Apple Valley Hyundai was a pleasure to buy from. The car we wanted was not available when we were first ready to buy but Steven Trevor kept looking for us until he found what we wanted. Because of having to wait they added some extra discounts an it all worked out in the end because Hyundai had a special military discount for Memorial day so we saved even more money. Apple Valley Hyundai offers a lifetime warranty for a reasonable price and we expect to get 10+ years out of our Santa Fe.

In my experience buying a car is annoying. The person 'trying' to sell you the car and the waiting around for things to get done. I had a much different experience at Apple Valley. The sales person was so easy to be around and supportive of my needs and concerns. I drove the car and said I'd be back the next day and there wasn't the slightest element of doubt in his behavior. I had a car that I was still making payments on but became afraid of it once I had to replace the engine in the 4th year of owning it. It was a 2012 so it was brand new when I bought it so safety and reliability was a concern for me. I already knew that the Hyundai Elantra was one of the most reliable cars from reading through consumer reports. Frank Moore was my salesperson and when he listened to my story focused on all the safety features of the car I wanted. I bought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra with the tech package and was also told of the life time warranty. I drive long distance to work so I already knew that I would be getting good gas mileage but the safety features with hands free calling (that he helped me set up before we left with our car), the blind spot alerts, the ability for the car to stop if I don't stop in time from a car cutting in front of me at the last second (which happens in the Washington D.C. area where I drive to work) and the lifetime warranty (so if my car engine melts it is either free for the first few years or I pay a small fee up front, they will fix it and the warranty will last for the entire time that I own the car). I can't feel more safe than that. Frank was more of a friend than a car salesman and called after a week of my owning the car to make sure I was still satisfied and if there were any questions I had. It was truly a wonderful experience and I have already talked about my experience to my neighbors and friends and work. I will be coming back for all my future cars. Thank you Apple Valley Hyudai for taking the time of walking me through the process and making me aware of all the options to put my mind at ease.

This is the second Hyundai that I have purchased. My first Hyundai was the Elantra. I had it for seven years, and it was the most reliable car I have ever owned. At trade-in time it had 145,000 miles on it, and I was sad to part with it. At Apple Valley Hyundai, the sales staff was excellent. I initially wanted to purchase another Elantra. My salesman listened to my needs and suggested that I test drive both the Elantra and the Sonata. In the end I purchased the Sonata and my wife and I are very pleased with our new vehicle. I thank our salesman for helping us to chose a great automobile!

I placed a comment in the previous page. As with any experience I could indicate improvements needed. One is the loan process. I sat for a long time waiting for all the paperwork. I wish that could improve. I have an excellent credit rating and am not sure about why it took so long. I was a little unhappy about the reaction of the loan person. She made me aware that she was unhappy about my not taking any of the extras. I was told after chatting about my experience that I needed to speak up. One thing I would have liked to say was that I was not interested in any of the extras and have the person I am talking to say "OK" lets move right along. I know it is their job, but we should be able to say no and move on.

Steven Trevor from Apple Valley Hyundai worked with me, mostly over the email and 14 other dealers pretty much failed at that. He understood my intentions and honored it, unlike other dealers where they either tried to just avoid conversing with me over emails and tried to get me on the phone, or was dishonest and pulled a bait and switch act on me at the last minute when I decided to go with them. Steven was straight forward with his dealings and non-intrusive at all times. Very professional dealer.

Internet buyers are especially encouraged to try out Apple Valley Hyundai. I was on a mission to buy my current car (2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited with Navigation (option 2)) over the Internet after doing my initial test driving and deciding to go with the model. Ive dealt with exactly 15 Hyundai dealers in the DC metro area including Apple Valley and while EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM wanted to either get me on the phone with them or physically visit the dealership, I refused to do so, partly because of my full-time job and partly because Im buying my next car on the Internet. If your sales team is named Internet sales team why is email not good enough? Why keep asking me to call you? Ok enough of my rant, and while Apple Valley Internet sales agent Steven did ask me for a good time for a phone conversation once, on one of those generic greetings email when he first contacted me, he immediately picked up the fact that I intend to do the dealing online and hed be glad to help me out and answer any questions. Sure, any car dealer would say that but Steven stuck to his promise. Whenever I asked him hard sales price questions, hed ask his manager and presented me with the figures with no twisting of words. This went back and forth several times until we met in the middle ground where both parties were happy. This, contrasting to other dealers was night and day. A good number of dealers just plainly refused to deal with me over emails Some dealers didnt want to give out the out-the-door figures and kept telling me to give them the out-the-door figures that I got from other dealers and theyll either match or beat the price (basically telling me to work for them really) And the best 2 dealers (/sarcasm) that I dealt with literally did the bait-and-switch crap on me. All 15 of the dealers that I dealt with each got an email from me pointing out the exact VIN and stock #s of the vehicles that I was interested in from their website and I asked them what the out-the-door price they could offer me. Like I said above, some didnt answer, some just wanted me to give them the figures I got from other dealers, but these 2 best dealers (/yet again sarcasm) gave me a pretty good figure and about 3 4 days later, when I finally decided to go with one of them because no one else could beat them, I sent another email making sure that they were referring to the VIN and stock # that I listed on my initial email when I was asking for the out-the-door price. Their replies were oops, sorry the price quote was for an inferior model 2 different dealers did this I wont disclose their names but wow did that leave a bitter taste in my mouthSteven from Apple Valley really stood out with his honesty and diligent work ethics and I really commend him for that. If youre within the driving distance of Apple Valley Hyundai, do include them in your shopping list. I and my wife drove quite a bit to get to the dealership when we were buying the Sonata mentioned above, but it was well worth it!

I just bought my vehicle a few weeks ago. I bought a Sante Fe and I love how it handles! I had a good experience buying it and trading in my old one. Felt like I got a good deal. Staff was friendly. I only have an issue with the window visors which were added after I purchased my vehicle. They don't fit right and the window hits them when I roll it up. I will go back and see what can be done to fix that and hope they can work it out. UK was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job!!

Although I was interested in the Veloster, I had specific financial guidelines that were pretty much ignored. I was willing to stretch the budget at the time, but don't know if I will B able to manage it over the next year. I wanted a car for under $200.00/month and went $60.00 over. When I decided to buy a Hyundai Sonata and placed an online request, Andy from Apple Valley Hyundai is the first one to reach me out with a fabulous deal that none can! Andy is a really amazing guy and is very friendly. He knows what customer needs are and always open to listen to provide the BEST deal. During this transaction I had an opportunity to meet another great person Frank such an outstanding sales person I ever met. During my visit to their store in Winchester I met him and he has tons of patience to answer all our questions and was very keen in making us understand every detail of the vehicle and other related stuff. When I had some problem in picking the vehicle from the store on the day of delivery, Frank and Andy came up with a plan of delivering the vehicle at my apartment which is like 50 miles away from their store! Frank came down and not just delivered the vehicle but went thru the entire detail for about couple of hours until I was comfortable with all the features. We rarely get to meet such people like Andy and Frank who are not just selling something to you but treat you as a friend and guide us what is right and not. I am very happy to write a review for Andy and Frank and would always recommend the folks at Apple Valley Hyundai to anyone who is looking for the BEST sales and customer service experience. Frank Moore greeted us on our first test drive and was extremely helpul and not at all pushy. Two weeks later we decided to buy a 2013 Elantra. I had received a good price from the Fairfax dealership, so I called Frank to see if he could match it since I live in Charles Town. Frank was off when I called, but Perry was able to give me an "out the door" price that beat Fairfax, but they didn't have the exact options, so Perry said it would be no problem for them to get the exact car I wanted. Frank actually went and picked up my car from another dealer and had it ready for me the next day. When my wife and I arrived, we were treated extremely well by all involved in the sale. Liza and Josh had all the paperwork ready and even already had my new WV license plate, which I didn't expect. The paperwork process was very smooth and Liza and Josh were a pleasure to work with. Frank then spent a good deal of time carefully going over all the features of the car, and answered all of our questions with his full attention. We drove off the lot in our new Elantra and commented to each other that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had! I have nothing but good things to say about Apple Vaqlley Hyundai and highly recommend them to others.

On my initial visit, just to look, I was met by a friendly young man. When I explained that I was just looking that day, he encouraged me by smiling and letting me know that if there was anything he could help me with to let him know. That told me that I'd be back, because I hate being waited on by the "pressure salesman." On my return trip, UK and Dave allowed me to try several Tucsons and we came up with a price that suited us all. (I had also tried a Mazda CX7 and a Subaru Outback.) UK, Dave, and Jessica all helped me through the process with respect and enthusiasm. As a single woman, I appreciated that very much. UK sat with me in the car and went over all that I needed to know and he even helped me connect my phone to Blue Tooth. I didn't mention that it took him about a half hour to remove my rusted license plate from my old car, but he was ever so patient in doing it. I believe the plate and the phone was above and beyond the call of duty. He was great! I am now the happy driver of my new Chai Bronze Tucson and I look forward to many more trips to Apple Valley Hyundai when my car needs to be serviced! Gail Johnson

I had planned to by from another dealer but they were so nasty I called Apple Valley just to see if they might have a similar car. They were about to close, but agreed to wait for me. I came in, selected my car that nite and they had it ready to go that Saturday with financing complete. Every step of the way they were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. 5 isn't good enough -- these folk are "15". Highly recommend them for attitude, helpfulness and price. I love my car.

Salesman (UK) did a great job, very knowledgeable and patient. I end up buying a Elantra. Very nice car for price and sporty looking. Only bad experience I had with this dealership was finance mgr. Nothing personal on this lady. I felt I WAS LIED to on several different occasions.Felt very rushed to sign papers without being explained to on diff. signings. When I questioned different things, when she would talk to me, she would be looking in a different direction or with her head down.I asked her if I had time to call my bank to ask a question, she replied she is in a hurry because of another customer waiting. When I left talking to her and went to get the keys to my car, the lights in the building were off and I didn't see any other customers. To make this short, I felt I was mislead and rushed to sign the papers. This is just one reason why I felt she wasn't telling me the complete truth. PLEASE understand this is not a personal attack, I am just answering this survey honestly. Again UK the salesman, sales mgr. and another salesman Perry, were really professional, nice people. Because of the bad situation with the finance person, I am not sure about buying another vehicle with this dealership. I am very happy with my car,which is very important. Understand, the numbers above do not reflect my over all experience and there were many GREAT things about APPLE VALLEY also... TODD DYE

Came in on Monday (10/31) to do a trade in from my Hyundai Santa Fe to a Hyundai Sonata. The second we walked in the staff was incredibly difficult to deal with. The sales person ran my credit and then pointed to three cars that he said were 'suitable' for me. They refused to work with a trade in, though, citing various reasons that I knew were untrue.I ended up going to a different dealership, and told them the things that were told me by the Hyundai dealership. I am now the proud new owner of a Ford Fusion. It's rather unfortunate, though, because I've always driven Hyundai. They refused to deal with me, though, and now they have lost not only me as a customer, but my coworkers who were also looking to Hyundai as well.

I decided to buy a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited sedan. I went through USAA's buying service. I spec'ed out the 2011 Turbo and Limited versions with the navigation system installed. While I heard from three dealerships, only Josh Knafel of Apple Valley Hyundai stayed on track and went the extra mile to ensure that I got the car I wanted. It took several weeks for him to find the car but called me several times to keep me informed of the progress. I wanted the car in blue but he called and said that he had a 2012 model in Harbor Gray and offered it to me at the price quoted by USAA for the 2011 model. I had to drive 3.5 hours to get to the dealership from my home in West Virginia. It was worth the trip to this dealership. When I arrived on Friday, Aug 12, the car was detailed and sitting under the front canopy. Josh was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We took a long test drive and he answered all my questions with ease. Josh also made the sales process extremely easy. He took additional time explaining in great detail how each feature on the car worked, even setting up my cell phone on blu-tooth. I was extremely impressed by that.Liza Petrucci is the finance officer and she did not try to pressure me into buying any additional products that I didn't want. She was processing many autos sold that day and was very busy but she took her time to ensure that I had her total focus. She is very professional and friendly. She made the process a breeze. Very efficient financial processing. The best I have ever experienced.This an excellent dealership that I highly recommend to everyone looking in this auto line.

I could have leased a car closer to home but based on a recommendation from afriend in Winchester, I trekked 70 miles to Apple Vally Hyundai. The personal service by salesman Butch Johnson was great. He went out of his way to accomodate me and see that I got the best deal including trading in my old car. Liza Petrucci made the normally awful process of signing all the paperwork much easier by her pleasant pesonality and her professionalism. Even the sales manager Andy Gray came up and introduced himself which was thoughtful of him. A man named Perry (don't remember his last name) gave me a hands-on tour of my new car. Thanks Perry! All in all, I couldn't be happier with the way Apple Vally Hyundai treated and I wll gladly return there for future business.

Two weeks ago my wife and I were shopping at the deli and just dropped into the Apple Valley Hyundai dealership down the street on a whim. I had read a lot about the new body styles for the Elantra, Sonata and Veloster, so I was excited to see if I could actually fit into one of these vehicles (I'm 6'4" tall). When we arrived on the lot we began looking at a black 2011 Elantra GLS. Josh Knafel came out to greet us, very casually and without any sense of putting pressure on us. We were just trying to enjoy our afternoon and hadn't really intended to do anything more than look. Turns out I could fit but had a bit of trouble with the Limited's headroom. So we asked what they could do on a trade. Josh surprised us and offered to let us take the car off the lot to finish our shopping while they evaluated our car. When we returned they offered a fair deal on my 2009 Honda Accord even though it had high miles for its age. I later checked all the online used car rating services and found they were right in line with the average adjusted for miles and condition. So, we said what the heck, and told him we'd consider the black GLS, but asked if Josh could hold it. We offered to write a check, but he told us he'd take our word on it and hold the car until we had a chance to think it over. About four days later we returned but I wasn't sure about the color and really wanted a Limited after learning more about them. At this point they had lost a few chances to sell the GLS but I couldn't really live with the choice long term. So despite their inconvenience, I asked if Josh would make me a deal on a silver 2011 Elantra Limited he had on the lot. He wasn't sure if it was available and worked with his manager to check on whether it or another car could work. In the meantime I also asked if he would match an online pricing website's agreed upon price a co-worker told me about. At this point I thought I had stretched the limit of what I could expect from the dealership and Josh. Turns out Josh was able to make it work and I even got the silver Limited on the lot without having to wait for a transfer from another dealer. He then spent a significant amount of time with me going over every detail in how it was supposed to operate. I have since put on nearly 1,000 miles (I drive 186 miles per day to work and back). It has turned out to be a great car for me to drive in the Washington DC metro area and out here in Winchester. My wife dropped off the Honda valet key today and also noticed the lot was emptied out from just last week when we picked up the car. This is a very successful and high-volume dealership I would strongly recommend.

From the moment I met Butch Johnson, I felt he was an honest and trustworthy person. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was pretty much dreading going to a dealership to buy a new car, but Butch took away the fear and made it a very pleasurable experience.I had sent an inquirey to the dealership for an out the door price and was given a quote. Sounded like a good deal to me, but I was a little leary from dealing with other dealers that it was just a come on and the price would surely escalate when I went in, but he was true to his word and I was very pleased with everything. When I was in the market for another used car, this was my top choice because of the friendliness of the staff as well as the service department from past visits. I was greeted immediately by Butch, and I appreciated very much his understanding of what I was looking for. He never tried to push me towards his choice of vehicles, which I had experienced at another dealership. I was given excellent treatment on my trade-in. I can in there with a 09 Sante Fe in hopes of getting my payments down and getting a more fuel efficent vehicle. I wasnt expecting to get a new car at all but asked for a slightly used. Perry asked all the questions up front (mileage, remaining balance, etc). That very same day he called me back and gave me the option of getting in a brand new Sonata. He made it happen. I went in to do all the paperwork and Perry went over EVERYTHING about this car and even helped me set up the bluetooth for my phone. The car was ready under their canopy all cleaned up and a full tank of gas when I got to the dealership. Liza went through all the paperwork with me and was fast and very curtious when I denied certain things such as gap insurance. Did not force anything or pressure me at all. Gave me the info and when I said no, she moved forward. I liked that. I was in the dealership for maybe an hour and that was it. This was my second vehicle purchase from Perry and Apple Valley Hyundai and I WILL be back again!

I really cannot say enough good things about Apple Valley Hyundai and my experience. They made car buying, something I had dreaded, into a real joy. AVH has my loyal business from here on out. I have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so. I was particularly impressed with the team approach that was as easy and natural as can be. Everyone pitched in to make the purchase and delivery go smoothly, from the great sales manager Andy Gray on down the line.My initial contact was with Cassie Nieberlein and although we did not find the right vehicle on my first trip I returned the next day after having less than stellar experiences at Carmax and Browns Hyundai in Leesburg. I came back out to AVH after talking to Andy Gray on the phone about getting in a Touring and also explaining my poor credit situation. Andy was as easy going and low pressure as Cassie had been and they were the reason for my return. When I came back out Cassie was off but everyone pitched in even though it was Cassie's sale (impressive). Andy showed me the car (a service loaner) and made the deal (car had a thousand miles on it so he gave me a thousand off) and Jessica Peer handled all the paperwork. Perry Sager showed me the books and introduced the cars controls. Finally, Liza Petrucci sealed the deal and I drove home in my beautiful Elantra Touring. It was exactly the way a sales team should operate and I can't say enough good things about them. Probably the best way to describe it is to say not only has my view of car salesman been changed but the staff really are the kind of folks I could hang out with and I think that says a lot. I really feel like they built a relationship with me, one built on genuinely trying to satisfy the customer. Something that is sorely lacking in most businesses these days.

I had my own financing so we really didn't have to do anything there. However Jessica was very organized and we blew right through the processing of picking up the car. This is the third Hyundai my family has gotten from this dealership. We have gotten our vehicles there in 2006, 2009, and now our current vehicle in 2011. We have used Butch Johnson as our salesman each time and have always been extremely pleased with his friendliness and knowledge. Perry Sager, our sales representative, was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgable about the automobiles. He worked very hard to help us get the deal that was acceptable to us, and went over all aspects of the vehicle with us from bumper to bumper. Delivery was as promised on time. I would have thought that this would have been seen by the service department in preparing the car for delivery but I also blame myself for accepting the car without seeing this myself. Other then this, I am very happy with the entire process.

Best deal from Fairfax to Hagerstown on a 2011 Sonata ! Easiest time ever buying a New car. No hidden cost and Perry was extremely professional and up front about everything. Could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end !!! Even after the business/finance individual left for the evening, Andy was more than willing to step in and finalize the deal. Great experience, Great people. Would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

I have given Apple Valley Hyundai the rating I have presented due to the excellent service they provided. UK, the sales associate I was paired up with was extremely nice and helpful when it came to purchasing a new 2011 Hyundai Elantra for myself. He along with his manager negotiated a price that met my limit and allowed for me to purchase the vehicle. Once having signed all papers, I was given a walk through of the facility that included the service area. UK also walked me through all the electronics and under the hood components.

perry sager was not the pushy type ,drove with us ,explained all the monthly amounts with different down payments ,got back in the car with us (when the car came in a week later)and went over aa the buttons ect. with us ,and dave was helpfull also and the best seller in the place was the car.I will go back when I buy my next car....and lisa who handled all the paperwork was very helpful she explained all the warantees and the many options we had in the payments ,overall all depts were very helpfull and KNOWLEDGABLE (SORRY ABOUT THE SPELLING...0

The service department is the best I've ever dealt with and they go above and beyond for quality service. I will buy another Hyundai just because I know my service wil be top quality. Thanks service department guys!!! YOU ROCK!!!Now the sales people could use some work on quality service. I didn't buy my car from this particular dealership because of the sales guy we initially spoke with at this dealership. He was not willing to find me the car I wanted and wanted me to settle, so I marched my self to fairfax, VA and bought my car there.

The advertisment in the Northern Virginia Daily in December caught our in eye enough to come in and inquire about the car. Price of the car was applealing and the interest rate was good 3.9% was satisfactory. The professionalism of the salesman and financial person was very good. We would return and buy another car from this dealer.

I am a first time Hyundai buyer. The people at Apple Valley Hyundai were very helpful and informative about the cars they offered. Butch Johnson was a pleasure to work with. He did not use the uncomfortable sales tactics of the Chevy and Ford delaers down the street. The confidence he had in the cars he had on the lot was all he needed to see me a car! He took the time to patiently help us set up the instruments in the car. He also made a point to stay after hours to accommodate our schedule. The manager was surpisingly respectable on the price negotiations. Overall, I went from an eleven year relationship with Toyota to a new, happy, and very satisfied relationship with Hyundai!!

The dealership is definitely low pressure which I greatly appreciated. They met the price quote I had from a buying service vs another dealer that would not & was also very high pressure. This dealership definitely is one I would go to again if I'm in the market for a car. The one thing that didn't sit well was that I called my salesman back & left a message for him to call me because I had A question on the car & he never returned my call. Overall though my experience with the dealer was fine.

Our experience in buying a new Santa Fe Limited at Valley Hyundai was totally satisfying. Josh Knafel was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He did not pressue us and he provided quick and accurate answers to all of our questions regarding standard features, available upgrade packages and options and pricing. And when it came to price, Valley Hundai matched the price we could have gotten for the same fully equipped vehicle if we had gone to a "USAA Certified Dealer" in Northern Virginia or Maryland. When we arrived to pick up our car, it was spotlessly clean and ready for us to drive off the lot (after Josh showed us how to operate all of the gizmos). Financing was a breeze...... and at a very competitive rate. So far we are "sold" on this dealership (and this car)! We have not needed any service at this point, so I did not provide a rating for the Customer Service and Quality of Work categories. I will do so after we get a few routine service appointments under our belts.

Got a good deal with a trade from our old car. Got a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and loving it. The dealership was interested in finding out what we wanted and how they could work with us to make us happy. We needed a car that was big enough for our kids car seats and had at least front wheel drive. We are happy with our decision with the car and Apple Valley Hyundai.

My original car had been totaled in an accident (not my fault) and so I was dealing with the insurance company for payment. Butch and the gang understood that and made the buying very easy! With Dave's excellent customer service we decided it was time for a new car and we chose the Hyundai Sonata. Once again Dave barnett, Butch Johnson and Liza Petrucci were fantastic. The customer service at Apple Valley Hyundai is exemplary. The work was completed promptly and by highly competent technicians led by a great service manager. The price charged was very reasonable. I have bought a number of vehicles from them and have had great sucess with them all. The professional approach and step by step concern to help you through the car buying experience takes some of the anxiety out of buying a car. I was looking for a Tuscon for my Daughter and when they didn't have what I was looking for on the lot they found one that suited my needs and the delivery of the car was perfect. The service team is competent and attentive and stands by their work. The dealership itself is clean and well organized, something that shows me the care they put into how they run their business. Furthermore, Jessica delivered exemplary expertise and cordial information regarding the financing and warranty options, which made the business end of the car purchase transaction far less daunting than what most customers would probably perceive. The Service Department is always friendly and helpful. I don't necessarily like my car, a Hyundai VeraCruz, but I do like the service help I get from this dealership. Especially noteworthy about this dealership is that I didn't buy my vehicle from them but they still give me great service. Unfortunately I was on vacation in Florida when my old vehicle died and I bought my VeraCruz in Orlando and regret it every day. The VeraCruz '07 model has cheap thin leather on the armrests and door handles and it actually rubs off when you try to clean it. The engine has a knock already, less than 50K, the lights have issues; when the car is off and key is out it still dings as if you forgot to remove the key. And the tires are hard to find replacements for. It seems this year and model are different than all others. The service department has worked very hard to correct these deficiencies but I think the car is just a lemon. I only marked down the overall experience because of the vehicle itself, which has no reflection on this dealership or the service department which I feel are both excellent.

I now own an 05' Hyundai Tucson and I have never been more satisfied with a vehichle. I also returned back to Apple Valley's service department for a small repair, and was WELL taken care of! I've been looking for a new all wheel drive vehicle for a while and using services to price cars such as Truevalue.com. I've looked at several brands (e.g., Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Subaru), not considering Hyundai. Yesterday, I stopped by just by chance to look at a Santa Fe. I was not expecting much from the brand. I was very wrong. I'm very impressed now with the brand and the quality of the build. Moreso, I was very impressed by this dealership. Cassie was probably the most professional salesperson I have dealt with in all my years of buying new cars - and that is longer than I care to admit. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The salesmanger was straight forward and a pleasure to work with. The pricing is very fair for both the new vehicle and my late model trade. I would absolutely recommend this dealership without reservation. In fact, I suggest that it's worth the trip for persons out of the area.
