Looking online for a Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum edition. To my surprise we stumbled upon what looked like a good car from the pictures. Looked at the carfax, pictures and everything was adding up to potentially be a nice vehicle. Drove an hour just to look at the vehicle, because anyone buying a car knows it can look good on the outside, and still run like crap. Once arrived i was expecting to be heckled and preassured with a salesmen about the truck and to my surprise that didn't happen. Once i got a good look at the truck i decided i wanted to go inside and get a salesmen (Now i know he goes by Nick) offered right away to let us test drive it if we wanted to. I just wanted to see how it started and listen to how it idled etc. etc. He went in and printed off some information about the car, and the "turn key price". I was satisfied at what i seen. I went home to do some more research on the truck, and what to expect to replace, and the cost for repairs. After doing my research about different aspects of the vehicle i came to the price of new tires, and knew that i would need to purchase tires because the ones on the truck were about 80% tread left. So i decided to get my son to call and make a cash offer, and around 15-20~ minutes later i received a call back from Adam accepting the offer. Set up a day to come by their Car lot, because they were at this time out of town for business, and a few days later i arrived with a couple of questions and not knowing what to expect. I asked to take a test drive, and i assumed i was going to have one of the salesmen (Adam or nick) drive with me and feel preassured.whilest driving the car, but one of the guys put the dealer tags on and gave me the keys to test drive however i wanted. After spending a few minutes in the truck i was hooked. It drove well, handled above my expectations, no poping or noises coming from the truck. So after a short test drive i drove it back and began the simple and easy buying process where i was informed with detail about every paper i signed, what i was signing and after that was taken care of i drove it off the lot, and on my way home it drove smoothly, no check engine lights or anything. It drove very well. Ultimately the whole process was perfect, and i already have them looking for my son a car. Thanks Nick & Adam.

Nick and Adam were great to deal with. Quick and easy purchase. Our only recommendation is to buy the warranty they offer. We did not and 10 miles down the road the check engine light came on and now we will be spending another $500 to fix the problem.

I just had the pleasure of doing business with these guys and the customer service was excellent! You rarely get that these days so it was a breath of fresh air. They were very courteous and took the time out to answer any questions and took me on a test drive, even gave me a quicker way to get back home to Charlotte. The day I was supposed to pick up the car, I had no one to ride with me so these guys drove the car to Charlotte & delivered it right to my driveway! I am impressed and a very satisfied customer. You won't be disappointed doing business with A Unique Auto Source. Their customer service is top notch and I love my car. They cleaned it up nicely and filled the tank up with gas.

I bought this car in July and My wife and I absolutely love it!! My wife is still in love with this car. We only drive it mostly on weekends and on special occasions and it looks good as when you sold it to us. Thank you!! We go on your website from time to time and you guys sell some nice cars to fit the average person budget. You do us right we do you right. We were in the market for a used car for our children. Fortunately for us this dealership is right in our hometown. There really aren't words to describe what an awesome car buying experience we had with Nick and Adam. From the response to our initial email while they were on vacation to our purchase of an Acura, Nick and Adam went above and beyond what any car dealership has ever done. Their honesty was appreciated and they even went as far as to pay for service issues that they felt needed to be done. They came in on their day off just so we could do another test drive. When the car needed to have service they offered another car off their lot so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. If you are in the market for a used car, you are crazy if you don't take a look at this dealership! Even if they don't have the car on their lot that you are looking for, they will try their best to find it for you! Exceptional service that so many other small and large dealerships could learn from!

Ive purchased many cars over the years and have visited various dealerships and worked with many salesmen and women who represented those dealerships. Having had the opportunity to witness the ultimate customer service experience I had at A Unique Auto Source, Inc. was 2nd to none hands and feet down. In mid February 2015, I purchased a 2000 LS 400 that took me a several months to locate. Needles to say, I was in an accident the following April and my care was totaled. Unfortunately, it was back to the drawing board again for me. Fortunately, during my search for yet another 2000 LS 400 I ran across one at A Unique Auto Source, Inc. Now, my time was extremely limited during the week so I had been on the road to various cities looking at vehicles of interest. It was a SUNDAY when I called A Unique Auto Source, Inc. and low and behold Adam answered the phone, which I did not expect, from that moment on, I witnessed the ultimate customer service experience with purchasing a car unfold before my eyes. After giving Adam some background on my situation and expressed interest in driving from Atlanta, GA that day due to the limited amount of time I was working with, Adam immediately offered to come in and meet with me. I was shocked to say the least. I arrived approximately 4 hours later and Adam and one of his mechanics were on site ready to deliver the ultimate customer experience by answering all of my questions, took a test drive, honored my request to drive down a bumpy road, placed the car on a lift, provided the car fax, etc. I must say that I was at total peace with moving forward with the purchase but the experience didnt stop there. Adam and Nick worked with me getting the paperwork completed, researched service records, made some minor repairs and in the end, they both delivered my car to me here in Atlanta which was totally unexpected because I was prepared to drive a rental back to NC to take delivery. Adam and Nick truly earned my trust, respect, and ultimately my business and I have every intention of referring and encouraging my friends, family, associates, co-workers, etc. to this dynamic team to purchase their next affordable luxury vehicle. I too plan to purchase my next vehicle from A Unique Auto Source, Inc. which will be very soon. I bought my Infiniti G35 from this dealer. when I first came in they where very friendly and willing to help me find a car. By no means where Nick and Adam pushy salesmen. They let me shop for the car that I wanted and provided input about the vehicles. after talking to them for hours, I truly believe that any car that they sell, they would drive for themselves. so they don't buy junk cars and Einstein them up. I've often seen new inventory on they're lot. so maybe if they don't have the vehicle that you are looking for today, they might have it tomorrow. I have a friend who bought his Range Rover from here and has been nothing but satisfied with it. I would recommend this dealer to anyone searching for a used car. when it comes time to upgrading to a new car I will be definitely be returning to see Adam and Nick at A Unique Auto Source. Also I will be bringing my vehicle here for its regular maintenance. Great buying experience!!!

I don't normally do review on cars I have not driven for 2 month. I just got a 2007 lexus es350 today from a unique auto source. I was suppose to get the car last saturday but was on my way to charlotte so I decided to go back on wednesday but unfortunately it snowed so i called nick to let him know,He told me not to worry but he will deliver it to raleigh today and unbelievable he called me this morning and brought the car to my job in garner for us to finish the deal. I will recommend anyone to check this awesome guy out. They are real professional and reliable, their cars are in great sharp as well. Thanks guys

We were looking for something very specific and were incredibly fortunate that Adam and Nick had the automobile in their inventory. We had initially planned on visiting their business and looking at the car when they were closed. Much to our surprise they insisted on meeting us, so that we would have access to the car and their dealership. They are genuinely nice people, enjoy what they are doing and work hard to accommodate their customers. The customer service my wife and I experienced from Nick and Adam at A Unique Auto Source was second to none. They both were truly professional, very knowledgeable and their facility was very welcoming. We have had many car buying experiences in the past, but by far this was the BEST!!!! Performed some on the spot repairs after we test drove the vehicle and reported back that we had some vibrating from the front end of the vehicle. Nick ensured us that he would replace the rotors on the front axle, but he also went a little bit further by replacing the brakes as well. This is like no dealership you've ever been to. Because of the reviews here, I drove 2 1/2 hours from Fort Bragg to check out my Subaru. The car was in beautiful condition and drove like a dream. These guys stayed late -on a Saturday- when they weren't even open to facilitate me as that was the only possible day I could come. I was impressed they had a real answer for all my questions with documentation and promised if I had any issues in the following weeks they would work with me to get them resolved. I thought-ya that's what they all say.Shortly after, my check engine light came on and when I brought it in for a diagnostic at a Subaru dealership there were issues- not crazy, but more than I could afford to fix. I decided to give them a call and was prepared to go off the handle but was SHOCKED that they seemed embarrassed and have bent over backwards to fix all the issues. I feel like my experience was rare for them and they have lived up to their word in making good on a promise.I will -only- buy from them in the future.

This is definitely a place I would recommend a friend. These guys are great in every aspect of the word. When I came over to check out the cars they helped me find a car that was fit especially for me. I purchased a 2006 Jaguar XJ8. Upon my purchase I was unable to pick it up, so guess what these guys did, they delivered it to me. Awesome right!!! I thought the same thing. As of right now they are helping me set-up my Bluetooth and washing off that nasty pollen. So if anyone is looking to buy a car this is the place to be. You want leave here feeling like you've wasted your time or money.

They didn't have a Volvo on the lot. They said that maybe they could find what I was looking for. I told them the make, model, year, and price I was willing to pay for an XC60. Not only did they find the car, it was at a lower price and they drove over 100 miles to bring the car to me. Since when can you say I'll pay this price and a car dealer goes lower than that on their own? I would have paid the price that I had set!! Best experience ever. My next car will go through A Unique Auto Source.

My 2 1/2 hour trip from Raleigh was well worth it. The dealership is not even open on the weekends but Nick and Adam made it a point to meet me there...LATE on a Saturday afternoon! The car was exactly as advertised and I was not disappointed. The facility didn't even feel like a dealership, more like a South Beach social hangout. A lot of larger-scale dealerships should take note. I could have bought the same vehicle from the "automotive mile" on Capital Blvd here in Raleigh (with over 20 news and used car dealerships) but I'm almost certain the experience and the outcome would have been completely different. Oh! Plus I saved major bucks off the asking price without a lot of haggling!!! Give these guys an A+!

My experience with A Unique Auto Source was an exceptional experience! They came highly recommended from a co-worker. I called them and inquired about a minivan. I spoke with Nick the first time I called and he was extremely pleasant. At the time, they didnt have one on the lot, but assured me he could find me one. I spoke with Nick and his partner, Adam on several occasions about what I needed in the van. They were extremely helpful. After a few weeks, they located a 2004 Honda Odyssey. Its perfect and I love it. A Unique Auto Source is not your average dealer. I would recommend them for all your auto needs.

Finally, a dealership that knows how to deal with people. I am one of those guys who gets frustrated dealing with the high pressure sales guys at many dealerships. The guys at A Unique Auto Source welcome you into their relaxed environment and make you feel like a person not a number. I bought my Mercedes from them and couldn't believe how easy it was to deal with them. The negotiations and paperwork were smooth and the decor makes you just want to hang out. My husband and I brought our Infiniti F45 from a unique car source and we had and excellent experience. We went to test drive on a Sunday and we brought the car on Monday, and husband had to be to work early that morning and they had the tags, gas tank full, and papers ready for us when we arrived to make it a smooth and successful process!! Nick invited me to visit the Unique Auto Resource dealership, which I did much to my delight! I gave Nick my budgeted numbers and he put me on a beautiful Lexus RX300 in excellent condition. My wife drove the car, fell in love with it and from that point forward Nick did everything within his power to make her dream a reality! I did my research and quickly discovered that this dealership does NOT have a huge markup on their vehicles, rather choosing to offer an excellent selection of very nice vehicles at a reasonable price. Here's the amazing aspect of my personal experience: my wife was scheduled for surgery the day following our visit to the dealership. It was late in the day before I could visit the dealership with her to close the deal. It was physically impossible for us to complete all the required tasks before the close of the business day. Much to my wife's chagrin, I shared with Nick: "If someone comes along with the money, ...sell it!" Much to our surprise when we drove past the dealership on our way home from the hospital, ...Nick had pulled the car off the lot and held it for my wife. We were simply thrilled! Adam processed our paperwork expeditiously while Nick covered the numerous steps required by a non-cash sale. Short and to the point, ...this was MOST INCREDIBLE purchase experience of my life! I definitely recommend this dealership and you can bet I'll go back when I purchase my next vehicle! Gentlemen: This job was well done and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
