I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from Apple Valley Honda and was pleasantly surprised. I initial was only looking to buy a certified Accord but also got a new Honda civic as well when they showed me a great lease option. The sales people were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The whole experience was great! I have been back for service for both vehicle and each time has exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Apple Valley Honda to everyone!

I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Apple Valley Honda. I also have all my service done there because they have the best service department in town! I keep coming back to the dealership because it always has a great selection of vehicles and the friendliest staff. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!!

Went to Apple Valley Honda to have my vehicle service, they were quick and thoroughly with the inspection and was able to find other upcoming issues that might cause my vehicle to have problems down the road. They will definitely see my vehicle at the shop again.

I have had difficult buying experiences before and have been cautious about most dealerships. Not with Apple Valley Honda. I finally found a place that makes buying a car easy. Their staff is very friendly and the sales professionals are just that, professional. I'm going to buy all my cars from Apple Valley Honda from now on.

I wouldn't take or buy my vehicle anywhere else! They have the best prices and customer service overall. I bought a New Honda Crosstour and decided to purchase and extended service contract. I am so glad I did because now I have the peace of mind that when my vehicle fails, I will be well taken care of!

My family has bought a total of five vehicles here at Apple valley honda, customer service is a plus, even their facilities feels like home, no pressure from the sales department, very straight forward people, I would recommend anybody looking for a new/used vehicle give this people a try. I have bought 3 cars from Apple Valley Honda. The reason I keep going back is because of the people that work there. Both the sales people and the service people are great to work with, they make you feel comfortable and treat you like you are family. This is the only place I will buy a car and have my car serviced. Highly recommend to anyone!!

I've been looking for a Subaru for some time... and after they received a recent trade, Thor called to tell me about it. It was one of those older, low miles, well cared for vehicles. The proverbial little old lady kind... It was amazing. They were patient and worked with me through the process. Even in the beginning they didn't try to suggest something they had on the lot, that wasn't what I wanted. Also, respected my price and payment desires...

I was in the market for a certified 2010 Accord EX-L and after searching more local dealerships I located the right car at the right price at Apple Valley Honda. It was worth the trip! Ramon was our salesman and he truly believes in the Honda product line and prides himself on his customer service. Brett assisted on the final deal and we were soon on the road home. Staff was courtious and we were treated with respect. The buying process was without the pressure more commonly found in my local dealerships. I only wish Apple Valley was closer so that I could give their service department a try!

Lucked out when found this dealership, came in looking for a preowned vehicle, and found out the perfect one Honda civic sedan with really low miles, and at a price that I could afford. Transaction was very smooth and I could feel that I was getting treated with respect, which now days is hard to get specially in a car dealership. I bought my Honda Accord at Apple Valley Honda and decided to try their service department that was 5 years ago! They are wonderful to work with and I recommend them to my family and friends every chance I get! We've had our oil changed, an issue with our glove box checked out and they had to check out and repair our power steering, which took a bit of time but they arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle! The Service Department at Apple Valley Honda and the staff is top notch!

When we bought our used Honda Accord, we had a unique buying experience. For the first time in our history of buying a car, we did not feel pressured from the salesman. We have had the car for a bit now & we can tell the work they said they put into the car, really was done. It has been the best car purchase we have ever made. We will be back!

Dealing with sales staff and vehicle selection didn't work out at this small dealer. Sales staff seemed distant and the vehicle inventory was small. Recommend the larger auto groups in the Wenatchee area. Honda really has a limited product range and followup service confidence is key to making a purchase for most buyers. Honda needs a large SUV similar to the Toyota Sequoia, Nissan Armada, Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban.
