When our Honda finally died, it was suggested by one of my clients to go see the guys at Airport. My client has bought 2 cars from them and was completely satisfied. I called and made an appointment just to look and discuss what my options were. My husband of course was very hesitant, as most husbands are when making a big purchase, and was only willing to mull over the idea. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles, and it was 5:30pm, and a hand shake. Brett was our contact person and we all sat down and talked about what we wanted and needed. Brett is a great listener and used all his resources to find us the car that made the most sense for us. Everyone was pleasant and understood this was a big step for us, they let us sleep on it and gave us the space and time to make the right decision. Anybody looking to have a great first time car buying experience needs to get with the guys at Airport, share your story and let them work with you... Tomas Iboa was awesome to work with. I called ahead, to find out if Airport could even work with me on my trade-in situation, and was told to come in and speak with Tomas. That same night he was doing his best to get me into a vehicle, which he was able to do the next day. Not only did Tomas find me something in my price range, he followed me back to Grants Pass to handle the rest of the paperwork for the trade-in. I am very satisfied with this experience, and it is why I have never gone to another dealership. Airport goes out of their way to help customers and give them a great experience. We really didn't intend to buy a car on this visit - we were just looking and seeing what's out there. We test drove the car we ended up buying and liked it, but then we were made aware of the scuff on the rear bumper on the passenger side. I immediately said I wouldn't want to buy a car with that scuff. But it turned out the timing was just right and the dealership matched our offer closely enough to make it a super great deal, including a professional paint job to erase the scuff mark. We bought the car on Monday, today is Wednesday and our new car is already being painted and we were given a loaner free of charge. Our salesman, Joel, was wonderful to us. We also appreciate Will, who did our paperwork. We feel they treated us like friends and we feel great about buying our car from Airport Chevrolet.

I am really impressed with my new Malibu! The 2015 DI engine has really impressive power. The car rides fantastic! The fuel mileage is great! Since 2007 I have owned 3 new diesel Jettas a 2012 Chevy Cruze, 2013 Ford Mustang GT a 2011 Cadillac CTS and the Malibu is my favorite!! I plan on keeping this one. All the cars I have either had a terrible sound system , to much road noise, low hp, bad fuel mileage, or just an overall poor design. This Malibu is the first car I have ever owned that got everything right. Way to go Chevy!!! Chevy has raised the bar with the 2016 Malibu. I have owned to many cars and so far this is one of the finest I have owned. I like it better than my Cadillac CTS that I traded in. Thank you Airport Chevrolet!!

From the time I started the process of getting my car I would say I have had a very good experience. I hadn't bought a car for a long time so I was slow going. Joel was exceptional!!! He helped me through the process Then we found the right car and wanted to purchase it. I then saw Virginia who was exceptional. They explained everything and went over it again if I had any questions. I saw Valerie who was very nice and Explained everything. No rushing , I have had a coating put on my car and the service people were so good. Everyone explained what was being done, they even brought my car back to me. When i originally bought the car, the guy was rude and acted like my time there was an inconvenience, towards the end of the purchase it was obvious he was done dealing w me. I literally bought the car about 2 months ago, needed a spot detail and they said they would do it for free which is nice but not after trying to talk to into a $300 detail of the whole car. He said the spot was good for a couple days tell i could make an apt. I brought the car in and they started at 12:10 said it should only take about 30 min, at 1:45 im wondering what the heck so i went and found someone to ask and they said oh our bad i went on lunch and i told the other guy to give you your car back i guess he didnt. Well the stain looked exactly how i gave it to them, when i had got home and could really inspect it. So i called and the guy again acted like i was a waist of time. I said i appreciate it being free but it looks like the free part showed the quality of the job. He said bring it back in. So i did. And the SECOND cleaning looks exactly how it was the first time! This process was not enjoyable, they freely waisted my time. And did not in any way do a good job on the spot treatment. Iam very dissatisfied, and 100% regret giving them my business.

My keys were taken right away so they could check my car and I was shown a couple cars and liked one. I discovered that I was out of my price range and asked for my keys back. I got there at 9am and after five hours of haggleing and asking for my keys several times they wore me down and I signed the papers to buy a car I neither needed or wanted, one I hadn't even tried out, one that for me was the worse possible choice, but I would have sold my soul to get out and now I feel as if I did. The price I paid was eighteen thousand over blue book and I have 84 months to regret being old and tired.

I talk to Rick several months ago online about looking at trucks he keep in touch to let us know what was going on with deals. We had a lot going on and wasn't ready to look but he was very patient waiting for when the time was right. We decided to just go in and look and everyone was great fast on waiting on us and made us very comfortable. Glen and Ron were great Ron asked what we were looking for and took us right to the truck that would best meet our needs, then we talk to Glen very nice both were great answered all our questions and got us a great deal. We have only had our truck for a couple of days so so far so good. I will for sure send anyone looking for a truck to them.

I had a horrible experience with a salesman here. He disrespected me when I stopped by the lot to look at cars. I already own two cars I had previously purchased from this dealership and I was looking to trade up on both. I told him I didn't have much time and I didn't wish to talk with anyone at that time...only look. He told me that, if I didn't want to talk to anyone, I could leave. I did. When I called the sales manager...and later the CAO to discuss my negative experience, they would not listen to my complaint...instead immediately coming to the defense of the salesman. I will never do business here again.

Brett went above the call of duty. He drove six hours one way to make us a happy customer and yes he delivered that to us with amazement. We have always been treated so well we buy all our cars at Airport Chevrolet including extended family's cars best prices and selection. Virginia our customer satisfaction lady always goes out of her way,we the Card Family have bought 10 to 15 cars their with Virginias assistance. She Always has a box of chocolate our favorites in the car waiting for us to receive it. She goes above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable. She teaches us in our older age all the new computer stuff.... Not an easy task, she always greats me with a smile when I am back for the 10th time to ask how to use the new gadgets we just can't seem to get the hang of. If it was not for her dedication We would not be able to deal with all the new computer systems and extras on our new car. We sincerely are thankful for her.

I was helped by both Brett Roos and Glenn Morgan. Both very much gentlemen and very much helpful. THe reason I went back to Airport Chevy is because the staff really bend over backwards to help out. I really loved the fact that Brett drove all the way to the Coast of Oregon to pick up the car for me and he did this on the same day. It is a long drive to the coast, Brett realized that once I got credit approved on the lovely car that I wanted it as of yesterday and that the last thing I wanted was to wait until the next day. What can I say I'm only human. He really went beyond the extra mile. Many thanks to Glenn for getting the credit approval and a monthly payment that works for ME!! Also as always Virginia Ostreicher is an angel in customer care and we all love her to no end. Steve, in the work shop was great and Jordan Morgan never stops for two seconds when it comes to helping out. Thanks again to Brett Roos for his non stop work in getting me the car the same day. There really is not any reason to go else where when everyone is bending over backwards to be so very helpful.

Our experience at Airport Chevy was GREAT! We went in looking for a used 4 wheel drive pickup and left with a brand new one instead. The sales people (Tomas and Ted) were extremely friendly. They made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Our past experiences at another big name dealership left us feeling cheated and unappreciated. They wouldn't return phone calls or we were told the salesperson who "helped" us wasn't in. They didn't know my husband was in the store when he called and could clearly see him. Thank You.

I'd been looking for a European sedan for a while. I walked into Airport Chevy looking at a used BMW. They asked me questions about what I was looking for, why I was looking for european, etc. I didn't want to drive a domestic but they finally convinced me to! I'm so grateful they did! I absolutely love my Buick LaCrosse! The purchase was quick and if I have any questions I know I can always come in and ask and they'll take care of me. Service has also been great for my regular service. They even call me when my car suggests that its time for service.

Craig Bennett (online sales) listened to me. Craig Bennett was the only salesman that found a vehicle that met my disability needs and my personality. I give Craig Bennett the highest praise. Craig Bennett was professional; thoughtful; patient; trustworthy; and a wonderful person. First, I ran my own credit report through the three major credit bureaus. Then, I did extensive research on various factors: Reliability; safety; highest rated vehicles from 4 different sites; most affordable pre-owned from 3 sites; what payment I could afford; most cargo space for my disability items that I have to carry with me at all times. Salesman: Tyson Dines was an excellent on site salesman. Tyson exhibited professionalism; respect; patience; and good humor. I can not give a high enough recommendation to Tyson Dines and Craig Bennett. My only problem area was with the Finance Department. I worked as a bookkeeper for years; and recognize "creative bookkeeping" when I see it. The General Manager; Greg Mills; took time to speak to me directly; was professional and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my pre-owned vehicle. The only thing I would recommend: go over your finance papers very carefully (no matter how ill or tired you are). Take an advocate with you to the dealership, if need be. Excellent car buying experience; because of General Manager; online sales Craig Bennett; and on site salesman Tyson Dines.

BEWARE....BEWARE...BEWARE....VERY PREDITORY DEALER........They slobber friendliness to the extent you feel they are trust worthy and you feel like you can't disagree with them because it would be hurtful to them...DON'T FALL FOR THIS....NOTICE you will not see any prices for vehicles on their website, this for their advantage not yours.They have no prices on there used cars posted on any of the vehicles again ADVANTAGE AIRPOT CHEVY...DON'T SHOP BY MONTHLY PAYMENT AMOUNT!!!!!...Make them work,negotiate price of vehicle first then decide if you can make the payment. THATS WHAT THEIR JOB IS...Of course I learned this the hard way...I first contacted them via email because of a neighbor recommended them..When I talked to Rick Martel on phone I explained to him my precarious financial situation of being on disabilty and not having a car and that I was on a fixed budget..He offered to pick me up at my house 25 miles away in Grants Pass..GREAT RIGHT.but how do you get home from there without it costing an arm and a leg...DISADVANTAGE ME AGAIN....Their eather inducing fog of friendliness put a nice customer at disadvantage again..The car that I felt pressure to buy was out of the comfort range I felt for a monthly payment..My problem I was stressed just contiplating a car purchase in my position and I would have been ok if told they couldn't get me into a car at that monthly payment I was looking for. Went to trade in my truck. Picked out my car and and about four days after I signed the contract I accidentally found out that they had charged me $5300 more for my 2011 used car than it cost when it was new. I went to them because I thought I would get a good deal at a fair price. Boy, was I wrong! Don't believe their ads or they will get you too. I also gave them a copy of their internet coupon for $25 if you take a test drive. Well it has been two weeks and no $25.

I bought my Dodge Caliber at Airport Chevrolet in February of 2010. The initial experience was wonderful. I was treated well, which was a breath of fresh air after being treated poorly at other local dealerships. Over a year later, we noticed that my tires were wearing differently and we discovered that somehow different sized tires had been put on my car. When I went to Airport Chevrolet (I repeat, over a year later) and explained the situation, they paid to have correctly sized tires put on my car. I was extremely impressed and would recommend Airport Chevrolet to my family and friends.
