All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mark, financial manager, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Jim Higgins. He was a pleasure to work with.

Mark Secore, the finance manager, was one of the best parts of the experience. I dislike buying cars and what really made this experience more than simply tolerable was the amount of good customer service he provided. Before I saw him I was seen by a sales associate by the name of Tim. He was knowledgable and competent.

My mother needed a car. We looked at quite a few cars prior to our visit to Alan Jay Chevrolet. Nick was immediately focussed in to her needs. He patiently guided us through many options ... used cars, pre-owned, all shapes and sizes,etc. We found the perfect new car for her. He guided her through the test drives and basic various functions, explained the dashboard. He patiently supported her through the financial bartering process and paperwork. We returned the following day to pick up the car and there was a huge ribbon wishing my mother "Happy 91st. Birthday". It was awesome! I enjoyed the experience so much that I traded my less than a year old car in and bought myself a Chevy Equinox from Nick. I would recommend Nick to anyone and everyone! P.S. he even came to my mom's house to run through a few questions she had, after leaving work ... three weeks later!!!

My wife and I were shopping around different Chevrolet dealers for an Equinox a week or so ago. We were looking for colors, trim and availability at each dealer when we found out dealers can ship vehicles back and forth. Then, the decision became which dealer impressed us the most...Domenick Benvenuto, the salesman at Alan Jay Chevrolet impressed us the most with his friendliness, knowledge and willingness to help us.We selected a vehicle from a different location and it was shipped to Alan Jay for our purchase. Domenick was very helpful even though when I got to the dealership I was just planning on looking at the Equinox. The salesman that I needed to see and deal with was on vacation and since I was going thru a fleet program I was going to wait until he was back from vacation. Nick didn't care and he asked the manager if they could work with me on the fleet deal. I was able to get the car I wanted at a good price. At this point I think Nick went above and beyond his responsibilities while working with me. When explaining about the Equinox and how everything worked on the inside of the car, Nick was very explicit about what he was saying and when I didn't understand something he didn't mind going over the procedure a 2nd time. I would recommend Nick to my relatives and friends. Thank you Nick and keep up the good work.

After a minor accident and major hassle from my insurance company and a two hour wait at Hertz I was not in a very good mood.The professional manner of both Shawn Smith from the body shop and Rene Gutierrez from service turned an unpleasant experience into one of gratitude. The body repair and service was coordinated precisely as requested in a timely manner with a cheerful and positive attitude. I went to service to pick up my 2011 Lacrosse and Renee , as usual, gave a very friendly greeting and promptly notified Shawn that I was at service . The car was brought to me and both Shawn and Rene explained all that had been done. I was escorted to the office to sign the paperwork and thanked for my business. I have always been very favorably impressed with the professional manner in which Renee conducts himself and this visit afforded the pleasure of seeing two professionals work together as a Championship Team.. ..Great Job ....Thank You

Mr. Mooney earned the respect of my wife and myself as a quality employee who met OUR need in regard to the car we wanted. He did it with integrity in all aspects. We think he provided us with the best priced package available to him and us within the parameters within he works. By this I mean that he uncovered every incentive availableand did not push "extras' on us that would have boosted his own commission. In stating this I believe we can say that Mr. Mooney is one of the minority remaining who will still sometimes put others interest above their own. Another example is the way he greeted us by establishing the certainty that we had no ties to any other sales person before he began the process. His availability after the sale, which he promised to us, has already begun to man-ifest itself in the short term follow-up process that has already begun. In short we will highly recommend (already have) his expertise and professionalism to any prospective auto buyers. Alan Jay is blessed to have a man of Gary's character representing his business. Gary Mooney was not listed on this site to rate. As good as Gary is, you should add him immediately. A Great salesperson.(period)He was so good I brought my son back 2 days later and he bought a truck also. If I didn't trust Gary I would have never brought my son in.I have taught sales for many years and I enjoy a good sales presentation. I also enjoy buying and not being sold (well at least not feel like I am being sold). Gary listened to me, then made recommendations, then showed me how for the same money I was willing to spend I could get a brand new truck. He made it happen. His customer service skills were his high point. He made sure everything was perfect for my delivery and my son's also. When I brought my son in, he had talked with us beforehand, determined what we wanted, had a list of vehicles available and even had one brought down from another Alan Jay dealership up the road that he felt was the best value that met our needs. We agreed and my son drove away in that vehicle.Gary is the only person I look forward to seeing when I buy another car. I would recommend him to anyone that has ever had a bad experience at a car dealership in the past.

The last 2 cars we purchased were from another dealership do to the poor service and employees attitudes that we encountered at Alan Jay in the past. We were in the market for another car and decided to see if anything had changed at Alan Jay. The change we saw was unbelievable! When we pulled in the lot we were greeted by Gary Mooney. He asked what we were looking for and suggested an alternate that we found more to our liking. Gary was very knowledgeable of all the models and was able to answer any questions we had. After deciding which car we wanted we were able to negotiate a deal. We had an amount that we wanted for our trade in and we received it. We worked out the financial details with Mark Secore who explained all the options that were available. When we went the following day to pick up the car it was waiting for us. Gary went over the operation of all the controls and introduced us to managers in all the departments. We have never had such outstanding service at any dealership and we give Alan Jay credit for the great improvement in his operation. Gary phoned us after the purchase to verify we were satisfied with the car and to see if we had any questions or problems. Alan Jay should be proud to have a salesman like Gary on his staff.

I DECIDED TO TRADE MY 03 CHEVY TAHOE FOR A CAMERO BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I TRIED TO DEAL WITH MY LOCAL DEALER IN OKEECHOBEE AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO GET THE COLOR I WANTED. MY SISTER CALLED ALAN JAY TOLD THEM THE MAKE AND COLOR I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THEY HAD IT ON THEIR LOT IN 1 HOUR.WE DROVE OVER TEST DROVE THE CAR. AGREEDED TO PURCHASE. THERE WERE ISSUES WITH MY FINANCING BUT THE GUYS NEVER GAVE UP UNTIL THEY FOUND THE RIGHT LENDER FOR ME. WHEN WE WENT BACK TO PICK UP THE CAR THEY HAD PLACED A BIG RED BOW ON THE CAR... THEY WERE THE BEST. THIS IS THE FIRST CAR THAT I HAD PURCHASED ON MY OWN AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THE DEAL THANKS GUYS YOU ARE GREAT !!! MY SISTER WILL BE TRADING HER VEHICLE THIS YEAR AND IS GOING BACK TO ALAN JAY TO DO IT. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS.

From the time that we initally contacted this dealer, through the time when we purchased a new Avalanche, this dealership and especially Pete Blake, was extremely professional and upfront about everything. We drove almost three hours from Fort Lauderdale to Sebring to this dealer and it was worth the drive. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new automobile. We got the deal we wanted on the car we wanted with the trade-in value that we thought was fair. Great Experience!!!

Joe was more than great! His patience and understanding during the LONG process was remarkable. The "good" rating in the overall experience is because of the length of time it took to get through the whole thing. There must be a better way to make buying a car a more enjoyable experience.,,,especially for former GM employees.

I was never a member of the rich and famous, however, after the treatment and ease I received while in the looking stage and then into the actual signing the bottom line to purchase stage, I was in the greatest atmosphere and friendliest place I have ever had the opportunity to be in and I feel great about purchasing an automobile knowing that my investment is in good hands with the sevice end. The entire work force made be feel at ease and comfortable about doing what had to be done.. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that was in the looking stage to deal on a new/used auto.

We were in need of a car of a certain weight, size, etc. that could be towed behind our old motor home. Jim Higgins did much research to find the right car, called when one was in, let us decide if we wanted to follow up after his call. No high pressure. Also no high pressure in the financial office, with Mr. Secore, to take what was offered (extra insurance, etc.) This is the 4th car we have purchased from Alan Jay, plus my husband did the "dealing" on the car my mother purchased during this time frame. We have never been sorry, but very happy with the Alan Jay dealership.

Rad was very friendly and helpful. He didn't pressure me into buying a car which I liked. He asked me what I wanted both in type of car and price I felt comfortable with. I really liked that. I would reconmend him to my friends.Mark was very good at explaining my options with extras. He explained them so I understood everything clearly. Since this was my first time buying a car by myself I felt good at the end of the deal.

I wanted a used Expedition but I wanted to buy it from the Chevy Dealer where Scott worked and they told me they could do that. The purpose of my visit was to have the last service on my Chevy venture taken care of and also while i was thereI was thinking of getting an extended warranty on my Venture.I was introduced to Mark Secore who is the Finance Manager for Alan Jay Automotive Network.We discussed several plans for extended warranty's when he suggested that they had some fine used cars and vans in stock and that I might be interested in looking for a later model Van.Robert Ryder a sales man said he would be happy to drive me over to the shopping center where Alan Jay had quite a number of used vehicles on sale.Robert Ryder an Alan Jay Sales man drove me over to the shopping center and low and behold I spotted a Chevrolet Highlander that was in beautiful shape and something that I could go for lf we could strike a deal.I was quoted a price i could live with and we headed back To Mark Secore's office to see if we could put the numbers together to finalise the deal.My hat is off to Mark Secore he worked his butt off to consimate the deal and I went home again a Satisfied customer of another Alan Jay automobile.and I must add Alan Jay has to be very happy and proud to have men like Mark Secore Finance Manager who goes out of his way to satisfy his customers.Again my hat is off to men like Mark Secore and Robert Ryder ,men who are hard working and courteous and intelligent is well.I wish the best to Mark and Robert and to all at Alan Jays and wish them all a Happy holiday,Respectfully,John J.Delaney

I had not bought a new car in 40 years. Being recently widowed I was really dreading dealing with buying a car. My last experiance was not pleasent. But, Brian put no pressure on me and really helped me decide on my purchase and spent time finding exactly what I wanted in my price range. He went out of his way to make sure I would be happy with this car and the future services I would require. He also showed and explained all the car's equipment and helped me set up the ON STAR service. Mark made sure I understood the financal package and all warranty's. Everyone connected with the dealership was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. I also had a good friend who bought a new car at this dealership and found it a pleasent experiance.
