I unexpectedly needed my car serviced as I was on my way to New Hampshire and brought it into service. Chris Mulstay had it looked at for me right away and got me in and out before I could even arrange another ride. And he wasn't just great to me - I saw him update customers while I waited multiple times on the statuses of their cars and made everyone feel comfortable and in the know about what's going on.
