I knew what I wanted in a car and they delivered. They did not have the color I wanted on the lot, but they went down to Kentucky to get it. It was the first car I have purchased. The dealership made it simple as possible.

Randy Bush and Brandon Hoffman were excellent to deal with. Even though Brandon was new to the job, he was very thorough and easy to deal with, which I appreciated. Both he and Randy seemed to genuinely want and value my business, and I feel that they were honest and upright throughout the whole process. They worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with.

We were very impressed with the personal service we received at this dealership. We were greeted promptly by a very nice salesman and was introduced to the sales manager shortly there after, There was no type of sales pressure at any time to buy or influence us as what to buy or what we should buy. We were made aware of all the purchasing/leasing options. We were introduced to the Customer Service Rep. and given a tour of the service area. It was a friendly, friendly, friendly experience and probably the main reason we decided to lease at Andy Mohr Hyundai, in Bloomington. We had pretty much shopped at 6 or 7 other dealerships around central and southern Indiana but the friendly attitude and service we experienced was the main reason we decided to do business here.

Dealt with different dealers! U're the top! Family atmosphere, real easy to work within! No pressure, no trips back & fourth ! Very clean house, outside & inside ! My salesman Darris Triplett was a very friendly and was able to answer all my qusestion's. Manager Randy Bush was a grate help to me and was a very friendly person and was also a grate help to me.

Salesperson and Sales Manager were fine to work with. I am disappointed that the navigation system card was not up to date. The dealership's response to my concern was to download Apple Play, and use Google Maps from my iphone. However no one at the dealership had ever downloaded Apple play and so no one knew how. I came home and was finally able to figure it out and download it to my Simm card and then to install it in my car. And while Apple Play will does allow me to use Google Maps that are up to date, I have made three long distance trips (over 800 miles each) already and it costs a significant amount of money to continuously stream the maps to my car. I had to increase my cell phone plan because of overage of data usage. I believe Hyundai should have provided a current SIMM card when I purchase a $42,000 vehicle or offer me the update at no charge. Not happy with this.

Brandon did an excellent job. He was straightforward, friendly, thorough. He followed up to see if I had any questions. The other staff (sales manager Randy, and the finance manager) were also extremely helpful and thorough. A+

We had an entirely satisfactory relationship with the Hyundai corporation. They treated us with courtesy and answered all questions. The young salesman, Conner, was straightforward, polite, and very helpful. I would recommend him highly.

Sales manager Randy Bush and our salesman Connor were very courteous and knowledgeable about our questions during our test drive of the Tucson. Power driver seat was a selling point for us. I am 5' so the power seat gets me where I need to be vision wise.that beats a manual pump on seat.

Brian Campbell, Dan Campbell, Randy Bush and Courtney Salazar were AMAZING. Usually the idea of going into a car buying situation sounds horrible, tedious and something seriously dreaded. I actually almost had FUN. REALLY! My husband contacted 2 dealerships to buy a Hyundai. One took 3 days to respond with a rude response and Courtney here at Andy Mohr responded in under an hour! Very quick turn around that definitely got us in the door! (Don't lose her). We drove a little over an hour south and were greeted very friendly upon getting out of the car by Brian Campbell. He was a great guy to talk to. We laid it all out there for what we wanted, price, colors, package etc... He immediately jumped on it to get the sale going. We all did a test drive together and returned for them to start looking for what we wanted. Randy and Brian were great to talk to, we all laughed and had a good time, they spent time trying to find what we asked for, they met our price and really helped us out. I completely enjoyed the process that is usually torturous and I would VERY GLADLY go back and do it all over again. I look forward to buying all my cars there and any recommendations I can send down there, I will. Dan Campbell made the checking out process smoother than I have ever done it before. In fact, they need us to sign more papers but being Dan lives up near me, he's just going to travel to my home to have me sign them instead of driving back down!! Now THAT is service!!!

I recently had to get my vehicle worked on since I was in an accident and the service was great! All through the process I was kept updated and was even given a loaner vehicle to drive while I was without my car. Both staff members knew what was going on during my repairs and answered all my questions without hesitation. My car looks great and I can't thank the staff at Hyundai Collision enough!

We are so pleased with our experience we would not hesitate to recommend Hyundai to friends and family. Our sales person, Gerard, was very knowledgeable about our car, but also about other Hyundai and/or Honda models making it so easy to answer our questions quickly and accurately on the spot. Randy Bush, the sales manager, was excellent as well. He bent over backward to answer any questions we had about pricing and servicing available at the dealership. We purchased the 2016 Sonata Sport in Venetian Red. It is a beautiful car, drives so smoothly and rides very quietly. This is the very first new car we have ever purchased. It was well worth the wait!
