price of the car. The salesman said that they have added in the accessories that i didnt even ask for to the price. The salesman (I dont remember his name) kept telling me how he liked to "jew" people down in price when he goes shopping. We are not jewish but we found his comments very offensive. I also found that there is not a lot of detailed information about the "Asheboro advantage" service package. I didn't get a good feeling about this place. I would never come back.

I bought a Jeep Cherokee there. When I test drove it the low 4wd didn't work. I said I wouldn't buy it if it didn't work. I got it in writing that it would be fixed. They scheduled me conveniently FOUR days later, when the "three day rule" couldn't be used. They then refused to fix it as the clever salesman and sales mgr had worded it to say service a 4wd LIGHT. They also told me a local person owned it but when I got it home the papers in the glove box were from TENNESSEE! The first week the automatic seat stopped working. Now the interior lights stay on. When you take them out the battery still goes dead. Less than two weeks later the car won't hold a charge and has left me stranded with a dead battery three days in a row. It had electrical issues that were "covered up" by someone removing the overhead light bulbs. We mentioned this when we bought it but the salesman glossed over it stating light bulbs were cheap just go buy some. I truly feel they knew this Jeep was a hunk of junk and played me. Now they won't make it right stating that it was sold AS IS and isn't their problem. I'm contacting a lawyer tomorrow. NC Gen statute 75-1.1 NC Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practice states I can contact an attorney and sue them for their deception. I will do that. Don't buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I called the dealer after seeing 2 certified pre-owned Civic Coupes on the dealers web site.Matthew was nice, went in and took a test drive, came back and we tried to work with the Appraiser and finance manager.I was told that I would need a co-signer or $ 3000.00 cash down to complete the deal.I took my key and left, laughed all the way home.The very next day I called the dealer I had already spoke too, was financed with no money down and was driving my new yes NEW 2010 Civic Coupe home that night.The dealer in Asheboro never tried to get me financed or even ask about a new car, I would not reccomend them at all. I give you 2 thumbs down !!!

I enjoyed my brief visit with this Honda dealership due to the low pressure approach and general benevolent attitude of the staff. My sales associate was Mark King, a soft spoken middle aged gentleman with a very calm demeanor. We test drove the car I was considering and the initial price the dealership gave me was a very fair offer. At that time, I was not looking to immediately purchase a car unless someone knocked my socks off, and they did start wiggling the price down. The sales manager put a little pressure on me to close the deal but was a little unsure of what I was going after (ie better price vs. more options etc). I think they would have come down more on the price if I had even tried to negotiate more, but I did not want to waste anyone's time anymore as I had started developing a preference for Toyotas > Hondas (though both are great cars). If I was going to buy a Honda it would most likely be from these folks.
