Overall it was a great experience from our initial contact to Kari who completed the sale of and finally Jeremy who completed the financing end for my Ford Explorer. It was nice that I was allowed to take the vehicle for a couple of hours to give my husband a chance to check it out, drive it, etc. Since my husband works until 7 pm and most Saturdays, I also appreciate Kari and Jeremy staying after hours to complete the deal.The one negative is when this survey was emailed and the letter that was sent to our home was addressed to my husband. It is my vehicle, my name is first on the title and more importantly I am making the payments. So it is somewhat sad here in 2016, that communication is addressed only to my husband and not me who was the real buyer.

Service is great, and associates are friendly and helpful. However I am very disappointed with my 2013 Ford Focus. When I first purchased the car, I had it into the shop many times to resolve the issue of the jerking of the transmission....I know they say its normal but its literally still jerking me as i accelerate or decelerate. Once they offered me the extended warranty I took it and gave up. Didn't seem like it could ever be fixed. My last car was a Chevy Cavalier which I drove until it had 325,000 miles on it with no issue. In fact my brother is still driving it and its nearing 375k miles. I love the Focus in how it looks but I have about had it with the jerking and its very embarrassing to drive other people. I am hoping to sell it by fall so I can get a car that drives how a new car should. I recommend this dealership to my friends for the exceptional service and friendly associates but will never recommend buying a Focus, worse car I have ever owned.

My recent visit to A/K was great. Closer to my home than the dealership I purchased the car from 5 years ago. Dealership was clean and uncluttered. My call for an appointment was taken care of by a knowledgeable person. The appointment was the next day, how quick. Coupons for discounts received two weeks earlier were accepted and appreciated. The work was done in record time and I swear my car drove better on the trip home. I will be back. Thanks.

I bought a sweet '07 mustang gt convert from Isaac and he and the rest of the staff were great to deal with! Isaac was quick to follow up with me on some paint repairs that were needed in one area on the rear bumper. I brought it in two days after purchase - they took the whole bumper off and repainted it to match perfectly! Couldn't be happier with the car, the deal and the work the body shop did!

I was not impressed with Jeff Freese. I came in to test drive a new 2016 Expedition. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very nice and polite. Jeff came up and asked what I was in looking for. I asked about the Expedition and he said that he didn't have any available. He grabbed me a brochure and stapled his business card to the front cover. He told me to have a nice day and left, like he was in a hurry to get rid of me. So I left; as I was driving through the new truck row, I saw an Expedition parked next to some Explorers. I got out and took a look at it. It was exactly what I was looking, however I didn't want to deal with Jeff as he acted like if I wasn't going to buy anything today, it was worth talking to me anymore. I was told that this was a great dealership to buy vehicles from but unless there are better salesmen at this dealership, I will not waste my time

Called the Service Department in the morning with fluid leak of some sort, Doug found a way to get me in that afternoon to find out what the problem was. Found that oil was leaking from the filter on my 2014 Edge. New filter and topped off the oil problem solved.

My only issue is that when the tires were rotated they lowered the air pressure in them from the 48 pounds I run them at to 35 pounds. I prefer to drive on tires a bot below recommended max.

Frustrated with part quality because I had this part warrantied 6 months and less than 10k miles ago. Oil change for a 2016 Mustang GT. The SYNC was inoperative when I took delivery of the car after the oil change. The dealership asked me to make an appointment to repair it. On the way home, I noticed my Motorola cell phone was locked up. I shut off the car and the cell phone. The SYNC returned to normal operation after I restarted the car. May be some sort of incompatability problem with SYNC and a Motorola Razr.

I love my 2011 Ford Escape that I purchased in 2013. I got backed into by someone who broke my taillight and didn't bothering leaving a note with their name and number but stopped at Anderson Koch Ford after work, they ordered a new light which came in the next day and my cracked one was replaced the next day after wotk. Great service and always so friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase or have my vehicle serviced.

I love my new (used) vehicle...2014 Ford Edge. This was my 1st oil change and the service dept (Eli) was very knowledgeable about answering my questions...a couple weeks ago I lost some power while driving on the freeway. I barely made it to my appointment. I called your service department (Eli answered) & he told me what to do, as the "wrench icon" was showing on the Edge's screen! So, I turned off the engine, waited a few minutes for the computer to reset, then started the engine & the lights on the dash were working again, air conditioner was working again & I had power again!!!When I came in for the oil change, Eli assured me that this lack of power probably wouldn't be an ongoing problem. But if it happened again, call the service department and they would figure out why I lost power again!Regarding the oil change, I appreciated how quick the oil was changed, I was called when the service was complete and I received a "No charge" for the service, since it was my 1st oil change.I like how friendly everyone is in your organization...while I was waiting to get my paperwork, our salesman, Rob, came over to talk and inquire how my Edge was!Thanks for making my first experience with you an enjoyable one!!!

Overall, the service and staff were good. I left the truck to have four new tires placed on it. When I returned to pay I offered my Owner's Advantage card and the gentleman told me he couldn't apply it because I hadn't showed the card when I dropped off my truck. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that, unless it was in the instructions that came with the card over a year ago. As it turns out, use of the Owner's Advantage card didn't apply because I was already getting a deal by virtue of the fact I was buying 3 and getting 1 free. Also, I had to ask the gentleman about the manufacturer's rebate. He said, "Oh yeah, I forgot to give you this (a rebate coupon of sorts) and go to the website." Had I not looked at the bill and noticed the price was higher than what had been quoted over the phone, I would have ended up paying more. To be fair, the gentleman did offer to show me how to navigate through the Ford website to secure the rebate. I appreciated that. For a guy that buys tires so rarely, I would have appreciated a service professional that does it everyday ensuring all the bases had been covered. But don't get me wrong, the service was overall good.

The service was very bad! Brought it in for my" free "oil change the second time was charged for both..my 2014 ford fusion door hinges where going bad they fixed one .all four where bad brought it back they wanted to charge me because I live on a dirt road.and that was the problem ARE YOU serious 28k on it .then found out they way overcharged me on the car .all take some blame on that for trusting a sales men.

The vehicle I was looking at was a 2011 and was missing parts. The salesman knew I was coming, but didn't have keys ready or any knowledge of the vehicle. He also didn't want to look for the information, so we left and bought somewhere else.

Found their dealership online while I was used car shopping. Gave them a simple call on a truck I liked and they were extremely helpful over the phone and when I came into the dealership to look at the vehicle. I have already referred a few friends there.
