In short, the buying experience & reputability is great at Arlington Toyota.I purchased a used Lexus GX470 from Arlington 10/1/16 & the sales experience was great. We worked with Carlos, whom was a pleasure to work with. Like most car dealers, the guys on the sales floor don't make the deals, the manager in the tower does. Carlos really made me feel like he was on MY team. We ended up reaching a very fair deal for our used Lexus, I couldn't quite get them down to what I would have liked, but they worked with me further then I had expected they would. Financing & paperwork were smooth & hassle free. The only minor negative point was that the vehicle was not detailed when we had driven, and then bought it (it was a fresh local trade) WE had chosen to take delivery of the Lexus that day, as the dealership is a bit of a drive for us. I suspect the porter that did the detail was a bit rushed, and it shows. No biggie.Overall, the used car buying experience at Arlington is exceptional!I purchased this vehicle, and intentionally waived the warranty - The truck was as-is where-is & Arlington Toyota owed me Literally, legally, and ethically NOTHING. Here comes the acid test -3 days after purchasing the truck, my dash light up like a Christmas tree. Again, USED car AS-IS - That stuff happens. The truck suffered a very common failure of the secondary air injection system. (Toyota actually has a recall out for this same issue on certain models of the Tundra & Sequoia) Long story short, I called Gil, the Used Car Sales manager, and inquired as to whether he cared, to see if they would do anything for me. After some sweet talking & back and forth between us, Gil demonstrated beyond a shadow of a doubt that ARLINGTON TOYOTA DOES STAND BY THEIR USED CARS. He didn't do the whole fix for me, but he did take the edge off a bit, which is MORE THEN expected, and certainly far above & beyond what they owed me - Which was most certainly a big fat goose egg.So, here I am writing this excellent review for them. It was a bummer buying a used car with issues, but ARLINGTON STANDS BEHIND THEIR VEHICLES!Thanks Carlos, and Gil!Max Cech

We purchased a Toyota Highlander from this dealership over a month ago. This is a great place to buy a car, and everyone we came in contact with was a pleasure to work with. Bob Bejda is the man to see !! Absolutely no pressure and a real professional . He definitely goes out of his way to make sure you're satisfied and checks on you after you buy as well . Very nice experience overall.

Ray was easy to deal with and the negotiation with him and the sales manager resulted in a fair deal. No back and forth and no games. Most impressive was their willingness to provide someone to drive my fj cruiser back to my house which was at least 30 minutes away. If you are in the market for a Toyota this is the place you should go.

We don't like the car buying process very much so we haven't bought a car in ten years. Our experience at Arlington Toyota was great! We needed a new car and Ahmed showed us first used cars and then new ones. We went back and forth. Finally we settled on a RAV4 and Ahmed worked with us to get the price down to what we were comfortable with.

We have purchased many cars in the past and always dread the experience. We were pleasantly surprised by our visit to Toyota last Saturday. We were in the market for a RAV4 Hybrid. Our salesman, Sam Frenkel, was an excellent source of information and provided a no-pressure experience. We would definitely work with Sam again the next time we need to purchase a car. He even called today as a follow-up to our purchase.

We've had nothing but great experiences with Alex Dubinsky at Arlington Toyota. We have purchased 4 cars from him during the past ten years . He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is always willing to answer all of our questions. Alex never rushes us even though we are the type of consumers that takes a while to make a decision. We highly recommend Alex and will continue to do business with him. Even when we take our vehicles in for an oil change, Alex will always stop to say hello if he sees us. He always takes great care of his customers.

My husband and I bought a new Toyota Camry at Arlington Toyota from Sam Frenkel. We have been a customer of Sams before and promised that when it was time for me to get a new car, we would buy only from him. Sam was straight-forward, very knowledgeable about the car, the equipment, etc. We feel he was very honest and worked with us to get us the best deal for the car. When the car we wanted was only available through another dealer, Sam went there to get the car himself. When Kevin was showing us the operations of the equipment, Sam was right there with us, giving us additional pointers. He stayed with us from start to finish. If we buy any other Toyota, we will only shop with Sam Frenkel. We also had good experience with Matthew and Eddie, who are in warranty and finances. They were pleasant, informative, low pressure.Kevin was great at explaining the operation of my new car. He let me know he was available at any time to answer any questions or to go over things with me again.Weve been long time customers at Arlington Toyota; we have brought our old Toyota there for service for years. Chris Stone in service has helped us keep our 98 Camry running smoothly and safely with minimal repairs. I highly recommend Arlington Toyota for any car needs.

I had gone in as I have always purchased from here in the past, but will never go back. I was told they would match the Costco pricing, however they didn't, gave me monthly number and provided no rate and it seemed high, but after going home and crunching numbers they tried to sell me at MSRP at a 14% interest rate which was RIDICULOUS(ended up getting 4% at a different dealer at Costco price, went with GMC over highlander as highlander has no room in 3rd row).... BUYER BEWARE, do not come here, wasn't the sales rep as much as the finance manager... Always get good service though, just will never buy from here again.

I purchased a used 2004 Acura MDX yesterday from Scott who provided excellent friendly service. I must say this dealership is impressive they carry quality used vechiles at a good price. Not junk cars at your small dealership or even an Acura dealer I visted prior. Feel safe about buying a quality vechile here but the financing department can be brutal. Gary a nice person with a good personality is also the fastest talking person in America. Be prepared for a tough financing negotiations really be wary. Overall We are very happy with the purchase thank you Arlington Toyota for a great experience from Issa, Sofia and Michael recommended

I have been shopping for a Toyotas for about 6 weeks. I have been to numerous dealerships. I finally found a car for the price and equipment!! Great customer service. Great price. Great selection. It is a huuuge building with every possible Toyota choice! I live in the western suburbs and was very glad to be listened to by a dealer further north. Definitely recommend.

Very rude sales person. They never heard about respecting the other person when negotiating. In the end the deal did not go through because they were not willing to negotiate at all. They also employ all kinds of tactics to get you to their dealership and sell you a more expensive car. They listed two cars that were very similar (same make, model, year, mileage, etc). One was for $1000 less than the other. When I got to the dealership the lower price car was sold, guess when ... the other night. Really? That's just cheap.

If you have the least bit of respect for yourself, avoid this dealership! The management staff is completely rude, condescending, and have zero respect for their "customers". How do you like your antics now, as you just lost good business!

I went there to test drive and possibly buy certified Toyota Corolla that was advertised on line for 12,995 right away after we start to negotiate the salesman told me that I have to pay for they own service bill because they fix stuff on the car for 750 dollars. When I refused they send the used car manager Gil to work me for more money..I never talk to somebody as rude and arrogant in my life. He demanded that I pay additional 1500 hundred dollars for Toyota certification This is like they try to steel my money. Than they try to charge me 699 dollars for some pro pack that consist of few plastic door guards that I could install myself for 40 bucks than just to top it off they wanted me to pay another 399 dollars for some etching that I didn't even knew what that was neither the manager Gil could explained it to me. I walk out angry and file a formal complain with BBB and considering a civil law suit as well. This was by far the worst car buying experience I ever had and that guy Gil belongs to a corner street crooked dealership and not Arlington Toyota. Awful experience. I will never ever go back there and encourage my friends and family to do the same. This place don't even deserves one star.

Nikita was wonderful at keeping me informed throughout the process of having my Rav4 repaired. She set up an appointment with true Service Department as well to do work other than damage from collision. The gentleman who was to do the work did not come in on the scheduled day. I was not informed and subsequent calls yielded no answers. Nikita walked over to make sure the work would be done. I finally had to make repeated calls to get a repair supervisor. So, while I was pleased with the Collision Department, I was not pleased with the Service Department. It will be a consideration when I buy a new Toyota.

Walked in and the salesman was rude right from the start. Asked him to see a particular vehicle he pointed outside and said "It's Over There" I walked out and waited about 6-7 minutes no Salesman so I left. Oh well there are plenty of dealerships around so I bought somewhere else.

Hoping to make a good deal on a remaining 2015 Sienna XLE, I asked online for ePrice. I was told that I would have to "come in and talk to a manager." Now maybe in this "backroom negotiating" environment, you might get a good deal, but first they make you wait for the manager who has to consult with the senior manager, etc. Be r Always contact another dealer. In my case I contacted a dealer who (without hesitation) gave me a price, an approximate value for my trade, and an out-the-door total without hidden costs. Try to get Arlington Toyota to do this --- good luck. I have had my car serviced here and even a collision repair. They are not bad in this respect, since they check your vehicle thoroughly.

I just purchased my first brand new vehicle from Ali Safaei at Arlington Toyota. A 2015 Toyota Corolla. Ali is a gentleman- straightforward, easy to work with and he truly listens to what I, as the customer , requests. His follow up and attention to detail are excellent. He makes car buying a much more pleasant experience. Ask for him . when you go in- you wont be disappointed.

I went to the dealer for my quarter-thousand mile check-up. I was able to drop off my car before work and pick it up afterwards. Everything on the checklist in my owner's manual was done. It did not take long to pay my bill and get on my way. Except for having to actually pay for the service, I had a pleasant visit.

The worst experience I have come across with a dealer. Nice building but archaic sales practices all the way down to the silent close, and the run out to the car final offer request by the salesman. --I spent 2.5 hours in the dealer just to find out that the sales manager that emailed me, who I never met, flat out lied to me to get me in and waste my time. He stated he was willing to consider my offer which was slightly under asking price. I would later find out that this is what they call an "86" car. This apparently means the price non-negotiable per the salesman and later the General Manager and this is known throughout the dealership. I think the only thing worse than the sales manager that lied was the salesman that wasted my time and tried to run my credit all the time knowing they will not negotiate.-- If you go here I hope you have plenty of time and patience.

Scoring is "all over the road" because the purchase experience of a used car from Arlington Toyota was extremely complicated. The facility is 5 stars because it is a beautiful and comfortable building. Customer service is 5 stars because when I finally got to a person that could help me, he followed through promptly with two refund checks. The process took 7 weeks, but he made it right despite everyone else before him in the communication and purchase process making it wrong. The buying process is 1 star because it was the source of the problem through an internet posted price error and the sales staff insistence that we pay $1500 more when we purchased the car because that's what it should have been priced at. Also, we paid $300 for dealer VIN etching that was never done. In the end, they honored the internet price with a $1500 refund check and a $300 refund check for the etch charge. $1800 in all was refunded from the price we paid. It took 7 weeks of effort on my part to get the refunds, but upper management at Arlington Toyota ultimately stepped up and made it right. My wife and I appreciate it. And she loves her Toyota Venza.

I bought a 2014 Rav 4 about 8 months ago and I should actually love owning my vehicle, but the constant horrible service makes me not want to bring my vehicle in for even my routine maintenance and will be asking the national brand if I can start bringing my car to a different dealership. If you're going to get a Toyota go elsewhere because you will not want to deal with them service wise. Routine maintenance like oil changes still involves waiting around 1 to 2 hours. And don't even try to ask questions. They not only try to avoid answering anything, they will even get confrontational. First time I was in, I had a basic question and I was shuffled around to four different departments before I sort of got a response. More just a pamphlet shoved to me and me to figure it out. This time I had a questions in regards to their extended coverage I bought, and when I tried to ask simple questions, they got all nervous and sent me to other people and basically felt like they were trying to get rid of me. When asked about getting a small ding on my door touched up, I was shuffled to three different people and was told I had to do three different things and in the end found out they cover 'scratchless' dents, but not a shopping cart dent as that takes paint off. How you can scratch a car without taking any paint off is beyond me, but that was my mistake for falling for the extra coverage. It would of been however nice if the dealership actually tried to be honest with me now that they already have my money and not try to pass the buck to other team members and waste my time. I asked the coverage guy afterwards why didn't he just tell me it wasn't covered so I didn't have to waste 20 minutes on the phone with the policy company he told me to call and he yelled at me it wasn't his job to know my exact policy or procedure. Bottom line: Super unprofessional and not helpful and they obviously don't care about repeat business. Take your business elsewhere, because when service matters after the sale, they are the worst!

Brought there brand new 2014 Scion tC and dealer "forgot" to disclose information, that car was damaged and PDR was done on fender. After problem with paint show up on fender, they try to avoid taking responsibility until they saw expertise and estimate for repair, from Collision Center certified by Toyota. When finally their body shop was fixing my car, they forgot to do sanding and buffing, but call me anyway that car is ready for pickup! After finally work was done, I have to spend two hours cleaning my car, because dealer can't afford plastic to properly cover customer property from dust/dirt. Worst dealer I have ever dealt with.

We were looking for the best deal on a new 2014 Toyota RAV4. Our local Toyota dealer didn't come close to the deal made by Arlington Toyota. We had to drive 3 hours to get the car but it was well worth it. Not only for the savings but the experience at the dealership was nothing short of excellent. Even the trade-in issue was well handled when at first the offered trade price was not exactly what we expected. With very little pressure on both sides, a satisfactory deal was negotiated for the trade in. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the total experience. Our thanks to Drew Sims, Dereck Jordan, Ryan Durso (the Wildfire recommendation was great), Gil Estrada and Frank (Sales manager, can't remember last name) for making this as easy as it can be. My wife is in love with her new RAV4.

I would definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman to others. BIG Jake called and invited me in to upgrade my 2012 Corolla; any other time I would have blown the call off but there was something about his approach and courtesy that made me feel he was being honest and not just doing a sales pitch. I made an appointment, came in and left with a 2014 Camry. I got a great deal and ended financially better with the Camry than the Corolla. BIG Jake was an awesome salesman, he was so knowledgeable, no pressure or gimmicks and fantastic customer service. He's called to check and offered assistance since the close of the sale. That kind of follow-up customer service will definitely have me returning to Arlington Toyota for my next purchase because that tells me they care and I'm more than just another sale.

Had a great overall experience. My grandmother and I were treated extremely well by Bekim. He was very helpful and really sold me on the car. He worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. The last time I was at the dealership I wasn't impressed with the service. The next time I need to buy a car I will absolutely be returning. I am also going to reccomend this dealership and Bekim to family and friends if they are looking to buy a vehicle.

I went to Arlington Toyota for a new Sienna met with Ali Safi we were greeted with a big smile from him and it made me feel comfortable right away we walked around the lot he showed us new Siennas and we found the one we like he showed us the things that were important to us which told my wife and myself that he truly cares and listened to us we were in Schaumberg and Libertyville and they did not care about us and what we wanted all they wanted was to sell us a car when we found the van we wanted he showed us how the things work and we went for a ride. Then we went inside ( I thought he we go ) when we sat another person came over to us and introduced himself Frank Accetta he said he would be helping with the numbers and we then negotiated a great deal and we now have a new van and a new dealership with friends who care. We will be taking our new van to Florida in August can not wait. Great Dealership and people.

After going to several different dealerships in search of a new Rav4 Limited, I was pleasantly surprised by the service at Arlington Toyota. I made an appointment before coming into the dealership, so that I didn't have to wait and not only did they have the exact car I wanted, but they honored my written quote from another dealership and beat that price by $200! I had a great experience and the transaction went very fluidly. I couldn't recommend Arlington Toyota more! I look forward to purchasing again with them in the future.

I bought a used 2007 Honda Fit. At first, everyone was very nice. Sam the man who was our salesman was one of the nicest people ever, and i feel bad that he has to work with such rude human beings. I buy the car, only to notice a sudden loud noise coming from what sounds like the brakes. 3 DAYS LATER, i bring it back and ask them to look at it, but Estrada (service manager) only looked at it from outside. He wouldn't take it into the service center to actually have the problem looked at. He told me that i must of hit a pot hole because the car wasn't like that when they sold me it. He tells me that i have to go to a mechanic, and find out whats wrong and then bring it back before they could even consider fixing it. So, the noise goes away and i just let it go. Couple days later, the noise again. At this point we are fed up. Brought the car back once again, and they FINALLY took it into the service center to look at it. They told me that it was a bad caliper, and that it was not the brakes. We were assured it was NOT the brakes. (Because it is illegal to sell a car with bad brakes, they were obviously lazy.) So guess what? I take it in to get repaired, the calipers are completely fine.. but whats wrong? The brakes. The brake pads and routers were SHOT and destroyed, for whatever reason. It was a 40 minute repair and about $200. These people were straight up LAZY. If i wanted problems with my car.. i would of kept the car i had before.. I would highly recommend to NEVER go to this dealership unless you want to deal with tons of inconvenience.. They treated me with total disrespect both times going back.

i liked my sales guy and the customer service...but the price of the used vehicle on the final paperwork compared to the price listed on the website was higher by $900 to start--even before tax, title, license, etc..etc.. it was explained that (1) i was being charged for the anti-theft "homing" device that they have installed in all of their vehicles...whether i wanted it or not, and (2) i was being charged for 70% of the dealer prep and repairs made to the vehicle before it was put on the lot. shouldn't that have been included in the 'sticker' price already?? i was able to negotiate down some from there, but it left a bad taste in my mouth..the other problem was they could only find one key for the vehicle...because its remote entry with a built-in ignition activation chip, it will cost around $100-150 to have a duplicate made :(

Worst buying experience I've had in decades, period. After agreeing on a price the salesman handed us paperwork with a price that was $100 more, I objected, the salesman told me that they needed the money because their price was really $100 higher. Honestly, were we back in the 1950's? The salesman asked if I wanted the manager to come over, I said "no, I want the agreed upon price" The salesman walked over to the manager, they talked for a brief moment, the manager threw the papers at the salesman who returned and agreed to honor the agreed price. Now the fun began, we went to the finance department to complete the paperwork; it was 9:45 pm. We first worked with a fellow for fifteen minutes who wanted to sell us paint sealant, now we're back in the 70's. Then he went home, and we waited until 10:40 while another fellow worked on our papers while we waited in the outer office. By the time we got finished it was close to 11:30. Do yourself a favor, find another dealer.

I can be a very demanding customer and have little patience for sub-standard service. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the buying experience we had recently at Arlington Toyota. We purchased a new Venza and, considering that my wife cringes at the thought of car shopping, we stayed for hours as Abe patiently walked her through the myriad features of her new car. For me, the purchase of the car was virtually hassle free and Derec was informative and professional at all times. Both Derec and Abe were persistant, but never pushy - and they both made it so easy to buy that we had made up to purchase the first time we walked in. The rest of the staff followed suit and we are looking forwArd to having both of our Toyota's serviced here for years to come - even though mine was purchased elsewhere, years earlier. This was a model dealership and completely painless (if not enjoyable) experience. Great job, Derec and Abe. Hats off to the rest of the crew!

So I was looking for a new car and I went to this dealership. We had agreed upon the price. When I went home that evening the next day I received a phone call from the dealer saying that I wasn't approved by the bank. My credit score is 700 and These people are liars. After John the manager called me and told me that I wasn't approved by the bank they went and gave me a different deal with the interest rate Wisdomwood we agreed upon. His excuse was the banks were calls it was 4pm. John was very rude and very unprofessional I would never go back to this dealership I regret buying a car here save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!

Horrible experience.Awful awful service.Long story short I went there to buy a rav4 xle fwd Barcelona red exterior and black interior. While I am holding in my hands the brochure of the car and I see the colors that i want this guy Derrick tells me that this car does not come with this combination.I believed him for the moment and I had to choose different combination that I did not like much.Something that he had in the dealer and he wanted to sale.He went way for a moment and I call Schaumburg Toyota and asked if they had the car with barcelona red exterior and late interior, different combination. And they said that they will have a barcelona red and black in a week.I was stunned.I asked to speak to a manager and ask the reason why his guy was lying to me but of course he was trying to cover his guy and they said that it was a misunderstanding. So i left and went to Schaumburg and Jerry Mcduffie helped me.Great guy.Fast and funny.Great atmosphere compare to Arlington toyota and fast service .They matched the price and i got the car that I wanted. And the didn't charge me for a bunch of bs like the other dealer.Fair price for floor mats when this guy Derrick from Arlington was trying to sell me the floor mats for double the price from what they were and he was pretending to give me a discount. He made mistakes on prices and documentation. He thought he can lie to me and even I am 33 years old I look very young and he could get way with.I would not suggest it to anyone to go to this dealer and if you go stay way from the guy named Derrick.Bad people that trying to rip innocent buyers. This review is for Arlington Toyota Scion in Palatine IL

Beware of this dealership. We got a internet quote form them giving us a discount of $4000 on a 2014 Highlander. It was the best quote we got TILL we got there. It started with being told to ask for James when we get there not the person who gaves us the quote. When we get there James explains that the woman who gave us a quote was part of their internet department and not sales. That he is the manager and handed me off to another person Derec who is a salesman. So before we start we have been through we are on our 3rd person. I started to get a feeling something wasnt right. For some reason I bought the stories. Then as we started to discuss the quote is when Derec informed me that the dealership is not doing $4000 discounts on 2014 Highlanders. So we asked wh we got a quote from them and 2 other dealers giving quotes. He said to give him a minute and he would see what he could do. He came back 15 minutes later and gives us a price of $3000 over the sticker price and the dirt bag saying the are getting premium prices over sticker for the Highlanders. When we asked to talk to the person who quoted us the $4000 discount we were told by him and James (after he got him) that she was not in. We didnt believe it for a minute. We b this time felt it was all a game with them to just keep switching people. After being told that was it, we left.It was late at night. So the nest da we contacted the other dealers and asked if that was their price? By which we were told yes. We went to the one closest and got a $3700 and made the deal.Avoid this dealership and its games

WOW! It's been almost a year since I purchased my 2013 Rav4, my salesman Damian Podgorski, and manager Frank were wonderful! They took good care of me and my husband. The car drives beautifully in the snow and ice, absolutely no skidding or sliding, it's sleek, black and beautiful. Damian made us feel like he practically built the car! He was so knowledgeable and patient with all our questions and the test drive. I would recommend Damian, Frank and Arlington Toyota in Palatine to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Damian and Frank for your expertise!

Purchased a 2014 Tacoma recently, and couldn't be happier. Have purchased vehicles from Arlington Toyota before and have always been happy. Our sales person, Ryan bent over backwards to locate the vehicle and price desired. Another outstanding deal, and the real reason for the purchase is not only the great sales department, but the service department. It's the outstanding service department that completes the deal. When you treat customers right, both in sales & service, you grow a loyal repeat customer. Speaking as a loyal repeat customer.

I came in to purchase a car and worked with Amin Lakhani. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was debating between an Honda and a Toyota and after he showed me all the features of the CPO Camry, it was hands down Toyota. I got a great price, worked with a great salesmen and left completely satisfied with my purchase.

Tom Posiewko was my salesman who helped me pick out a vehicle that fit my needs. They have a huge inventory of pre-owned vehicles and all of them come with a free carfax and service records. My vehicle had over $800 worth of work done before I purchased it. They replaced tires, brakes and some other things. It's the money I will not have to spend for another couple years and their cars are priced competitively. Their used cars seem to be in great shape so would definitely recommend the dealer. See Tom Posiewko and tell him Jake B. sent you so I get a referral finders fee :)

I recently bought a car from Arlington Toyota. They have an amazing facility. I walked in not really looking for a car. Danny, the salesperson, took very good care of me. He gave me the money I was looking for on my trade. He brought both vehicles inside when we were done so I can transfer my stuff to the new car. Since it was very cold outside I really appreciated this. He showed me how to work every feature on my car and was never in a rush. Great service. Thanks Danny.

I have recently purchased my 2013 Highlander from here and I very very happy with my purchase. The whole process of shopping around from place to place was tiresome but was glad that my friend referred me to this place. Hamed Ranjbar (RJ) did a wonderful job of making this process as painless as it could be. Since this was a big a purchase I needed to be sure that this was the right thing for me and he did a wonderful job of answering all my questions and giving me the time and space I needed to come to my final decision to make the purchase. Coming in as a value customer made me feel at ease that I was going to get a great deal and not have to worry about hidden agendas. Since i was in no rush I was able to get a lot of things taken care of before coming in to sign the final papers. This very big purchase was made with no regrets. I was very pleased with everything that 3 weeks after my purchase I have referred my family member to go see RJ to see if he can make them just as happy with their new car purchase as much as I was.

I bought my 2014 Avalon XLE from Arlington Toyota mainly because of my salesperson, RJ. I was referred by a friend, but due to a previous bad experience with Grossinger Toyota and their service, I was reluctant to use them again. He worked hard to find the car I wanted at a fair price and he stressed the service perks (love those free car washes). RJ was patient in answering questions and even came to my home to help me set up the garage opener. Now, that's service! It took a while to complete the finance stuff, but a potential deal-breaker there was also solved quickly by the manager. Definitely ask for RJ...he knows how to treat customers.

I purchased a used Subaru I found online from Arlington and the process was great. Cesar was able to give me incentive to drive down to Palatine, IL all the the way from Madison WI to look at the auto. When I arrived he introduced me to Tom Posiwko who walked me through the test drive, walk around and purchase process. Cesar and Tom were such a relief to buy from after already having visited other dealerships to buy a similar vehicle. Overall I would recommend Arlington to anyone who wants a very honest and comfortable buying experience.

I explained to the staff that I would be traveling from IN to look at this used vehicle. I asked SPECIFIC questions prior to my arrival. I asked if the car was mechanically sound and needed ANY work.. They reassured me there was no work required on this vehicle. They mentioned the regular maintenance the previous owner performed as well as their point inspection. I also enquired about ANY rust on the car and the cleanliness of the carpet. I had noticed the carpet looked soiled in the picture and after bringing it to there attention, they told me that there would be absolutely no problem having that cleaned prior to my arrival. When I arrived the staff was very professional and courteous. The establishment was first class. However, when they drove my vehicle around, I noticed the rust. When I mentioned it to the salesperson he stated that the car was 10 years old and I should basically expect that (He was nice about it, but he still said it.). When I test drove the car, I noticed the brakes needed work. He acknowledged that yes, in about a month or so, I would need to have them replaced/repaired. The carpet was still soiled. I asked the salesman about it and he said it looked like soda. Again, no apologies for not taking care of it or no apologies for the misinformation, even though they knew I had driven from out of state (4hrs total driving time). If you live in the area, fine. However, it you have to drive the distance, please don't put faith in their every word (especially when it comes to their used vehicles).

We were in search of a good, reliable car for our daughter. We were greeted by Drew who was very friendly and helpful. He showed us a couple of cars that he suggested would be safe and reliable. We test drove them and decided on one we liked best.Drew made a good deal for us without a lot of back and forth. Paperwork went smooth and he took the time to go over the operations of everything with our daughterThis was our best car buying experience ever. If you want someone who knows how to take care of a customer, has knowledge of the vehicles, see DrewThanks Drew. The car is great! We will send anyone we know looking. D&A

Called dealer to verify vehicle we were interested in was still available. Pointed out to person who answered phone that the window sticker in the picture on Autotrader had 02 in the window, but vehicle was advertised as 12. Also, pointed out that picture was blue but description said green. We were assured the vehicle was available and blue. Drove 45 minutes from Batavia and was shown a vehicle that was dark grey and reeked of cigarette smoke. We were further insulted when the salesman told us "colors are different in different lighting". Wow! Internet manager asked if there was anything else on the lot we were interested in. We said we liked the color, year, mileage, and sunroof. He offered to put a sunroof in the dark grey vehicle and would "work with us on the price". I see why this dealership isn't certified on this website. Don't waste your time here, I never will again.

Everything about my experience at Arlington Toyota was great. The salesman I worked with, Jeff Vicari, was very friendly and professional. I was having a hard time deciding between two models, and Jeff gave me all the time I needed to come to my decision. I never felt pressured or rushed, even though I took up a lot of his time. My dad has been purchasing Toyota cars for the past 30yrs and only drives Toyota vehicles. He took my sister recently and she purchased a 2012Toyota at this same dealer with Amini. When I called my dad and told him I was looking to purchase a new car he mentioned I should look into getting a Toyota and he called Amin. When we arrived Amin knew exactly what we were looking for he then went above and beyond his service and witihin a short time I walked out with a new "2013" Toyota Corola-- which was an eye-cathing vehicle the moment you walked in. The Custoer Service and Overall experience was beyong great it was EXCELLENT!!!!

We had a great experience at Arlington Toyota from the minute we walked in and were greeted by Drew.He made a feel right at home. He showed us the Corolla that we came to see. Explained all the features on the car, as well as some we couldn't see and were unaware were on the car. We took a test drive. When we got back he explained the certification, toured the dealership of service, parts, body shop, waiting area with the cafe. When we sat down at his desk, he showed us the car fax and went over it. He showed us the 160 point certification inspection sheet and the service ticket showing what was done after they took the car in trade. He also went over the pricing structure, how and why the dealership priced the car at that price. We were satisfied with the deal and bought the Corolla. He explained with full disclosure all the papers we were signing, so there were no surprises. He introduced us to Mathew (customer relations manager) and finance department. While we did final papers he got the car cleaned and ready for us, it was ready when we were done. Before we left he explained the features again to make sure we knew how they worked and where they were.He called the next day to thank us and see if we have any questions. We thanked him for a Great experience. We will send everyone we know to him.Job Well Done!!Thanks

I recently purchased a Camry from here and have been looking for a used car for a while. After a fourth visit to a Toyota dealership, this location won me over. I dealt with the Sales manager, James Flores, who was so helpful. Unlike most salesman, James really worked with me in helping me find a car that not only worked for me and my family but was within my budget. James was very personable and made me trust him and his work unlike the typical service you would get at any other place. James made the sale seem less business and more of helping someone in need out. Not only was service really pleasant but the facility itself is really nice. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks. Always helps when in a stressful situation like looking for a car.

This is the first Toyota I have ever owned, a 2013 Camry SE. The car is great, exactly what we were looking for in this style and price range. There are several other vehicles that are similar in terms of features, price and reliability. One of the biggest deciding factors on making this purchase was the salesman, RJ Ranjbar, and the actual physical dealership. I personally do not like the car buying process. RJ did not make this process difficult or miserable. Just the opposite. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured into buying a car. We ( my wife and I ) actually looked at the Camry about a month before we purchased it. Has RJ not been so personable and trustworthy, I probably wouldn't have gone back to Toyota of Arlington Height. I was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership and RJ to anyone.

On August 29, 2013 we completed our buying process with Jeff Vicari. It could not have been a more pleasant experience if we had written the script ourselves. Everyone at Arlington Toyota were pleasant and helpful from start to finish. Please see Jeff for all you Toyota purchases.

I walked in on a Friday afternoon with an intention of trading in my old camry and buying a new one. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by RJ who asked me what I was looking for. RJ asked me the specific options I was looking for, both "must haves" as well as "ideals". Based on a brief conversation we determined that the car would be another camry, either the XLE or SE.RJ worked quickly with his manager and we came to a great price on the car. Thanks

Very enjoyable car buying experience with RJ. We spent a considerable amount of time researching cars and prices. We visited Toyota of Arlington early in the process. When the day came to make our purchase we were confident of what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. We contact several Toyota dealerships and with most got the usual car salesman nonsense. There was none of that at Toyota of Arlington. They were very upfront and the price they quoted us at was significantly lower than what we had researched and expected to pay.

Thanks to Jeff Vicari ONCE AGAIN I am thrilled with my new car. Jeff had such patience with me when I was deciding between the little things like the interior (gray or black). Then after I was done purchasing my car he could have said, "bye thanks for your purchase", but instead Jeff sat with me in the car and showed me how to sink my phone to play my own music, call hands-free, etc. After all the time he spent with me he told me to call with any questions. ONCE AGAIN it I a pleasure to do business with Arlington Toyota thanks to Jeff.

I went through divorce and unfortunately went bankrupt, but Jeff Vicari bent the universe and was able to get me a Toyota Rav4 which is perfect for my job of traveling and needing the space to put my tools. I even was given the advice of how to handle my loan and when to go back to him for re-financing to better my terms in the future. I have had not had/needed any repairs other than one door switch re-call, which they replaced in far less time than they told me making me that much happier not having to wait (which isn't bad because Jeff's facility is the best I've seen and extremely comforting and has all you need while waiting). Thank you Arlington Toyota and Jeff Vicari! You have a returning customer for life!

I purchased two vehicles a year apart from Jeff Vicari. Both experiences were hassle and worry free. He listened to my car needs and didn't push me to purchase anything I wasn't comfortable buying. I would definitely go back to see Jeff for my next vehicle.

I dealt with Jeff Vicari throughout this purchase......I was treated well and with no pressure which is something that makes me walk away from a car dealer. The facility is spotless and a nice place to sit and have a cup of coffee relaxing while things are taken care. I will continue to bring my business here.

I have to say the buying experience of my Toyota Corolla was wonderful from the minute I walked into the showroom to the 1st hand shake with Jeff Vacari . I, being a widow was quite apprehensive about buying a car by myself. Jeff made this experience effortless. I was working with a fixed income and a questionable credit rating. Jeff went to work, he gave me a more than fair trade in value and personally made several calls to the finance department to ensure I got the best interest rate. If you are shopping for a new or used car Arlington Toyota is the place to go. The warm atmosphere, Jeff's knowledge of the cars and putting together a deal that will work for all budgets Jeff is the one to see. Jeff has my business from here on out. Can't say enough!

I been with the Toyota family for a very long time. I recently switched from Libertyville Toyota to Arlington Toyota. I couldn't be more happier. This location is very clean, everyone is very friendly and takes the time to listen to your needs. Jeff Vicari is definitely your go to guy for a car. He was the best. He answered all my questions, took the time to explain many different options and sold me a wonderful car. I will be sending all my friends looking for a car to him and Arlington Toyota.

I highly recommend Arlington Toyota. Buying a car ia a "big deal" and for me, a little overwhelming. There are so many choices...so many questions. The best decision I could have made was to start with Jeff Vicari, he made me comfortable right away. He is helpful, knowledgeable and kind, the rest was easy!

My family has been using Arlington Toyota for 20 years - and we've never had a bad experience. The Vicari family treats you like one of their own, and their customer service is simply outstanding. I started working with Scott Vicari in 1991, and now call his son Jeff for all my auto needs. They've been willing to work with me when I needed a car but was cash poor, and they always follow up. Their service department is great, and the advisors do their best to keep me in the loop. I recommend them without hesitation...if you need a new Toyota or any quality used auto, call Jeff Vicari at Arlington Toyota!

From the time we stepped onto the lot at Arlington Toyota to the end of our purchase we had a great experience. Our salesman, Jeff Vicari made us feel like we were old friends. He put us right into our comfort zone & into a new Highlander. We didn't feel like we were being pressured like at some dealerships & our transaction was smooth & painless. Jeff even helped us learn everything we needed to know about our new SUV. Thanks Jeff for everything! We're two happy campers!

The dealership is very clean and modern. First impressions are "key". I went to Arlington Toyota looking for a new vehicle and Jeff Vicari made it a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and helped me pinpoint which one fits my needs. If anyone is in the market for a Toyota or Scion, I would recommend Jeff Vicari at Arlington Toyota hands down. Great guy!

We bought an FJ Cruiser and had such a great experience that I wanted to take the time to make a comment. We worked with Jeff Vicari, and he was so helpful in showing us all our options and answering our questions. You should check out this dealership and be sure to ask for Jeff. You won't be disappointed.

I shopped 3 Toyota dealers online and Arlington quoted me the lowest price so I started with them. Went so far as to pick the car I wanted but then when I got the trade-in value, they gave me a low-ball offer. The Buick dealer I went to (before I decided to buy another Highlander) offered $3500 and I was able to get them up to $4500. Arlington offered $1500 and would not budge. Needless to say, they did not get my business.

I have bought 2 Toyota Sienna minivans over the years from Jeff Vicari at Arlington. It's been an easy, hassle free experience dealing with Jeff. I've come to Arlington Toyota for many years. The atmosphere is casual and customer friendly. Their goal is to insure that the customer is happy with the automobile they have chosen, the options they want, and a fair deal on the price. Jeff Vicari treated my wife and I like we were FAMILY. I purchased a 2013 Scion FR-S from Jeff Vicari. I had a lot of requests of things I wanted to be perfect with the car including some aftermarket things the dealership did for me. They got everything taken care of at no extra cost to me. It was also pretty tough to find a manual from most dealerships in the area and they had a handful of manual cars to choose from.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff Vicari at Arlington Toyota when shopping for a new car. Jeff worked with us to go over what models Toyota offered and took time in a no pressure enviorment, to determine what options my wife and I were interested in. Once he determined what we were looking for he showed us the vehicles he had in stock and left us alone to decide if we liked any of them. As it turned out we found a Camry we liked. Jeff was very thorough explaining all of the features of the car both mechanically and technically. Jeff worked to ensure any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. While the price of the car was a factor in our decision to buy it, the deciding factors were the result of the great service, attention to detail and NO PRESSURE sales approch. We were so happy with our car and sales experience we purchased a second Camry from Jeff. Thanks for everything. We love our new cars!

Went to the dealership looking for new Prius. Met Richard, who was very knowledgeable and courteous. Looked at a Prius, liked it, but had to have my wife test drive it first. Told Richard i would be back the next night. Upon picking up my wife from the train station the next night, I called the dealership , asked for Richard. The receptionist thought she put me on hold and was talking to someone for about 1 1/2 min.. I hung up and told my wife I would call when I get there. Arrived and called again, this time she just hung up on me. Decided to make a visit to the manager. When walking up to the doors of the showroom, there were 2 salesman standing outside. When I entered there were 3 salesman at the front desk. I asked to see Richard, I was told he is with a customer (which I could see him with). I told one of the salesman that I was here to test drive a Prius. He replied that Richard will be done shortly. I waited about a minute and asked for the manager, he replied that he is also with the same customer that Richard is with. I told him I'm here just to test drive a Prius. Again told me Richard will be done shortly. After waiting, with Richard still talking to the customer, I left. I just don't understand how 5 salesman can be standing around and I can't test drive a car.

My Husband and I just had a baby and were looking to get a safe suv for our new family. Justin took the time to sit us down and find out everything we wanted and needed in my new car. I told him everything that was inportant to me in my new suv including price and the ability to finance as my credit history isnt in the best shape. He knew what was on his lot both new and used cars as just as I finished telling him what I was looking for he said Great I have 2 suvs that fit your needs and wants. When we were outside he walked me around both suvs telling me everything about them making sure he really pointed out the features I said were inportant to me. I told him what one I liked more but was concerned it was more money than the other suv he showed me, he told me that we will go for a test drive and if i loved it he would make it work for me! We got back inside and he brought his manager Eddie over who told me he was going to do everything he could to send me home in the new car today and asked how Justin was treating me. Eddie and Justin Made sure I found the car I wanted the price i was comfortable with and We made a deal. I met with Harmony In the finance dept and she was nice and helped me get a good rate on the new car.Justin put my new plates on, showed me how everything worked and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. He also called me 2 days later asking if I needed anything else and made sure I knew how to operate everything. I will be Back!!

Went to see a '11 Highlander Limited they had for sale. I had given my DL to a sales guy so we can go for a test drive since the vehicle was on the lot. I waited for about 10 minutes and eventually sought him out and he indicated the vehicle may not be available. So I told him fine, I'll go elsewhere if I don't hear back in 5 minutes. Then he came back within a minute and said vehicle was available. Eventually went for a drive and didn't expected much. For a vehicle that was 'certified," they sure didn't remove the dead leaves that were under the hood, wipe down the cup holder area, or clean off the sand that was in the back seat/trunk area. Really? Just which part of the 160-point inspection did they perform? They probably didn't expect any buyer smart enough to check all these details. I gave them an OTD (out-the-door) price, but they didn't want it, so I left. There were more sales guys standing around just talking, may be they should pay more attention to customers instead.

From the moment I stepped into the Arlington Toyota, I had nothing short of a great experience. I'm currently a college student. I attend school 700miles away from home and needed a reliable car to drive back and forth to school as well as one that has a lot of space to fit all of my luggage. I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted a RAV4. I spent nearly an hour test driving cars and figuring out which one was right for me. The salesman, Richard, was able to answer any questions that I had and was more than willing to show me all the different RAV4s they had available. I did not feel pressured or swayed to buy any particular car, which was a nice relief because no one like to deal with pushy salesmen. Once I decided on the 2013 RAV4 XLE, Mike Sabzali and Sadi Ali were very accommodating to help me afford my new car. They were such great help and very gracious during the whole process. This was my first time buying a new car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The dealership closes at 9pm, but they stayed with me until nearly 12am to make sure I was satisfied and they even taught me how to properly use the gadgets on my car. Everyone was very reassuring and they even called me the next day to see if I had any questions about my car and if I was satisfied with my purchase. I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with the service, affordability and especially my car. I recommend going to the Arlington Toyota dealership. They have great service and copious amounts of options for everyone. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends and family members!

Last month I purchased a certified used 2011 Toyota Camry from Arlington Toyota. After visiting 4 other dealerships and receiving less than stellar customer service from the others, I stopped by Arlington Toyota and was greeted by my salesperson Jin. He took the time to sit down and listen to exactly what I was looking for and the budget I wanted to stay within. I never felt pressured or rushed into a sale, and after 3 weeks of looking, I drove home that day in my new Camry. I highly recommend Jin, he was respectful throughout the whole process, and even followed up with me a week later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I'm very happy my new Camry and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had the opportunity to purchase a new Camry from Jeff Vicari this weekend. He was both professional and helpful throughout. He made a point of determining what we needed before trying to sell us a car. Due to area flooding, we were actually in the market for two cars at the same time. Once he determined that he would be unable to provide the car that my wife needed, he not only referred us to a competitor, he called ahead to make sure that we were properly taken care of.I would strongly recommend Jeff and Arlington Toyota to anyone in the market for a new Toyota or a used car.

Jeff Vicari, and the entire team at Arlington Toyota are an amazing group of people with the mentality always being to keep the customer happy and coming back. I have been lucky enough to be a party to 7 vehicles purchased at Arlington Toyota, directly with Jeff Vicari, 2 myself, 4 for my company, and 1 referral to a co-worker, and we are all beyond happy with the attention to detail paid by Jeff, and the customer service level he shows. Arlington Toyota may look like a big corporate dealership, but it still maintains the family owned business feel when you are there, and they make you feel like part of the family. I have and will continue to recommend Jeff Vicari and Arlington Toyota!

I was interested in buying a Prius and made an offer to the sales manager Mark. I live 50mins away and was brought in under the impression that my offer would be accepted due to a sale. Once there, I was told that the offer wasnt good enough and was pushed into upping my initial offer and financing for more money which was ridiculous. After making me waste 3 hours at the dealership I walked out with no car. A sales man called me the next day to apologize and said that he would speak to his managers about my offer. After upping my offer by $1000 they said that it could be done and wanted me to come in and finalize things. Once there for the second time, they made me wait another hour just to hear that they wanted $2000 over my offer. Overall, the customer service is terrible and the sales men and managers believe that they can con people into paying more money for a car that isnt worth it. I had the money in hand and they still managed to run off a sale.

Just purchased my third vehicle from Arlington Toyota. My salesman, Jeff Vicari, could not have been anymore helpful and got me a deal that a couple of other dealerships I visited could not beat. I also have to say that with my other Toyotas, I have gone to Justin Salvadalena for oil changes and other scheduled maintenance. Justin is a decent and helpful guy that will do anything to make things work with my schedule and make me feel like I was treated right. I cannot say enough good things about this first-rate dealership and highly recommend them!

I brought my 2005 Camry in for malfunctioning locks again (Jan 2012 replaced one actuator). I agreed to the standard one hour service charge to determine the cost of the repair and asked the service man to recommend a sales person. He suggested Jeff Vicari. I had no intention of buying a car that evening. I am a person that has to think a few days to make the right decisions. But Jeff was attentive to my needs and quickly zeroed in on a car that I liked. After I convinced myself to accept a black car all I had to do was wait for the service report. It was not good and although I was disappointed cutting my losses on that Camry I focused on getting my new car. Jeff walked me through each step and 5 hours later I drove out in my new 2012 Camry. It was a good experience and I think I got a good deal. Jeff was very knowledgeable on the car and there was not one feature he could not explain. I had to return the next day with my check and Jeff was available to answer even more questions that I had time to come up with. I have always been impressed with the Service department at Arlington Toyota but this was the first time I dealt with Sales.Jeff went the extra mile to reduce my stress. I really wanted to come back in the morning and buy the car. But Jeff convinced me (still not sure how) to drive home in my new car. I could not believe it. I did not even have my checkbook with me.And - Jeff is available by phone and e-mail (I prefer e-mail) to answer questions. In fact, Jeff was very sick right after I bought the car and he still managed to respond. I really appreciated Jeff's attention to my needs. I never felt he was trying to push over stocked cars on me. Jeff even synched up my cell phone Bluetooth for me! Yes - I had a great experience purchasing my new 2012 Camry. Thank you.Bill Gosse

It was my first time entering the dealership and I couldn't be more happier that I did. I was greeted at the door by Jeff Vicari. He was a friendly person with a great personality who had a vast knowledge of the vehicles I was looking for. He even helped in securing the proper financing my wife and I needed. I usually have terrible experiences at car dealerships, however, this was the exception to that rule. Jeff made the experience worth walking in that day I will look forward to keeping that relationship and buying more vehicles from the dealership.

On my regular oil change, they said I suppose to change my brake pads on my RAV 4 with 40K highway miles. I did not accept at that moment and they said Its dangerous - You are notified. Few days later I bring the car to my friends shop for the brakes. He show me my pads witch are about 80% less than new ones. So I will not change my oil anymore In Arlington Toyota. And something more as a sign of cheapy service: As a member I try twice to wash my car for free like they promise but that was not possible for some reasons.

This dealership is a joke. I went here to purchase a used vehicle, was there until after close, and still did not drive home with a vehicle. The place is huge, new, and gorgeous, but they are not willing to make a deal worth you buying a car. They had a certified car on the internet that I desired to purchase, but whenI attempted to purchase the vehicle, they had an additional charge of $795.00 for the certification. This practice seems a little suspect because there is no disclaimer anywhere on the page for the charge. They only disclosed that there was a fee for certification after I began the process to purchase. Also, I was told by the salesperson that based on my credit score I qualified for the 1.9% financing to purchase the car. The finance guy returns later with the sales guy and informs me that I MAY not qualify for the 1.9% financing, and may have to purchase the car at a higher interest rate, which would make my desired monthly payments increase. I decided not to purchase a car from them, and would advise anyone else out there the same. Don't be fooled by the glamour of the dealership. They want your business, but is not willing to give you a deal on their cars.

I can in to look at what they had advertised as a certified toyota. I waiting around for almost one hour for the salespers to find the car. When he finally pulled the car up it was in very poor condition. It was very clear that the car had been in a accident even those the sales person told me it hadnot been. The tires on the car where really old and needed to be replaced. I wasted over two hours there and walked out. Tim

My car Toyota Corolla was purchased from them brand new at the end of 2011. They are the nearest dealership to the place where I work and that was the reason for buying the car from them and taking the car for services there under the car warranty. The last time when I took the car there was in late October last year when the car was only 10-11 months old and it was for paint repairs on two small spots that had been approved by Toyota Corporate - a small crack under the rear driver's side door and a repair of the number plate trunk lid. When I dropped off the car for service with their collision center, the guy who took the car from me inspected the car, circled the spots for repair and noticed a small touchpainted chip on the hood and some swirl marks on the hood and asked me to sign a Record of Unrelated Damage, which I did! The next day when I went there to take back my car, I noticed wierdly looking spots under the two driver's side doors. When I asked the collision center manager what were those, he said I had had chips there which he had touch painted. Come on, guys, how would the guy who accepted the car notice the touchpainted chip on the hood and won't notice the huge chips in the area where you were suposed to do the repair? The next night I noticed very bad swirl marks all over the car! The collision center manager had decided he could make experiments with my car and sand/ buff out the whole car without my permission! A few days later, I noticed the headlights and the taillights have swirl marks! My whole car had been damaged beyond recognition by the collision center manager! The trunk lid they repainted is full of bubbles and dirt! And the worst of all is that they deny responsibility and started sending me to other dealerships as if the other dealerships did it or the other dealerships had benefited the sale and service of this car! Complete lack of ethics! Shame on them! Now another dealership will try to remove the swirl marks! But nothing can be done for the damages under the doors and another repaint of the trunk lid under the warranty! The only alternative I have at this stage is to try to have the damages under the doors and have the trunk lid repainted again through the state attorney's office! If the swirl marks do not go out, I promise you guys I will take you to court and will request a jury! Time for you to learn your part of the lesson, I learned mine!

This was the only car I went to look at and I drove my first choice of all the cars I had found online off the lot in under three hours. I called ahead to make sure the car was still available and when I got there I was helped right away. I went for a test drive and started with the sale right away. Both the salesman and the finance manager were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was refreshingly straightforward and free of bull$h!t that can be difficult to avoid at an auto dealership. I mentioned the price listed online was several hundred less than what they had listed in their inventory and without any fuss they immediately lowered it to the internet price.

I called this dealership after I was given the run-around by another dealership. I called and asked for a manager. I was connected with Steve Hemmer, the Service Director, I explained to him my issues with he other dealership, and also read to him the report that the other dealer gave me on my 6 year old car. He assured me that we would look at each issue that was raised and assured me that he would get to the bottom of everything. He put my mind at ease as we discussed all of the potential issued. He was so compassionate and sincere in his words. He completely put me at ease. I brought my car in, and met with him. He assured me once again to not worry about anything. He had one of his employees put the vehicle on the lift and proceeded to go line by line through the concerns that were raised by the other dealership. After all of this, there was only one concern that was valid.I am always so concerned with going to the dealership, for fear of being taken advantage of. I will never trust another shop, he and his crew have restored my faith, and have also earned a loyal customer. I will tell all of my friends.Thank you Arlington Toyota's Service Department. You guys are top notch.

Very BAD experience with this dealership: 2 hours wasted, false information and lots of frustration: I called them on the phone and setup an appointment to take a look at one of the used card they had on sale. Took me 45 min driving. When I got there the front desk person sad that the card was already SOLD... That was NOT true ! I asked for a manager and he quickly found that car... The car itself was in absolutely horrible condition inside and outside... No wonder it is still posted at CARS.com and no one wants to buy it...

We just purchased a 2012 toyota corolla from them about two weeks ago and honestly my sister, brother in law and I are still talking about how smoothly everything went. I basically negotiated the price over the phone, showed up to test drive the vehicle, signed the papers and drove off the lot in less than two hours. Jerry was very friendly and helpful and really explained everything that was included in the purchase very thoroughly. Ive purchased many vehicles in the past from all types of dealers and private parties alike, but arlington toyota was by far the best buying experience ive ever had.

My experience with Jeff Vicari was the best car buying experience I could have asked for. I was very nervous since this was my first time buying a car. I had a specific budget in mind and Jeff allowed me to look for cars that would work for me. I ended up buying a Venza and I love it. If anyone wants to have a fun time buying a car without all the pressures this was the place. Jeff made me feel comfortable with my decision and was able to answer all my silly questions. My parents ended up buying two cars from Jeff a few weeks after I bought mine. It was very easy dealing with Jeff and all the people at Arlington Toyota. I want to thank all of them for making my new car experience amazing.

Not a good experience at all. The email from internet sales said they will beat any price by $200. So went to dealership and did test drive then asked for the final price. They provided price quote. Told them got a internet quote from other dealership, Meeraj collected the quote details from me, i waited for more than 30 mins.. and finally showed up saying we will match it. I told him your internet sales guy said he will beat the price by $200. He said he will check with the Sales Manager and will get back. He never showed by. Meanwhile Tim just showed up and gave a lot BS. Then for a while no one showed up. So i decided to walk out. On the way out met the Sales Manager and he gave the same BS. Finally he said he would beat the price by $200. I din't like the attitude of the Manager the way he said was not good. I would have bought the car write then if he would have treated me as a valued customer but none of the guys in the show room treated me like that.My sincere advice is stay away from this dealership. The showroom has bunch of rude people and i believe showroom/toyota pays them for being rude.

Our sales rep was friendly, patient, helpful. Main reason we chose to buy from this dealership was because the sales rep was easy to work with and he was not pushy. Dealership is large, clean, and folks are friendly.

I am so sorry I bought my car from there. The car is only 4-5 months old and I have paint issues. The car is under warranty and even I bought the extended one for 100,000 miles. The car is magnetic grey. For this guy (Jeff Tybon) it is completely normal and in his words every brand new car has such imperfections such as white spots showing in the paint, sand or dust trapped in the paint while the car was painted by the factory and these sand pieces in the paint go out only when you attempt to wipe the water from the car after washing it. I completely understand that I am not a paint professional but I also know that it does not sound normal to have such defects in the car only after 4-5 months. The only thing these guys know is touchpainting. The clear coat seems so thin that it scratches from the wind. Is it normal to be afraid to wash the car because scratches will appear or that another piece of a sand will go off and the primer will show beneath it? In his words all these are very minor imperfections. What about when all the paint starts peeling off? Again minor imperfections. I am hesitating if not to cancel that extended warranty since the warranty means nothing at all, only extra money each month and probably each defect in the car will be explained as a minor imperfection.

They are dishonest about their vehicles. They said the vehicle had never been in an accident, and it turns out that was false. Another dealership immediately pointed out that the vehicle was in an accident.

But not until the deal was done did the salesman tell me that there was only one key and remote--previous to that he has said "I think there are 2 keys and 2 remotes." If it were an option I would have given 4.5 Stars...and if they had originally told me there was only one key, I would have given them 5 stars.

I didn't even buy a car from these guys, but I felt compelled to write up a positive review. I have been to a lot of dealerships, but these guys were by far the most helpful, the easiest to talk to, and the most genuine. I expressed my concerns, and they did everything they could to meet my needs. I didn't feel pressured, and I didn't feel like they were trying to just push me out the door with any car on the lot. They carefully listened to what I had to say, and offered all the help they could. And when I decided they didn't have the car that would suit my needs, they didn't try to push it, and they didn't bombard me with phone calls and emails. Very respectful dealership, and I really hope I can go back there and buy a car someday. When I look to buy my next car, Arlington Toyota will be my first, and hopefully only stop.

I have visited to Arlington Toyota and I met a sales representative named Ali and he took around 30 minutes to start explaining about new vehicles, then we had a vehicle test drive, later I met manager there named one more Ali, I didn't liked his attitude at all, he was asking questions about credit report like cops asking a criminal, then i reported to his higher manager then I got a good hospitalityLater I told Ali I didn't liked his attitude then he answered saying you are most welcome to leave the showroom and showed me the exit doors

Thank you for all your help in buying my new SUV. Your place was also very comfortable, clean and large. GOOD JOB!!!!!!!

All in all it was a great experience.

They sell poor quality used vehicles. You can find many faults just from a walkaround and test drive. They also try to give you a hard time when you ask to have your own mechanic look at the car because they are trying to hide problems. The sales manager also has an attitude because he's a failure in life and is mad that he has to take it from customers who weren't screw ups in life. Walked right out of the dealership. Don't waste your time, just go to Carmax.

My vehicle brought in for repairs to Arlington Toyota after a crash. Prior to the crash, this vehicle was in pristine mechanical condition, and I expected the dealership to restore the vehicle back to its proper working condition after the necessary repairs were completed. But this was not the case. After paying out over $6,000 in repair costs, the vehicle was delivered back to us in unsatisfactory condition. The vehicle was annoyingly noisy and a vibration was present in the front tires, which was nonexistent prior to the crash. They obviously don't test drive the vehicles before delivering them back to customers. In addition to the necessary repairs, a request for Nitrogen tire inflation was requested. We were billed for this service, although it was not completed. This was brought to the dealership's attention, and we were lied to. Complaints about the repairs and work not completed, but billed for, were first voiced to Assistant Service Manager, Roger. Roger disregarded our complaints and stated that the nitrogen tire fill was completed, but this was untrue and was verified. We returned the vehicle to Arlington Toyota and met with Roger again. Roger was again advised that the repairs were unsatisfactory, and the vehicle was not driving properly. Roger vowed to correct the issues, but later billed us an additional $1,000, stating that issues were unrelated to the crash which brought us to the dealership for repairs originally. On the bill was a charge for a wheel alignment, when only a tire rotation was requested. But on the bill, it says, "Guest is requesting a wheel alignment," -LIE! When this item was brought up, Roger stated that the tires did not need to be rotated. I was appalled by this response, since I am fully aware of the recommended tire rotation intervals on all of my vehicles. During all these problems, the climate control knob broke. Roger was asked to repair this. Originally we were told it needed to be replaced, and were billed for a new part. Later Roger tells us that they repaired the existing knob and would credit money back to us since they billed us for a new part. But instead, they billed us additional money for labor! After receiving the vehicle back again in unsatisfactory condition, the vehicle was returned by me to the dealership, and our complaints were voiced to Assistant Service Manager, Ken. Ken was apologetic about the repairs not being made, and vowed to make the necessary repairs and right the dealership's wrongs. However, when the vehicle was delivered, it was in worse condition than it was when it was dropped off. When delivered, the Brake and ABS warning lights on the dashboard were active. None of these problems existed when the vehicle was dropped off at the dealership. I got stuck voicing my complaint about these new problems to Assistant Manager, Roger, AGAIN who attempted to charge me an additional $600 for additional repairs he stated were needed. In regard to the active warning lights, Roger stated that the dealership only removed the vehicle's tires for inspection, and this appeared to cause the new problem. Roger stated that additional repairs were now required. I advised Roger that I would not be held liable for a problem the dealership clearly caused. I also advised Roger that these repair should all be covered from the original service date. Roger stated there was nothing he could do.Prior to leaving the dealership with my now new problems, I requested to speak with the service manager. None of the employees would direct me to that person, so I had to seek him out myself. I met with Service Manager, Steve, who reviewed my service appointment history and stated that he would further review my complaints and contact me by telephone the following morning. But Steve never called me. As a result, I filed complaints against the dealership with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and the Illinois Attorney General's Office. Only after receiving notice of these complaints did the dealer make an attempt to resolve the issues. I was contacted by John, in customer relations, who talked to me like I was an idiot, and further insulted me by suggesting my vehicle was not worth making such a fuss about. John told me to bring my vehicle in AGAIN so they could resolve the issues with it, and told me they would provide me with a rental while my vehicle was being serviced. You would think that after my months of problems with this dealer, they would be expecting me and treat me right finally with all these open complaints against them. Not the case. I arrived for my appointment and had to explain my problems to yet another assistant service manager, Erik. I told Erik I would like to work directly with the service manager, since I had grown tired of restating the issues to different assistant service managers on each visit. Erik kept staring at his computer, and told me I should just make another insurance claim. -This guy did not even have an idea what was going on, but like his coworkers, is trained never to accept the blame! So Erik brings me to the on-site Hertz for my dealer-provided rental car and tells the Hertz employee the dealer would pay for my rental car because I filed a complaint against them. I see the Hertz employee smile while speaking with Erik, and Erik also leaves with a smirk on his face. The Hertz employee tells me, "I'm sorry, but all we have left is a Smart car, is that OK." I respond, "Are you kidding me?" He gives me some line about them being low on rental cars. It is 7:30 am, and I'm their first customer, but all they have left is a Smart car?! -They have over 1,000 cars on their lot, but they are giving me a Smart car! The employee is basically laughing at me while he is telling me this, and tells me to wait while he brings the car around. As I'm waiting, I am within earshot of Erik, the assistant service manager, who I overhear telling one of the mechanics sarcastically, "This guy filed a complaint against us, so just go over the car again and we'll just tell him again what needs to be done...He thinks we didn't fix his car right, and he doesn't want to go through his insurance."My wonderful rental Smart car arrives, and the last slap in my face occurs when the Hertz employee, still laughing, says to me, "It should get you home...Oh, and don't be afraid to floor it."A couple days later, another service manager (Jeff?) calls me and tells me they changed a wheel bearing at no cost to me, and I could pick up the vehicle. The employee made no mention about the warning lights on the dashboard. When asked about it, the employee said that I needed a new sensor in the back wheels and tried to extort more money from me. I told him to write up what they did and what they are saying I still needed done, and I would arrive shortly to pick up the vehicle. The employee told me that the service manager, Steve, would be ready for me when I arrived. When I arrived, four service employees were sitting at their desks and all stared at the ground while I stood there for five minutes waiting for someone to help me.Finally a female employee approaches me, I tell her I was supposed to see Steve, and she goes to get him. She comes back shortly after without Steve, and tells me she will assist me. She takes my rental car, walks me to my car, does not tell me what was done to my car, or what still needs to be done, and gives me no paperwork! So basically, I have no proof that anything was done to resolve my complaints.I receive a call from some other service manager the next day who says, "Hey, what do you need?" I reply, "You called me." He says, "Oh, I had a message from you." I reply, "Yep, that was me telling you I was coming to pick up my vehicle when we were playing phone-tag yesterday." He says, "Oh, well I was just calling to see how the car is." I reply, "Well, I don't know what you did, because you gave me no paperwork when I picked up the car and none of your service managers wanted to help me." He replies, "We were really busy, so I didn't have time to print up your paperwork...I'll send it out in the mail."This is how they treat their customers. They have a big, beautiful new dealership that lures you in, but don't fall for their tactics. They don't care about you, they only care about getting as much money from you as they can. I can't believe they stay in business, and I'm not letting them get away with what they did to me, and I don't want to see this happen to anyone else.

I bought 2001 Sienna in October of 2000. I had a good sales experience although judging from the other comments on this site, the sales department has deteriorated. My "5" rating is based on my experience with the service department. My toyota has not been serviced by anyone but this dealership because they are professional, have great hours and do good work. My car is in excellent condition and I'll be driving it for at least another 3 years.

Alex Dubinsky is mostly concerned with cheating on his customers. He gives you one price and when you make downpayment for your car he will suddenly call you and surprise with a new sales conditions. When I refused to by a car and requested my downpayment back, Alex refused to do that and threaten me that he will ruin my credit history.

I was a long time customer with this dealer and ordered a 2011 Venza on Oct 31, 2010, Salesman Scott Sanders said no car fitting my description existed at the time of the order. I gave a deposit and was told the car would be there by Nov 30, 2010. A few days later, I recieved a call from Scott saying the unusual configuration (no sun roof) had been ordered. Two weeks later, I drop by the dealer to get a status. Scott tells me he meant to call me. He has been unable to find my configuration and will now need to order the car. Also, the car won't be delieverd till next year at best. Why did he waste time tryig to find my car when he knew the day of the sale none existed. I escalated to Toyota corp who assigned me a contact for that dealership. This contact sits at the dealership. No conflict of interest there. Toyota contact says the car was ordered and and Toyota accepted my unusual configuration (no sunroof) the week after I ordered it. Apparenetly Scott did not know what was going on and was just talking off the top of his head when I last came in. Toyota contact said the car should be available around 12/17. He would call me once the VIN number was assigned. On 12/14, I had not heard from anyone. I called the Toyota rep and asked if the VIN number was assigned. I was told, no and that I would be called. December passes, no call. In the middle of January, I call the Toyota contact and he has NO IDEA of what is going on. He can't get any information from anyone. It must be due to the strange configuration of my order (no sunroof). I tell the contact that I need to escalate to his boss. He tells me to call the 1-800 Toyota corporate number. That number is just a help desk with canned responses. I call and am told there is no one higher to escalate to. Toyota corporate does not involve themselves in dealership issues. I am to go back to the know-nothings at Arlington Toyota. I wait a full 90 days with no word from anyone. I contact my charge card company and tell them to put my deposit in dispute. And to my amazement, the next day my salesman Scott calls me. I return the call and this is what I heard " Oh, I just ordered, I mean found out your car will be available at the end of February. It won't be at the dealer, but it should be made at the time."At this point, I was done. I told Scott I didn't want the car any longer. My new AWD was suppose to get me thru this harsh winter, not arrive with Spring. I had been waiting over 90 days and no longer wanted anything to do with this dealership. Scott protested that he had ordered this special configuration (no sunroof) and now he would be stuck with it. I was sent to the General Manager. My discussion went like this...shock, intimidatin (you may not get your full refund back), poor Toyota stuck with such a crazy configuration (no sunroof). I did get my full refund back, but only after several more calls.

Went to get an oil change with my dad and to have a cable (holds spare tire under the car) checked due to a recall on his 99 sienna. They took over an hour and did a full car inspection for some reason. Told us that the sienna had multiple issues with the braking system such as calipers and gave me repair quotes. My dad kindly said that we'd look into it another time since the car is over 11 years old now. They gave us the car and after 2 days there was a rhythmic banging coming from the front driver side wheel. A quick internet search said of possibly being the brake system like calipers being stuck. My dad was already thinking of taking the car to get it repaired but I instead was curious and wanted to see if anything could be fixed without a visit. I popped the cover that hide the bolts off and was shocked to find 3 of 5 bolts being loose (all 3 were about 1/2 inches away from being tight while the remained 2 were slightly loose) I don't know if it was on purpose or if some guy picked up a phone call while he was working and forgot about this. Either way it is not acceptable and I will discourage people from going there.

We had a terrible experience buying a new vehicle at Arlington Toyota Scion. All they did was try to confuse and play games with us concerning the price. The way the salesman and general manager treated us was dreadful. They are dishonest and without honor. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone!!After much discussion we had agreed on a price for a 2011 Sienna LE. We decided to wait a day or two until we were sure this was what we wanted. When we determined that we were going to purchase the vehicle, we called and talked to the salesman to be sure he would still honor the price. He said he would. We showed upped 15 minutes later with our down payment in hand and ready to finalize the deal. They present us with the paperwork and the price was much higher. They said this was the price we remember. What a joke! My husband took a half day off from work for nothing. Very upset and disappointed to this dealership!!

I was regulary taking my 2 Toyota vehicles to this dealership every 5,000 miles since 2008. During my last service visit for my 2004 4Runner, it was a saturday, I was told that regular maintanence will take about 1-2 hrs and can wait in lobby if I'd like. after 2 hrs. since I did not hear back from my service agent, I walked up to his desk and asked whether my vehicle was ready or not. Surprisingly the guy told me that my vehicle is not touched yet as they were seeking for my approval regarding couple of issues they discovered during the vehicle inspection. He told me that they announced my name and even came into the lobby to look for me but since they could not find me didn't do anything.... It was a big lie..!! I was sitting in the lobby during this 2 hr period and even did not receive any phone calls.. When I told those to the guy, he even did not say any word, such as apologies or what so ever. When I told him that I lost over 2 hrs of my weekend time and even my vehicle is not touched at all.. He said, "sir let's move on" without showing any sign of regret. I got so frustrated and went straight to his manager to explain the issue. manager extended me a cold apology and offered a 10% discount..Anyway after 30 mins. the big agent came by and told me that my vehicle is ready with a fake smile in his face. After I left the dealership, I noticed low tire pressure signal turned on but did not give too much attention that day. When I woke up next morning, guess what I saw. My 2 tires on the right side(front and rear) were flat!!!!.... I immediately took my vehicle to NTB, where they told me that this seems to be intentional cause there was no evidence of puncture or damage on both tires. Someone might have loosened the valves on both tires to deflate both tires. That was their thank you to me for my excellent service experience.Keep away from this place

Got internet price for an Avalon and got a call from the internet manager asking me to come in because they were doing "amazing deals" since it was the end of the month, was told they would definitely beat their internet price once I came in. When I came, internet salesperson was replaced by snooty guy from Peru who hardly spoke any English and apparently had a major problem that I was female (kept trying to sell the car to my teenage son instead of me). He could not answer any questions about the car and kept saying he had to "refer to the manual", then apparently never followed up. I had to sit there and search the brochure to determine which features were optional on the car. I knew more about the car doing research on the internet than he did! When we sat down to talk about price, told me the internet person had "made a mistake" and quoted me way too low..."a price [he had] never seen for this car"....then refused to negotiate, basically agreeing only to "come down" less than a hundred bucks on a $34K car! Ridiculous. They are a bunch of crooks, if you ask me. Very unprofessional. Obviously their goal was to get me interested with the low price they quoted, and then to try to get me to buy the car for way more!

This dealership is full of buffoons that are impossible to deal with. I have purchased 07 Lexus from them and oh boy am I sorry! It all started with the inflated first offer $25K+, after I have purchased it I have discovered that it was advertised for $22.9K During the purchase nothing was said that the car comes without the manual, but promised that the manual will available in 7 days 21 days have passed and no manual. There is a small chip on the windshield that I did not see during the delivery, the following day when I asked to repair Jon Kommel said that they will not. I have purchased rust proof and during the application they scratched all rims, I didnt even tell them about it, don't want one more battale. I have a lot of friends that live in the neighborhood, I will make sure to let everyone know that this is not the place to go for your car needs.

I had been having a hard time deciding which car - wanted, and all the people in the internet department were extremely patient with me. They had sent me over several quotes no questions asked, and were the first dealer to get me an actual price through the internet. They were patient and gave me a pricing over the phone and had also emailed it to me so that I could bring it in. I had stopped by several other dealers like schaumburg and grossinger only to be given the run around by all the sales people who were not helpful at all. Once I actually got to arlington the salesman alex dubinsky was helpful and very nice. He took the time to walk through all the options with me. I would recommend this dealer to anyone if you are looking for great customer service and the shortest amount of time spent in a dealership.

By far this has been the worst customer experience of my life. I saw a Sienna XLE at showroom and also got my old Sienna appraised, salesman Ziad and me agreed to work around the price of around $28,000 and I told him that I will come again tomorrow to collect the car along with my family. Next day I called Ziad and he informed me that they can offer around 31,00-32,000 and the APR will be around 5% (initially I was told 1.9%) In the mean while Justin and Allison from their Internet sales dept emailed me and we agreed a rate of $ 28,500 for the car I confirmed the deal and the rate with both of them over the phone and they told me to get the 0% APR adv from the rival dealer and they will match it. I went to the showroom along with my family, one sales man Ali informs me the loopholes of the 0APR adv and informs me that this is done to attract customers. the sales manager IGOR MATT informed me that he cannot honor the price. I told him that he should talk to Justin who is present in the showroom , he told me in no mean terms that he decides the price and no one else and no car can leave the show room without his approval. The sales staff in the showroom were seeing all this helplessly. I told him that you are telling me this at the last moment when I have come to get the car, he told me that I am coming back to his showroom because he has the best price (this SOB does not know that other Toyota dealers also exists) if I want the car I can take of else its fine. I just felt very insulted and humiliated by this attitude at first I agreed to the price but then i thought enough is enough, just lost my cool and left the showroom. Please avoid this dealer ship, they just try to con you to a deal, they have no respect for the customers. I read on the Internet reviews from other its no point complaining to the owners either.

i resently trade a car from them. i got $10,500 out of it and they turn around trying to sale it $15,995, wtf right? So, anyway i got the car, i trusted them because its "Toyota Certified Used Vehicles" before i drove out the lot, i noticed little things, but i thought no ones perfect, its okay. I can fix it at home. so when i got home, other things start poping out, like the air was low, the cd didn't work, the window seal was worn, alot of scatch on the car, they didn't detail the car at all, etc.... so i called my sale guy.Scott Sander, he was like oh, i didn't know that. well just bring it back we'll fix that tire. when i got there i got the service people to check on my window seal too, this Roger MOFO would not stop talking, because he think's he know's everything. anyway i complaint to Scott HE SAID " I SHOULD OF DONE A BETTER JOB CHECKING THE CAR OUT BEFORE BUYING". man, was i so pissed. i told me if thats the case what is the whole point for the "Toyota Certified Used Vehicles BULLSHIT". i can give you a list of problem you guys didn't do that i can do better. i get better car and service from a mom and pops used car than you these mother fuckers. trust me i own alot of cars, most of my cars are bought from mom and pops used car lots. so over all don't go to these mother fuckers unless you want to get screwed.

Came to ask questions and possibl;y test drive FJ Cruiser. The salesman couldn't answer primitive questions such as where vehicle assembled, navigation system option, bluetooth etc. Told me the dealership doesn't have FJ in stock (three of them are there looking on Rand rd!) and I couldn't drive one and by the way ' I wouldn't like it anywhere!).Wow. never had this treatment at the dealership and never will come to this dealership or recommend to anybody.

Overall great buying experience. I've bought numerous cars over the years and been to countless dealers. I can truly say that the group of people I worked with were great. No high pressure sales. Allison - internet contact = was very responsive, Bob - sales = great service and extremely responsive, andJulio - financing = straight forward and to the point. Great price for the car I wanted ('11 Camry XLE V6). When negotiating the deal the car wasn't on their lot, but they had me in it next business day for no additional charge. I've been to three other Toyota dealers in the area and my experience here was by far the best.

tHIS DEALER IS THE WORST!! I drove from Chicago and phoned for instructions. The salesmen were rude on the phone and were even worse when I arrived. The certified Corolla that was advertised was filthy on the inside. I had to ask for the manager upon arrival because all of the salesmen just stood around talkinG. The whole experience was surreal!! The salesmen are dinosaurs.

I've had work done by Arlington Toyota Collision Center before, and although they're a bit pricey, I'm so glad I went through them. I had a huge scratch that covered two panels, and I was worried that the blending wouldn't look right. No need to worry, the paint job came out looking PERFECT. Those guys did a great job. Recently, I was rear-ended by a cabbie, and their insurance company was a complete pain in the butt to work with. I put Mark Baggetto through quite a bit of hell: this sub-standard insurance company never returned his or my calls, and put both me and Mark through the wringer while my car sat waiting at the Collision Center for a week. However, Mark was nothing but patient (though extremely frustrated, I'm sure!) and put up with this large headache. In the end, it was another great job, and I owe a lot to Mark for helping me out!

Great service and excellent price.I traded in my "clunker", a '98 Cadillac Seville which was worth no more than a 1000 bucks and got a 2010 Corolla LE for a final price of $11,700.On top of that I financed the car through Toyota at 0% for 3 years. The salesman was amazing, looked at every possible scenario to give me the car for the price I was asking, he even reminded me of an incentive that Toyota had, a thousand dollars discount for new college grads.Isn't that great, to go to a dealer and be offered additional discounts? Most dealers would have kept quiet about that incentive , but not this guys. They wanted my bussiness and they sure got it.When I asked about the final price I was given the real numbers right away, no smoke blown in my face or rambling around.Very straightforward. Thanks Bob Faulkner and Toyota Arlington.

This dealership is the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered. I run a company and if my employees ever treated a customers the way this dealership handles clients I would fire them immediately. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere FAST!!!!! What makes the even more unbelievable is the owner of the dealership is more unprofessional the his the which is horrible. I do not have the time to write reviews on companies but I will make every effort to keep people from working with an oerganization that is not honest.

Good experience overall. Satisfied with treatment by Yuri Tkachenko. He was friendly and able to answer all questions. I did not feel pushed to purchase or testdrive a car. I spent reasonable amount of time during our purchase experience.I was satified with treatment by Mariusz Karlinski. He was profesional, polite and he answered all questions. Good expierience at all. Also the financial director was profesional and he manage my purchase quickly

They offered a fair deal and great finance option for our new car. Although the color was not our preferred color, the selling price was very appealing. The test drive, which was much longer than allow at other dealerships greatly helped in my wife and I making the decision to buy our car. It wasn't an "around the block" trip, so it gave us plenty of time to "test out" the car.

No pressure just great representation of a good product at a fair price with the customer in mind. Very nice to experience. Professional , educational, and time spent at the dealership without regard to whether a sale was going to be made or not. Customer first was my experience.

When they took my trade in to give me a trade-in amount, they told me that the car kept dying on them (that never once happened to me in the three years that I owned the car). I used my own credit union to finance the deal, and the dealership's finance department would not release the necessary information to the credit union to get the financing done. They insisted that they always do business this way. It was only after my credit union told that what they were doing was illegal and I called them out on it that they finally sent the info to my credit union. When I finally got the financing approved and went in to drop off the check for the car, the finance director chased me out of the building saying that the check that I had given him wasn't for enough money. He pulled out the contract, and sure enough, I was short about $300. So I went to my car and got my copy of the contract. According to my copy, the check that I had was for the exact right amount. Somewhere along the line, they had re-written the contract and added an additionall $300 to the price of the car. Even after the finance director called the person who had done the contract, he still had no explanation for this. I emailed the owners, and they assigned the case to their in-house investigator. This investigator called me once to say that he was looking into the case, and then never once called me again. They were obviously caught trying to steal from me and ignored it, hoping that it would go away. I finally got a call back from the owner (two weeks after this had happened), and was offered a free detailing job to make up for all my trouble. They lied about my trade-in dying, they tried to use illegal financing practices to get me to use thier financing, and they tried to steal $300 from me by writing a new contract after I had already signed the purchase contract, and all they do to make it up to me is give me a free detail. PLEASE avoid this dealership at all costs.

Extremely friendly and helpful. They worked with me to ensure I got to test drive all of the cars I wanted to even though the weather was cold and rainy. Answered all of my questions no matter how trivial.Explained all extended warranty options and offerings, but did not try to pressure me into purchasing these additions. I highly recommend this dealership and these sales people.

We went to this dealership looking for a used jeep wrangler. We found the nicest sales people and the jeep we wanted. The minute we walked in the door all employees were very pleasant, smiled and several asked us if we had been assisted. They gave us a VERY fair price and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. We had a great car buying experience and will buy all of our vehicles from this dealership from this point on.

I was looking for a car in a hurry (my car was totaled in an accident through no fault of my own) and I wanted a good deal on a car. I went to another Toyota dealer prior to going to Arlington Toyota and was not pleased with the offer the other dealership made. Consequently, I ended up purchasing my 2009 Rav 4 from Arlington Toyota. The General Manager and my salesman, Bob Wagner, discussed my needs for a car. I ended up with the car I wanted, with the features/options I wanted, at a very good price. In addition, Arlington Toyota produced the car the day after the sale was finalized, which was even beyond my expectations and well within my timeline. I also had a good experience with Victor in the Finance Dept., who obtained a very decent interest rate for me and helped me through this process. I've been going to Arlington Toyota to have my previous cars serviced for years (Corolla, and 2000 Rav 4) -- it's an excellent service dept. -- and I was equally pleased with the Sales and Finance end of this dealership as well. I highly recommend this dealership.

My whole experience with Arlington Toyota was effortless. I was greeted by a team of professionals when I walked through the door. They couldn't have more freindly. Jeff Vicari, the salesperson I purchased my 2008 Rav4, could not have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. I felt that Jeff went out of his way to make sure that I selected the right vehicle that was right for me. Once I decided on the RAV4, he made the whole purchase process seamless. I would definitely recommend Arlington Toyota and Jeff Vicari.

The experience was tedious for the dealership, but they were all as helpful and cordial as they could be. After much questions and answers, wheeling and dealing we came to an agreement very happily. We will continue to be a customer at this dealership.

The process of buying a 2009 Camry with a trade of a 1999 Blazer was done quickly and smoothly. The dealership was very professional from start to finish. I felt I got a fair price without having to spend a lot of time negotiating. I got to the dealership at 4:00 and by 4:45 we had a deal in principal. I brought my wife back at 6:00 for the final approval and a couple hours later we drove off in a new car.

My sales associate was Nate Griffin he was very easy going and very informative about the car I was inquiring about, He answered all my questions and wasnt pushy about scoring the deal. This made me comfortable to make my own choice in the amount of time I needed. I would definetly recommend him to any of my friends or family.I also dealt with Victor Shariati for financing, he also was very helpful in guiding me to make the right decisions. He wasnt trying to sell me every deal that was offered. He explained why some would be benefical and others choices would not. Thanks for making my experience stress free. M. Field

He was very courteous, professional and patient. We initially thought about buying a Toyota Yaris since our main concern was saving on gas and Oscar recommended a Camry. We were not sure if we should spend the extra money for a Camry but with Oscar's informative recommendations on the advantages, disadvantages, safety, and price retention we opted for a 2009 Camry SE. We were very impressed with Oscar's honesty and integrity. Our sincere thanks!!

I have never had a more miserable consumer experience in my entire life. After signing an agreement to purchase a vehicle pre-delivery and being promised, in writing, 0% financing, I was called in to pick up my new car, only to be told that the financing would not be honored. I was told for over two weeks, day after day, that the problem would be resolved "tomorrow". Well, tomorrow never came. I was treated rudely by new sales manager Udo, ignored by Mr. Vicari, the dealership owner, and told by multiple staff members that they would rather sell the car to someone else for more money than reduce the price for me to make up for their inability to make up for their botched finance deal. Then, after nearly 3 weeks up being given the run-around, they sold my car to someone else, without notifying me, and while still holding my $5,000.00 deposit. They are dishonest and disrespectful, and I will never visit their dealership again.

Stay Away!!! These guys are out to rip you off. They say anything for a sale and never follow up. They sold me a warranty on a Lexus, said it covers everything not listed, things start going wrong, and I find the warranty is worthless. They gave me two sets of keys, I lock one in the car, get the other key to find its the wrong key, end up spending 200 bucks for a locksmith, they make excuses.
