This is the third vehicle I purchase with Acura of Pembroke Pines and as always they never disappoint. It was a great experience. I worked with two representatives from the Sales Department, Sean Bradford and Anthony Morales. It was a fantastic experience with both of them. The General Sales Manager Dino also played a big role in working out my deal. He not only made the deal happen but was able to locate my vehicle as well. Mr. Doug Campbell processed my financing for the second time and it's always been a pleasure. Thank you to all the team members at Acura of Pembroke Pines that always assists me with my vehicle leasing and for also making it fun! A special Thank You to my team, Anthony, Sean, Dino, and Doug!

Excellent experience w/Acura of Pembroke Pines, starting with Olivia Garcia, who initially reached out to me after my inquiry. She was joined in by a tag team of professionals to assist me in finding the vehicle I was inquiring about. Dave Campbell followed up and worked to make the purchase and trade in as easy as possible, to include making videos, inspections, and identifying various options considering I am not local. So kudos to the Acura team!

Many of you read my reviews and know that I bring the truth!! Acura of Pembroke Pines delivered on the car buying experience. I’m so happy to be doing this review!! Theresa was knowledgeable and kind. Sales manager and finance was quick and painless. No haggling needed. Just real numbers that made sense the first time !!! I added accessories and it’s all so easy. I’m in the loaner now and it was all so quick! I get a new lease every 3 year. It’s supposed to be more difficult than all of this was :). Smiles all the way. I’m already anticipating the next car with these guys. Love my MDX technology BTW :).

From the beginning to the ending of our visit we were welcomed, felt comfortable and most of all treated with above and beyond courtesy and professionalism!!! this is the ONE AND ONLY dealer that I can write a five star review on. From the sales man, to managers, insurance agent they were all EXCEPTIONAL! this is the way a dealer needs to be. They wanted their sale and worked with my husband and I in the most understanding and respectable way we have ever been treated at a dealer EVER! The temp tag was even placed on nice and neat not hanging out not creased nothing. It was the ONE AND ONLY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD!!! TAHNK YOU :)

I bought a new Acura tlx on April 21, 2016. I had salesman, Terry a gentleman, who guided all process until we got outside at 9.30pm. Next day we noticed a broken rear deflector on passenger side and informed salesman. We totally desperate as we felt we cheated under dark. He asked to bring car and said he need to order the part. He told he will inform as parts reached. When we came to replace for the broken part, I informed the Senior sales Manger Mr. Scott Ticker. I don't want to explain his attitude toward us when we met him as I don't have words to describe it.He thought we steal the car from dealer. I explained what happened. The first words came outside as " who is going to pay for this damage?." We really shocked. I know if this happened to anyone they won't tolerate this behavior. I didn't do anything wrong except purchase the Acura of Pembroke Pines.I explained what happened. He called few people on phone and rushed to other places. I felt ashamed of myself for the decision of meeting these culture-less people. I have heard many cheating and gimmicks in business to gain more money, but this was a new experience. He, Mr. Scott Ticker, was a disaster for the dealer. I am sure they, Acura of Pembroke Pines, going to suffer their reputation by these scoundrels. It's the manner of unethical culture of cheating for financial gain. I live in Pembroke Pines. So I thought it will be more convenient to deal with Acura of Pembroke Pines. Now I realized the culture of business. Best of luck.ThanksJacob

I had to drive from my home town 3 times to get the price I wanted to pay and the next day the car overheated on me. They treated me like I was a xxx. They were unprofessional impolite etc. They said the car was as is even tho it was only a day after I bought it. Don't buy from here they lie and pretend to be on your side just so they can earn your business. You couldn't pay me to buy a car from Craig zinn auto groups ever again.

Two Parts:1. Marco Pinto in the PP Acura Service department is a "standout" for his excellent knowledge and customer service. Straight up guy who tells you "exactly" what will be done and by when. 2. Leased a New 2017 Acura RDX at PP Acura. Sales Person was Annia Devereaux. She is an excellent sales person to deal with. She is a great listener and seeks to understand her customer's needs. The process where she needs to go to the Sales Manager, Scott Ticker, to close a deal is way too lengthy. Not her fault. Scott Ticker stuck by his word. One improvement would be that from the time you shake on the deal until you can leave with a car needs to be improved.

My name is Gregory, my experience with my sales person, Sean Bradford, my friend, was very satisfactory. The description of the car was very clear and necessary on the car that I was interested in. He helped me get a good deal in which motivated me to get the car right away. I have had an Acura before and I really like them, I have no complaints over the car or my experience.

Sean helped us lease an MDX-- was very accommodating and friendly. From start to finish it took 2.5 hours which is the fastest I had ever spent. He was very thorough- but knew I had time constraints. Got a great deal although I had to point out the monthly deal on their own website- he hadn't been updated yet.

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealer and am extremely disappointed by a member of their sales team name Michael Duggan. I went in to the dealership and paid cash for a vehicle that is less than two years old and spent a total of 7 hours at this dealership, during which time I was consistently stalled by being told that the oil was being changed, the battery replaced, and a recall was being fix. Less than 24 hours after I drove away from the lot, my car wouldn't start because my supposedly brand new battery had died. I had to call roadside assistance to get a jump. I called and spoke to Duggan, and he sounded very willing to help. He said he would call right back. The following day, he had still not called me, so I sat at my home with a $$,$$$ paperweight parked out front. I called Duggan AGAIN, and he said that he was speaking to the service department and that because I live an hour away, he would send someone to fix the issue. Low and behold, 4 hours passed and I heard nothing. I texted him that I needed this issue resolved, and he took time out of his busy day selling vehicles to respond with an "OK." I plan on going through another Acura dealership to get this issue resolved because I made the mistake of trusting an incompetent salesperson with my decision to purchase a vehicle that I hoped was reliable. I am extremely disappointed by the level of service that I have received from this man. I would highly suggest going through another sales person, as some of them are extremely professional and helpful. Other employees at this dealership were also extremely helpful, but unfortunately, one bad apple can spoil the bunch.

I was just at this dealer (4/16/16 11:00 am.)I have leased 5 cars from this dealer. When it is time to return one and get another, they work with you; not great deals, only average, but they take care of the transaction. Now, when you just want to return one without getting a new one, FORGET IT. They run away from you and then treat you like if you are bringing them a problem. Too much paperwork, I guess. If you INSIST, they help you by telling you to leave it and Acura will bill you. Not kidding, you drop it not knowing what the final bill will be for extra miles and if they determine later that the car's condition is not as expected, you are at their mercy. So, yes, walk away and hope for the best and if not, try to fight Honda Motors later. (How else would it be? If they tell you what issues they find while you still have the car, you can have it fixed before going back and save a good amount of money)I still have 2 more cars on lease from these guys and, even with that, these guys will not do their job..So, now I have to wait and try to get with Honda Motors during the work week and try to solve this issue. I will also, while I'm at it, terminate the other 2 and get new ones somewhere else.12 years with Acuras and the only time that I'm returning without getting a new one, I get no help.Miramar resident

making it short. when the bodyshop offers to fix your car without paperwork, you know there is nobody in charge. on a different occasion trying to lease a car. The salesman texted me the exact cars, color model of the ones I could lease for $$. When I went to the dealership...it was a totally different story. What a run around. I even started signing the paperwork, only to find out it was not to be.

I reviewed Acura ILX and the Ford SUV Escape on the internet. I was a proud Ford owner of the same vehicle for over 14 years trouble free. I had received an internet quote from Alex D'Roa from Acura of Pembroke Pines. After running an errand, I decided to stop by the dealership as it was close by, and felt it was time to take a test drive. I was leaning toward the Ford, but I needed to make up my mind. Alex was available and was helpful, courteous, and informative. He was able to meet the trade in value for my old vehicle that CarMax had quoted, which went a long way in achieving the price I wanted to pay. Instead of an ILX, I test drove a TLX as by time the options were added to the ILX, the price difference was not tremendous. The TLX is much larger, more options, safer, better reputation, classy, and has a huge cargo area. That kind of ruled out the need for an SUV. Well, had a wonderful test drive. Automobiles have certainly changed over the past decade and a half. I was not very happy with the price, so he offered to show me a 2015 TLX with many more options with 20,000 miles for several thousand dollars less. I felt the mileage was to high. I thought I knew what color I wanted, but he mentioned a black copper color outside with ebony leather interior. He disappeared and came back to the showroom with a 2016 TLX with those colors. WOW. I was ready to deal. Acuras kind of sell themselves. That was not my intention to purchase any vehicle that evening. So, we went back and forth on the price and came to an acceptable conclusion. Alex patiently stayed late into the night explaining the technology, setting up my phone, and showing me how to use the wonderful features that an Acura comes with. He offered several times that he will be available for me if I have questions or any problems. There was no pressure on his side at all to seal the deal. The financial manager was great, once he understood that I put very few miles on my vehicle on a yearly basis. Therefore, what he was offering did not apply to me. I have not had my vehicle serviced yet.

Despite the negative reviews of the dealership listed, I had a very pleasant experience. Being very attentive to detail and particular, John made the experience of shopping with Acura unbelievably easy. The test drives and his personal availability was so wonderful that I was about to buy a car simply because of his character. I had not gone with this particular dealership due to a vast difference in price but highly recommend that if you are in the market for an Acura, make sure to see John here.

Had a great experience with both the sales department and the finance dept.. My overall experience was excellent, Alex D'Roa was my sales consultant and took care of both my purchases of a Lexus IS 250 and a Acura RDX. Appreciated helpfulness of all staff,.except to purchase, after deal was done, in a room with financial person, felt too much pressure to purchase extra warranties and future maintenance package. I have had occasion to visit Acura of Pembroke Pines on many occasions. EVERY time I go they continue to impress me with their honest and ethical behavior. Like most of us, I have had poor experiences in past when going to a service department and all of the sudden you would think my car is not drive-able and then I am getting hit with all kids of "specials." That is not the case here, these folks are genuine and are looking at establishing a long term relationship with you.

I live in Sarasota and i found a used Acura online. I called them and they transfered me to sales manager named Donal. I said I wanna make deal before i come because I live so far from you. He said: You have to come and test drive, its so rediculous to make a deal and then you dont like it. It wastes my time. And then I said : why you get upset with me? Because It takes me 4 hours go to ur place and another 4 hours to come back. He is totally rude an impolite. I never think a luxury car dealer treat customers like scrum. If you have money, you should go to another place where treat you like Lord.NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER.

Terrible experience here. Worst customer service. Let me save you a huge headache. Do not buy a car from here, the salesmen (Michael and Alex) are extremely dishonest and make promises (in writing) they do not keep. The GM Larry was the worst of all, he is completely dishonest and when a problem was brought to his attention he did absolutely nothing to make it right. Don't waste your time here! There are plenty of good dealerships in the area who will actually treat you with respect.

Buying a car is always a cumbersome long process, however The Pembroke Pines dealership and Dino made this experience better than all of my previous car buying experiences. Everyone from the sales associate to sales manager and finance were extremely courteous, helpful and never were they overly pushy. The dealership itself was very nice. The car was for my wife who very much likes the car. I believe I got a competive price so I will probably return there for another auto.

Kind people trying to sell you a car, but rude and poor service level when you complain. I went there shopping around for a new leasing, the salesman told me that they can payoff my current leasing and I didnt have to pay a penny of that, I was skeptical and I asked him again if not even a fee or charge, he confirmed saying nothing had to be paid from my side and come up with the pending amount after he called my old car company, so it sounded good to me and we close the deal the same day, after a month I received a bill of my old car company with a pending balance, I went back to the dealer asking for explanation, long story short, after visit the dealership four times, speaking with six people, even the General Manager, they dont want to reimburse me the difference (I had to pay the bill). Their argument is that I signed for that, even though I did it because they told me that that was the pending balance. So they lost a customer with me and potential other customer that can ask me for a reference. Beware of what they promise.

Well, its almost been a year and it doesn't surprise me to see that Acura of Pembroke Pines continues to do bad business. Larry, Donald and the team continue to threaten, cheat, and lose customers. Every person that mentions buying a car , I tell them to avoid this place at all costs. Go to another Acura dealer if you like those cars. In the last 10 months I have purchased 2 vehicles from other car dealerships and all I can say is night and day. I would love to get a permit and picket \protest all along Pines Blvd in front of their location for 48 hours straight for what these folks made my family go through. I purchased my vehicle from Acura of Pembroke Pines, and did the regular routine maintenance with them. Recently, I had a very expensive, atypical repair that had to be done to my car. I was not happy. These guys in Service went out of their way to work with me to even conferring with manufacturer to help defray some of the costs. In the end, the cost was quite manageable. While my car was in the shop, I was provided a complimentary loaner vehicle at no cost for almost a week; (the parts had to be special ordered). I was provided with daily updates as to progress, and reassured the repair was progressing as quickly as possible. I was really impressed. I had already been a loyal customer (purchasing three vehicles from them) but this experience has cemented our client/dealer relationship. Its about trust, and I trust the folks at Acura of Pembroke Pines. -- M. Augustin.

The deal was not funded because there was no signature and they still wouldn't take the car back.... Paying almost $500 a month for a $31000 car. I told larry the general manager that my girlfriend just lost her job and I could not afford the vehicle on day 3 of having the car because general manager would not return to work until then. They said that there was nothing that they could do when I just took out a brand new lease on another car from the same dealership days prior... Now I'm going to lose the car because I can't afford to pay all the bills alone. After I told them that I was being cheated and that I had a lawyer and had legal rights, Larry then refused to talk to me anymore and gave my car salesman his lawyers card and refused to speak to me anymore at that point... They are not about taking care of the customer, they are about making money!! Walking into that dealership is like swimming in shark infested water, not to mention that the times that I go over there, they make me wait hours to take care of something that takes minutes. They already made their money so they don't treat you the same once the deal has been made. They make you feel like your a nobody. I recommend everyone to stay away from buying/leasing any cars from that dealership! Do your research... Read reviews... Be a smart shopper.

Although I am a "senior citizen", I never purchased a new car by myself. This was, in fact, not a purchase but a lease, which I have also never done before. My salesman, Alex, was easy going and relaxed. The only reason I ended up in Pembroke Pines was because of my phone conversation with Alex a few days before. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. There was still a lot of waiting which I'm guessing had to do with the finance department. The next day, Alex drove the car to me in Miami and sat in my driveway explaining the dashboard controls. Really, without him, I would still be trying to figure out where to go to get the Acura I wanted.

THE AD reads V6, tech package, + this and that for only $279 lease. outright lie. I asked specifically show me the cars that I can lease for $279. I picked one out and filed the application. BAIT AND SWITCH at its worst. an hour later ....well what we really mean $279 is the base model V4 and naked. TY very much. Cannot believe that the salesman can be uninformed, and could make a mistake.

Tried to lease a 2015 RDX for my wife from here last weekend. Terrible experience. Walked out and got a much better deal somewhere else. Worked with Felix first. He was friendly and professional. But as soon as I started to negotiate everything changed. The sales manager came out in a huff. He was an arrogant jerk, told me I was being unreasonable. Clearly their sales tactic is to try to make you feel stupid so you don't trust your own judgement. I said no deal, and he got up and walked away, leaving my wife and me sitting there. We go to walk out and realize they still have the keys to my car that I was considering trading in. So I have to go knock on the door to get them back. I guess this is supposed to give me time to reconsider? Nice touch guys, real classy. We leave, and 2 minutes later my wife starts getting texts from some guy named Scott: "Let's make this deal happen"..."so close to getting the car you really wanted...." So I call him and tell him the price I'm willing to pay. Nope, that's impossible, he says. OK, bye.Next day I call the other Acura dealers in South Florida to get quotes. The West Palm Acura gave me a BETTER price than the one I was trying to negotiate at Pembroke. Drove up to West Palm and did the deal exactly as discussed on the phone. No games, no BS, great experience, great price. (To be fair, most of the Acura other dealers I talked to could only match, not beat, Pembroke's price. Their price wasn't terrible. But it certainly wasn't the best, either)I guess Pembroke Acura's neanderthal sales tactics work on some people; I saw a sign saying that it's the biggest Acura dealership in the US or something. But they are not the kind of people I want to do business with. If you want an Acura, go to West Palm. Its worth the extra drive.

I would highly recommend them for anyone interesting in purchasing a vehicle in the future.

I have been doing business with Acura of Pembroke Pines for over a year now when we purchased our 2014 RDX from Felix Rivera. Felix is a great, honest, up front sales person who is very easy to work with. We have brought it in for routine service a couple times - in which the job has been completed accurately and quickly every time. Recently the driver's visor was loose and they quickly replaced it during our last oil change visit. I just purchased my 2015 TLX last week (again from Felix Rivera) which is being delivered next week. I also like that they have different events like food truck events and launch parties for new car releases like the TLX - and they're active on Facebook! I look forward to doing business with Acura Pembroke Pines for years to come.

The sales people in this Dealer are awesome, polite and very accommodating.. You have a very good Sales team all are smooth until the Financial department: 1) The finance person they gave me was VERY RUDE Even my daughter think so too.. hes like a bully.. I almost stand up and leave several times.. and so as my wife. 2) He inserted NITRO in my contract without telling me nor asking me if I want it Each time I ask why his number do not match mine He will kept on saying .. because its being financed and he says that in a frustrated manner.. I asked about the NITRO.. he ignored me and as if Im so stupid not to understand what he is explaining.. I went home that night and went back the next day alone to deal with the finance again but Camilo wasn't there.. but thank God the Finance Director took care of me.. He is very nice and took out the NITRO.. He even offered me a better financing deal.. For me: *** If the NITRO was added by mistake, its an unforgivable excuse.. Its worth $350.00 *** If anybody puts it there for money.. then its a very cheap move.. and I cant believe that this will be done by a very prestigious company like Acura. I would say I will recommend this dealer because of smooth Sale negotiation... BUT BEWARE of the finance department.

After visiting three Acura dealerships and receiving their best deal, I found the car and color I was looking for at Acura of Pembroke Pines. I met with Sales Consultant Michael Duggan and explained that I had done my homework and knew what I wanted in a lease deal. I provided Michael with a deal that would be acceptable for me. He and his manager met with me and agreed to the deal. The entire process took just over an hour and I left with a beautiful Acura ILX for my wife. I couldn't be happier with the dealership and all those involved in the leasing process. Michael Duggan is truly a sales professional.

With so many other better car dealerships out there why would any one even consider buying a used car from these people? Buyer beware! If you choose to ignore this warning, then at least make sure that you have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic prior to purchase. Don't believe anything these folks tell you. In 35 years of buying cars, dealing with Pembroke Pines Acura was my worst experience ever.

I bought my 2014 RDX from Acura of Pembroke Pines, and was completely satisfied with the professionalism which made my purchasing a pleasure instead of a headache. I recently found that I had my Tire Pressure was lit. It was 4:30 PM on a Saturday when I took the car for the tired to be inspected, and they close at 5 PM. They found that I had a nail in my tire, and tire had to be replaced. I had road hazard protection, however the office to verify the Road Hazard, was close by the time they called. Regardless, they replaced my tire in a timely manner in spite of the time restraint. That's what I call customer service. Thank you Marco Pinto for being so positive and solving my problem.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Alex D'Roa during the purchase of my daughters FIRST CAR!! The car buying experience can often be wrought with challenges but not at Acura of Pembroke Pines. We saw a vehicle online and used their email connection to send a message, within 3 minutes or less we had a reply, made a call and an appointment was scheduled the next day to see the car. During our visit Alex was very professional (didn't talk down to me... I'm a woman) was respectful of my car buying knowledge, and patiently and intelligently answered all my questions. When inquiring about the quality of the car there was no hesitation to allow us to drive it off the lot for a test drive but also a policy is in place to allow us to take it to our own mechanic!! Not that is confidence in your vehicles!! We got the green light from our mechanic and the dealing was on!! Alex was an excellent individual work with during this first time car buying experience for my daughter and was patient while I took time to explain various components of the process to my daughter for her education and experience and gave us an extremely fair deal we could all be happy with. Thanks Donald Young for the support from the back office sales side!! Their ability and willingness to reach a win/win was appreciated. We also had the opportunity to meet and interact with Felix Rivera but ask for "Big Dog" LOL who was friendly and engaged us both in conversation, they even bought us lunch at their cafe since we were both starving having been there since earlier in the morning (the trip to our mechanic was the real reason the process was longer than I would image it normally would be). Then Alex went above and beyond to ensure the car would be clean and ready for my daughter to pick up the same day.. (it was THAT new on the lot and hadn't been cleaned yet) We picked it up and it was SPOTLESS!! Well, there is nothing bad to say about this experience. Thanks for making this such a wonderful buying experience for me and my daughter, Acura of Pembroke Pines has my vote of confidence.

All, If you are looking to purchase a used car from Acura of Pembroke Pines, look somewhere else. I have purchased a car I really liked but have not even reached 1000 miles before the 30 days since date of purchase and all kinds of issues are happening with the BMW X3 I purchased. They may have better new car dept, however stay away from purchasing a used car from this place.

When I had done all my research I went back to him and closed the deal. The only part that I hate about buying a car is when you have to go to the finance department, and there they give you all the options they have to offer you, but even that, they were not pushy and explained things to me and when I said NO, they moved on. So in other words is a pleasure to do business with Acura of Pembroke Pines, and when I am in need for a new car I will for sure go back to them.

Luis River offered a price over the phone insisting that he had the best prices and no one can beat him. Well, when time came to confirm the numbers and come in to buy, his tune changed and no return phone call. In hindsight, the sales agents offer positive pricing, but want to get you in the door to not only close the deal, but allow for wiggle room to change pricing. I guess, we/I should not be shocked by this, but there are reputable dealerships and agents out there, but Luis does give the process a bad name.

We leased an MDX from Pines Acura almost three years ago and it was an easy experience for which we had no complaints. However, we recently wanted to get some pricing on turning in the lease as we were over on mileage and getting a new lease on a 2013 MDX. My husband was told they did not have any 2013s and was pushed into looking to lease a 2014 RDX. The RDX is $12,000.00 less than the MDX yet he was advised that the best deal available as the MDX was off the table was to lease the 2014 RDX and increase our payments by 40 dollars per month with almost $1,000.00 down. Frankly, we were flat out lied too as the website shows a whole cache of 2013 MDX's to choose from.We ended up going to another dealer, Phil Smith Acura, where we were able to get out of our current lease and into a 2013 Acura MDX with tech package at less then the price were were already paying. Our salesman was friendly, great and listened to what we needed without pushing anything on us. I will never go back to Pines Acura and frankly feel insulted that they would think bullying people and lying to them would intimidate them into making a bad deal. IF it wasn;t for the experience at Phil Smith, Acura would have lost a loyal customer.

True definition of EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I dont even know where to begin. I have never worked with such honest dealers, as the employees of Acura of Pembroke Pines. Gio, Robert and Scott were some of the sweetest, most helpful, people I have ever met. I was a little nervous going into the dealer alone, but I am so glad that I went there. Acura of Pembroke Pines is an authorized USAA dealer, so I walked out with a great deal (and a brand new car). More importantly, my car buying experience with them was absolutely flawless. I never felt like I was waiting, and they made the process so smooth that I barely had to lift a finger. They even cleaned out my old car (which I was selling at CarMax) and moved my items into the new car. The icing on the cake was when Gio helped me sell my old car and DROVE IT TO CARMAX for me! I was absolutely floored! Not only was the dealer honest with me, and told me that I would get more money if I sold it to CarMax, but they helped me so I would save time and not stress. Im not sure which I am more excited aboutthe fact that I have an amazing new, reliable car, or the fact that I finally found a dealer that I can trust. Pembroke Pines is a little out of my way, but I will definitely bring my car there for service, just because of the warm, pleasant atmosphere. Even the car washer had a huge smile on his face. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I purchased a used car from them, after couple weeks, I had someone look at it because I noticed the paint on part of the car was different than the other parts. Come to find out that there has been damage to it and rust was forming around that area and the leather on the front seats of the car has been redone. I called the sales manager, who told me to go pay couple hundred dollars to fix the problem if it bothered me that much. Acura of Pembroke Pines does not sell "luxury" vehicles.

*******BUYER BEWARE******Two months ago my parents bought an Acura from this dealership. Based on a positive experience during my parents purchase, I decided to purchase a 2013 Acura TSX since I had already owned an Acura which I was pleased with. The only prior unpleasant experience I had with this dealership is it took them 2 Months to order a replacement driver side mirror for my 2009 MDX which still never showed up. However after purchasing our 2nd car from the dealer, 2 days later my family experienced some personal difficulties. I have a son who suffers from Autism, and due to his sensory issues and lack of legroom in the TSX he would not sit in the car and would become uncontrollable. I went to the dealership 2 days after the purchase and spoke with the General Sales Manager and asked that they take the car back and give me my trade-in back due to my sons situation, and although I had only driven the car for 1 day, and the finance paperwork wasn't fully completed properly, he would not allow me the fortitude to return the car, and went so far as to call my son disparaging remarks. Furthermore, the dealership failed to have me sign a completed contract on the car, and it was missing quite a few signatures, plus they wouldnt provide me with all of the documents from my purchase. After attempting to contact the General Manager, the GSM again calls and offers to exchange the car for a bigger model Acura TL sedan to the tune of some 6K to 7K more. The General Manager never returned any emails or phone calls. After contacting a Lawyer, and engaging the dealerships Lawyer, they did offer to allow me to return the Acura TSX and pay a 1,000.00 restocking fee, however the dealer indicated they would keep my 2009 MDX since they would make a decent profit on it, plus keep my 6,000.00 down payment. Which in turn the dealership would gain a total of 22,000.00 from the sale of my MDX and my down payment, and I would be out of 2 cars. However, due to the mistreatment after the car purchase and lack of understanding, I would never return to this dealership. I finally got rid of the Acura line so I don't have to return to this dealer or the service department and purchased another new car. I caution anyone going to this dealership to review all of the paperwork, make sure everything is signed appropriately, and that you love your car. Just be weary that customer service will be lacking after you purchase the car. If you read the further reviews of this dealer you will see that customers have had frequent problems with this dealer.

I purchased a preowned Audi from this dealership. Everything seemed to go smooth. I had a preapproved credit from USAA, so the payment was no issue. I took the car for a testdrive and besides minor things it seemed okay to me. I noted some things, that I wanted replaced before purchase, coinholder, lightswitch and backseat cover as well as new tires. I asked if the top of the convertible had any leaking, sales rep said no. The trunk didnt open, but they said they fixed issue. (Which they didn't) I was told the used car goes through the same inspection as a certified Acura would go through and the car has no issues and their reputation is more important than just selling a car by any means I was told. I ended up buying the car, happy to have a convertible for the Florida Sunshine I drove off the lot and home to my house. Just the following day the Checkengine light came on, as well as the gearshift indicator which was flashing. I called Robert, my Sales rep and he said, they would look into it. I brought the car for repair and to get the ordered parts, got a nice loaner. I was told the issue would have been a TMC sensor, but they would look further into it. No lights were flashing. I was happy. As soon as I drove on the highway checkengine light came on again and Gearshift indicator started blinking again. When stoping at a light the car started to jump and also at times when backing up it started jumping which could be a safety hazard and indanger my health and the safety of others. I called Robert and told him about the problem which still exists. He said he spoke to his service manager and everything regarding this TMC sensor and faulty transmission would only be able to get fixed, if I pay for it myself. I was shocked. How can you sell me a car with a faulty transmission. I spoke to Audi and they said, a inspection of the vehicle by Acura should have shown the issue. I made a complaint to BBB and FTC, with no response from Acura of Pembroke Pines. Not only they don't care about the customer, they have also no regards for Life and Wellbeing of customer and others who are on the road, when selling a faulty vehicle with transmission issues. I want to point out the Audi only had 59k miles, so therefore I did not expect a transmission problem. I relied on the expertise of the Acura Mechanic staff to inspect a vehicle properly according to their point inspection list, but was sadly dissapointed. I demand Customer Service and I want my vehicle fixed. This is crazy. Plese save yourself trouble and disappointment and buy your car elsewhere.

Both Robert and Alex were extremely friendly and went over every detail with great patience and concern for my needs. My family and I took a total of 4 or 5 test drives under different conditions with the Acura MDX equipped with the "Technology Package." I had gone to the dealership with a written quoted price from Consumer Reports. Right away, Alex offered me a significantly lower price. Upon further research, I found the quoted price was below the invoice price and lower than the "true value" of the car. Alex even threw in free goodies like All-Weather Mats. The whole atmosphere was very low key and friendly, without any pressure. This was the first time in my life that I did not feel the need to haggle over the price of the car! Overall, I am very happy with this car, the dealer, and the whole experience. Acura of Pembroke Pines won out over my next choice --- Laudedale BMW of Pembroke pines. Thank you Robert, Thank you Alex!

I live about 65 miles away from this dealership, bu I had the pleasure of buying my new Acura TL with the Tech package from Acura of Pembroke Pines - that's right, I used the words "pleasure" and "buying my car" in the same sentence. I had read the reviews online, and was a little concerned and unsure, but I found this to be the best car buying experience I have ever had! Robert took the time to make sure this was the right car for me, and even went over and above in seeing that I was educated about all the features. The general manager even took a few minutes to talk with me and to make sure I was being properly looked after. I can think of no reason not to give Robert and everyone else at Acura of Pembroke Pines the highest possible recommendation - this is my first Acura, but I am certain it won't be my last!

On several occasions I queried this dealership via email with several questions about a vehicle of interest, requesting a like response -- via email/in writing. Since the questions were relative to the vehicle's condition, mileage, and past usage, I wanted the response in writing in order to compare with other responses I had received from other dealerships for a like vehicle. While I received responses from every other dealership that I queried -- in writing and in detail without hesitation --, this dealership, from the internet sales rep to the sales managers, absolutely refused to respond to my questions in writing. This should clearly be a red flag to all, given that my questions were about critical vehicle information essential to a purchase. Anything can be said over the phone; however, what is conveyed in writing is documented -- which they clearly were adverse to doing. After several emails with the internet rep, with my comments about the low mileage and therefore the expectation of a near perfect vehicle, I was finally able to have answered in writing the factual mileage. While they continued to identify very low mileage (8K) in their ads in their own dealership web site, as well as every other website where the vehicle was advertised, the vehicle in fact had almost 20K miles -- thus a very substantial difference from the advertised amount of 8K. The explanation given for the variance was that they "hadn't had a chance to update the data". Clearly, any dealership that refuses to provide written answers to critical information about their vehicle is one to avoid -- which I absolutely did and ultimately purchased elsewhere.

What a terrible dealer. I made an internet inquiry to to purchase an Acura MDX. I saw a lease advertised on their website. I wanted to get a price e-mailed to me, and when I did not answer my phone when John Toscano called me he sent me back and e-mail saying I was playing a game and I could go elsewhere. Really? Just unbelievable. I will be HAPPY to go elsewhere. Thanks John, what first class service you offer.

From start to finish our experience was horrendous. The general manager was incredibly aggressive and intimidating, I tried to explain that his tone was bullying and he just continued, as a woman I found this experience unnerving. After buying the car it was to go back for a detail. There was supposed to be a loaner car waiting and there was not. I had a four hour wait in the show room and then was presented with a car that had had no more than a tickle with the vacuum cleaner. One member of staff, a lady, agreed that the detail guys had not been detailed, but all the other staff, men, said it was fine. The car was left with dirt on the wipeable surfaces, stains on the seats and dirt on the carpets. I tried to complain but was informed that the general manager said it was done. He did not come and explain this in person, rather, I felt bullied and in the end just wanted to leave. The whole atmosphere of the organization seems hostile, male dominated, aggressive and not friendly to women. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

Michael was ok. He let me test drive the car I wanted and answered my questions. His manager on the other hand was downright rude as he jump in to talk to me about my trade in. He offered $ 6000 dollars for my car, almost 3000 dollars less than what another dealer offered me few days later. When I refused his price he was very irritated and nasty and suggested I take it to Carfax and maybe they will give me a better deal. Stay away from this dealership. Their management needs customer service 101. The only bright spot is Joe Toscano their Internet sale manager is very professional and nice to customer on the phone and email.

We just bought our second new car this year from Acura of Pembroke Pines! The whole process is so simple and quick. Everyone there bent over backward to make sure we and the family sitting next to us with another salesman were comfortable. They even ordered us pizza! Thank you for you honest service! We cannot imagine purchasing a car anywhere else.

I negotiated a lease price on Friday 6/29 for a TSX. it was explained to John and Damon at that time i had 7 mths left on my lease and 3000 over mileage. It was agreed that i would give $1660 (same as my last lease) and my payments would then be $375. I felt pressured by Damon to make the deal that night. As a senior women alone I told him i needed to think on it as I had another appointment in the morning with a another dealer. I told Damon and John if the other dealer was the same price or could not beat the price I would be back to sign the lease papers wiht Pines on SaturdayThe other dealer did not beat the price so i called John to let him know that i was on my way over and if he could get the papers ready would appreciate his help. When i got there it seem john was instructed by damon and seth (did not know until later) to re-work the numbers and not to lease the car to me at the $375 price. I felt this was dishonest and a breach of a verbal contract agreed to on Friday.I then asked to see the General Manager (Seth). After introductions Seth went on a tirade and berated and verbally assaulted me for going to another dealer. He all but told me that becasue i left on friday and did not believe the deal was the best deal i needed to go back to the other dealer he was not going to lease me the car becasue it had frame damage(news to me). his verbal assault continued in the parking lot as he tried to show me the supposed frame damage. As as a women and a senior women I felt threatened by his behavior and felt i needed to end the conversation because he was screaming in my face. I dont think Seth would have treated a man in the same manner as he treated me. I feel that Pines Acura needs to evaluate there business practives and employees who represent them.

I just had a great experience at Acura of Pembroke Pines and in particular Thaddeus. He treated us with the respect I feel my family and I deserve even when I left after my first visit to shop his quote. He did get me the best deal I could find on my new MDX and even honored his original quote which is unheard of in the car business, at least from prior experiences I've had.... Go see Thaddeus at Acura or Pembroke Pines and buying a car won't be that dreadful experience you expect....

acura cars are good. acura dealer service sucks. some acura models need to be taken to the dealers for servicing which sucks because their service sucks, but what are you going to do? not everyone can get good service. sometimes they get it right and sometimes they dont...what you gonna do about it? if they dont care then i dont care..try something else. or goto a different dealer for servicing. if someone at this dealer says something that is guaranteed dont trust them. i guess as a consumer you still have to check and make sure everything guaranteed was given BEFORE u drive off the dealer. anyhow i dont care im changing manufacturers not bc acura car itself sucked but servicing is annoying.

I had such a wonderful experience with the very professional, attentive and helpful employees of this dealership. Everyone from my salesperson to the service adviser that made my appointment to have accessories put on were extremely courteous and best of all knowledgeable. I love my new Acura and everyone involved in making this the best car buying experience I have ever had. After reading the past couple reviews, I just had to share my great experience.

I came in to look at used cars. I did my homework and should have never went the moment I saw they were 3k over the 15 other competitors selling the same year cars with less miles. The particular car I wanted had paint chipping and scratching on every exterior panel of the car. The drivers headlight had water inside it. It also had heavy scratching on the dashboard, mirror and basically took the word used to the extreme. By going by Kelly Blue Book, it was in fair to poor condition with no service records available and was a commercial car. Marc the salesman was all around nice however, he certainly didn't call any of the shots. After 3 hours of negotiating, Luis the manager offered me a price of 17,200 and they would take care if the paint and dashboard issues. I told them I'd think about it and come back the next day. So the next day, I went back in the morning and "Scott" the manager was waiting for me. This guy can best be described as brash arrogant jerk. There were no formalities and I was treated like an unwanted guest. He sat me down and started to say I'm not going to sell you this car for 17,200. This is after the other manager had made me an offer! Before he could finish that sentence, I was out of there! Their minimum profit margin is 6k per car they sell and they will steam roll you or anyone else in their way to get it. They also employ dated and rude sales tactics such as making you wait for up to 30 minutes at a time. Don't go here unless you want to spend an extra couple thousand dollars while getting treated disrespectfully and getting your blood pressure raised.

I wish I could say long story short, but it isn't.. BUT IT IS WORTH READING FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!I ended up at this dealership on Thursday afternoon, I left with a 2011 Acura TSX lease 3 hrs later. I was satisfied. I gave $1100 down. The next morning around 11 am, the sales person called me asking if I had any co-signers. I was quite surprised but still went with someone whom I told them may not be approved. That person filled out the application and we wanted to wait for an answer. We were told by the sales person to drive the car, "go about our day, not to worry" and that he would call us back. I did not feel at ease driving a car that I was not yet approved for. I never heard back that day. On Saturday morning, I called, I was now transferred to the leasing manager, whom told me that I needed another co-signer as the first one did not qualify. I put him on 3-way with my son, they took his application over the phone. We called back Saturday afternoon and they told us he was declined as well. We then made the decision to return the car, we called ahead but no one took our call and we left messages. Finally, on Sunday morning, we showed up at the dealership to return the car and they told us that turning in the car was not an option, even though I was not approved, I was not yet not approved....??? Scott, one of the sales mgrs refused to sign anything that we returned the car. The night before, I drove back from dinner with the new car and had to conquer my way through 4 seperate traffic accidents on the highway, one involved a car that was not recognizable and there was debris all over the highway, it was literally an obtacle cours and a back up of 10+ miles... All this with driving a car that I'm not even approved on....? I called Monday morning to speak with the leasing manager whom I signed the paperwork with, Mr. Kalouf, he acknowledged I turned in the car and told me that he needed to speak with the GM to get approval to refund my deposit.I called back a few hours later and spoke wtih Mr. Malouf, in the middle of our conversation, I heard someone say "what is this woman's problem?". I spoke to this man, whose name I do not have who told me that he is "too busy to deal with real customers", that I'm wasting him time, said "bye bye"and hung up on me.I wrote an e-mail to Mr. Malouf and copied the Gen. Mgr., Seth Finkel right after stating that I am appalled with this incident and wrote in my e-mail that although I did not know who decided to join in on the conversation, I would sincerly hope it was not the GM.A few hours later, I received an email from the GM assuring me that it was not him on the phone and that he would call me the next day after 1 pm (today). I responded by sincerely thanking him for his response. The GM called me today. He was quite defensive from the start. This is where the puzzling part of the story starts: he told me that I did not have any right returning the car (even though I am still not approved at this time) AND that the moment I returned the car, the dealership stop trying to approve me. GOOD!!! Then he went on to say that if I do get approved, the car is my obligation. I had already asked the leasing mgr which bank(s) they are trying to approve me with. Per him, it was only one bank, Honda Lease, the one that is on my application. I called that institution several times, as well as Acura Leasing, but yet no one has any record of my application...?I conveyed such to the GM at which point he told me he works with 20 different banks and if I do get approved, the car is my obligation..... This was just after he told me that the dealership stopped trying to approve me as of Sunday....?I was quite polite, but he would not let me talk. I asked him to simply refund my deposit as I am not approved, nor with co signers and he told me that I will not get my deposit back, that he will report me to whomever and suggested I contact an attorney. After that, he told me we had nothing to talk about anymore and told me this conversation was over and hung up on me....I have since filed a formal complaint with Acura Customer Relations. I must duly give credit to John Toscano, our original Sales Rep who was truly professional throughout the whole ordeal...In conclusion, I am appalled at the lack of professionalism from this dealership, right down to the GM. As I am writing this, still have not been approved, they have the car for two days now and still have my money...

Hmmm... where should I start? Oh yes, I drove 3 hours to get to this dealership. When I got to there, it was sort of raining and there were a few... I guess service guys, (who knows), standing outside talking and doing nothing. They didn't even greet me or ask me any questions until I approached them and interrupted their conversation. The salesperson I worked with, Sam, was very BLAND and DULL. He kept asking me what I wanted to do. Obviously look at cars, what else, I wanted to buy something that day and I had my mind set on seeing a few vehicles. This "is" my money and my responsibility after all.Sam seemed like he was in a hurry and when I test drove two cars, it was completely awkward. I received one word answers or short answers whenever I asked him questions. He didn't speak unless spoken to the majority of the time. The most he said to me was, "What do you think about this car, I would buy this car." Okay sure. You're advice is sound. I don't know if that's how he treats his customers, but that's garbage.I boggles my mind how he received an award on his desk for being some sort of "excellent salesman", at first I thought I was getting lucky. I think he's in the business of losing sales, maybe this dealership likes losing customers.Usually a good salesman would generally know a thing or two about the vehicles they have in their lots. That's their job. I asked him how long Honda's typically last since he told me he owned Honda's and he told me "forever" with a straight face. Yeah right, and the Boogieman is real. I guess so in this case. His demeanor was too serious and awkward, not personable at all. I started getting annoyed because he wasn't working with me; he seemed like he had other things on his mind. I decided to call it quits and walk, I practically wasted my day, I already knew I wasn't going to get pressured since I already knew he was trying to be somewhere else. He left in his personal vehicle after I left.Don't waste your time... especially if you're coming from a long distance. Go somewhere where you'll be treated right.

I was a little apprehensive about doing business with this dealership after reading all these reviews. I am in retail myself so I do understand you can't make everyone happy. I also searched their website and came across what seemed to be an endless list of live pre recorded customer testimonials. I then decided to give them a shot at my business. The salesperson Sam was extremely professional and the manager Luis was also very professional. We negotiated the price for about ten to fifteen minutes. I already had a number in mind but ended up paying a little more only because they where my local dealer. When I saw the finance guy Larry,he also was great and extremely funny. The next day I came in because I left my sunpass in my old car I was extremely surprised I was greeted by the manager and the finance guy and congratulated once again. I guess if I only were to have read these reviews I probably would not have done business with them but being in retail myself I know how hard it is to make everyone one happy and I also understand there are two sides to the story. So far so good with theses guys. They even give you free car washes. As many as you want!

I just purchased a 2008 Honda Civic EX from James at Acura of Pembroke Pines. I dreaded purchasing a car from a dealer because of the mark up and the back and forth haggling, however they were very fair and we agreed on a price very quickly. I would definitely buy another car there as they renewed my trust in dealers. Finally, the closing took just 1 hour from the time that I arrived at the dealer.

Pretty much was told a used car (which i ended up buying) had passed Acura's 102 (or whatever) point inspection and nothing was wrong or out of place.Well i went to a dealer because i thought since they wore an Acura badge i thought they could be trusted.Basically my car was in a major accident (prior to me buying), had half of a body of a red RSX welded to it. Bunch of self tapping screws when i took off paneling, leaking of the trunk. 2 years later fading of the paint on the side of the collision. Self taping screws to hold rear bumper to rear body (caused rust to form and will eventually cause rust holes). Rear driver wheel axle is was not aligned properly and causes it to sit more to the rear (which cannot be properly aligned until i buy a new axle and have it re fitted). Try to get things fixed on it, got the run around for a while, gave up, came back during a period i had more time, complained, complained some more, ended up with nothing. well 6 years later not much i can do.moral of the story, dont trust them, get your friendly mechanic to check out a used car.Other then that they are very friendly and always trying to sell you a car with a big smile.

Called in the for the offer on the TSX Sportswagon as advertised in newspaper that week. Was told the price, terms and conditions. Went to dealer, car was there, price terms and conditions were the same. Easy peasy, in and out. Donald and Mike were fantastic and a pleasure. Mike even drove the car down the next day. I would recommend both the car and the dealership.Thank you,Alex

Hi All,Go to this dealer ship if you are rich and ready to spend any amount they ask you. Also don't go there to look, you have to buy if you go otherwise they will take you to a private sit out and call you ridiculous and ask you not to waste their time. Here is the experience we had:Myself : looked around and we like 2010 car. Sales person : The price is X price+ taxes+dealer ship fee etc.Myself : The new car 2011 is same as price X why should I buy this car, I might as well get a new one.I want to buy 2010 and save some money.Sales person: Give me a number, what you think.Myself: I did lots of research on forums, kbb, edmunds and gave him y number(Mean while I give my toyota car keys to evaluate it for trade in)Sales person: Goes in and comes back say's are you drunk? I guess the water you just drank has some alcohol.Myself: Just tell me if it works out or not.We dont want to waste your time and my time and we would just leave.Sales person: Give me a closer number to X.(Mean while evaluation of my trade in car comes and he said 8200. Car Max evaluated the same car and offered us 11500.We didnt tell him that tough. we just said we will not trade in our vehicle. Let us just talk about the price)Myself: I can do y+1000. Sales person:I cannot give this car for that price. Look for another one on lot.(We go around the lot with another lady and we didnt like any. We told her, we are not in a hurry to buy a car and let us know if you get a car that has more miles on it but with in our price range)Myself: Thank you for your time. Let us know if you find any other car that meets my criteria.Sales person: (He goes inside. We wait for our toyota car keys that we gave for evaluation. Scott comes back and calls us into a private sit out , far from other customers)Then he started calling us ridiculous , you have wasted our time, you guys are drunk etc etc. Some other guy also comes in and starts the same things. What I think, every customer has a right to speak. We haven't been rude to them, we just let them know what we think and according to our survey it is the price that others have paid to get that car.I also called the general manager to let him know what happened and he did not listen to us either. I thought its very important to let him know but in vein. Hence I want to alert people who go there. They can get very rude on you watch out!!!Isn't the their trade in evaluation ridiculous, $3300 difference????

I would not recommend for anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership. I had nothing, but problems with my vehicles since I bought it from this dealership. First of all, I drove all the way from Connecticut to purchase a vehicle at this dealerhsip. I called the dealership a day earlier to verify if the vehicle that I seen online was still available at the dealership and an employee informed me, "yes." When I arrived at the dealerhsip from Connecticut, the vehicle that was at the dealeship was the wrong one and it was the employees mistake and then they rushed me into buying another vehicle from them which is the car that I have now. Which I had nothing but problems with. The minute I drove out of the dealership my radio was not working. Remind you I drove from Connecticut and then they told me that I had to stay in town because I had to wait to the next day to get the radio fixed. The next day when I went to the dealership my radio was still not fixed and at this time it is 3pm next day and supposively the technicians had no idea that it needed to be fixed. There is really bad communication at this dealership. Then, I left the dealership and half way on my trip back to Connecticut I noticed that the voice to my navigation was not working. As soon as I back into Connecticut I brought my vehicle to the dealership in which they had to keep my car for 2 weeks because there was electric problems that was why the navigation voice was not working. In a matter of a year that I have had the car I have been to the dealership 8 to 9 times with variuos problems such as battery placement, and the worst of it all I just found out that the engine that my vehicle has is not the original one that my vehicle came with something that I should have been advised when I bought the vehicle. I even got a Carfax report from the dealer and that did not show up. I would never recommend for anyone to buy a car from the Acura Of South Florida. I would not wish my experience to happen to anyone else especially if you are spending a large amount on a vehicle.

What’s more, Acura of Pembroke Pines of Pembroke Pines has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from Acura of Pembroke Pines. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. Acura of Pembroke Pines is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
