They listened to my concerns and made sure he understood what I was saying. Informed me of a long wait and set me up in a rental car for the day. Thought we had the issue repaired but had to return the next business day and without delay I had another rental car and received update calls and that it was ready to go the next day. Requested that I take my car for a test drive before closing the ticket. I got my new car back running and sounding great. I felt safe and comfortable in my 2015 Sentra again. Thanks guys.

Came into the shop at 5:30pm and was taken care of immediately. Needed a battery replaced and it was done and i was out of there before 6pm. Our service advisior Demi T. always takes care of us!! All the advisors are always helpful and look out for discounts etc. to help us out. We only bring our vehicle to be serviced at Ancira Nissan.

I came in with two needs-(1) 6 month service and (2) replace broken rear tail light lens from hail storm! Joshua stated that the service would take 45 minutes-he was wrong, it took 50 minutes! Broken tail light lens was replaced in about 30 minutes through John Campbell! Very good service!!

I had called the closes Nissan dealership (IPAC) to my house to ask a simple question. I got a very rude man on the line. I got upset ! So I called Ancira Nissan where we got our Armada from originally. I ask the service department my question about my battery. " I have an 84 month battery it's not wanting start my truck is it covered can you please look into this for me?" The man on the phone was more than helpful. I went after work to Ancira I waited for about 45 mins and I was done and out. Not bad for a Friday evening. I learning my lesson always go to Ancira Nissan even if it's not the closes to you.

We went Ancira Nissan to have a burned-out rear bulb replaced. While we were there, we were notified of a recall on the air bags, and the corrective action was taken right then, without us having to travel another time to the dealership.

I was greeted within seconds of pulling into the Service Dept. It was clearly communicated to me what my charges were going to be, since I'd inquired on the status of a pre-paid maintenance plan. I also was advised of 2 recall notices that I was unaware of, so they were able to look into those.

The service crew were attentive and courteous. The customer service waiting area was clean and inviting. The work was completed quickly and the costs were inline with the work performed. My only suggestion would be to stop telling me to bring my truck back during the week for warranty work. I visit on Saturday because as an executive my work week is full up your staff to cover warranty work on the weekend.

I have been a customer for ANCIRA since I purchased my Pathfinder in 2006. I can't say that there hasn't been issues during all this years, it wouldn't be realistic, but there's always been an immediate response from management and the issue resolved. I always feel confident that my Pathfinder will get the best service at Ancira, and I feel safe driving out knowing my vehicle will give me the safest and best performance from the persons who work at Ancira's service Department. When I arrived at Ancira Nissan was expecting the same (seems to be the new normal) but was greeted by Steven a warm, friendly, and extremely professional sales representative. Listen to my concerns and my prior car buying experience and made it a point to turn a negative into a positive. I purchased the vehicle I should have purchased in the first place at this dealership. Steven made the process so easy and fast. Then, Arturo in finance was awesome such professionalism all the way around. In the future I will only purchase my vehicles from Ancira!!!!! Freddie Apolinar was honest and forthcoming without a lot of unnecessary back and forth consummating the deal - "Sipy" Olivarri is a pleasure to deal with and has been inquisitive concerning the vehicle and how it is working out as a purchase. The support staff was a pleasant surprise - their concern and attentiveness was a welcome change from most other dealerships - Marie (I think) was beyond excellent on the phone and in person - the atmosphere was professional and courteous!

My husband and I were extremely surprised of how great the service was starting with our sales man J Flores, who at the time was busy really busy and still made the time and get is the deal we wanted. The the finance department ( Arturo) Was able to wrap things up and answer all the questions we had. Last the made ready department made the time to make sure the car delivery was perfect. Ana, Justin, Chris, & Michelle took care of me hassle free and I have loved both Altima's I have purchased. I won't go anywhere else for my Nissan car buying needs! Even after I took my car home, I found minor cosmetic damage and they took care of me right away. They were all honest and treated me like I was part of their family! First I have to say I appreciate this dealership does not add miles to the existing fleet of new cars to try to avoid the Texas heat. They actually have golf carts to move in and around the lots. Another Nissan dealership that I visited earlier that day was racking up miles on a poor 2016 pathfinder and the inside was atrocious due to the sales guys taking it for rides moving vehicles back and forth from another lot. They also tried selling us that exact beaten up vehicle which is why we left and went to Ancira Nissan. Ancira Nissan on I10 has the best salesman named Max, he was courteous and listened closely to figure out what we were needing. There was also a new employee who asked Max if she could shadow him and he was very good in his training, taking the time to explain things to her without making us feel awkward or ignored. He balanced between selling and pleasing the customer and training a new employee very well (which he did voluntarily, his boss did not ask him to). We never felt pressured, he is easy going and laid back so the stress never came up until we went into Financing. We did have to make a trip back a few days later when the finance person realized the interest rate did not print on the copy we had signed, which was a bit of an inconvenience but they made a nice recovery, thank you Linda Trevino for going above and beyond at the end of a long day to keep your customers happy and returning.

A week after getting my transmission fluid changed I started to feel some rattling in my car. I knew that it was not the motor mount because the engine stool still when stopped. I figured it was a bulged tire, but could not feel the distortion while on the ground. So I decided to get professional help and sure enough the mechanic noticed several issues related to the front tires. I was walked to my car so that I could see the damage for myself which made me feel more confident about the repairs. My car is back to normal, almost like new again.

I took my 2008 Altima in to have a headlight replaced. Demi Terrazas was extremely professional, thorough and friendly. In addition, I mentioned that I have a 2012 Murano that is about ready for a 75K check up and Demi quickly gave me an overview of what this would entail and the cost. I had an aftermarket pin stripe put on my 5 week old Rogue just to add a bit of flair, and I think it did the trick! The gentleman who applied the paint did it quickly, (10 minutes start to finish) and I even had the choice of what two colors I wanted him to paint.

As I mentioned in a previous survey...Steven Gomez, sales rep, and Justin Long, finance person, did everything in their power to help us get purchase the vehicle we wanted. Justin demonstrated excellent job knowledge and explained all the paperwork clearly, but quickly (it was near 10pm when we finished all the paperwork...but we didn't arrive at the dealership until 7:30pm). Steven waited until after 10pm to show my wife what all the buttons were for, how to work the radio; he even took the time to set up her phone to the Bluetooth. All in all, the experience reminded of how auto dealership reps used to treat their customers...with patience and detailed accuracy to ensure we did not walk out of the showroom without knowing about the product. Called twice for advertised models were in stock.On second time just 1 and half hours before arrival, they confirmed with Tax and Title fees. We asked two cars and they confirmed they had both of themWe drove from Austin to San Antonio, big mistake.They said they were sold yesterday and computer system was not updated correctly. Next step, brought higher price car and would working on that price. Typical scam dealer. We walked away right after they changed two dealers on us. If you want go there, please ask them current photo with dealer holding today's newspaper.

I recently visited the dealership as a repeat customer to purchase another vehicle.I was able to contact my previous sales individual ahead of time, Sipriano Olivarri, and he sent me the requested information very quickly. He was actually out of town on vacation and did this on his own time. We visited the lot that weekend and picked out the vehicle wanted. Sippy arranged the deal with another team member, Sara O'Neill , because he was out of town and didnt want the car to be sold before we could purchase it.All said and done, i was in and out of the dealership and finished with the buying process in just over 2 hours. That includes going through the finance office, Jimmy Guerra, was excellent and easy to deal.Overall, I have no complaints and will return again when I need to.Thank you.

My air-conditioner was not blowing cold air. The dealership drove me home while the car was being repaired. The compressor had to be replaced but was covered under the extended warranty. Car was ready when promised.

My car was leaking AC water directly into my floor boards. It was flooded! I also was moving and had to be out of my apartment that day. Ancira took me in that morning , gave me a ride back to my apartment , and had it all fixed within a couple of hours! I realized that I also needed the tires rotated and asked if they could squeeze me in. Yes, no problem. Again, I expected at least a 2 hr wait. They had put me at the head of the line and got me out within the hour. Everyone at Ancira is super nice, wonderfully patient. It was so nice to see smiling faces on such a stressful day. They turned a potentially bad day into a great day and I was on my way. Even though I am moving from San Antonio, I am still close enough to bring my car back here to be serviced. All my experiences are positive. Please keep it up Ancira! Great service, thank you!

My name is Rogenia Johnson. I needed to purchase a car because I no longer had one at all. I started working again in January, 2016 after a serious health condition prevented me from doing so for more than a year. My credit was not very high because of a divorce. I had made up my mind to go to one of those "buy here, pay here" lots. I had already met with someone at the lot and because of the large down payment that they wanted, I had to wait another 2 weeks for a paycheck to cover the whole deposit. I had been getting emails from normal, legitimate car dealerships and I knew that if I went to one of them, not only would I be embarrassed, but would have no chance of getting a car. I got a phone call one afternoon from Connie Black. She was very professional and said she would do whatever she could to help me. For some reason I trusted that, and went to dealership. She met with me and walked me over to see Jack Clarksen in another area. He was a very down to earth and just talked to me like we were old friends. H and introduced me to Patricia Anderson. He took my information and took it to someone else. He told me what I needed to put down on a car. He found a Nissan Sentra with the things I wanted in it. To top it off, it is a 2015 with less than 5000 miles. I am extremely grateful; I was treated fairly and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy, and I was told that I would have been treated the same way even if I didn't get a car. Jack is extremely knowledgeable so much so, that my daughter be making a purchase once her lease ends in October on the car she has now. One of co-workers also asked where I got my carl. I gave her the dealership name and Jack and Connie's names and phone numbers. Thank you Ancira Nissan for helping me when I was not in the best place in my life but just needed a chance. A difficult task on a teacher's budget. 2. I don't like pushy sales people. They always make me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Our buying process at Ancira Nissan was flawless, it was easy and fair and they did everything that we requested- even to remove their "Ancira" badge. We didn't purchase a Nissan, it was a 2015 Ford Expedition in Bronze Fire. Ever since the hail storms here in San Antonio the dealers have been pushing cars off their lots and we found a pretty nice one. To anyone who is shopping for a new or used car, I highly recommend this dealer and ask for Lee Hinton. Excellent salesman. Also atleast on my mobile device it won't allow me to rate everything 5 stars but I would if I could.

He didn't force me to make any decisions and was straight forward and honest with me. Once I decided on the vehicle, the finance manager, Jimmy, was friendly and helped explain all the paperwork I was signing. I was happy as to how quick and easy the process was for purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. I had been to others around town, but those dealerships would always try and steer me to purchase a 'new' car when I was really only looking of a 'used' vehicle. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Cube from Ancira in May of 2013. 27K miles, in great shape. During the finance process the person doing our finance paperwork was selling us on the need for the extended warranty coverage. He told us that it would cover us for the entire period we would be paying on the vehicle (72 months). Sounded great to me so I agreed. Afterward, when calling to check on whether the coverage would cover a certain issue, I was told the coverage was only until 75K miles. I tried contacting someone at Ancira then but never got a response from several emails. This was in October of 2013. After a while I gave up. I had already moved in September to the Austin area and couldn't drop in and visit them easily. A few months ago as my vehicle was nearing 75K and the warranty would expire, I attempted to contact Ancira again. It again took several emails before I got a response but was finally giving the current finanace manager's email. I finally, after several more emails and calls, was able to speak with him. He told me he couldn't do anything about an issue that was 2-1/2 years old and wanted to know why I hadn't come in 2013 to see them. I explained that I had moved. He told me that most customers who are upset come in ranting and raving. I apologized that I was too calm and collected. Anyway, I was told that he couldn't do anything about a transaction that happened 2-1/2 years ago, but, if I agreed to let them look into getting me in a new deal then he might have room to work with me. I agreed to let them see what they could do. My Cube is at 86K miles now and the transmission is having issues. The only contact I've had from them was an insulting, ridiculous offer to get a new vehicle with $500/mo. payments. They haven't done squat. While the initial transaction was generally okay, they're after-the-sale communication has totally sucked. I wouldn't do business with them again for anything nor would I advise that anyone else do so either.

For the record, because if their effort, even if they wouldn't have been able to get me financed, I still WOULD recommend anyone to them. Again very thoughtful group of people there. Extremely dissatisfied with the dealership and salesman Lee Hinton. We were told that the dealership could find financing for my daughter, who is a college student with no credit. Neither Lee Hinton, nor anyone else from the dealership, contacted my daughter after she submitted her credit application. Another dealership provided financing for my daughter with no problems. Extremely poor service!!!

If your looking for a car look no further than with Ancira Nissan they helped my family and me get three new cars and we couldn't be more happier just go in and ask for Yogin Trivedi he is the best and will make you feel as if you are family. Yogin is with you from start to finish and will stay with you until you drive out happy in your new car even if they are already closed and all the other sales reps have left he is still there waiting for you to finish and drive out happy. I've never seen any better sales rep than that. Yogin will go out with you and you can look at 50 cars if your not happy he won't leave until you are even if you have to look at another 50 more lol. I highly recommend to go to Ancira Nissan if you want a new car or pre-owned they have it all and no one will make you feel more at home than them.

Drove 120 miles from Georgetown, TX to San Antonio, TX to purchase my new 2015 Frontier Crew Cab SV. Being an out of town customer, the vehicle was held for my inspection and purchase. Started an online Chat on Saturday morning at 5:44 am and by 9 am the vehicle was confirmed to be in stock and was assigned a Sales Agent, named Phil Rachal. The Internet Sales Team, Angela Thai and other team members got the ball rolling very quickly. They are really good people, the customer ratings shows the results.

I started out on-line checking various dealerships. Ancira-Nissan had the car I wanted at a reasonable price. My sales rep was Hong Lou - a very friendly, courteous & highly knowledgeable salesman. There was no pressure what-so-ever levied on me. I was extended the utmost courtesy. I was also impressed by the Finance Rep - Arturo Lopez. Paperwork was handled & processed in a highly efficient manner. All of my questions were handled & resolved prior to my leaving. Arturo was a total professional. It sounds old fashioned to say but I felt like "family." The dealership was immaculate!! A very refreshing atmosphere to conduct ones business in.

Easiest car buying experience so far. I worked with Eyan who was very very helpful. He was able to answer every one of the questions I threw at him without hesitation. He initially approached me without being overwhelmingly overzealous like most car dealers seem to be especially at my visit to both Gunn Nissan AND Alamo Toyota. He even followed up with me about how my family liked our new car I was very pleased!! I would recommend him to absolutely anyone seeking any Nissan. Also, the dealership was very well maintained and clean, and had a large selection of cars. Thank you Eyan and Ancira Nissan, I will be buying from y'all in the future.

My experience with Ancira Nissan was awesome. On March 13, 2015 I went to the dealership and was greeted by a salesman, that I soon found out was named Hong. He was very nice and helpful by listening to my situation and informing me that he would do his best in helping me get a car. After completing the application, Hong immediately went to work on obtaining financing for the vehicle. The most important thing that was impressive to me in Hong's interactions with the purchase of the vehicle was that he showed me vehicles that would fit my budget. However, we did not test drive the vehicle until I was approved for financing. Hong explained to me that he did not want me to take a liking to a vehicle that I couldn't get; and I appreciate him for that. After the approval process had taken place, I met with the finance person named Justin. He was very thorough in explaining each document that I was required to sign. It wasn't like he just had me to sign my name without explaining what I was signing. That made me feel confident in the purchase of the vehicle. I was very excited about my new 2015 Nissan Sentra and Hong and Justin was excited for me as well. Hong also called me after the purchase to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle. This was the best experience that I've encountered in purchasing a vehicle. Let me explained my horrible experience in Nissan Show room, San Antonio.I went to show room today morning 4/22/14 for buying a new car Nissan rogue. We spend almost 2 hour and finalize the car. And they offered me a price. The price was seems to very high to me. Around noon I had to go for pick up my wife from school and I left show room after offering a price for buying the car. I told sale man to call me only if you agree that price. After an hour sale manager call me and said come with your wife and the price what I agreed was very close. I went there around 1.30 pm again and met the sales manager. After little bargaining we both agreeing for a price. I signed all document what they asked me to and given my personal details and credit application for apply for loan. We notified them well advance that we need to go for doctor appointment 3.50. We signed all paper work around 2.30 and waited approximately an hour to meet with loan section. But they were keep on telling that they busy and do as soon as possible. We said OK, go and process the paper work, let us go to the doctors office and come back may be in few hour. We left show room around 3.35 pm. Also I called around 4.15 and notified that we have little delay in doctor's office and we can reach there around 5 PM. They said OK. Finally we reach the show room around 5 PM. Now the sale manager come and told me, " the deal is cancelled because they will lose some money in this deal". Do you think it can happened in any car show room? Yes it can be happened in Ancira Nissan San Antonio. Do you think is insult for a customer? I think it is huge insult for a serious buyer like me. I had a horrible experience in Ancira Nissan even though I was their customer for almost 8 years. Please caution with this show room. You can be insulted or mistreated this place!

This is the place to go! I had a terrible experience at another Nissan dealership in San Antonio and someone told me to check out Ancira - wish I had done that sooner! Gilbert Bosmans called immediately after I chatted online and got my deal worked out in minutes. Went in that evening and was in and out in less than 2 hours! Gilbert continued to check in with us as he worked on getting my trade assessed and worked out my financing. He maintained a smile and was great in explaining all the features in my new car. Ruben Rodriguez in financing tackled our deal quickly and we didn't have to fuss over numbers - they heard my limit the first time! He was also very pleasant to work with! My husband and I couldn't have had a better experience and will continue any future business with Ancira. Thanks Gilbert and Ruben for setting the bar!

I had looked for a dodge challenger for a while over the Internet. I found my dream car at Ancira Nissan. They had the one I wanted, I called, went in, test drove it, did financing paperwork, and was outta there in 2 hours. Fastest car buying I have ever done. Thank I Connie for your professional attitude and help in getting my dream car. I would definitely recommend to anyone to use Ancira Nissan. They have way more vehicles than just Nissan.

I want to thank Patricia at Ancira Nissan on IH10 San Antonio for the follow up phone call to see if I was ready to come in and pursue the purchase of a new vehicle. I have to be very honest about my situation, as I was with every sales member at this dealership and I must say that every single person I dealt with here at this dealership was able to handle it. First off I have just had my BK discharged in on 9/9/2014 and and knew what I was up again with this on my credit and so I was very leary of going in and having to deal with "Salesman" trying to sell and close me. BUT, let me tell you Patricia welcomed me with the initial contact, which happen to be on my lunch break and I was very upfront with her and she assured me they would give it an honest try, thats what I wanted to hear not a sales pitch. I worked out all the paper work gathering with Dean Soto, (which by the way its best to take as much as you can with you) he was AWESOME! I brought in 3 vehicles from the online site, he went and retrived each car parked them in the front and we test drove, they never sold or pushed me! I left letting them process and submit to the lenders, which I really didnt expect an approval, but GOT ONE! He called me 40 minutes late said come back in! he was out to lunch when I finally arrived, so Hong Liao assisted and escorted me over to finance Dept. and he and Finance guy Chris sat with me went over the numbers, and when I saw what the payments were, I felt like they had read my mind, it was exactly where I wanted to be!! At this point I was like this is too easy. What is the catch, you need more money down? I cant get the car I choose? At this point Dean came in to say hello and he was sorry he was late, assured me all was ready for me to review. well let me tell you right up until the time I got into my 2012 Baby Blue Chrysler Touring 200 to take it home, after signing the contract, I still was like this was to easy! Patricia, Dean, Hong and Chris you guys made this the most pleasant and haggle free experience for me. You made me see and feel that starting again after BK, is possible! I wish you all continued success! THESE PEOPLE MADE IT HAPPEN!!

My husband and I came into the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted and hoping to get in and out as quick as possible, with our sales consultant, Jack Clarkson, that was totally possible! He is an outstanding sales consultant and also seems to really enjoy the work he does and company he works for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jack was personable and honest in the best way. We were very nervous when first thinking of going through a dealership for a car but Jack made it such an enjoyable experience. In about an hour we were out of the dealership with our new pre-owned Mustang GT!! If I could recommend anyone here I would definitely recommend Jack.

I thought Ancira was an honest dealership so that is why I chose them over several other choices. After being there for over 5 miserable hours waiting and waiting for the sales staff to wait on others and myself at the same time, I finally reached an acceptable deal and was happy with the agreement. Little did I know but the whole time the sales manager was telling me that I would get everything I wanted, it was all a SCAM!!! He lied and never followed through with his promises. I had to initiate and even take time to go to the dealership to find out why I was never contacted about the work they promised. It took three weeks (they had my vehicle for 8 days). It has been over 20 years since I have bought a new vehicle and I had to go through absolute xxxx. I promise you, they do not care about you. I am thankful for being able to share my story with hundreds of people. I want to help others and hope you don't go through the nightmare I did.

We have recently purchased a 35,000 dollar vehicle from Ancira Nissan and in the finance office which is a recorded conversation we were promised factory leather seats would be added. We accepted on that contingency, After we were promised these would be factory leather seats not after market, not like factory seats,guaranteed factory leather seats. We did sign, and 1 1/2 weeks later I had to go back dealership to see when they would be in. That was a Wednesday, Thursday they picked up our vehicle and said it would be done Friday. Saturday we went to pickup the vehicle and it was still being worked on. Thursday we were told it was ready and we went to get it. The seats were not factory, they were aftermarket and not identical to factory. No managers were available to speak with so we were promised a meeting on Sunday (3 weeks after purchase). Sales manager asked how we liked it and we told him we were not happy at all. He became very rude and told us to sit over in a corner and another manager would see us in 2 hours. Thankfully the assistant manager did see us fairly quickly and said he would look into Monday as they were very busy. Today they called and reviewed the tapes and basically called us liars and they were like factory seats. I will never recommend this dealership, and will spread the word to be extremely careful and never sign until they deliver the promised product. No communication from the dealership, we initiated all conversations and set every meeting.

I had my car towed here to have an electronic key made. It was written on work order. I get a call from mike that my car needed a diagnostic test extra $115. I said ok. Then get a call that i needed a new computer for my car thats $1300, and once i did that then the service department can go from there. Meaning they still didnt know what was wrong. I told him i would think about it. A week later i go back to have again the car towed. They DIDNT make they key and all of a sudden i was being charged $230 for extra time i approved for them to look at my car. I NEVER approved of any extra time and the original reason the car was taken was for the key. That was NEVER made. So. Basically. I had to pay an extra $120 for towing and $115 diagnostic testing which had already been done by my mechanic. Never got my key and i found computer for my car brand new for $150!!! They are idiots and rip people off. I will never go back here ever!!! Waste of time and a week for me without my car!

This is a review that is a follow up to a past review that sadly I am unable to delete. Initially I was going to get a car from this dealership and then was told there was an error and they had priced the car incorrectly. The dealership saw that I was upset, and they listened to my concerns and worked hard to own up to their mistake and make things right. The worked with me to come to an agreement on a final price of the car that was fair to both of us. Patricia was amazing throughout the entire process, she continually followed up with me and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed, she was very personable and an amazing person to work with. When I arrived at the dealer to pick up my car Jack was very helpful in making sure the car was made ready and everything was taken care of, he also took me on a very detailed test drive which was much appreciated. Ron Wright was also very nice to work with and made sure I was going to be satisfied with my purchase. Ancira way to go in putting the customer first and delivering on an amazing car. I will recommend you too friends and family. When it is time for a new car you have earned my business as a repeat customer.

Yesterday I was shopping for cars online with my wife and we came across a Kia Soul 2013 that was listed for $11,888 it looked like a nice car so we sent an email to confirm pricing and got a quote back stating the price was $11,888. This price was also listed on three other websites for this specific car. I later that evening called the sales manager to inquire and she told me everything the car came with and stated that if I wanted to hold the car to come look at it I would need to fill out an online credit application. I explained to her that I was not sure if i wanted to fiance or pay cash. She told me to fill it out anyway in order to hold the car. She then stated that a sales rep would call me in the AM to go over any additional questions I had before going out to look at the car. During the AM I spent all morning going to my bank to get the funds needed to pay for the car. I spoke to the sales man and he also confirmed everything with me. An hour or so later he sent me a text that said we priced the car incorrect and the actual price on the car is now $17888. This is a huge jump, when I called and spoke to the sales manager she claimed it was a typo. How can it be a typo when I was sent a quote that was reviewed, it made it to three websites, and others confirmed the price? They refused to make good on their original offer and told me the best they could do is bring the price down for me to $16888. I feel this dealer used faulty advertising practices, in addition on the quote at the bottom it states they search 100 miles to make sure their prices are competitive. Well there was another local car with the same features that just sold last week and it was offered for lower then the price they now were quoting me after only taking $1000 off. I do not appreciate how this dealership had me fill out a credit application to get my personal information, and now have it. I also filled a form out last night to lock in my original price. Very deceiving practices. At the very least if this dealer will not stand behind what they quoted then they should meet me half way. I will make sure I share this experience with all my family and friends in San Antonio. Very unprofessional. Obviously the customer is not most important.

I had my car towed to the dealership for a repair. When picking up the car they only gave me the car key. I asked where is my electronic key' he says we don't have it, call the towing company so I do. I call him back with the name of the driver he confirms, he gave etc. both keys to dealership. I call Greg back, he seemed annoyed and tells me I looked and I can't find it? I sat we'll I'm sorry but I did not lose the key " the dealership did. He tell me I cannot promise you anything " but I'll speak to my supervisor and get back to you. A 1 day passed and I heard nothing back. So I called again. This time he says " yeah I can't find it anywhere ? I say yes we established that the day before yesterday " you said you would speak to your supervisor and never got back with me. I just want my key ". I examined this is frustrating and should have and could have been resolved the morning I picked up my car and this was not good service at all. He says yes sir " lets have my supervisor call you back. The supervisor never called me back " I received a voice mail later from Greg saying ill order you one next week. I just feel like he did not care, I also don't feel like he looked into anything from the start, I feel very disappointed considering this was their losing my electronic key. This did not have to happen this way from the start. :-(

I went to Ancira Nissan because I've had very good experiences with Ancira Chevrolet. I wasted 4 days being lied to repeatedly with every car salesman trick thrown at me. At the end of day 4, when they still did not have a car i could actually purchase and i told them I'd made an appointment with another dealer that had the model i was looking for on the lot, the phone calls started. After I bought the car at the other dealer and needed them to refund $500 that I'd paid to have a car transferred (that was already sold to someone else!), suddenly no one is available to take a call or run a credit card authorization. I don't know how this website can show so many positive reviews. Stay away... Stay far away!

After scheduling an appointment a week prior, I was left waiting in the lobby, with no help for about 20 minutes. Just to wait an additional 30 because the car i was viewing was not only pretty dirty on the inside but in the back of the lot so they had to "dig it out". After pointing out flaws in the vehicle they WERE willing to work with me but a few days later said that they couldn't honor what we had verbally agreed upon (minor fixes). This left me a little disappointed, and I did not purchase a car from the dealership. Overall, the service was adequate; the salesman however, Noe in particular, was very helpful and very attentive to any questions or concerns i had.

When the dealership in my own town (San Angelo Tx) wouldn't even make a effort, the people at Ancira were more than happy to do it. Not only did I get the car I wanted for less money, my sales man personally delivered it from San Antonio to San Angelo. How can you beat that service. I definitely will be giving them more business and would recommend it to anyone. Just try and beat their deals and customer service.

I have dealt these guys three times, and each time they have made it so easy. They don't play games, none of that "let me ask my sales manager" and then disappearing for 10 minutes. I've tried twice to buy a car from that other Nissan dealer on the north side, but both times they made the process painful and frustrating. I will definitely run with these guys for my 4th, 5th, 6th till the nth time for a car.

Horrible and unacceptable behavior from Ancira employees. I contacted Ancira Nissan on Monday for a 2012 Pro-4X that was listed at 17488 on their webiste. After verifying that the price was indeed correct through Michelle Davis I opted to purchase the vehicle sight unseen for the full asking price. Michelle said she was sending me to her financing guy. I was then contacted by Stephen Gillies, who I asked for the full OTD price. Eventually he got back to me with a price of 30201OTD, I then told him the vehicle was advertised at 17488 plus TT&L. He said no way, I insisted that it was indeed the price listed, then he said he would verify the price and call me back. When he called he said that cars.com was wrong as well as their dealership website. He stated that their website is linked to cars.com and when the price was incorrectly put unto cars.com that it pinged on their website updating the price, so the incorrect price wasn't their mistake, but cars.com mistake and they are not resposible for it. I then asked him what is the best he could do, he said he couldn't do any better stating since I qualified for the loan I could easily afford to pay for the vehicle.Feeling unwhelmed but wanting to give them another chance to make good on their mistake I decided to look online and found a 2010 Pro-4X with 83K miles and offered him the same price as the previous Pro-4X was listed at. He said no, maybe he can come down to 20 but that only makes the dealership 600 which isn't much and probably will only cover the light bill. I find it hard to believe that the profit margins are that small. At this point I was under the impression that Steve was the internet manager, a person capable of making such decisions. Later I found out he is just a salesman and made the decision on his own. How is he supposed to make a beneficial deal for both parties when he is unwilling to present the offer to management who can make those decisions? Whatever the case I am extremely disappointed in my dealings with Anciras' staff. I would have gladly drove up there this weekend from Houston area to sign the paperwork and pick up the 2010 Pro-4X if Stephen went to the trouble of actually working for the customer.After all of this I decided to email each manager with my story. I received this response from Rodney WInn's email account:"Just wanted to say thanks again for giving me the opportunity for your business here at Ancira Nissan. I understand that we were working with you on a Nissan Frontier, but we were not able to earn your business this time. However, moving forward, I wanted to assure you that if you were to need anything in the future, I am still here to help. If any questions or concerns should arise, please feel free to contact me as I would be more than happy to assist you down the road. Sincerely, Stephen Gillies P.S. If you know of anyone who is looking for a New or Pre-Owned vehicle, please give them my phone number, (210) 558-5000, and have them give me a call directly."The used car manager didn't even take the time to address my concerns. It was also a nice way of saying screw you by the entire staff.This dealership is the worst that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my many years on this planet and 40+ deals on vehicles I have made in my lifetime. Stay away, especially if you aren't local. Their practices are shady at best.Edit: the 2012 that was initially listed at 17488, then went to 27488 is now 03/22/2014 26998. Hmm and Stephen didn't want to go a penny under 27488 because according to him "that was their bottom dollar since it was already reduced and they have that much into it as a certified vehicle"

I went in for problems with my 2005 Nissan Maxima. The car was jerking really badly when shifting from R to D and also while driving at lower speeds. It had been happening for about 5 months when I went and was just getting worse. I explained to them that the issue was my main concern and wanted to know what was wrong. They ended up telling me that a broken motor mount was causing the problem and there was another problem as well not related to the jerky shifting. I opted not to have the motor mount fixed at that time as it was a little more than I wanted to pay right then. I did have the other problem repaired though. Well, later I went back and told them the problem again and that I would now go ahead and have the motor mount repaired. They ended up doing a complete check for problems with the car and failed to mention anything about transmission problems. I went ahead and had the car repaired for what I thought was causing the jerky shifting as they had said that the reason was a broken motor mount. After leaving the dealer, the car was still jerking the same as it was. I called them and they said to bring it back when I could. I took it back the next week only for them to tell me that it was the transmission and was going to cost $3000 to replace. If I had known there was a problem with the transmission I would not have had any of the other work done to the car as it was pointless. There is no way I plan to keep this car and put $3000 into it when its not even worth that much to begin with. Also, how could the transmission problem have been overlooked only a week before. The car had been having that problem for months, so there is no way it just popped up within that week. What a waste of time and money.

i went here to purchase a car. Before i realized my circumstance, I was sitting in front of the financed manager. My salesman disappeared.I was very tired and told them i would return the next day. They said it would just be a few minutes. I requested they not add and extra fees such as insuranc etc Of course they did it anyway and just said sign here. I got home and noticed the added fees. I went back to the dealer and requested my auto back. They said no but would issue a credit to the bank for 1812.00 and 197.00. In addition, the numbers did not add up correctly and again they promised to issue me a credit. The first two items were handled but the last was not.It has been 6 months now and still have no response from Ancira Nissan.I sort of thought ancira was honest but now i just think I am stupid.When they added up the total, they included an extra 1000.00 without telling me. This will be the last of my business with ancira and I will discuss this with the State of Texas and my bank.If you buy a car here, take a CPA with you.

I called to order parts for my car. Gary said they were special order. When I said to order him he said you need to pay first and we don't take cards over the phone. I told him to use my shop account then so I would not have to make a trip out there to prepay. He sounded upset. I get the impression he enjoys being rude and I defeated him by being able to special order without prepaying. I told him I would not be at the shop to accept the parts and to call me when they arrived. He asked for my number. A few days later I call to inquire if they arrived and Gary says yeah and they were rejected by the shop when the were delivered. I told him I asked for pick up. He argued no I didn't and he was the one that took the order. He then tells me it is my fault that his driver had to make a wasted trip. I tell him I want to pick up the parts and he says he already sent them back to Nissan. I ask him if he is just going to keep being rude or correct his mistake. He hangs up. UPDATE: Service manager took the time to come out and speak to me. He apologized on behalf of Ancira Nissan and I feel handled the situation very well.

We responded to ad online through ancira.com. Noel received us when we arrived and took us through the entire process. There was never a hint of pressure or any of the "games" that many auto dealers use. The 2010 car was in a clean condition, but Noel made sure every detail we noted was taken care of. The test drive was courteous and helpful, as was the paperwork and financing process. The offer for our trade in was very weak, but we were able to negotiate a satisfactory amount based on an offer we had received from another dealer. Justin Long in the finance department was also very helpful and courteous. The only mild complaint we had was the amount of time it took to complete the transaction, over five hours. All in all, we would not hesitate to use Ancira Nissan for an auto purchase in the future

These guys get top ratings from me because:A) I'd had a hideous experience with a local dealership here in Austin, Town North Nissan, and was very skeptical about Nissan in general, and had little faith that I would ever be able to do business with a Nissan dealer again, and B) They made no money from me at all, but treated me as if I'd handed them a blank check.The local dealer, with whom I'd thought I had a good relationship with and who had helped me two years ago, had failed to contact me with some BASIC information I had asked for on December 21. With the assurance that it "would take some time to get an answer" about whether or not they could help me with the interest rate on my lease (I was only there because their finance guy, Carlos, had ASKED me to come back around Christmas), I left that day, and by late afternoon when I went back in I was told by the same salesman that they wouldn't know anything until "at least Monday." So I waited. And waited. And waited. But no one called me. Finally, on December 26th, at 11:58 am, the salesman called me--on my cell phone, while I was at work and could not answer, and he left no message. I called him back--twice--and never heard from these folks again.When I went to Ancira Nissan today, the sales manager, Scott, got me my answer in TEN MINUTES. I waited 21 days and couldn't get anything from Town North except a weak apology and a pack of lies, and within less than 20 minutes I had all the information I needed. It had nothing to do with banks, the holidays, or anything else, as Scott and the very kind Gilbert explained to me--it had to do with checking existing information online. Which is what took very little time. And should have taken the same amount of time at the other dealership. Why, we all wondered, when Town North had given me such a good deal, would they then ignore me and refuse to call me back--and even resort to lying about doing so? That, my friends, is the question of the hour...and I will pose that very question to the Consumer Relations folks when I contact them to explain that Ancira Nissan saved/gained a customer for life, whereas Town North will NEVER, under any circumstances, see me again, nor will they ever get anything but a negative recommendation from me. Stay far, far away from them folks, trust me. They employ liars, cheaters and blame-shifters. Not good.As for Ancira Nissan? THEY ROCKED! And I hope they rock on, because they're going to be seeing me again, and I have no problem referring anyone to that dealer. I wish I'd taken more of their cards. I also with I'd checked this website before I ever went car deal shopping in the first place, but there ya go.Live and learn.Thanks Ancira guys! Kudos!

This was our first purchase from Ancira but our 4th Nissan. Andrew showed us exactly what we asked to see, answered all our questions and gave us plenty of privacy to make our decision. He was polite, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, which I appreciate since I love new cars but hate shopping for them. Negotiations were quick and painless. The above high marks are for Andrew Roth, however, we did have issues with the finance department. Returning phones calls is an import aspect of customer service. Return calls were continually promised and not delivered. Very frustrating. It took 8 weeks to solve a simple computer entry change. I was shuffled from one person to another until Mr. Moon took care of it with one phone call. This dealership needs to establish "The Buck Stops Here" policy.

We were absolutely treated like royalty. They gave us a great price, went back to the drawing board several times on the trade-in and the "extras" and the entire deal - from the moment we hopped in for the test drive, until we signed the last paper, took less than three hours. The staff was nice - very nice. The salesman was personable, likeable, and not at all stereo-typical. The trade-in rep had a fabulous personality and was transparently honest about the trade in process. We even got a personal sit down with the dealership's GM, who was a total gem. It's not often that you walk away from making a big purchase like a vehicle wanting to give back something to the dealership. We were so thrilled with our experience. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to my family, friends, and total strangers.

The sales manager and finance man were very helpful and took the time to explain things and answer all our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman then Hong. My experience at this dealership was nothing like any other, friendly staff and very knowledgeable of their product, my salesman was able to tell me and show me why i should have never gonne to Toyota and loose my time over there, my Nissan Frontier has more options and a bigger engine than the Tacoma i was offered at toyota at a much much! better price, $4500 less! I'm still smiling after two weeks, i know i should've done my homework to avoid this hassle given the fact that I had very limited time to dedicate towards this purchase but hopefully my words will be read and taken into consideration by future customers, also, my entire deal was done on a Sunday! I was able to take my brand new Frontier the same day, it was so convenient specially for a workaholic like me. Ask for Jimmy i told him what i was looking for and He exceeded my expectations:-)

I brought my car in because it had a manufacturing defect on the passenger door paint. Brian assisted me in taking care of this issue - the first time I came in to pick up the vehicle it wasn't done correctly so they took it back without any hesitation. I went to pick it up today and it looks great, just like new. The real reason I am submitting this rating is to commend Brian for the great service that he provided. I have NEVER written a positive rating for ANY dealer. The customer service I received was above excellent and I am so happy that I bought a Nissan. I purchased a 2012 Black Nissan Murano SL with all the gear that I requested. Black Leather Interior, Fully Electronic Adjustable & Heated Front Seats, Hands Free Blue Tooth, Fantastic Stereo System with State of the Art Bose Speakers that keep me entertained while I am dealing with the traffic and an Air Conditioning System equipped with Climate Control that keeps me nice and FROSTY on a heated day. I have to give these fellas a USMC GRUNT High Five for their call to duty in hooking me up with what I WANTED. Oh I did request that they install a couple of M60's under the grill to deal with the Rage Warriors on Interstate I-10 however my Christian Brother with the famous name, "ROBERT PALMER" aka "SERVICE ADVISOR" used Diplomacy and convinced me that this idea was not a very conventional one. (Just kidding folks)So there you have it... two guys with famous names (DAVID ROTH & ROBERT PALMER) and a gentleman (Brian Rodriguez), Service Manager who took excellent care of old Gunny here and all is well here in La La Land. My husband and I went to your location on I10 west,we had seen online several nissans for internet price of $6000.00 and under, we were treated rudely,we spoke to Rodney Winn and another older man, that kept telling Mr. Winn that we din't see that on the internet.He was telling us I should have printed it or taken a picture of it,so I asked him if I would bring him a print out would I get it for that price,he said yes,so I asked him for his card but he wouldn't give me one he told Mr Winn to give us his card Mr Winn didn't want to,Mr Winn asked are you going to give her the car for that price,the man replied no because it's not in the internet and they started laughing, as if we weren't even there. That was very humiliating,they proceeded talking to us as we were children belittling us we were so embarassed, humiliated, I believe these men acted very inappropiate and at the end we came home and yes I found the cars on the internet again for the prices we told the two gentlemen.

I purchased an Altima after shopping pretty hard for price. I was verbally quoted a figure and then happily began the purchase paperwork process. This is where I failed to be a good consumer. I did not closely review the "Worksheet" they presented me. It contains numerous fees, costs, etc. for the vehicle I was purchasing. It took hours for all paperwork to be completed and I was in a hurry to make a meeting, my bad. Bottom line, the actual cost to me was almost $1000 more than I was quoted. This was due to two things, additional/questionalble fees and just not meeting the verbally quoted price. For example, the salesman told me I was going to get my windows etched with the VIN, no mention of cost to me. Now I find that there is a $149 charge for etching and it is mandatory. What? Why was this not part of the price I was quoted?More to my dissappointment, when I return to the dealer to discuss the issue with the new car manager, they politely stated that I signed the contract so too bad (not those words.) No offer of even a free oil change.Additionally, shopping at this dealer did not feel "right". The feeling I got was that they cared about one thing, making money. In this regard, a few days after the sale, they called saying it was a satisfaction survey but you could tell from the call that all they were interested in was getting my email address. I understand profit motive but a good dealership is going to care, at least a little, about their customer. I should add that the used car manager seemed to be the only decent individual there.In closing, if you are looking for either a good price or pleasant shopping experience, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANCIRA NISSAN.

I am writing this review because I am an extremely happy customer! On December 19, 2011, I was involved in an accident that totaled my 1998 Honda Accord. Nothing seemed to go right after that. I felt so alone and helpless until Ron Wright, the used car manager at Ancira Nissan in San Antonio, came to my rescue. He literally did! I told him what had happened, and he just took me under his wing and told me not to worry. He said I had three options. I could either get my car repaired, buy a used car, or buy a new one. When I got my settlement, we were both shocked, and he advised, "Buy a new one!" He knew that my heart was set on buying another Honda. I just wasn't really happy with the feel of the new models. He suggested I just try test driving a Nissan Altima. Since I live in McAllen, Texas, I had to test drive models down here. I loved the feel of them, but they didnt have all the extras. He said he had a white Nissan Altima at Ancira Nissan with blond leather interior and all the "bells and whistles." At my age (57), I want all the "bells and whistles! Now the problem was how to get to San Antonio since I was fixed on time. He told me to fly up and he'd pick me up at the airport. I had a rental car that needed to be turned in immediately. He then said, "No problem. Drive up, and we will take your rental to the agency for you." That was too easy. The next day, I drove up to San Antonio. I was excited, but nervous. When I arrived, Ron greeted me with open arms and introduced me to everyone. He hooked me up with Yogin Trivedi, a new car salesman. He was so friendly and accommodating. He showed me a white Altima. It was beautiful! I just didn't realize how cars have changed! I was living in ancient times with my '98 Accord. After we test drove it, I knew this was the vehicle for me. Yogin thoroughly explained every feature it offered. He even set up Sirius and my cell phone connection for me. Financing was also a breeze. Jimmy Guerra took care of me in this department, as well. I was truly being taken care of from every direction. How much better could it get? As I drove south, back to the Valley with my new Nissan Altima, Sirius begin playing, What a Wonderful World. Thank you, Ancira Nissan, Ron, Yogin, and Jimmytruly San Antonios angels in disguise.

Jim Hilliard was fine but I am very unhappy with the service received from Vince Harris. I felt insulted and discriminated against by Vince. He did the normal car games with me but was constantly pressuring me to finance with Nissan even though I told him that I was already financed through a bank. He then told me that I was not accepting the deal when I never stated that I did not. He implied that I was not happy with the trade cost because of the mileage on the vehicle and then compared me to his daughter and that she has the same car with less mileage. We were provided drive out costs for vehicles that mathematically did not add up. The TTL was twice what it should have been. There were obviously hidden fees involved. I asked for a printed break down of the costs and they refused. Vince stated "you can write it down"Update: Dealership contacted me and we ended up working out a great deal without Vince Harris. I have purchased the vehicle and am satisfied. I have updated my ratings.

from the initial phone conversation I had the impression that my vehicle would be taken care of promptly and correctly. I have had scheduled maintance done at Ancira before and that is the reason that I took my vehicle back to them. I have been dealing with a servicce rep. named Greg or Craig, not sure hearing is not the greatest, but he has been exteemly courtious and helpful.

There was a question of a refund on pre-paid maintenance plan on my traded-in car, which was only nine months old. The problem was not a simple one, but they figured it out and got me my refund. Also the experience the day of the purchase was a pleasant one. I also commend two other people in the refund effort. They are Ruben Rodriquez and Rhonda French. Ancira will continue to be my dealer of choice.

Mickey was excited to help us and immediately took us to the lot where there were literally 100's of Nissan Maximas. We had stated that we were interested in a black or blue Maxima. He had both of these automobile; however, we spotted a silver one with gray interior and we loved it. MIckey let us take it for a test drive and explained all the features. When I expressed problems with the Bluetooth on my previous car, Mickey set up my Bluetooth and it works. The paperwork process was completed promply and the car was "made read " while we were dealing with the paperwork. We were driving off the lot with our new car in less than 3 hours. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Mickey got into the car with us and pointed out, again, all the features and evern set up a couple of my raidio stations. This is about the third or fourth car that we have bought at the dealership and we have always been treated fairly.

I have bought very few new cars. Some of my friends have told horrible stories of their experiences. So, of course, I was not looking forward to dealing with a new car dealer. What a surprise I had. The experience could not have been better. It was like my salesman, Ken Parsons, had been paid to insure that I was treated royally. He first demonstrated all the features of the car that made it stand out from other models and made sure that my questions or concerns were addressed. I had researched the market and was well aware of what a good competitive price would be. Ken worked with management and represented my best interests to obtain an offer that I was willing to accept and was a fair deal for all. In closing the deal, all employees gave 100 per cent to insure that I was a satisified customer. This company has incorporated all of the procedures for customer satisfaction that you would only expect to see at the luxury car dealers. They have certainly gained a life long customer.

I called Ancira Nissan and asked to speak with a new car salesperson. I was connected to Mickey Davila. I presented him with the offer a local Mitsubishi dealer was making on a 2011 Galant, a car we weren't interested in, after a deal on a used 2010 Altima there fell through. He took my information and called me later that day with a better deal on a 2012 Altima. We went to the dealership that evening and drove home with our new car.

My initial contact at Ancira Nissan was David Roth via email and phone. I explained my reason for wanting to trade in my 2010 Nissan Murano and David quickly identified a vehicle that would accomplish this task. When I arrived at the dealership "Sippy" was waiting for me and was both friendly and knowledgable. We quickly identified the specific vehicle in the color that I wanted, went on a test drive, and proceeded with the process of purchasing the car. I really enjoyed the whole car buying process as both Sippy and David were very knowledgeable and did not apply any high pressure techniques to force the sale. I purchased the Murano from IPAC Nissan and had a much less favorable experience so it was a pleasant surprise to experience the professionalism of these Ancira Nissan representatives who are a credit to the organization. I will certainly highly recommend the dealership to others based on the wonderful experience I had. This dealership has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! In particular the SERVICE department. The current Nissan I own is the third one, and I have NEVER been treated as I was treated here. I was made to feel as if my pre-owned car was a piece of junk, and I walked out crying in front of the entire dealership! CRYING! The particular experience is enough to make me not EVER buy Nissan again...terrible, rude service! The customer is not in the right at this dealership. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! The customer service was so friendly and pleasant. Hong Liao greeted my mother and I when we arrived and was very professional. While we walked around other employees greeted us as well. Hong was very informative and answered all of our questions, even though we asked the same question several times. He was very patient with me and was very understanding as this was my first vehicle purchase. He made the entire experience very pleseant and not only explained things to me, but to my mother and later once again to my father when he arrived. I purchased a '12 Alitima SR and am very happy with my decision and I thank Hong very much for his knowledge and patience with me. I would like to thank everyone at Ancira Nissan,especially Hong and Arturo, for making this a truely positive experience.

We reciently purchased a Nissan Xterra which was a very good purchase for our daughter. Hong Lliau was so helpful and actively looked for the perfect vehicle for her. He was very friendly and called us back and gave us not only great customer service but checked to see if we liked the car even after the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. In the future we hope to do business with Hong and the dealership again.The car price was what we expected to spend and they worked hard to help us finance it. This purchase seemed very easy and all the paperwork went fast and smoothly.

I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima,I live in Laredo Texas and did the drive to San Antonio because of the great things we had heard about the Ancira company. Cesar Estrada and Vince Harris took care of everything we needed. The entire dealership was friendly, and looked like a well ran dealership. We had shopped for some months now and have visited several dealerships in our area. We always left with a sour taste, but thanks to Ancira Nissan my view of dealers has changed completely. Cesar has followed up in past few days and that is something we value tremendouslyI will always recomend all my friend and family to Ancira. "it is worth the drive"

My sells people Anna and Yogin treated me the way I feel everyone would like to be treated when purchasing a vehicle. From the second I was greeted to the second I took deliver everyone involved knew how to take care of me, the consumer. Let me give you a little background. My Wife and I were both looking at trading in our vehicles and purchasing two new ones from your Ancira Nissan on 1-10 in San Antonio, TX. I was looking to purchase a 2011 Altima 2.5 SL for myself and trading in my 2006 Infiniti M35s. My wife had settled on a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder Silver and trading in her 2009 Honda Odyssey EX-L DVD RES / Navi. I visited many dealerships and settled on dealing with Ancira Nissan and Ana. Ana did a great job showing us the vehicles and guiding us in the right direction to find the right car for us. Over the past few weeks we had exhaustingly shopped for Jeep, 4Runner, Honda Pilot, Chevy Traverse but the Nissan Pathfinder kept filling our needs. As for my car we had looked at Camry, Avalon, Corolla, Accord, Civic, G25, Malibu, and Cruze but had again settled on Nissan with the Altima.Today 7/10/11 we went down to Ancira Nissan to have my Infiniti M35s w/ Navigation appraised and possibly make the deal on my Altima. Ana took the car to her appraisal dept and commented on what great condition was car was in for being 5.5 yrs old. I agreed since I have taken meticulous care of it since I purchased it from Gunn Infiniti her in town 2 yrs ago. After a while she came and met with us and gave us trade in numbers of $14,000 This is where is gets ugly. I was insulted. I told her that the numbers she is showing me are embarrassing and insulting... the KBB trade in value of this car is $16,900 in average condition. There are two small hail dents that are barely noticeable and everything else is immaculate. I told her I need a fair price. She told me her manager David Roth said thats all the vehicle is worth. I said you are going to sell that car for $19,000+ as it stands right this second not even needing a car wash. and youre trying to tell me a fair trade in is $14,000? Im going to leave and youre going to lose 2 (what she had called previously Prime Inventory) trades and two brand new car deals because you wont give me a fair price she was very upset and tried to keep us from walking out. Saying that it wasnt her that David Roth gave those numbers and she isnt able to override him. I told her we are not going to sit here and waste our time and we left. On the way out I waved to David to say look what youre losing as we walked out. When I got to the car I sat for a second and wanted to find out what the David character was really thinking and wanted an explanation on the price he was coming up with is from When I re-entered the dealership I saw Ana trying to explain the deal she was trying to work and how unfair that price seemed. He wasnt hearing it. I approached and he stood up. I asked him Im coming back to find out what the deal is and why I cant get a fair price on a car that is cleaner than any other used Infiniti on the Gunn Infiniti lot.. He started by saying first off you dont ever come to my dealership and call my salesmen names and I cant believe you said that your embarrassed about the price and called my salesmen a *&at#%#*! and a at%$*#. I looked at Anna and asked her what in the heck is he talking about and what is his problem? She explained, or tried to explain, to David that I never called anyone names and just said that price was insulting and embarrassing. He says well I dont care you can leave I said I came back here to try and explain to you, assuming as a manager you would like to try and save this deal, what my view of the situation is. Gunn was offering me 16,900 close to 17,000 for this car and youre telling me $14,000 on top of that Im buying 2 cars and trading two cars-a great deal for you guys and for us since we were trying to make this a double deal. He said I was a liar and Gunn isnt offering you that. I told him I had the check with the 10 day Gunn guarantee and he didnt care to see it. I said I came to you guys because I respect Anas amazing customer service and you have BOTH cars my wife and I want. He told me your car is covered in hail damage and has over 100,000 miles I corrected him. There are 2 SMALL hail damage marks on the quarter panel that on pearl white are barely noticeable and it has 80,360 miles if you cared to even look. He said well whatever I dont care you leave! I told him KBB has this car in AVERAGE condition at $16,900 he said you can quote KBB all day thats not what I buy for. I'm looking for a FAIR deal... I'm not asking for retail, but I'm also not going to let him STEAL my car... Im not a fool. I told him youre willing to lose 2 new car deals and 2 great trade-ins because you have a bad attitude? He said I dont care get out!... We left. I had my wife call on the way home and try to explain to Ana how sorry we were that we couldnt deal with her but her manager just lost the DEALS for her today. She agreed and said she couldnt believe what happened and it was totally uncalled for what he said and how he acted. We agree. David Roth acted like a complete fool and was yelling at me on the showroom floor saying I called people names as Ana was trying to explain to him I did no such thing. He didnt care. He is a child, a fool and should be terminated. I advised to him I would be writing a letter to corporate and he told me to go ahead no one cares! So here is my letter I hope someone does care. I hope Ernesto Ancira gets to see this I want to be contacted back and find out if this is how great customers, with pre-approved credit and 2 very nice trade-ins are treated. I would be happy to show my vehicles to anyone in leadership for Ancira to prove my point. I will also send pictures via email if I am given an address to send them to. I do also want it documented that Ana Ofsdahl did an outstanding job throughout the process showing us cars and giving us great advice. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and an exceptional people person. Ana is the shining star in this terrible experience we had. However, I will never step foot in an Ancira dealership again. And I plan on passing this letter to anyone who will listen. Ancira Nissan looks terrible because of one man. David Roth.

We visited this dealer because we found an online price on a car. My wife lived the car and she caked to set an appointment for a test drive. We we liked was that we were 45 minutes late and he was calling us to make sure we were still going. We got there and he had the car ready to go for a test drive with the keys in hand. We test drove it and he made the paper work quick and easy. We ram into some problems with the paper work but he worked his magic and made the process alot quicker. We drive away with car with out any problems thanks to the sales person. If your ever on the pre owned part ask got Ken Parsons, he is a real friendly guy and even my 2 year old son liked him.

They are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a truly great service visit for us. They have worked with us to schedule the work according to our work and travel schedules. I have recommended them to friends and had the friends come back and thank you for the recommendation. I will continue to use them since I have learned that I can trust them. Strange to say about an auto dealer but it is true for Ancira Nissan. Brian and Tim in the service department recognize us and call us by name even before we come inside. As soon as we drove up there Sip was there to greet us. He took his time and went out of his way to show us the vehicle we told him we wanted including the features we wanted. He was courteous and professional and we didn't feel like he was just trying to sell a vehicle but that he was concerned about our needs. Sip made us feel like we could take our time to decide and offered to make an appt for our return visit. We did return the following evening and he had the information required for us to look over. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership from start to finish. Both the salesman (Sip Olivarri) and the finance managers (Randy Moon and Ruben Rodriguez) were very friendly and knowledgeable. I test drove 2 vehicles and was not pressured into making a decision. Once I knew exactly the one I wanted to purchase the financing went very smoothly. I particularly liked how the credit application and the contract were all electronic. Even though it was late by the time I signed the paperwork, I was not rushed and Ruben was very thorough. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. I have not gone in for my first service appointment yet, but I have all the paperwork and have received e-mails with all the pertinent information.

My husband and I are from the Rio Grande Valley and we first delt with Albert by phone. We told him what we were looking for and he was eager to assit. The offer the dealership was advetising was hard to refuse, therefore Albert convinced us to make the 4 1/2 hour trip to San Antonio. We had our reservations about going over there; thinking that maybe when we got there he would tell us..."Well, we just sold the last one." but that was not the case Let me tell you that he was very easy to work with and yes, the vehicle he mentioned was there on the lot. We did not feel pressured at any time and he was not trying to sell us something that we did not want. He knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend on it and he made it happen for us. Of course, we went back and forth with offers (lol) but at the end we bought what we wanted, at the price we wanted, and left very pleased. Thanks Albert! Our visit to Ancira Nissan was more than above average. We were treated greatly by the employees there as soon as we walked in the door, but it wouldn't have been easy had it not been for Albert being there from the get go. Albert made our car buying experience very easy and hassle free. He was very sincere about listening to our needs and finding the right car for our budget. He also gave us his word that he would take care of us and that we got the best deal. Albert not only came through with what he promised, he also got us a great car!!! My fiance and I would love to thank him for his time and patience in helping us get into a better situation than we were before. We will be sure to refer anybody to him who is looking for a new vehicle. Also, we will not be going to anyone else when we purchase our next vehicle. My daughter purchased a Nissan Murano awhile back and paid full asking price for same. She didn't haggle over the price so it was a perfect transaction for Ancira. When she took delivery however, the salesman told her she would have to "purchase" the keychain remote. She has an infant and it is very inconvenient not to have this. This is very bad customer service and no way to influence customers in my opinion. We will not be returning to this dealership or any other Ancira dealership.

It had been a while since we bought a new car. The experience was better than we expected. Everyone we met was friendly and willing to help us with any needs. The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Dealership was comfortable and clean, with a comfortable waiting area.

Chris treated us with respect and he never forced us to look or to purchase a certain vehicle. He was profecional with his work. Chris was always looking for vehicles that were in our needs and not in wants. Chris let us make a wise purchase insted of a forced purchase.We have been to other delers with sales personal that just wanted to make thier quota.When we need to purchase another vehicle we will come back to Chris (Ancira Nissan) and we will recommend to others.

A couple of months ago, I visited Ancira and spoke with Jaime Gonzalez to see if he had any used Maximas. He did not but said that he would call if something comes in. A few weeks ago Jaime did call and said he had two possibles. I waited too long to come in and they were sold when I arrived; however, Jaime suggested I look at a loaded '07 Altima, which had just arrived. Jaime continually kept me posted as to its cleaning and repairs to see and drive when completed. I bought it with add repairs needed, including a new windshield through Jaime and his boss. Jaime kept me posted as promised. He found me a glovebox manual and is getting the 2nd key. Jaime's dedicated service and attention to details is outstanding. Thank you........

We purchased a brand new 2008 Altima from Ancira in May 2008. That Altima (which we have finally gotten rid of...) was the 12th vehicle that I have purchased and the absolute BIGGEST LEMON I have ever bought/driven! During the year and a half we owned that car, we had it in for service almost a dozen times. The transmission was horrible - Ancira replaced the transmission totally as well as several sensors in the engine that affect transmission performance, but could never seem to work the "bugs" out of it. The transmission had a very pronounced "stutter" when starting from a stop and very poor transition between speeds. Junk. The passenger airbag light (displaying that the passenger airbag was turned "OFF") would illuminate constantly despite a passenger occupying the passenger seat (and yes... the passenger weighed far more than the minimum weight required to activate the seat sensor to turn the airbag "ON"). Ancira replaced the seat bottom as well as other circuitry, but the airbag problem persisted - a HUGE SAFETY issue! After several returns for service, we had finally had enough with this piece of junk car and I asked to speak to a sales manager regarding a "customer good-will" trade-in of this Altima for a different vehicle. I spoke to the sales manager and told him that I was not looking for anything "free" - just a reasonable trade-in offer for this car that they had sold to us - due to all of the problems we had experienced with it. I was going to buy another vehicle from Ancira if they could get me a reasonable trade-in offer for the junk they sold us. Again - not asking for anything "free" - just reasonable customer good-will on their behalf. We looked at a couple of different options and that specific day, they didn't have anything that met our requirements, so I was handed the sales manager's business card and was told that they would get what we needed and that he would call me in no less than 72 hours with a deal. 72 hours came and went with no return call, so I called them back... I was then told that they would not be willing to extend a reasonable offer for their junk that they sold us and they were not going to work a deal with us at this time. I have A-1 credit (780+ score) and the next day, I went and traded the Altima in at a significant loss for a fully-loaded 2010 GMC Yukon 4x4. My purchasing power was no factor in this equation - the EXTREMELY POOR customer service given by Ancira and their unwillingness to stand behind their product was entirely to blame for this whole scenario. All we expected was a quality product at a reasonable price and for Ancira to stand behind their product that they sold to us. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from the Ancira Auto Group, nor purchase another Nissan vehicle again - ever! They simply do NOT stand behind their products. ***** Follow-Up ***** I received a follow-up email from Ronda French, VP & GM for Ancira Nissan due to my review on this site. I then followed up with a phone call and spoke with her personally regarding this issue. I have received a full admission of error on Ancira's behalf as well as a full apology. I also received her personal guarantee that an error such as this would never happen again on Ancira's behalf in future business dealings. While I am not able to delete this review due to the lack of a delete option on DealerRater.com, I wanted to ensure that this follow-up action was properly documented on my review.

Our experience with Ancira has been very good. I would highly recommend Albert as a salesman. He was a delight to work with and did everything he could to make the purchase as pleasant as possible. The dealership appears to be very well equipped and well managed.

After a series of disappointing dealership experiences,I came upon ancira.com.Within minutes of searching their inventory & requesting a quote I was contacted by an Ancira Nissan Internet Sales Rep.The day I came in to shop for my new car I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile.The sales rep I was expecting to meet was unable to be there that morning but made sure someone was readily available to assist me.This was by far the best customer service experience I've had while shopping for a new car.Fernando was great;knowledgeable,understanding and friendly.I drove off in a 2011 Sentra which I absolutely love.Jimmy in finance was very thorough,swift and cordial.I most definitely recommend Ancira Nissan to anyone who is looking for a great customer service experience, reasonalbe pricing, and friendly staff.

I was in a hit & run accident on Wednesday and the damage accessed as total loss on Friday. I was still devastated from the wreck dealing with issues and concerns & now had to look for new car. I did extensive research and went to several dealers on Saturday to look at models and pricing. I knew Ancira was having a huge sale on Sunday. On Sunday I prayed before I went for a good sales person whth lots of patience. It was pretty crazy lots of people & did not know where to park. A nice man came over helped me park (this was to be the person I prayed for, Chris Ahmad.) From the start Chris was professional, courteous, and actually listened to why I was there and what I wanted. It was a sweltering hot day yet Chris perservered showing me many cars & test driving various cars. I never once felt pressured by Chris. We went inside and Chris made a small chart to help me make a decison and do a process of elimination. I finally decided on a Nissan Rogue 2010 in Phampton White. We talked about pricing and felt the price was vary fair. The car was ordered and on was on the lot by that Monday. I have bought several cars in my life time and this was by far the most pleasant experience. Thank you Chris for your tireless patience you are a real asset to Ancira. I have a new car I absolutly love. I have aready recommended this dealership to several people. All the staff was friendly & pleasant including General Sales Manager David Roth who thaked me for my sale and talked to me for a while afer the sale. Way to go Ancira! .

On May 26 I contacted Ancira thru their website and inquired about a car I was interested in. I received a reply the following morning advising me that the car I was interested had been sold but that they were expecting more in the following week and to check back then. The following day I received an email from the internet department advising me that although they did not have the trim of the car I was looking for in stock, they had just announced a $4000 off MSRP sale for the Memorial Day weekend. I could upgrade the trim and after the discount would only be paying about $200 more than the car I had originally inquired about. It was a good deal and I was very interested. I went to the dealership that afternoon and the person I went to see was not there. They did not know when he would be back so they had someone else show me the car. I took it out for a test drive and loved everything about the car except for the pinstripe. Unfortunately this was the only one in the color I was looking for. I told them to please let me know when they got more in. The salesman tried telling me that the painted on pinstripe could be removed with a solvent. Im no paint expert but I was pretty sure that taking a solvent to a car is not only going to remove the pinstripe but will also do some damage to the paint. He INSISTED that it would not damage the paint. He said lets get you in that car and well remove that pinstripe for you. There was no let us remove the pinstripe and show you. If you arent satisfied, you dont have to purchase it. Of course they never offered that because they knew it would damage the car. On Memorial Day he calls again to see if Im still interested in the car. I told him again I was not interested but to let me know when more cars came in. Then he tried to get me to buy a used car. While I was trying to tell him that I was not interested and that my current car was fine he hung up on me. Later that day I received an email from the internet department. They had done some research and found two cars they had coming in sometime in June in the color I requested. They emailed me the stock numbers of both cars including the options that each had and said to let them know which one I was interested in and they would set it aside for me when it came in so that it didnt get pinstriped. I let them know which one I wanted and sat back and waited for it to come in. This past Friday, (June 11) I received a call from the sales department (not the internet department who said they would hold the car for me) to let me know that my car had come in the night before. After several phone conversations, the price was negotiated and appointment was made to work out the final details. Five minutes before I was set to leave I received a call from the salesman wanting to clarify which car I wanted. Huh? Didnt we just negotiate a price on the car? He and the guy in the internet department couldnt agree which car it was that I wanted. Once he determined which car it was that I wanted he informed me that it had already been pinstriped. I told him thank you and to let me know when they got one in the way I had requested. I left my home for the afternoon and when I returned that evening I had a message to call him. I returned his call at 8:00pm and it seems that the guy in the internet department who hadnt a clue as to which car I wanted at 1:00pm suddenly realized at 2:30pm that he HAD set the car aside and there was NO pinstripe. He wanted me to come down there that evening and get the car. Not buying a single word he said I told him I had plans. Before I called them out on it I went down there Saturday (they are closed Saturday) and found the car. I wanted to be able to tell them I saw the car and saw the damage. It was the only car in the trim and color that I wanted and it matched the stock number of the car that was supposed to have been set aside for me and the stock number that he told me had been pinstriped. I guess they never counted on me stopping by and checking out the car. Sure enough, the car was covered in wax dust and the area where the pinstripe had been was covered in tiny scratches (from trying to wax it out) that should not be on a brand new car AND there was a discoloration to the paint.just like I said there would be. I went home and sent an email to the salesmen, the sales manager and the general manager. The only person I ever heard from was the new car salesman. He wanted to know if I was still interested in purchasing a Nissan. I told him yes but not from Ancira. He acted as though he had no clue as to what was going on so I let him have it. He tried to tell me the car was never in the area where I told him I found it. When I told him it was the correct car and that the stock number matched the one we had discussed over the phone he said thank you and hung up. Im not sure if this is how they treat all of their customers or just women but they need to wake up. Needles to say, I won't be buying a car from Ancira.

I cannot begin to say how awesome the Ancira Nissan team is. I saw a price advertised online and went to check out the car. Sure enough, the super low-priced car "had just been sold earlier today". I was 100% sure it was just the same old sales tactic, but decided to give them a chance. I am so glad that I did. I told them I would purchase a car if they gave me a GREAT deal, and I can honestly say they delivered!In the end, I purchased a new Nissan Altima 2.5 S for a price that could not be beat. I know it couldn't be beat because I called every other Nissan dealer in town. No one, neither World Car Nissan nor Gunn Nissan, could meet Ancira's price. The other dealer's couldn't even believe that they would sell me a car at that price!Sip took amazing care of me through the entire process. Communication was great, he never called and harassed me between visits, Freddy bent over backwards to get me the price that I wanted to pay, and Jimmy was very laid back and honest with financing (no pressure). Overall, the entire sales team treated me with respect and remained patient with me even though I went in as a skeptic and will admit I was a bit difficult. This is my second vehicle from Ancira Nissan and I would whole heartedly recommend my friends and family to them. I have to say that I had a very good experience with Ancira Nissan. My salesman Mickey Davila was very attentive and explained everything in detail. He worked with me and not against me. He was the first person I saw when a co-worker and I went to Ancira Nissan to look at the 370z's on my lunch break. As my coworker at in the car, I got out to look at the 370z. When I looked up, I saw a Mickey Davila walking towards me within 2 mins. I was impressed. Mickey was friendly and explained features about the 370z to me. The next thing I know he got the key to the 370z that I was admiring and he let me drive it with him on the passengers side. I owned and traded my 350z and was familiar with the z's line of cars. Mickey let me get the feel of the car as if it were mine. All within reason of course. I was sold and loved everything about the car. Mickey and I went back to the dealership and we talked about my 2007 350z trade in. He introduced me to another young man by the name of Alfredo Apolinar. He also is a stand up guy. He looked over my trade in and test drove it. He was very knowledgable and friendly. While driving my 350z, he let me go along. I told him to drive it like they were designed to be driven. On the back private street he accelerated to check out the car, and I can tell he knew what is expected of these Z's... Whoo hooo!!. My 2007 San Marino Blue 350z was babied and well taken care of and I respected the trade in price that I was given after a few back and forths to come up with a good trade in agreement. After Mickey completed his paperwork, he took me over to the finance dept and I talked to George who is also a definite asset to Ancira Nissan. He took the time out to explain the costs and recommended the Warranty/ Lo-jack and Wheel Protection. Being a car enthusiast myself and the 370z being my midlife crisis new sportscar, I appreciated his knowledge and demeanor. My wife came to the dealership and was equally impressed by all three guys that I mentioned. Mickey and Alfredo, I work an unpopular type of customer service, but I do know that your can do attitude, competence and friendliness to all people will take you a long way. I shopped a couple of Nissan dealers before arriving at Ancira Nissan in San Antonio. Additionally, my intention was to continue shopping. However, I met salesperson Yogin Tivedi and his approach to the sales process and customer service/satisfaction was the reason I stopped searching and purchased from Ancira. Deciding on a car was easy. I knew what I wanted. But coming to a happy median with regard to price and terms was such a smooth process. It was an overall great buying experience and I'd highly recommend this dealership and salesperson to future buyers.

My husband and I initially visited several months before we were ready to buy. The salesman, Jim was friendly and helpful, even though he knew we weren't ready to buy. When we were ready, we returned and received quality service. Jim wasn't available at the time so he passed us on to Tyson and checked in again after he finished with his client. The salesman were willing to work with in our budget. They weren't pushy like so many car salesman seem to be and didn't try to upsell us. When we told them about the loan we had been approved for through our bank they said they thought they could get us a better rate and sure enough they hooked us up with a different bank (Security Services) with a much lower interest rate. All in all we were very pleased. I even sent my sister there when she needed a bigger car after having a baby. She was equally pleased with her experience. We are now officially an Ancira Family.

I would like to give recognition. To Christina Thomas for the best customer servive I have had at any dealship. I walked in she was smiling friendly and very help full. She asked a few questions and said she would get all the info she needed. She was very knolagable of the repair I needed. She got the job dun faster then i expectided. She gave me an estamated time and said she would see if she could get it done faster. I could not beleave when she called me it was done. The time was half what she estamated. That helped so much. Because I was in a time bind to pick up my daughter. The frienlyness and extra service was great. The preashur was releaved for the rest of my day. She was very humble when i thanked her. I first contacted Ancira Nissan because I found an ad for two 2010 black Nissan Sentras 2.0 S for $11,990. The ad listed both product numbers which I used to look up the actual vehicle on their site. I loved the car and the price was fantastic so I pursued it. (This was all done via chat and email because I was at work and I live about 500 miles from San Antonio.) After a conversation with Mark Anthony, I was told that that price was only valid for customers who were going to finance through the dealership (I had already set up financing through my bank) but they would extend the sale price to me. I gave him my banker's contact information and urged him to fax the paperwork that evening even though the bank was closed so they could have it first thing in the morning. Mark suggested I use my credit card to put down a $500 refundable deposit to 'hold' the car since they only had two at that price. I declined because my bank is a small town bank and I know my banker personally. It would have taken less than two hours for the paperwork to be completed and the deal closed. As soon as the bank opened the next day, I called to see if he had received the paperwork. No, there was nothing waiting for him. So I contacted Mark to see why the paperwork hadn't been sent. At 10:30, I received his response of 'I have already spoken to my finance department. They should soon be faxing over the necessary paperwork to your bank.' Keep in mind I was ready to pay $300 for a flight to San Antonio to pick up the car because they couldn't/wouldn't deliver it. At 1:30 p.m., I got an email from Mark stating that BOTH of the cars had been sold. One the previous evening and one that morning, but I could purchase a different Sentra 2.0 S for the new sale price of $12,990. I was thoroughly disappointed. I feel like I got the short-end of the stick just because I don't live there. My brother-in-law offered to call and see if he could work out a deal with Mark so I let him. After many phone calls and emails, they would not make good on the first offer they gave me. I decided that what they had done was wrong and the only way I would purchase a car from them is if they either A) sold me the same model and color of car for the original $11,990 or B) they sold me a metallic gray one with the convenience package for $12,990 (they were asking $13,840). They absolutely would not do it so I went elsewhere (and have purchased the same car hassle-free at a great price; and they deliver). Had they just faxed the paperwork when they said they would, none of that mess would have ever happened. Also, I checked the sales ad which showed the 'updated' price of $12,990 but the two product numbers were the EXACT SAME as listed in the $11,990 ad. I pointed this out to Mark in my last email but I never got a response. That to me speaks volumes.

I did have an unpleasant interaction with one of the other salesman whose name escapes me at the moment. He was very derogatory in his manner and how he addressed me. I was immediately attended to as soon as I got out of my vehicle. Bob was interested in what I was interested in. That alone made me feel that he was looking out for my safety and to satisfy me, which is undoubtedly extravagant. He also worked very hard to get the finance department to do what they could to help me find the right loaning company. The finance department is very much appreciated for the diligent work and effort they put forth to find a loan that would work. I also appreciated how George Nickolson took the time to explain the things I didn't quite understand during the final process of signing all of the paper work. He seemed awfully busy but he still didn't mind me asking any questions that I had and he informed me quite well. I also appreciate the flexibility with which I was shown.

We bought an SUV at Ancira nissan a few months back from Ancira and it was great at the time, but we realized we needed more space to carry cargo, my husband went to a local dealership here in Kansas and they were rude and real snotty. While my husband was in waiting to hear from the dealership he was at I had already took it upon myself to call Ancira and ask to speak to Tyson (The guy that sold us our SUV...I just had a feeling that if we really wanted to buy a truck he was the one who could make it happen). My husband was denied at the local dealership, but i handed him the phone and said here....give him your information so we can get your truck....3 days later we were driving down to Ancira Nissan in San Antonio to get our vehicle...the buying process can sometimes be long, but it was well worth the wait and the 11 hour drive to San Antonio, we were very satisfied with our purchase. We will definately be back to Tyson at Ancira to buy our next vehicle, hopefully he is still there when we go back in a year or so, but all in all Ancira has definately won our business no matter where we may be in the country.

Financing was easy which isn't typical of most places. We took the vehicle late at night and Hong followed up with us asking us to schedule a detailing and car wash. What service! I did not think I would be able to get the fun sporty type of car that I wanted and would have to settle for a "family" looking car. I ended up falling in low with the Nissan Altima Coupe, but did not think I could afford it. However, everyone at the dealership helped me out and gave me a great deal! They did not give up on me and provided me the financial assistance and car buying insight that I needed as a first time car buyer.

Very courteous service. Salesman was patient with our questions and did a great job explaining the features and benefits. The finance portion was a bit slow even though we had all our paperwork and information together. Having to go back another day to complete the detailing was also a bit problematic, but overall, we're happy with the purchase and I love the car.

I have been completely satisfied with the sales presentation and the price. I had gone to Gunn Nissan first to get a price and Bob was able to do better. I have bought 3 new Nissans from Bob. The service is great and very quick, since the only thing I have needed was oil changes and an occasional recall which is handled promptly. When I have the 30,000 mile check-up, it takes most of the day and they give me a car to drive. Rhonda French is very accomadating as well as Tim in the service department. I had always been a GM man prior to buying my first Nissan in 2002 and have not changed since then.

First, you need to know what happened the day before I visited Ancira Nissan. I spent all of Thursday getting jerked around by two different dealerships. One tried to lie about the car I was getting. The other not only lied and tried to get me to sign a loan for the car I wasnt really getting...but also lied and said I was approved at a very low interest rate while they actually were still shopping my loan. Then I was told by a fellow coworker that handles the Ancira account to see Grady, let him know what happened and that he would take care of me. When I first met him I said "I, like I was at the last two places, will be totally honest with you! I hope you will be the first to be honest with me."He was more than honest. IT WAS THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, PERIOD. From buying gum, to a fridge, to an apartment. I have never had a better experience IN MY LIFE. I told him if I was treated good I would continue buying cars from them for the rest of my life. He found the car that fit every need I had, I never knew I loved a Maxima until he had Yogin take me on a test drive. After that Yogin took over and was so smart and helpful. He treated me like I was at a 5 star resort and spending millions...he even helped me connect my phone to the cars bluetooth.Please buy cars from Ancira...you wont regret it!! Last...when everything was done and I was waiting for the car to be detailed I asked Grady, "Hey are you doing this because of my experience yesterday...or because of where I work and our relationship there?" He looked at me and said... "Mike, honestly, we strive to give this service to EVERYONE!" Blew me away!! Bob McFadden is very knowlegable and certainly very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone and I am going to recommend him to my daughter as she is considering an ALTIMA. I did have a situation with the internet salesman; he charged me an extra $1,000 but I caught that and he did correct it. I kind of felt that it was done on purpose. Also, the finance people put tremendous pressure on me to finance with Ancira. I chose not to and thought about just going to Gunn; but I stuck with Ancira. I happen to really like Ancira and really wanted to buy my Murano there. Please pass on my sincere gratitude to Bob McFadden, we really took a liking to him. Thanks Bob for your courteous help. This is my third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I keep coming back due to the selection, customer service, and speedy transaction. They were able to get it done on the terms and conditions I wanted each and every time. My salesman was not pushy and took the time to show me and answer all the questions I had. Some of the managers we found to be a little pushy and short with us, but Berky was very patient and answered all our questions and concerns. From our first visit, Yogin was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. He answered all of our questions and made the process very easy. We completed the credit application online and Fernando was very helpful in getting us a good deal on our trade in. Yogin ensured all the paperwork was ready and the car detailed and ready to go when we came in to finalize the transaction. With almost forty years of car ownership, this was , by far, the easiest, most pleasant car purchase we have had. We had a good experience with Ancira Nissan. Tyson was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The one area that could have been avoided was having two other sales persons/managers come and talk to us about what a deal we were receiving. I would have rated the experience great if it wouldn't have been for that added talk, especially after researching and gathering the information we had, then having the two manager/salespersons doing their best to convince us that what we were asking for was unthought of. Tyson, however did work hard to advocate for us and in the end I felt that the price and financing deal was a good one, so he made the difference for us.

A salesperson, Eric Fubara, approached me very quickly and was able to help me the rest of the way. The car was a great price and was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get the car within a few days and in time for school.

Upon arrival, we parked in front of the Used Car dept. Where Jorge greeted us promptly and courteously. We informed him that we were looking to purchase a new vehicle. We walked over to the New Car dept. There we walked around the Murano's for about 15 minutes. Noone ever came over to greet my Wife and I. However, we did see several sales persons sitting down on a bench smoking and talking while several others were just leaning against the wall. My Wife goes inside to ask to speak to a Manager. The Manager that showed up never apologized for his staff nor did he have a sale person come to service us. Instead, he told my Wife and I that the dealership was extremely busy. It was Sunday around 5:30 p.m. He then asked if we would identify all the salepersons who didn't acknowledge us. We kindly told him that wasn't our jobs to do that. We walked out with the intentions of never come back. However, we saw Jorge again and thanked him for being to only person to acknowledge my Wife and I. He apologized for the negative experienced and asked yet again if there was something he could help us with. Because of sincere and professional attitude, we went out on several test drives of Used and New vehicles. We picked a vehicle out, signed some paperwork, and drove it home. Jorge stayed while past closing that Sunday evening making sure everything was to our liking. The following Monday was a holiday. My Wife came back on Tuesday having changed her mind about purchasing the use vehicle. Instead she wanted a new vehicle. Jorge, then showed her about 10 new vehicles that had arrived on Monday. Allowing her to test drive and inspect all of them. Sometimes while being on the phone with me. Through all of this time, Jorge displayed nothing but outstanding professionlism and courtesy. Even through some tough negotiations between myself and the Sales Manager Mike Fording.My Wife and I cannot thank Jorge Trevino enough for the professionalism he showed toward us. I would also like to thank Mike Fording (Sales Manager) for his patients with me after I really became upset about proposed deal. I would be remissed if I didn't rate this dealership a definate 9 out of 10! Perhaps the only difficult part of the transaction was at the beginning of the deal ... and that was finding and meeting Mr. Keith Stuckart(Sales Consultant).It was on Valentine's Day and they were extremely busy, once I was able to locate Keith, everything went very smooth! I am a true believer that in order for one to get a great deal on a new or used vehicle, a person has to be fair and reasonable...the sales consultant needs to make money, the dealership needs to make money and the customer needs to feel like he got a good deal...all three of these things happened and I could not feel better about my dealings with Ancira Nissan. I must give special thanks to Mr. Grady Chason (General Sales Manager)..It's a pleasure to do business with someone who is honest and genuine... and basically a very "Down to Earth" person. I just purchased my used vehicle with a sales rep named Ceasar and lets just say I would never buy another vehicle with Ancira Nissan. Ceasar and his manager Ron gave me their word they would give me mats for the vehicle I purchased with Ancira. When I purchased the vehicle finance at 23,000 I noticed it did not come with mats and they told me it would be no problem. Purchasing a big purchase I wanted mats. I just felt lied to. It's been almost a month and still no mats. At the end of the sale Ceasar still did not know our names. This is one sales person I would never go back to.

I have rated the "Service" as Great primarily due to my service representative Tim Elkey. Although I have had several problems with my 2005 350Z, Tim has always found a way to remedy the issue. He has been "Outstanding" on every visit by turning a nighmare into a repairable situation. He should be commended for his efforts!

INCREDIBLE experience, especially after dealing with Gillman Honda... Ancira had everything ready for me when I got to town - we did the entire negotiation over the phone/email, and my car was ready to roll when I got there, including tinted, washed and just looking great. Took 1.5 hours total to get all the paperwork ready. Fastest car buying experience I have EVER had. Not only will I buy from them again, I would recommend them highly to anybody who hates the haggling that goes on at most dealerships. Went in with a price in mind, came out with a lower price. Where else do you get this? And the guys were great, friendly, obviously know their business. Kudos to the guys and Ancira for making my visit to SA to buy my car such a pleasure. ALL car buying should be this easy. Seriously, this guys are great!

I went in and Tim was very friendly and efficient. When making the appointment he asked me when it would be good for me to bring it in. No tlike other dealers that tell you when it would be good for them. When I showed up, he greeeted me by name. Reviewed with me what my concerns were regarding the vehicle. He then kept me up to speed on what was going on. Vehicle was finsihed way sooner than expected. When i went to get it, again Tim greeted me by name, walked me to cashier. When I left he thanked me for the business. I have (and will) let people know about the great service I received from Ancira Nissan and Tim.I visited another dealership and the service was horrible. They treated me like an annoyance and were not helpful.> I am glad that Ancira was able to provide outstanding service.

The service here is always great. The waiting room is comfortable, clean and the tech's professional. I highly recommend this dealership for service. When I went to Ancira Nissan I still didn't know what price I wanted to pay, I had quoted other dealers and was lookin for Ancira to match or make a better offer. I spoke with Mr. Sipriano and gave me a great price, I left to see if anybody could match and he told me that I was going to come back, and I did, no one in town was able to match that price and/or the interest rate I was getting. Keep up the good work Mr. Sipriano, a very honest man who is will to work for his customers. I would recommend "Sippi" (as people know him) every day of the week.

The day that I bought my car, I didn't actually plan to buy a car. My husband and I, in fact, just stopped by to look at the car that I like. Then, Hong who is a sales person came in and greet us. He took a lot of time with us and let us test drive all the cars we want. Even though, at one point I told him that we not going to buy a car today. He said that's not a problem, he just wanna make sure that we make the right decision. So, we ended up bought a car that day. I still couldn't believe that we bought a car within 5 hours time frame.

Mr Sipriano was very thorough and honest. Honesty is the first thing I look for in a person. The day I purchased my car , I had went to two other car dealerships. The first two individuals told me that there would be no problem they could get me the car for the price I was asking for, well bottomline they lied. When I talk with Mr Sipriano, he told me I can't make you any promises but I'll see what I can do, that i knew was the truth.. Anyway we close the deal and was only 300.00 over my negociated price..Making me a happy customer...I would recommend Sip to anyone whose looking for a car..

Yogin has made buying a car a positive experience. He's personable, super patient, and most importantly he doesn't act like the car salesman stereotype. You don't feel pressured, and he is very sincere and approachable. Let me say that again, he is very sincere and approachable --rare qualities. He also makes himself available if you need him after you've bought your car. Yesterday, Yogin helped my family for the third time in buying a new car. I had a lot of concerns and questions about what car to purchase that would meet my needs, and Yogin was great throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed to make a decision. He took his time to answer all my questions and was very patient and encouraging. While I do think Nissans' are great cars, Yogin is also a big part in why my family keeps buying Nissans. As a first time car buyer and buying a really expensive car I was just worried about spending too much money on a car but the expertise of the employees made me feel better about it. They know how to sell cars and they don't pressure you to buy a car. They will really work with you to find a car of you choice and price range. The only thing I am concerned is that the final price on the car was not much lower than the sticker price. It would have been nice to get a big discount.

This was my first experience picking out and purchasing a new vehicle all on my own and I was very surprised at how easy Sipriano made my experience. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. He made it very easy for me to ask questions and was very patient and understanding of my needs. I will recommend Ancira Nissan to everyone and will have them ask for Sipriano spefically. I love my new Exterra and can't imagine having gone anywhere else. My experience with Pual was a very good one! We did most of or negotiating over the phone even, so no ones time was waisted. All questions that i had he answered or got answered. Bob worked very hard to get me out of the vehicle I was in. All other dealers I went to did not want to make the effort. I highly recommend going to see Bob at Ancira Nissan. The finance department also worked very hard to get me a good rate with minimal down.

I went in to look at a 2010 Nissan Maxima and although I was just doing research and getting a feel for the vehicle I was not pestered by the sales staff. Paul Knoblock was helpful and attentive without being intrusive. He was the epitome of professionalism. Even though I was not prepared to make the purchase at that time, if I decide on a Nissan of any sort I will be back to see Paul at Ancira Nissan.

The salesman was very nice and very freindly. He took his time with us and showed us every car we wanted to see. He also made the best deal for us. We had been trying to buy a car all day with 3 other dealerships and he never stopped trying to get us the car we wanted. It was late when we left but it was worth it. I came to Ancira Nissan because they were the only dealership in San Antonio that had the specific truck I wanted on the lot. I had not read any reviews or really even researched any further than the truck I wanted. The day I went to the dealership it was about 37 degrees and windy outside. As I was pulling up I saw a group of salesmen huddled around the corner. Needless to say none of them looked like they wanted to budge from the corner and come help me except for Maury. Maury was brave enough to bare the cold and come assist me. Long story shot I drove off the lot that day in a new truck. Thanks Maury. On the flip side I did have to wait quite some time to see a finance consultant to sign the papers. I felt a bit undercut on the trade in but it was better than dealing with the hassle of selling it my self. I did have to return to the dealership to bring some items for the car I traded in. When I arrived I went to the receptionist and told her what I was there for and because my salesmen was not there they seemed to act as if they were completely helpless. Eventually they came around and did something about it. Overall I would say its a good dealership and if your looking for a salesman without that sleaseball attitude I highly recommend Maury.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Ancira Nissan. Jaime Gonzalez seemed very knowledgeable about the Chevrolet Avalanche which was surprising at a Nissan dealership. He pointed out several features that I was not aware of even after having already owned an Avalanche. The dealership itself seemed very willing to work with me and we arrived at a price easily. I did think I spent way too much time signing the final papers and the finance manager Ruben Rodriguez seemed way too pushy with trying to sell me an extended warranty. He kept offering different versions and prices even after I repeatedly told him I was not interested and wanted to move on.

My dad and I enjoyed very much buying a car at Nissan Ancira with Sipriano. He has a great humor and very good knowledge about the cars he's selling. His bilingual skills helped my dad understand really good since he only speaks spanish. The staff was friendly as well, they even gave us chicken!!

Our experience was one of the best we have ever had dealing with a new car purchase. Jesse spent time with us and gave us the chance to ask questions. This purchase was a big deal for us because this vehicle was something we were purchasing due to our new son. He was so helpful with vehicle safety, warranty information, after purchase servicing and gave us such a great deal that my brother and sister purchased 2 more cars from him over the next couple of months. Jesse truely changed our outlook on going to a traditional dealership. Anyone can stamp a price on a car but it takes great sales associates like Jesse to keep people coming back.

I would like to thank Paul Knoblock and Jimmy Guerra For the wonderful customer service that they gave my parents when they came to Ancira Nissan on IH10 and Huebner. My father recently under went knee surgery and was not able to get around the dealship with ease. Paul was very accommodating to my father by bring several vehicles for them to look at and test drive. My husband and I went to Ancira Nissan to buy a car because we had previously bought our Jeep from Ancira and were very happy with the process. When we arrived Jim helped us out as well as Sippy and we were directed to the exact car that we where looking for. That night we stayed until around ten or so but where not able to reach an agreement, however Sippy and Jim both made us feel as if they were doing all they could. The next day we went back & within less than an hour we were already being sent to financing!! I was happy that I did not feel pressured into buying the car and was even happier that we came to an agreement quickly. From the first time we stepped into the dealership until i recently went to pick up my liscense, the experience has been more than pleasant. I will refer family and friends to Anicra Nissan.

I have bought my vehicles from Ancira Chevrolet(Chev.2500 and Tahoe) and was really pleased with their services. Before that I had a bought a 1998 Chev. P/U in Laredo and soon after that I was on a trip to San Antonio where my vehicle completely stopped. Not knowing what to do I called Ancira and they picked up the truck and towed it to their dealership on Bandera. Before the end of the day I was out and on my way back to Laredo. I liked the way that they treated me and later on I bought the two vehicles which I still own and use for my out of town trips. This years my daughters decided that they needed new vehicles so I decided to visit Ancira Nissan knowing that they would probably treat me right. I had checked several models including Chevrolets Traverse and Impala. I decided to check out the Nissan Altima. When I first visted the dealership right before Thanksgiving I was met by Mr. Joe Talbot and he never left our side. I had to return to Laredo for Thanksgiving but promised to return right after Thanksgiving. On that Friday we returned and again Mr. Joe Talbot was waiting for us. Mr. Tim Trimmer insured that we stayed interested in coming back and buying a vehicle. Mr. Talbot took care of us just like I expected an Ancira employee to do. Later that afternoon we visited with Mr. Jimmy Guerra(Finance) who prepared all the paperwork that was needed for us to walk out with two Nissan Altimas(one for my household in San Antonio and the other for our household in Laredo, Texas). Mr. Talbot has followed up several times to insure that we return with the vehicles to take care of prep items. I am very pleased with the service. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

This automobile purchase was my most enjoyable one in the last 40 years. Mr. Abulehieh had great knowledge of the product I wanted and listened to the options that I wanted without trying to "upload" my purchase. He found the exact car, which was prepped as I had requested, and was ready for pick-up on time. I particularly liked the fact that there was no hard closing tactic, and my price was met with a minimum of stress and unpleasant pressure.

This was my second purchase of a Nissan from Ancira. I purchased a new Maxima in 2004, and my sales representative was Tony Guerra. Tony was exellent and I had determined already that I would be a repeat customer when the time arrived. Tony was no longer employed at Ancira Nissan when I went back to purchase my 2009 Maxima. Maury Burnett was my sales representative, and I can honestly say that I will again be a repeat customer, as Maury exceeded my expectations as well. The overall experience was very positive. I have already recommended Maury to several of my friends.

I took my vehicle in for an alignment and rotation, got it back and had same problem as when I took it in! They couldn't show me the before and after specs from the alignment so how do I know they even did it?? I spent ALL DAY try to get it straightened out and finally left 11 hours after taking the vehicle in for a SCHEDULED appointment. I got home and called a friend that is a mechanic to find out that half of what Robert Wilkens told me was a LIE!! I would NEVER suggest this dealership to anyone and would encourage anyone that received poor service to contact the Federal Trade Commission or the Texas Attorney General's Office, both of which investigate fraud and consumer protection allegations.

I hit a pothole and bent one of my factory rims, Ancira got me back on the road as quickly as possible. All the employees are very welcoming and empathetic towards my needs. I would highly recommend this dealer at ALL levels. From the purchase of my last 2 vehicles from them they make it impossible, in a good way, to go anywhere else for my automotive needs.

Response to my questions and concerns were much faster than I had expected. He helped me find the features I needed most in my car and advised me how to get the most for my money. I had a very unusual experience at Ancira Nissan. I went in to look at a new vehicle and even did a test drive. After the test drive, the salesman took me back inside where there are a group of tables and chairs with lots of folks waiting for their vehicles. He proceeded to start asking personal questions, name, address, phone, balance on my trade in, where the car was financed, etc. I kept whispering as I did NOT want all my personal information available to others who sitting around. There was absolutely no privacy. I kept whispering so he would get the idea that this is not something I want everyone to know about. Then he went off to talk to the manager... you know the routine... well, then he came back out and proceeded to tell me that they would not give me Blue Book or NADA value on my car because it is a GM car and "we don't know what is going to happen to them" (in earshot of everyone else waiting in the room). It was very unpleasant experience and they showed no consideration for maintaining any privacy regarding personal information. In this day of identity theft, I would think asking personal questions should be done in a private situation. I was definitely not impressed with their manners or protocal regarding privacy issues.

I went to this dealership several times to get the regular oil change or tire pressure adjustment. Except for the first visit, the waits for all the 3 visits since were extremely long. The one time before last, they totally forgot to perform the simple oil & lube and had my family waited some 3 hours that they offered to give me that service for free. This latest round, they pulled my car to the back 30 minutes after I arrived & put in the order. And once again, the rest of the time, the car just sat there in the back corner of the building out of the open view for over 2 hours that I had to walk up to the manager to ask WHEN will my car get done. He immediately responded that it was already in the shop and should take no longer than 15 minutes. Sure enough, my car then got driven in for service few minutes after I inquired for oil & lube and tires rotation. Within 10 minutes, it was ready. I swore then & there that I will NEVER bring my car back to this dealership (ANCIRA NISSAN) again nor will I purchase any vehicle from ANCIRA for their INCONSIDERATION of my time and their INDIFFERENCE to their customers! If a simple job do not get done promptly and manager is a liar, do they think I would bring my car in to get worked on at their place with a more complicated fix??? Save your time and take your car elsewhere but here! Sales was UNimpressive and Service simply was Horrible!

I had bought a 2008 Nissan Altima. Several months ago. I love the car. However, i just received a phone call from Mickey a new salesperson,stating that Jake had left and now he was the new salesperson. He wanted to know if I knew anyone that was looking for a new vehicle. i said NO. He continued and asked for names of 5 of my friends anyway,after I told him No one was interested in buying a car. He BEGGED me for names and phone numbers to solicit my friends. I finally told him "What part of NO didn't you get?" I would have recommended Jake but not this new guy. He is too pushy. Wasting my time on my cell phone and during the day!!! DO NOT EVER CALL ME AGAIN!!!! Nissan is a great car, please revamp your sales force.
