Van Johnson is an excellent sales Associate. He is polite, knowledgeable and has a great deal of patience. I took a test drive in 3 cars. Each car, he adjusted the seats, wheel and made me feel comfortable as I drove each car. He kept making the seats more comfortable for me each time I sat in a car. Van also went over all the paperwork with us and had everything ready when we came to pick up the car. The dealership is excellent. I especially liked the questionnaire I filled out about what I would like when I brought the car in for servicing-what I like to drink and eat. Everyone is polite and willing to help you. A pleasure doing business with Van Johnson and the people at Al Packer.

Edgardo Pena was most helpful in making sure that 1) I was promptly given a loaner car while my car was being serviced and 2) I was notified in a timely manner by phone that my car was ready and that I could return the loaner any time that day. The entire experience was without stress.

It was well worth the 4 hour trip to Al Packer Lincoln and deal with Doug Carbrey. Before our arrival Doug kept me informed via text and emails of the delivery status of the MKX. To start, their internet pricing was the best in the region. Doug was very knowledgeable about the 2016 Black Label vehicles and answered all our questions. He gave me my trade-in asking price with no haggling, a very fair deal!

I recently purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator from Al Packer in West Palm Beach and am SO happy I did. I was shopping for a large luxury car or SUV and literally spent 6 months comparing all types of vehicles, including Lexus, Mercedes, Volvo, Infinity, Audi, Hyundai, Jaguar - you name it. After test driving all of them, I came to the conclusion that the Lincoln Navigator was beautifully appointed, rode smoothly, and offered the best value of any luxury SUV. I absolutely love it. Most importantly was the excellent sales attention from Marsha Katz, and the easy negotiations with Michael Downs. Even the financing was super pleasant with James Wolfram. Why can't other dealerships offer the best product for the best price, along with the best customer service? I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived at the dealership, and will consider them for all my future car purchases. Great job, Al Packer Lincoln!

"Shorty" was very courteous and dealt with me promptly and efficiently. The service was done in less time than anticipated, and my car was washed outside and cleaned inside. The only negative was the waiting area - EXTREMELY noisy with two TV's on different stations with high volume plus the facility music trying to play over it all. The refreshment area was out of cups, the cookies were long gone and coffee was spilled on the floor - this was at 2:00 PM. I appreciated the use of the WiFi area but even with that being around the corner and somewhat shielded from the main area it was way too noisy. Previous visits to this facility were excellent without the above issues.

Mr Shorty does a great job when you come in for service. He has taken care of my last three cars and he will take care of my new 2016 MKX. My salesman Van Johnson was very helpful and great to work with. I didn't buy the first day, but came back And Van was not there. That didn't stop Al Packer Lincoln from taking care of me. The fill in sales person, Mrs. Katz jumped right in , showed me cars and really helped with the delevery of my new MKX The Team did a great job. This is not new , I have gotten my last three cars from here and they always do a great job and treet you like a customer. Mike the sales manager was also very helpful.

Driving into Al Packer Lincoln for service is always a pleasure especially knowing that it will be Shorty Pena there to greet you (I do not think he ever takes a vacation). Shorty gives you the impression that he can never do enough to please you and he never fails. The vehicle being service was my 14th Lincoln however it is not a Town Car as the previous 13 were. I do miss the TC. I met Shorty many years ago at Rizzo Lincoln and followed him to Packer. A good move on my part.

Mr. Shorty at Al Packer Lincoln achieved the ultimate in good service. I called early in the AM on a busy Monday. I brought the car in immediately, had a loaner and was home 1 hour after I left home. The service was well done and the car picked up the next day...trouble free.

I love this dealership not just my salesman Saiid that I've used for years but also there service department is excellent .. I would not think of Going to another dealership. Last week I had a tire problem,brought the car in for service Edgardo Pena took charge of the whole thing made me feel safe showed me around the lounge which is beautiful and in know time at all my tire was fixed. Thank you Shorty. And when I got home I got a text from my salesman Saiid to make sure the tire was okay and I was home safely .

Great dealership with FANTASTIC service personnel. Alex Josefyx has been my Service Adviser for as many years as I have been dealing with Al Packer. His comitment to customer service is the best i have ever experienced at any dealership. I would NEVER have my vehicle serviced at any other dealership or shop. His word is his bond, he knows the products and he has the service work done in a timely manor. Alex is the best!! If you need a new or pre owned vehicle I can't say enough good about the Al Packer sales staff also. They all are the best and work with you to get you the best possible vehicle to fit your needs and price. The selection of new and pre owned vehicles is very good. My sales person is Luce Gersten and she is a wonderful person to deal with.She knows the products she sells to the "T." Luce follows up on all vehicle sales and interests. You are never neglected after a sale. All I can say is Al Packer treats you as family and is a wonderful place to purchase and have your vehicle serviced! Try them and see!

Mr. Van Johnson was very helpfull on our purchase of a new MKT. We were looking to replace a vehicle with 7 or 8 passenger vehicle that still had some style instead of a box style. Van showed us the MKT and we both liked the vehicle immediately. Van throughly explained the vehicle and all it's features and trst drove the vehicle with us. We were very much impressed with Mr. Johnson and indeed purchased the vehicle.

We searched for sometime online, for a car for my husband, as I am NOT a fan of dealerships or ar salesman. We found A Car at Al Packer that interested us, so we went to see it. We were approached by Ed Okin. Because I generally don't care for salesmaen, i usually have my guards up an I am ready to go head to head. I immediately had good vibe from Ed Okin and he quickly earned my trust as he was not pushy an more concerned with establishing a relationship with us, his customer. He was quite patient and extremely knowledgeable. As we spoke, I mention to Ed that I needed to do something about my car as well which I was upside down in..he offered me some helpful advice and a solution to get me out of my car. I told him we would definitely be back. I wouldn't go to anyone but Ed Okin and highly recommend him.

I just bought a new Lincoln Navigator at Al Packer Lincoln Ford in W. Palm Beach. This location had more Navigators than others in the area and Jason Salvador went above and beyond to provide me with all the info I asked for before even coming in to see him. I knew it was worth the drive to go there. Jason and the General Manager were patient and very helpful in finding a solution to my back problems in most vehicles. I love my new ride and was so pleased with the experience!

I went to one dealer and I was not happy with the sales person. I spoke to a friend and he said I should go to Al Packer, which I did. upon my arrival I was greeted by Anthony Pastore, It was a pleasure to find someone with a great attitude and knowledge of his products. after going over my desires for a MKZ, he said they were not available yet. I couldn't wait, due to my lease end, so he offered other choices that he would give me a deal on. we ended up with the MKX. I'm glad I did. we had an Aviator before and my wife liked it so we decided on the MKX.since our purchase, Anthony has been in touch with us several times to check on our pleasure with it, offering anything we might have questions at all about the vehicle. we were given an overall operation above and beyond what Anthony had given us. no other dealer has gone so overboard with satisfying a buyer. I only have 4K on the X so I am sure the service will be the same good quality.
