My experience with Anytime Auto Group was excellent! I found the vehicle I was looking for on carsforsale.com that was completely rust-free. With the good reviews we felt confident to wire the full purchase price and then fly out several days later to drive it back to the East Coast. The paperwork only took about 20 minutes. These guys are great! I've been coming to Anytime Auto for years. I was initially referred by a family member and couldn't be happier with the results. They have been helping me with trade-ins and new purchases over the past decade. They have great quality vehicles for sale and outstanding customer service. Customer service you cannot find at big namebrand dealerships. All of my vehicle purchases from Anytime Auto have been properly maintained vehicles. I highly suggest Anytime Auto, they are honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with!

Wasted my time driving from Redlands to here and back. Especially when no one greeted me and my my daughter. We even left the lot and came back a second time 30min later. Still no one came to greet or help us. The car we were looking at was brought in and it had a bad smell on the engine with damages that was not mentioned on the front bumper, right front seat, and the third row just to name a few. The worse part is the car had a rolled back odometer warning from carfax that they sent. When I brought it up on the OfferUp messaging they said that they were not aware of it. I mean how do you not know your inventory? Especially when they were not busy at all. I was the only one on the lot. Literally, since no one came out to help us. Came in with cash on hand and walked out with cash on hand. On to the next dealer for me.

Called a day in advance to check out a car. The following day I go to check out the car and make a 90+ minute drive to the dealer only for them to tell they had sold it already. I wouldn’t wanna buy a car from an incompetent dealer. On top of that they were very rude. AVOID!!

This is not professional dealership . Cell Person never call back.I come three times paper ,was not prepared. work so sloppily ,not accurately.I paid for registration and never see my registration

Purchased a 2007 VW from Anytime Auto 3 months ago and I love it, runs great and in outstanding condition and GREAT PRICE! Worked with Andrei and he was really nice and helpful, he put in the work to get me financed and I really couldn't be happier. I went to check out a completely different car and saw my VW instead, good inventory - all seem to be in good condition and priced very well. Would definitely recommend.

By far the WORST place I've ever gone to try and purchase a vehicle. I have bought plenty of cars NEW and used. I came in looking for a specific vehicle that my girlfriend was interested and it drove terrible. They will tell you anything to tell you a car be careful with >STAN talks to his employees as If they were dirt. He is one rude salesman if you go be sure to check the cars that's if you don't mind being treated bad and lied to Ps. Good luck. Thank you for reading.

Im on the fence debating wether or not i should b a returning customer? Feel as if my business was not appreciated the 2nd time around at first I had a wonderful buying experience. I'd like not 2 think that it was due to my heavy down Pymt. Nevertheless, 1st car paid off and boy I can admit they were extremely resourceful in assisting me to payoff my 1st vehicle. So when i decided to become a returning customer, i was extremely disappointed. I sincerely thought i had been fooled with how this dealer expressed themselves at 1st as no comparison to those small time dealers out there! U know where u jus never know what 2 expect. 2nd time around i was jus deserted as if I had jus walked in empty handed let alone one car had been paid off but sat around like i was nobody or as if I was begging for a free vehicle! I felt neglected and not appreciated & felt perhaps it was Cuz I did not walk in with Cash Money this time. Anyhow, I truly do love their staff they are extremely well informed with their inventory. I will admit one thing & the reason for my review, they take pride in their luxury inventory vehicles here! Simply amazing & gorgeous vehicles they tend to have avail for sale. I still wonder if my business was or will ever be praised again. All in all, i have recommended many others to this dealer wether they may or may not be aware of. I know if I owned my business & had a returning customer, I'd make the very best effort to acquire their business once again & help them walk out once again happy as they did the very 1st time.....i can't help it sometimes i catch myself still checking out their beautiful inventory on their website pretty much on a weekly basis & boy if they only new that my pride has gotten in the way of given it another shot! Their loss, Cuz my interest from the beginning has been to buy toys not an everyday vehicle!

Went looking for a specific car and they didn't even try to help me at all. they were all standing around smoking their cigarettes. this was the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. And not only that the had me feeling the application and they said I had to wait an HOUR!!!! (which I did) and little did I know they were pulling all their cars in to the lot and they were closing. And the salesperson didn't give an effort into selling the car. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone at ALL!!!!

I had made an inquiry regarding a vehicle thru their internet sales department. It has been over three weeks and not even a reply to let me know vehicle has been sold. I inquired on another vehicle and I had the exact same experience. If you need a care please do not use their internet services or your dream car will be GONE before you even know it's there. =)
