This was the easiest car purchase we have every made. Yes they reduced what they had previously offered for my trade-in but they weren't all that out of line. And yes they pushed an unneeded warranty extension which was grossly overpriced but it can be dropped later. That's how dealers make their money. You just have to accept that duplicity. On the upside Andrew Jorgensen was as straight as an arrow. This was my wife's car and as soon as he realized that he spoke to her and in term that were not belittling but one that she understood. There was no pressure in the whole process and it was as tolerable as any car purchase can be
