Purchased my brand new car here 3 years ago and have always had service done here ever since. I live 10 minutes away from another Acura dealership but will go out of my way to drive to this one because they’ve always taken great care of me. Great service and great value. Cant beat that. I purchased a used 2021 Corvette about a month ago It only had 1 key fob I was promised a second key fob to be delivered to me after numerous calls and many untrue stories I have yet to receive it. I will purchase one from Chevrolet dealer here in Valdosta at approximately $300 And Sue them For that amount plus attorneys fees and court cost...............Well after 4 days STILL no help even after the response below..... worst EVER

After searching for weeks at dealerships trying to find a good reliable car for my 18 year old. Went to Acura 3 weeks ago meet salesman Leonard, we let him know we were just looking with NO pressure nor hassle he let us leave followed up with us only one time not like others leaving messages every day twice a day. So we decided to come back and purchase a car with them. Not only was the atmosphere friendly the General Manager of the dealership came out to thank us and make sure we had a great purchasing experience and that is rare normally you don’t meet the General Manager but Mr. Nadi wants to make sure everyone who comes to the dealership and purchases a vehicle gets the best experience and we definitely did. Thank you Acura I will be purchasing all my future cars from you! 😃

As I write this, I am sitting in the Acura waiting room for a 2nd time in less than 30 days. Had to bring my vehicle back for service because the service performed 3 weeks ago was not completed. I had a scheduled appointment 3 weeks ago due to the emmissions light coming on. After waiting for an hour the service guy tells me they couldn't find anything wrong. He said the light will still be on but once I tightened the gas cap it may go off (HELLO! Did you guys tighten the cap?) or when I refuel to make sure and use 92 octane gas or higher. If none of these work, it is most likely a light bulb that triggers the 'check emmission system" light. When I questioned why didn't they check this light he said they did not have time but I can return for service. What? I did have a scheduled appointment. He reassurred me that nothing was wrong with the emmissions. I went on. Upon reviewing the service invoice I noticed the notes recommending new tires. I have a 5 year warranty on the life of those tires. No one explained the need for new tires. This really upset me. So...here I sit. Determined not to leave until I know the emmissions light is off and I have new tires on my vehicle. Will update.

From the time we entered Acura or Orange Park until we drove away in our new car, the process was first class. The Acura NSX on display in the showroom grabbed my attention but I was there to purchase more plebeian transportation, a 2013 RDX I had seen on the Internet. Brian King, our salesman, was excellent. He described all the features and operations of our RDX during the test drive and reviewed all the controls at the conclusion of the sale. Their finance department offered an extremely attractive loan rate, lower than the pre-approved rate from my credit union. Overall, the experience was quick and enjoyable. I will not hesitate to do business again with Acura or Orange Park.

My wife and I purchased a 2017 RDX and it's very nice, and the sales staff was professional and friendly. During the vehicle familiarization from a new sales staff member, we received a bit of wrong information about the vehicle's operation, and we left the dealership without the information being corrected. By the time we got home we were upset and having buyers remorse about our new RDX.The real test of customer service begins after the sale. And we put Orange Park Acura to the test when we emailed them about how the bad information had such a negative impact on our new car buying experience. The next day, we received a phone call and the matter was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction.I want to commend the way the Internet Sales Manager corrected the problem and handled our expectations. We look forward to doing future business with Orange Park Acura.Ron & Martha

I have been dealing with AOP for over 15 years. In that time, we have bought 2 MDX's as well as the a TLX. Our service has always been stellar. I am absolutely shocked to read bad reviews on this dealership. They value their customers and treat them well. I normally get a loaner so that the service imposition is minimal. They will even pickup and drop off your car and that has been the case as long as I have been dealing with them. I happen to know Jack Hanania, but I have never had to even mention his name to receive superior customer service.

The WORST car buy experience I've EVER HAD!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I bought a 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C from this dealership for just under $60,000. I live in Massachusetts so I bought the car sight unseen. Prior to the sale everything was great. Communication was as I would expect and no complaints.However, once the deal was done this dealer has been TERRIBLE. I've now owned the car for nearly 1 month and I STILL DO NOT HAVE PLATES OR A TITLE FOR THE CAR. I can't even drive the car and I can't get a call or email back from the dealer. Terri in the Title and Tag dept was extremely rude and yelled at me and said "I will not deal with you" while slamming the phone down.I've reached out to the owner and every single manager and still no resolution. I was told I would have a new temp plate because the original one expired but I don't have it and I can't get a call back or an email response.They wouldn't release the title to my insurance agent nor would they even send a copy via fax of the actual title. After refusing to send the title they sent a copy of the RMV-1 to my insurance agent who stamped it to prove it has insurance. He then had to mail that back to Florida from MA. The dealer then MAILED the RMV-1 and the title to the registry back in Massachusetts which is almost guaranteed to get lost. If and when the registry processes everything they have to mail the plates back to the dealer and the dealer will send them back to me.This is beyond unacceptable as I now have a $60,000 lawn ornament that I can't even drive after the vehicle being funded for nearly 30 days. The worst part of this entire experience has been the absolute horrific lack of communication from the dealer. Dozens of calls and emails have been ignored and I can never get a response or update about what's going on.DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE!!!

This dealership is notoriously known throughout the community for selling brand new lemon vehicles to customers. I have a relative that sued Acura/Honda and this particular dealership. He won a settlement and continued to go for service. On one particular visit there was some animosity towards him for doing so and he eventually ended up arrested for "trespassing". Jack Hanania has also had his own employee and finance manager arrested too. If you really need an Acura, I suggest going to Duval.

As a woman, coming into a car dealership alone can be intimidating, but I have been treated with respect each time I've come to purchase a car from Acura of Orange Park. Today I'm purchasing my second car here, and both of my sales people, Sarah and Moe, were super helpful! Each time I've purchased a car from this dealership, I've been able to get the exact car I wanted at the price I was looking to pay. Mo M. Has only been with Acura n selling cars for a short period of time n he is doing an outstanding job, he is very knowledgeable, he could answer all my questions and was very patient and a pleasure to work with. It was hot outside and he brought me water, that was nice. I have been buying cars for years and MO is the best car salesman i have met so far he is a great access to the company we all need more people like Mo. He also called me some days later and asked me if i was satisfied with my can and if i had any questions. I could go on and on about mo but not enough space or time. I would love to have someone like Mo to work for me. I told all my co worker about mo and they said if they decide to buy a car thats who they are going to see. Outstanding job Mo M

I wanted to get my wife a small SUV and was worried about price and features and knew it would be hard to make it all work, but the guys at Acura of Orange Park did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! I will never look to any other dealer for a vehicle. Buying a car from these guys is hands down FUN! Greg in finance was Awesome and did a great job. The Managers did a great job and made it such a smooth process.Our salesman Julian, was fast and such a great guy to work with!! This was my first experience with Acura for a new MDX. Andre and the staff was honest, sincere and very helpful. I never felt pressured and the vehicle was delivered as promised. Their service is really poor. We bought brand new car but it came with scratches. So I called them but no one answer our phone. Finally I was able to speak to one manager n he told us they will fix that scratches but I never heard anything after that conversation that when they will fix or anything. Then I decide to call them again but once again no one answer your phone or in case some one answer then they will put you on hold but u won't get any kind of response from them. Whenever I bought car, they will come our home and pick up our car and give us another loaner car until our car won't fix. But in the when I was able to spoke to one dealer guy n them manager told that I have to come here n then they will fix those scratches. So in the end I have to come at dealership even tho I had really busy schedule.

Just took my car in to get an oil change and cleaning! Everyone was SO helpful! As soon as I pulled in I had quick assistance. They took my car right away! I didn't have to wait long before my car was ready to go. They cleaned my car so thorough that it looked brand new! I will only take my car here from now on. So happy with the service! The dealer is your first point of contact between the manufacturer and the consumer, and once you purchase the car your satisfaction largely depends on the service department. Our service adviser, Khalil Mercado is one of the best have known. We purchased a new TLX and it has had it's share of teething pains. While it seemed to us that Acura was not as responsive as I would like them to be with some issues, Khalil kept us in the loop and his professional and patient manner as well as his ability to make us feel like the most important customers in the dealership was exemplary. I would recommend him to anyone.

Purchasing a vehicle has not been a pleasant experience in the past, nor one I look forward to. As of today, that has changed. Every person at Acura of Orange Park acknowledged me and offered assistance. The delightful and extremely knowledgeable sales person, Taneshia Scott, was unfailingly pleasant and cooperative as she assisted me during the process of deciding on a vehicle. She explained everything about each vehicle without having to be asked. It was so refreshing to see a person with such a high degree of knowledge who also was courteous, patient and exhibited an attitude of sincere interest in helping me. Most importantly, throughout the process, Ms. Scott listened to what I was saying and found the perfect vehicle for me. The final deal was uncomplicated, simple and very fair. With her friendly and efficient processing of the final papers, Ms. Darianne Stubbs, the Finance Manager, established another positive experience. Purchasing my new Acura MDX today was actually fun. Congratulations to the management for employing such stellar people.

Just want to thank Neil Able for his prompt response to my email about a used car they had on their lot at Acura of Orange Park. He got back to me right away and was so courteous. Met with him on a Sunday, test drove the car of my dreams, got a great deal, drove it home that day. He did everything he could to make my deal go off without a hitch and with a smile and great conversation. I also give my thanks to Gino Silawi for his great negotiation skills. I have to honestly say that I felt no nervousness being in this dealership ,or any inclination to run for the door.. Everyone was personable and professional. We have purchased many cars in Florida using internet pricing and never had an issue like with Acura of Orange Park. After test driving a new vehicle, sales manager Joe Cutala came out (instead of the sales person) with a paper showing a price $4,000 more than what their Internet sales rep e-mailed to us. Once we showed Joe the printed e-mail that showed the sales price and the out-the-door total (including all fees and taxes) which were $4,000 less, he still would not honor it, instead came back with another quote that was still $1,000 more than the internet price. That made my decision very easy so we left. We'll take our business elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Acura of Orange Park since 1996 and I think that says it all. I have always been treated with respect at this dealership and they work hard to make the deal right for me. My recent experience was very easy, in fact, I did not want to go to the Dealership so Neil arranged everything online, sent me the stats, got the color MDX I wanted with the all wheel drive, set-up the financing and delivered the MDX to me. He save me a lot of time and I really appreciate that. You will not find a better Dealership than Acura of Orange Park. They give 5 Star Customer Service.

The people at Hanania's Acura treat me well, the wash your car, provide a nice lounge area with complimentary pastries, and a loaner if you can't wait. This is my second MDX and I got both of them here. Khalil Mercado makes you feel like you're part of the family. I had been shopping for a new car for some time and had done my homework. When I met with Nick Aiple he was the first salesperson who really new his product inside and out! There is a lot of technology built into cars these days and I was surprised to see some many dealer salespeople stumble through showing and explaining their product. I had my 2013 ILX serviced 7/17/15 at Acura of Orange Park. Khalil Mercado handled everything for me and did a great job. I usually wait at the dealership which only takes about an hour to change oil and redo my paint sealant and leather treatment, but today, I left the car and ran some errands. The dealership has comfortable seating, TV, free wifi, and computers to access while you wait. I wish all dealerships were as customer oriented as these guys!

My husband purchased a used vehicle from this lot with a 30 day warranty, as is. Within 8 months the car had been in the shop on 4 separate occasions, with the last trip resulting in having the engine having to be rebuilt. This car was a total lemon. I will never purchase another car from this business, new or used, nor would I send anyone there.

The MDX I bought in 2005 from Acura of Orange Park is still the best car I have ever owned. 10 years and 150,000 miles and this car is still performing like it is new. Much of the credit can be given to the excellent service team at Jack Hanania's dealership. They have done all the service and maintenance work on this car and it has paid off.Kudos to the whole service department!

I've been a cistomer for over 10 years, first with my 2004 MDX and now with a 2014 MDX. During al this time Khalil Mercado has been my Service Manager. I've always received excellent service, timely repairs and excellent overall results. Khalil is always on tp of the maintenance schedule, any updates and thorugh check ups. I always perform ALL maintenance at Acura of Orange Park even is its only an oil change.

I was having trouble with starting my MDX on a late Saturday afternoon. I called Khalil Mercado, who had me come right over, ( after my husband jumped the battery). The Service Department was able to install my new battery as they were closing, no charge to me, since I had the 36 month warranty on it, and I had it installed 34 months ago. Leased a car 48 hours ago. Filled out all the paperwork including the closed end lease agreement, have a plate and registration and we purchased insurance. Got a call this morning that we needed to bring the car back as the lease deal fell through with Honda Finance. We asked if we could try a finance with a different bank and they would not consider it nor even a co-signer. Left us no other option except to return the car. We are pretty sure there is some sort of issue with this car and not that could or could not get us financed. The only had 2 TL's on the lot and we think this one was probably being worked up already with another buyer who they were going to make more money off of. Never had a dealership not willing to do anything to salvage a deal. Unfortunately, we have had to contact a consumer lawyer who specializes in spot on delivery and yo yo financing fraud. Sadly, we purchased 2 other vehicles from them and had 4 total American Honda loans before. We more than qualify for their loyalty program. We are being scammed. Be very very careful. If they are willing to screw previous customers like this, they will take advantage of anyone. We will do everything and stop at nothing to make sure this is a buyer beware dealership.

Judge for yourself: I agreed with the sales manager to purchase a vehicle at given price (with trade in - in writing). It was made absolutely clear multiple times that this was the final "out the door" price. AFTER I had signed the title on my trade in over to the dealership the finance officer tried to add extra charges. When I pointed out to him that I had made a deal for the agreed upon price he said that the deals negotiated by the sales staff were not the "real" deal and that essentially he could add charges at the end (how dumb does he think I am?). In my opinion he then made every attempt to "strong arm" me into paying the extra charges. Only when I threatened to walk out did he relent and sell me the car at the originally agreed upon price. I filed a complaint with Acura USA. They answered the phone immediately (no holding at all) and took the complaint very courteously. Excellent service from them. Sales staff were all very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not acting like a "luxury dealership" when you get to the finance room.

They had posted an 2006 Lexus for sale for 10999 when I called them they said still they had it for sale but they surprised me after making the deal with the new price 3000 more what they advertised it for !!!when were confronted about the posting on line they kept lying and lying its a whole sale price then their biggest liar their GM kept telling me that car was sold. After an hour a I got a another from their sale person to go back to them ]this time the sale person did not know about all the lies so he told he had it after an hour they force him to lie to tell me it was sold !!! No shame instead of telling the truth that it was mistake but they cant do any business with honesty!! If they lie about small stuffs i would believe they will lie for bigger stuffs to just keep selling their junks to the public!! stay way from them i would understand if you were little small dealership i would not care but all these came from an Acura dealership that is a big shame specifically the are claiming to best or winning whatever . they might be wining to be the biggest liar in the market!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!

Everyone who works there is always as friendly as can be. They make the car buying process fast and easy. So much so that we have purchased 4 cars from them, and continue to send numerous people. The service guys are incredible too. We can't think of anywhere else we would take our car to get something done. Our daughters love going to AOP too. Everyone knows them, they get balloons and even candy from "Uncle" Gino. Even Cory let them put handprints all over his window when we were in finance :) The staff there is amazing. Interesting that I didn't see the last review from December 2013 before my experience; wish I had! On January 3, 2014 I called asking about an Acura TSX I'd seen online. A sales rep asked if he could call me back because he needed to verify that the car was still in stock; he called back in less than 10 minutes confirming the car was still available. After speak with him, and two other senior sales representatives during the negotiation process, I gave a deposit for the vehicle on January 5, 2014 and altered my work travel schedule to travel to pick up the vehicle January 11th. When I arrived January 11th, bank check and license plate in hand, I was met with another vehicle (not the one I'd secured) and an excuse that the car had been inadvertently sold on January 4th. Now how is it that a car was sold on the 4th and it wasn't until 7 days later that the information was communicated to me is just BAFFLING! And just as the other reviewer mentioned, the sales reps spent the next few hours trying to convince me to purchase one of the other vehicles they had on-site "at a great deal". This was my first car buying experience and I had done quite a bit of research on Acura. I will still probably purchase an Acura but not from here and I've written a lengthy letter to Acura headquarters to make sure they are aware of the lame customer service that is being associated with their brand at this location. This is a Jack Hanania dealership....he owns multiple Acura dealerships in the Florida area, so BEWARE!!!

Christine Stewart here, I would consider this opportunity to review this dealership a privilege. Let's start out by stating how I ended up at Acura of OP. I am a singe mother who owned a 98 RL, after 9 years of great service from my car the transmission finally blew. Normally this wouldn't have been an issue but with the recent job loss I incurred and only working part time, a cash car is what I had to buy (which will take all I saved over the years). I started my car buying experience at a mom and pop dealership looking at the exact car I previously owned with only 90,000 miles!! Seemed like a perfect fit!! The guy we were going to purchase the car from opened late, so me and my father took the VIN# to Acura to pull a service record to kill some time... the service department was very knowledgeable about older Acura's and gave us some helpful info but no service was done at their shop.... so no records... on the way out the door we were greeted by Andrew Risko and Edgar Simon who said "we will be happy to pull a car fax for you!" I was very impressed just by this since I know they are charged for them and the car wasn't even theirs. TURNS OUT, the car had over 220,000 miles on it!! I was so shocked and very disappointed, this car buying business is very stressful, now I have to start over. Andrew says we have this 03 TL I would be happy to show you, so a test drive later, conversations about my budget (small) I left with no car. Bill Corbani worked some magic and called me and told me they would sell me the car!! I was so excited. Relieved, and exhausted, but happy! I must say every associate shakes your hand and offers you refreshments, eye contact and friendly smiles are everywhere! I was treated just like the customer buying a $60,000 car. I couldn't be more happy with the constant communication I received during and following the car buying process! I WILL recommend this dealership to everyone! My salesman was Yazan Bawli and he was awesome to work with. He was available all hours of the day and always responsive to calls, e-mails or texts. He worked hard to ensure I got in the vehicle my wife and I wanted. We purchased a 2014 MDX with Technology Package. Yazan was extremely knowledgeable about the options and answered every question we had. He was not pushy and did not pressure us at any time during the process which I really appreciated. My wife and I looked at over 20 vehicles before deciding on the MDX and besides the quality of the vehicle, the customer service was the deciding factor. This is the first time I am writing a review for a car dealer because unlike my previous car buying experiences, this experience was an exceptional one. I purchased a 2014 Acura MDX . The model and trim I wanted was rare to find but Gigi and Yazan worked very hard to find the car for me. They also pleased me by giving the best possible deal on this car. I am really impressed with the respect we got from them. The purchase, finance and service department are all so friendly to work with. During the the purchase process, Gigi and Yazan would stay even after their work hours to answer questions and made the entire purchase process very pleasant and stress free. Once I got the car Yazan was very helpful to get me familiarized with the new car. I am also very pleased with Kelsey and Yazan who worked quickly to get the accessories I requested ordered and installed. I have never before written a thank you letter to a car dealer. But recently we purchased a car from Orange Park Acura and the experience was amazingly pleasant. Now this was not my first rodeo. My wife and I have purchased 6 Acura's previously.Our salesperson, Zach Lopez, worked very hard on our behalf to meet the price that we were willing to pay. He was patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. The car we purchased was difficult to find but the general sales manager, Gigi Sellers, worked tirelessly to find the exact model we wanted. When we picked up the car, it was beautifully detailed and members of the staff-Zach Lopez, Aaron Watkins, and Gigi Sellers all showed us all the new technology and made sure that we both understood exactly how it all worked.Normally when we purchase a car, it is very stressful and negotiations are intense. I called from MN to purchase a 2013 BMW 135 used car.with 1340 miles. I was told it was for sale, then a day later they indicated it was sold to a private party. I then received a call that it was available, it did not sell at the auction. I asked what condition was the car and the sales associate said perfect, showroom condition. He indicated he would have it cleaned and detailed and would go around the car again. He sent me a text, sent me an e mail, and phoned me that he reviewed it and the car was perfect. I called him just prior to booking airfare and he again indicated that it was showroom. I flew in and looked at the car before the sales dept opened. It was dirty, and had scratches on the trunk. I talked to the people cleaning the cars and he indicated that he could not resolve the one scratch completely. The car was Black and it also had swirls or fine scratches. The GM said 50% of black new cars on his lot had the swirls because of cleaning twice a week. He may want to establish some process controls. I had no problem getting my initial deposit and the GM said there were other people interested. I had asked the salesman if there were scratches, dents, swirls, interior condition etc. He never even had the car detailed and yet he was able to see through the dirt that it was perfect. He had the car on July 30th ( Texted me) and I did not visit until Aug 3rd. That lesson learned cost me $900 in airfare and car rental, but more then that it again demonstrated that it is difficult to trust a person with a vested interest.. Buyer Beware!

I was satisfied with the customer service although I was disappointed to learn that an owners manual for my Acura TL 2004 would cost $167.00 to order. I think that is insane. So I passed and hope that I can get one from my boyfriends dealership down the road for free. He hasn't found one yet though...LOL.

My experience at the dealership was positive. I went in for a routine oil change and the service staff, including the technicians were polite, informative and efficient. My vehicle was serviced for what it was brought in for and assessed for other potential problems; of which no others were found. The car was washed and vacuumed before being returned to me.

After about four hours of shopping and asking a million questions I returned the next morning fully ready and excited to buy my new car. I had my 4 y/o daughter with me and expected a bit of hastle trying to watch her and finish the paper work on the car. However, once again the staff was amazing with me and patient with my little one throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Gigi for going out of her way for me and my daughter. After signing the paper work for the car I felt like my service only improved. Before leaving the car lot a sales person made sure that my car was detailed and the gas tank topped off. Terrible most humiliating experience ever!....This dealer has "great" and friendly employees. Sure they will be friendly when all they want is to sell no matter what! I went to this dealership because I made a quotes estimate for a trade-in and as usual the website sent off my information to various dealerships. I was contacted by several but to all of them including this one I was clear that I was not sure whether I wanted to trade just yet or not. The rest of the dealerships got the message but Gigi Sellers kept calling me. I finally drove by being very specific to her that I was not sure of what I wanted that I just wanted to keep my compromise of coming by so she would stop calling. One minute I'm telling her what I wanted eventually if the trade were to be made and the other she has sent another seller to keep working with me and had left. This other seller tells me that the best way to know what I would qualify for was checking my credit and I agreed not before being clear about how I obtained my income since this is not my first car and I knew the proceedings regarding to the proof of income. His answer was not to worry they would take care of it and a while later he hands me the key to my "new car". One month later after my trade was paid off. I get a call from Gigi Sellers telling me that I have to come back to "down grade" my car because the loaner would not accept my proof of income and later on in the same day Gregory Fouche calls me to tell me that I have to bring the car back and take mine because they could not finance it. A MONTH later. What upsets me the most is the fact that I was clear with them from the beginning and the greediness of selling over powered the professionalism ending up in a absolutely humiliating mess for me. I tried to finance through my insurance company but they would not do it because the price that they had sold me the car (which was used) was 4,000 over the black book price therefor they saw no need to make the loan for such amount. I will never recommend this dealer!

We had our TSX serviced here and Khalil the service consultant took care of this car. He always calls my wife by her name and calls me Mr. Wanda. LOL I like the fact that he only sells the service we need and is honest. He is a total professional. We just purchased a New TL this week and Rey in sales & Stuart in financing went out of their way to help us. Our sales person needed some additional training to handle the customer after the sell. He thought my wife was to picky. But Rey stepped up and she was smiling when he got done. Rey's a good man. Overall good people.

I visited the dealership in October 2012 to look at several pre-owned and new Acura TSXs to replace my TSX that was totaled in an accident. Being a previous Acura owner, I appreciated the time the sales associate spent with us showing us the features that were different from the one I owned. We left there leaning towards another TSX, but a follow-up email sent to the sales associate with a request for a list of their inventory meeting my needs was never answered. As a result, I settled on another make/model and purchased from another dealership. If you don't respond to your interested customers, you won't make the sale. I still love Acura and their cars and hope to own one again someday.

I went into this dealership with way less than perfect credit, in hopes of purchasing a vehicle for the first time on my own. Not only was everyone there so helpful in working out any kinks in getting me financed, but my sales associate Demi St. Pierre found me my 2009 Camry that was practical and perfect to fulfill my needs as a car owner. They gave me a very good trade in value for my old car and worked diligently to get the payments almost exactly where I came in there saying I needed it to be (and that's WITH gap ins!) GREAT SERVICE!!!.....I recently put my old car on auto trader to get a quote from surrounding dealerships in the area. Gigi called me within 15 minutes or less inquiring on the car and asked if I would be available to come in. I went in the dealership not with the intentions to purchase a mdx however that is just what happend. Gino Silawi first acknowledge me,he took the time to show me different models and listen to what I wanted. I fell in love with the mdx. The dealership worked diligently to get just what I wanted. Nick Khuja had finished working with me after Gino sold me the vehicle . Within a couple of days from leaving the lot I realized that there was something seriously wrong with the mdx.I must admit at first I thought I had been sold a lemon from this dealership and was going to be paying for something that quickly needed serious attention. This is when Nick Khuja jumped right into action to satisfy me as a customer. Working side by side with Dennis Justice until I got a MDX that I just love and is much nicer then the original one I had. These guys went well out of their way to satisfy me as a customer and to make me feel important. I just bought a 2012 TL with Tech Package from Acura of Orange Park and couldn't be happier with my experience. I keep a car for a long time and usually take a few weeks test driving and researching the various makes and models I am considering purchasing. Most dealerships try to push you to buy the car the first day you come in . . . probably because they don't believe you will actually come back later if you decide you want to purchase their car. My sales consultant, Darryl Carter Sr, really understood from day one that I follow a lengthy process before settling on a car to purchase. He was not going to make a sale to me that first day but he treated me with unfailing courtesy and respect. He really listened to what I was looking for in my next car. We took extended test drives in a TSX with Tech Package and a similarly equipped TL. Although he was new to the Acura product line he was very knowledgable about both models. He demontrated all the features of both cars, patiently and thoroughly answering all of my questions. A few days later, I returned to the dealership to thoroughly test drive the all wheel drive version of the TL. I called him with questions a couple of times during my three week process of testing various cars and he was always friendly and helpful. I cannot recall another car sales representative EVER who took so much time with me and never pushed me in any way to purchase a car before I was ready. Even though it was the end of the model year, he didn't once use any of the typical pressure tactics to hurry my decision like commenting on low remaining inventory for the 2012s, for example. Basically, I just cannot say enough good things about my sales experience with Darryl and will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family in the future. If you are in the market for an Acura and intend to visit Orange Park, you can't go wrong asking to speak with Darryl!I will be honest in reporting that I have typically in the past negotiated to purchase vehicles by using the internet. I basically have no patience for the usual dealership dog and pony show when negotiating in person. But, because of all the time Darryl had spent with me, I felt it was only fair to give his sales manager, Rey Collazo, a chance to sell me that TL. I was really dreading the whole thing, but couldn't have been more surprised by the actual experience! There was a little back and forth, but basically we agreed upon the price without the usual hassle and fake handwringing on the part of sales management. I feel I got a very good price on a great car and that the dealership still made a fair amount of profit . . . a win-win situation for all. Despite that, I still braced myself for the final contract showdown with the business/finance manager . . . since that is where the figures sometimes don't exactly add up to what you agreed upon. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised! I already had my own financing in place before I started shopping for a new car and sold my old car to a private party before taking delivery on my new TL, so final paperwork was very straight-forward with no surprises or sneaky price adjustments. The business manager, Greg Fouche, handled all final paperwork with professional efficiency. Darryl went over the technical features of my new car once again, helped me connect my phone via bluetooth, answered a couple remaining questions and then I was happily on my way.All in all, my experience with the staff (sales, sales mgt. and business office) at Acura of Orange Park was overwhelmingly positive and I am very pleased with my choice.

Just wanted to thank you again for all of your efforts making my Acura purchase so smooth. The car is beautiful. There were no other dealerships willing to work with me as well and appeared so effortlessly as the Orange Park dealership did. Other dealerships are now emailing and calling to make sure the deal went through as discussed. I don't believe they thought I was a serious buyer...or something...I still haven't figured that one out yet. Nick and the other gentleman who showed up in my driveway with my new vehicle were wonderful, and so patient. They went over every feature in the car. I felt like they wouldn't leave until I was completely comfortable with the car. That was not the experience my sister had when she recently purchased her Acura thru the Sanford dealership last month. That dealership is closer in distance, so we wanted to shop there. But for me it was not worth it at all, for the frustrations I watched her go thru with her purchase. After sitting in the hot seat at the dealership most of the day, they handed her and her husband the keys to fen for themselves and figure out the car's features...they still haven't got the phone hooked up correctly. She is suppose to go back to them and has a list to go over to find out how a few things work (she purchased the 2013 ILX w/Tech pkg). I don't believe that dealership knew how the car worked themselves. Looking forward to spreading the word about the Orange Park Acura dealership. You all have all the bells and whistles that made the experience a very enjoyable one. And, to not even have to leave my home to choose and purchase my car! Noone can believe that and think it is something I finagled somehow. You all showed me, that's what you do to go the extra mile for your customers! It was the perfect purchase for me. My son and I went to this dealership. The sales guy took a credit app from my son. My son told the sales rep that he was leaving for Honolulu Hi in two weeks and when he gets there he will be a E-4 and that he will get a addional $1,400 a month. The sales rep told us he would let his boss know this. They put in the app that he made close to $60,000 which was not true. We looked at some cars and left because there cars were to expensive. They called us and told us that the car he was looking at they would dicount $3,500 and he was approved thru Honda for a interest rate of 4.09%. When we got back they had switched cars on him and gave him a striped down model. We were told he was not financed w/ Honda and he would have to find his own financing. One big switch. They had him resign the paper work four times. He got his financing from Navy Federal Credit union. When he called the sales mgr to find out how much to get from Navy Federal he was told to get a check for $1,700 more than he needed, It has been a month and he still does not have his $1,700 from the over payment. Every time I have spoken to these people they tell me a different story. The finance guy has told me four times my sons over payment was in the mail. I checked the mail today and it still not here.

Four years ago we travelled to Jacksonville (Orange Park) to look at an Acura. We bought a 2008 MDX and have loved everything about it. At the end of May I was toying with the idea of trading in our MDX for a new 2012 MDX. I really did not think it would be financially feasible, but I gave it a shot. I went on the AcuraofOrangePark website, chose the car, color and options that suit us, and asked for a quote. Lo and behold....within an hour I had a quote that was outstanding - maybe even hard to believe. But there was one other detail - the trade-in of our 2008 MDX. In perfect shape, we were offered an exceptional trade-in value so that, when subtracted from the purchase of the new car, my out of pocket cost to move to the new MDX was really too good to resist.Honestly, I was surprised and went from just kicking the idea around to putting the deal together within a matter of just hours - and all through a few emails and phone calls back and forth. I can tell you that this was the most pleasant experience buying a car I have ever had. Gigi Sellers, our salesperson, was pleasant, energetic and knowledgeable in making our deal come true. Few people in today's business world get back with answers, rather than keeping you waiting for information. Not Gigi - she worked out the details of the deal quickly and to our satisfaction. I bought a used 2004 Acura MDX: 105,265 miles. The inspection report and the carfax report shows good condition. I paid for the car and was too busy that dit not get the car inspected with Tire Plus until a week later found out that the battery is dead after the Battery ED-18 Test: 00 CCA; the followings are all in the Replacement Required: Air Filter; Brake Fluid Flush (at the red mark 200); Struts; and Shocks. I called and talked to the salesperson (Andrew) and was told that he did not anything about that and that maybe the mechanic's fault?

Went to Acura of Orange Park to see if they would fix my door handle cover that fell off. I was told by Wes and John that the part cost $22 and that they would put it on for no charge. After Wes looked at the car and we discussed the repair further he went ahead and had the Dealer cover the cost of the part and installed it with no issues. Business dealings this professional and courteous are hard to come by in this day and age. Wes and John took care of me and made me feel like a good customer, not just another service number as most dealerships do. I highly recommend Acura of Orange Park for any and all future dealings.

We own a 07 TSX, 08 Honda fit and 2004 TL. All three cars are serviced regularly by the service department at Acura of OP. Wes & John are my primary contacts. We've been taking all three cars here for almost three years. The guys in the service department weather its Wes, John or Kalil - I think (sorry about spelling), all personals are very friendly. Never have I or my better half gotten the run around which is to be expected from most car places. These people treat us like we're friends, family so it's hard not to go back each time. Good service and great people are hard to find. I would like to add, I am always appreciative of my car getting washed/vacuumed, as well as the water bottles in the cashier area! Its nice to see dealerships not nickel and dime customers :)

I owned a 2006 Acura TL 6 speed, It was having problems with the transmission, and vibrations from the rear deck. Wes immediately diagnosed the problem and put me in a loaner TL, which was super nice. The car was fixed very quickly within a few days. The car was returned to me cleaned and the vibrations from the rear deck were gone. Wes had an entire new rear deck put in for me as well as a brand new 3rd gear syncro. The TL drove fantastic and continues. Ive had my service there many times and recommend them to anyone I can think of. Great friendly experience.

I went in there today with a problem with my floor mats, and was pretty upset that this happened to my new car! Wes and Jon walked out and both greeted me, probably knowing that I was about to be giving them a peace of my mind. I did give them a piece of it too! They then made it all fine by fixing my car at no cost to me and had me leaving smiling and laughing. Worst sales expereince ever. Was shown a car with a listed price of $18,500. When price was delivered by saleman the price was $21,400 with a $500 discount...or about $3,000 more than the listed price The said I could not go anywhere else since they had "blocked" my credit. We never gave them any authority to check credit let alone get any approvals.

BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!! Went for a routine oil change, waited 2 hours, just to find out the oil change was NEVER PERFORMED ON MY CAR!! Out of curiosity, my husband checked the filter and it was completely COVERED in soot and the oil was clearly not fresh. THESE GUYS ARE NOT HONEST and made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!! Upon leaving the service department, I asked if the windshield treatment was applied and Wes proceeded to the service garage to get wipes for us to apply ourselves. This would be fine if I had not paid $400 (total ripoff) for this service that included a revitalize treatment every 6 months. I was suppose to have the tires rotated and have no idea if that was ever performed; most likely NOT. Should have chalked my tires had I known they are so dishonest. Didn't even mention the moment we walked in the door, instead of a warm welcome, we were immediately bombarded by Wes offering us a service that we didn't even need just yet. I just can't express enough how horrible this service department is. I'm actually considering legal action because this should not be happening and who knows how many other people they had have ripped off. These CROOKS MUST BE STOPPED!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Lastly, it's very clear that they write their own reviews on this review board; couldn't be more obvious!!!

I purchased a new Acura MDX from Acura of Orange Park on July 22nd, 2011. The sale persons on the deal were Norm Mckay and Andrew Risko. I have two complaints with the delivery of this vehicle. (1) I was wrongfully charge $300.00 for South Carolina State tax and have not received a refund as yet. South Carolina DMV Form-400 Section G states that Active duty personnel are exempt from paying the tax if a LES is provided, which was given to Mr Risko. (2) I agree to handle my own registration of the vehicle, transferring my old tag to the new vehicle and SC state law allows 45 days from the date of purchase to register the new vehicle. The dealership was in charge of handling the titling of the vehicle. I have been in contact with SCDMV and as of Sept 2nd, 2011 the vehicle has not been title by SC. On Sept 1st, Mr Mckay stated that the titling documents has only been received by SCDMV on August 26th without expedite service. SCMDV normally takes 4-6 week to process titling. Its been 45 days from date of purchase and I am driving a vehicle with an illegal plate because the titling service took 35 days to send the documents to SCDMV. I am still waiting for an answer on how the dealership will handle this matter.(1) I request a refund for the wrongful charge of $300.00.(2) I request that a 30 day temporary TAG be FedEx overnight to my resident address which will make my vehicle legal to drive until SCDMV process the titling.

I came to Acura of Orange Park too take a look at a few cars because I had been in a car accident and was in need of a new car. I did not have much time because the insurance company was only allotting us a few days to have a rental car. I met with Gigi on a Wednesday and we looked at a few cars. They were not what I was looking for; I am very picky and wanted a lot of accessories in the car. Needless to say, I met with Gigi a few more times and she was able to find me a car that was in my price range and is BRAND new! She is the most patient salesperson I have ever met, I work in a dealership so that is saying a lot! I will definitely buy through her again and have been recommending her to every person I know. In '07 I purchased a used car from Acura of Orange Park. A couple of years after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered errors in the sales contract which effected my warranty and maintenance coverage. Although this dealership could have legally done nothing to mitigate the problem, they chose to make a decision based on high morals. After speaking with them over the phone, we reached an equitable decision that was in the best interest of everyone. I look forward to doing business again with Acura of Orange Park.

I only return because the actual service is okay, but the most annoying thing that has happened multiple times to me is that when I pull up for service I have to watch the agents decide if I am "worthy" for one of them to come out and greet you. They are horrible at this. And then after you linger, someone finally shows up. It's most frustrating also to be sitting in the waiting room and see them rush to get out to the cars of others. I just wish they had a non-discriminant policy on how they start your service. Sigh

I traded and purchased a vehicle from Acura of Orange park. I am extremely satisfied with how the deal was handled. Everyone was very professional and courteous.Thanks to Grey (new car manager) for the great trade-in value he gave me. He was very concerned about my impression with the dealership and my satisfaction with the purchase. Eugene was a great salesman. He was not pushy or overbearing. He made sure we were happy with the vehicle we purchased. James (use car manager) was there to finalize the deal of the vehicle. We went back and forth on the negotiations, but James did a great job of making the numbers agreeable to both parties. Woody (Finance) was fantastic. He explained all the paper work in detail. He answered all my questions. He made sure to give me a great deal on the extended warranty and maintenance package. He will definitely be the Finance person I will use next time. Wes (service Manager) and Kahlil (service personal) are great. Overall the service department is wonderful, very helpful, and always took care of my care needs. Wes and Kahlil always made sure my care was in great condition and always worked around my schedule. They always took great care of me as a customer.Overall the experience at Acura of Orange Park was terrific thanks to the people that I dealt with. I believe that Jack Hanania finally got it right with his staff; they are great people that truly care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

I was looking online for a used Focus. This dealer had all three of the best deals I found. The staff that I worked with was by far the best car dealer experiance I have ever had. The Focus I bought, I am absolutely in love with. Have you ever had a dealer call you back and tell you that 'the bank didn't take the deal' and then they want to hit you up with a worse deal? I had the exact oppisite happen. They called me back and said that they got my rate lowered and my monthly payment lowered --- BY 50 BUCKS!!! Which to me is a very big deal. And the rate was lowered by 7 points. Excellent work. Excellent staff. Excellent experiance. I would gladly recommend this dealer and would gladly buy from them again. To GiGi and Woody. Great job.

I was in a situation where I was up-side-down on my car. I used it for my sales job and had high milage. No other dealership would even try to help us out. I needed something with better gas milage to save myself some money every month. Gino took us in and was positive he was going to help us right from the start. He got us out of our up-side-down gas hog and got us into a newer used Acura TSX. It has been a great car with awsome gas mileage and it will hold its value a lot longer! I purchased a 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD Sept 13, 10 Got it 10/5/10 after many phone calls. STILL NO TAG & THEY WON'T RETURN MY CALL. BEWAREThe finally returned my call and promised to over night my papers so I can get my tag Monday, Nov. 1, car is just sitting in garage, NO TAG. They have my money, I have the car BUT CAN'T GET MY TAG BECAUSE THEY WON'T SEND ME THE PAPERWORK....DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE. May have been different at the dealership, they would have to look me in the face.

I am the original owner of a 1999 acura tl with almost 300,000 miles on it. I drive approximately 85 miles a day to and from work so I visit Acura of Orange Park about every other month to have my car serviced. The guys in the service department are always friendly and knowledgeable about what my car needs. They are honost about what my car needs done to it and keep me abreast of upcoming items. They check in with me when they find anything I was not expecting to be needed for that service trip and have always been able to advise if a fix can wait or not (given the economy); and, how long the fix can wait, if it can, before getting more costly. Recently, I bought the tenth or so set of tires for my car, they were less than a month old and I ended up getting a really bad cut/slice in the rear driver side tire. It was a Saturday morning, always busy for them, and I was able to bring the car to them, have the tire replaced and a loaner car while she (the car) was worked on that afternoon. I have had my transimission replaced (I love the sports shift but the feeling is not mutual), my heads replaced from a blown head gasket around 250,000 miles and they have always been very fair with me for these costly service items. My first transmission was replaced around 80,000 miles (under warranty due to an extension Acura made for certain models), that one didn't last near as long and I had some problems within 36,000 miles, so I got another one at no cost. That one lasted longer than the others put together, but I wore it out as well. The one in my car now, AOP split the cost with me knowing my dedicated service history, the issue with the older transmissions and since the corporate office would not assist me. As a woman, I have never felt taken advantage of by them. This is only the second new car I have ever purchased and given my experience with Acura of Orange Park, compared to the other larger, local dealer here in Jax I purchased from before, I will return to AOP to buy my third new car.

I went to Acura of Orange Park just to test drive a Acura MDX because I was thinking of buying one at another acura dealership, but first wanted to drive one before I made the drive. I went on Fri. night and was greeted by JR and Gino. I promised I would come back on Sat., and I held up on my promise. So, Sat. at noon I was at the dealership, I test drove an '07 and didn't like it. I then test drove an '08 and loved it. Well, that is all these two needed was for me to say I liked the car. They tried to make deal after deal with me...I wasn't agreeing to anything because I could get the car cheaper through a family member at another dealership! They finally said they would come down on the price to what I wanted and would install DVD headrest. That made it close to irresistible...so after a long talk with my husband, we decided we would buy it. This is where the customer service when down hill! I waited and waited for Tim (finance) to take me to his office to sign paperwork, that I later found out wasn't even approved for the amount they were trying to get. He told me he would call me Mon. "about lunch time", this is the famous line at this place. I ended up calling him at 6pm, no new info. I really didn't know what was going on, I couldn't put my tag on the car, but I had bought it and drove off with it. I looked at my paper work and realized they charged me $1000 over the listed (online) price, WHAT?!?! That was also the price they said they were bringing down even more cause I could get it cheaper! So, I called Mark Lacovara...He was NOT helpful at all and pretty much told me that I was wrong and I was going to keep the car because he will not sacrifice his salesmens families for a returned car...and I was still in my 3 days! Well, I then was in touch with the GM Dan Like, very nice and helpful!! Took the price down with DVD headrest installed, got my deal through and when he said he was going to call back...HE DID! I can see why he is in the position he is. Then, on to the service department...I had a HUGE scratch in my car that they agreed to fix and then the DVD install. And all though it took awhile, it was totally worth the wait because you would never know it was ever scratched! Michael in the service dept kept me informed and in a loaner car that fit my needs for the whole week and half and was willing to make me happy no matter what it took. And Wes, the service manager, was AWESOME. He also took very good care of me! Made sure I was satisfied and left no questions unanswered...and HONEST!! That is all I wanted from this dealership and I didn't get that until Wes and Dan took over! If I could rate Dan and the service department seperately I would give them 5's all the way!!!! Hope this helps someone to not get pushed around by the salesmen or finance, cause they will if they think they can!!

My wife and I purchased a new 2010 MDX w/ Tech and Ent packages. Overall we had an excellent experience. Gigi was able to work with new car sales manager to meet our 2nd best price by $500. She was always friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. I have bought quite a few cars, but this is the first one we have ever bought without setting foot on the dealership lot. We were told that the car would be repaaired asap, while working on that hose the scv dept found some other issues and Wes let me know right away! The Acura company got involved and because the problem was related to the recall they replcaed all that was wrong. While they fixed the car for a few days my foamily enjoyed the Brand New Acura>>> we took pictures with the car and sent them to our family and friends!!! :) My wife and kids still talk about that car! I know that it is procedure to put people in a loaner while a repair is done, but to have the loaner be a Brand new car like that!!!! Really a great touch! We will one day buy a "NEW" Acura because of that experience! The most impressive part of he whole week was that Wes called me every day to let me know what was going on!!!! GREAT JOB WES!!! I owned a 2004 TSX back in 2006 but traded it in in 2008. I regretted it so much that this year I decided I wanted to get back in an Acura. So I started researching and found 2 Acuras that I liked and were in my price range. The first was at Duval Acura and the other was at Acura of OP. Since Duval Acura is closer to me I tried them first. However they didn't have the one I saw online anymore, so I called OP and asked if they still had the one I was interested in. I live about 30 miles from there so I didn't want to drive out there unless they had it. The lady I spoke with "beat around the bush" but said they still had it. That weekend I went out to OP and was working with Greg F. (not sure of his last name, but definitely wouldn't recommend) . At first everything seemed great, but within 30 minutes it was already downhill. As we were waiting on him to run my credit he ran into some people he seemed he knew, he began showing them around and trying to sell them a car. We waited for about 30 minutes on him to come back. That is not good salemanship at all. When he came back he told me there wasn't much he could do for me on an Acura with my credit and where I wanted my payments. So I decided to leave, he tried to sell me a couple other cars, but I wasn't interested. So we left. He called later that afternoon and said he might have a deal for me on an Acura I liked. He said he would call back Monday. He did, however, he didn't seem reliable on what he was saying so I went back to Duval Acura. They had a used TL that I was interested in, and as I was in the process of purchasing it Acura of OP started calling me and putting down Duval Acura. They began blowing my phone up, badmouthing Duval Acura, once they realized I wasn't going through them. Finally I informed them I had gotten the car at Duval Acura and to leave me alone. Technically I had still not been approved for the car at Duval Acura. But while that process was going through I received another phone call a couple of days later from Greg at OP asking if I still had the car, and have I been asked to sign anymore paperwork. Asking questions that were not necessary for them. I found out that OP Acura ran my credit to 15 different finance companies, AFTER I already told them I found a car. Although it was not illegal, it was unethical and should not have been done. Duval Acura had a harder time getting my car financed with one specific company because of OP Acura. They were very rude and unprofessional. And I will NEVER go there again, nor refer anyone to them. Duval Acura is definitely the better choice.

I have been a loyal customer of Acura of Orange Park since September 2004. At that time I purchased a Pre-Owned Certified 2001 Acura TL, which I still have to this day and have had no problems with. In 2007, I returned to trade in a 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe due to rise in gas prices. At that time, my salesman insured me he could get me out of this vehicle and that is what they did. I even tried something new, a lease on a 2007 Acura TL. After a year, I decided that the lease was not for me and I went back to the dealership and told them I needed a new vehicle. That is when I met James, he was a wonderful salesman. Once again they traded me out of the 2007 Acura TL to a new 2008 Acura TL, and the payments remained in the same price range and I left again a satisfied customer. I must commend James, he continued to contact me and make sure I still enjoyed my vehicle and even when I in the dealership service, he makes it a point to come and visit me. In March of 2010, I decided I was interested in a new vehicle. So, I contacted James and he told me to come in and they would definately work a deal that I would be satisfied with. Once again I left again as another satisfied customer with a new 2010. James guaranteed me I would be happy with the deal and he would not stop until he had the deal I was looking for. A week later, I referred my co-worker and she also stated just how helpful and professional James had been. Who knew I would develop a good relationship with my car salesman, my friend, James D'ambrosio. A salesman who I just referred my grandparents to for the purchase of my cousins new 2008 Toyota Corolla. Once again he worked a deal that my family could not pass on. James D'ambrosio the salesman and Woody in financing has made my trips to Acura of Orange Park worth the trip. I recently went to Acura of Orange Park to trade in my 2007 Camry for a used 2008-09 Acura TSX. James was so helpful. I gave James a price that I had in mind, so we started first to see what my options were realistically without hopping into a bunch of cars. I was trading in my 2007 Camry and James did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of on getting the most out of my trade in. He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with throughout the entire process. What I like most about James, and my experience at Acura of Orange Park, was that everyone there makes you really feel at home and they are all super friendly. We went through a few cars in my price range, and the last car we drove was the one! It had all the bells and whistles on it that I was looking for and James was able to work the best deal for me to keep my payments right where I wanted them. After I got done with paperwork, James was there to help me transfer my things to my new car and I was also greeted by a full tank of gas! It's the little things that make me a happy customer, and James goes above and beyond to make it that way. I was back in a week to finalize some additonal paperwork, and James was there to say "hello". He asked me how things were going and I mentioned I was having trouble with the blue-tooth setup. He was more than willing to help, and took time out of his day to walk me through it so I could get it up and running. First started looking for a used car. We were then approached by the sales man.The lies started not from finance but from the sales. The car was a 2 owner car but was presented to me as a one owner car. The car had high milage which was ok for the year,So after a few hours(3-4hrs) of trying to bargin they said take the car home after the first set of paper work, then they said"we cant get u financed so bring the car back",No problem fianlly got a bank to finance,after purchacing The Premium package.To protect my investment. The price grew and grew and grew.Less than a week later the car ad to return for a gas cap replacemant. Ha it was something else but it was covered under the premium package. took the car in to fix scratches they said "We will fix". They gave me a loaner that was FIIIILLLLTTTTTHHHHYYYYYY, from the previous user never even cleaned it for the next hot seat person to pick it up.Long story short they deal with people very wrong at this dealership.And signing 2 sets of paperwork with good credit.NEVER AGAIN.

I was so excited to buy an Acura MDX and to show it off to my girlfriend so we rolled up there and things started out nice... We didn't have to buy the car that day unless they made me a great deal and they assured me they would so after 4 hrs. Of hassle a deal was agreed upon. The car was to be certified (they had just got it in on trade) and cleaned by the next day! So I cancelled appointments aka lost money and no call from them so I called and talked to the new car manager who told me it wasn't ready (I told them at the time of sale they could have extra time but they assured me they didn't need any time) he said they needed to order a part and do body work and he would have the used car salesman call me. Sure enough no call until 845pm and he lies and says it's all ready to be picked up:-( So obviously I can't pick it up in 15mins. So I bring a friend the next day (potential new customer for them) and low and behold the car still had obvious body damage, trash under the seats, no new mats, no gas, and the list goes on and on and on... So I have to battle with their GM about things they need to do to keep my business and he assures me that he will look over the car! So a week goes by and I only got one call from Clay Clingan who was awesome (why he doesn't do sales is beyond me) and he points out other things they needed to do (unfortunately I just called and clay is no longer there...) so I get the car over a week later and still they hadn't put the gas in, no new mats, there was some extra miles on it, coffee stains (I don't drink coffee), and I could really tell the GM cared.... Not.... He didn't even come out he had his finance guy barter with me and at this point I just bought the car and left. So now the service light is on (oh they really do your next maintenance... Not!!!) and the service guy that answers is rude and won't even look up my car in the system!!!! Acura of Orange Park is low rated for a reason and even if they give you a good price don't buy it because they lie and don't follow through with anything!!! I thought buying a luxury car was supposed to be somewhat enjoyable.... Well my next one will be because it won't be from them!!!

This deal started off great. The price of the car was reduced to what I was willing to spend, the car looked great. I was told the clutch was brand new, which was a huge concern of mine on this particular car. I was also told that "this deal was going through, there was no reason for this deal to not work out." So I put $1000 down on the car to lock me into the sale. I was 1000+ miles out and had to book a flight to get this car but my instincts told me not to do this until everything was 100% worked out with the payments. The next day I made several calls to James, the internet sales boy, that were not returned. I made a call to the used car manager and the finance department to make sure everything was written in stone, no returned call here either. Finally got ahold of James who told me that the car was being driven off the lot the day before and there was a sound coming from the car. No phone call to me about this at all. Supposedly the car was taken to Audi to be looked at and they had to fix the fly wheel, which is part of the "brand new" clutch assembley, and they were not able to honor the deal that we agreed on. They said they would split the $2400 fly wheel repair with me adding an additional $1200 to the purchase price. I said this was NOT going to work for me. I couldn't help to wonder if maybe they thought I was already in Florida at the time of the call. Hmmmm.... I should've been there by that time but had a suspicion about this so called "Prestigious" dealership. I ended up dumping on 4 other deals that I had in the works for that weekend because of this deal. Don't waste your time with these guys like I did. Very shady!

This morning I take my 2007 TL in for a scheduled oil change. The car has 16,665 miles and this is my third appointment for maintenance. At the time I purchased this brand new car I was told the dealership will give a complimentary oil change, every other schedule oil change. The first oil change was FREE, The second one I paid $182.00 for the BASIC plan, well today should have been my FREE oil change. I pulled up at 7:33 am, and out come Justin. No "hello", no "good morning", no "how are you", no "welcome", NOTHING, until I say Good morning! He replied good morning, oh I can't see you, the sun is blinding me! Then we go inside to complete the paper work, Justin asked me how do I like my car? I replied it uses a lot of gasoline. Justine replied "that car is too fancy for you"! I replied EXCUSE ME! He then said "I'm just kidding" I then asked, why is there a charge for my oil change? It should be free. Justin said, it's only free after you purchase the Premium plan, I explained to Justin....that's not what was told to me at the time I purchased the car. I just think if that's the only way to make a car sale, by making false promises, that's very pathetic!

I bought a new TL08 with Nav 1000 miles away and picked up the car 2 weeks after I signed the paperwork. Everything was handled smoothly, the sales person that handled my purchase was Moye Cozart. It's been the best experience I had so far for purchasing car. The new car sales manager Catherine explained to me all of the legal regulation on processing the purchase since I have a complicated situation with my license due to moving out of state. The price I got is unbeatable across the eastern US and they delivered the car as promised. In addition to that, they gave me an unexpected gift, a tire upgrade to 18" for FREE, since they don't have any of the original one with this car.

After looking at Certified Pre-owned Vehicles on Acura of Orange Parks website I made an offer on an Acura RL through the web. A phone call was placed to my by Tony advising they no longer had that car available. I advised Tony of the other vehicles I was interested in purchasing and the price I wanted to pay for each of the cars. There was only one car they were interested in providing a "deal" on and it had high mileage. After being in agreement on the price for the 2006 with high mileage he advised me that Honda Finance was offering a 2.9% or 3.9% but only for their dealership this weekend. After doing some research I found that those rates were for new cars!!!!!!! He also promised me he would personally pay for a "Service Package", which is where they pick your car up from any location within 100 miles and bring you a loaner car to handle the service. THIS SERVICE PACKAGE IS FREE and is done at Duval Acura too. After the conversation I concluded I was not driving 30 miles to work with someone that could not be 100% honest with the terms and showed little interest in negotiating for a newer car. Bottom line I knew I was buying a car that weekend but based on my phone conversation decided I was purchasing the car from Duval Acura and feel I made the best decision. When you have a gut feeling they are trying to screw you over that is pretty much their intention!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and went to this dealerhip to gather information. The first visit to the dealership was uninspiring. The salesperson seemed more interested in selling a car than asking about our needs. The person claimed that the vehicle has 5 star ratings across the board and told me some misinformation about the vehicle. He lost my trust since I knew the information, already.I did go back and met with another salesperson and his manager who were friendly and very knowledgeable. Their influence made me decide upon an Acura versus another brand of car. However, I ended up purchasing from another dealership since they had the selection that I wanted.Overall, the staff is hit or miss, and if you feel like you're dealing with someone who doesn't know their product, find someone else.The store is clean and people are friendly. However, I did notice a few salespeople in the front smoking cigarettes which was a turnoff for me.

I took my 1997 Honda Accord LX to this dealership and was impressed with the professional and friendly behavior of the staff. Work was completed in a timely manner, and they provided me with a well-maintained Acura RSX as a loaner car. The service representative provided me with appropriate recommendations. My enthusiasm for the quality of work by this dealership is slightly reduced because (1) they did not fix a minor cosmetic blemish I requested, although they held the car for a week; (2) they were supposed to perform an oil change and did not; (3) my "check engine" light came on the day after they returned the car to me, and I had to bring the car back to them to check out the problem. These criticisms aside, I am quite happy with the quality of service provided by this dealership.

The Internet sales department, esp Marvin Tucker, are the best team I've had the pleasure to buy from. I bought a 2005 TL W/Navi in May over the phone (over 350 miles away) and got the price I wanted right away. Everything went smoothly with the transaction and it would have been a great end to the story, but there is more. <br>While I was buying the 05 TL, My 02 TL was put into the service department for it's 35,000 mile checkup and a service guy had an accident with it that damaged the entire left side. They did repair it, but I never got a "sorry" or even a call from the "big boss" nor any type of compensation to the fact that I'll never be able to get full value from it if I sell it. The rear door lets air and noise in, Nor did I get any documentation on the 35,000 inspection. (they did not charge me, as if I were to pay). I still had to pay for the shipping of my car they dammaged since the 05 was going to be shipped, but I had to drive that off the lot.<br><br>Sales was the greatest, Service should have been good, but when their tech wrecks your car, It really dosen't matter how good they are.<br><br>Overall I would say, Buy from them and cross your finger with the service personnel.
