Salesperson we dealt with originally was rather pushy, and was unable to justify why his prices were $1,000 more than a dealer in Eastern PA. He tried to make us believe their nitrogen in the tires was worth the price markup. -We aren't morons and nitrogen does nothing for someone who actually checks their tire pressures. The Eastern PA dealer who gave us the cheaper quote were accused as liar's by Murray Mazda. We bought a car from the other dealer the next week at their promised price. Also, Murray could not locate/order the car we wanted and insisted that they drive one from 400 miles away as it was the only option. Once again, the other dealership magically had one that was actually new and not 400 miles on the odo...When I finally had to take my car in for recall related work (I do my own maintenance), I had to wait FOUR WEEKS before they could take a look at my suspension for a TSB on strut bearings. When the day finally came, the 'rental vehicle fleet' their salesmen had previously told us about was suddenly unavailable to us. I pushed for a rental anyway (as I had to schedule during the work-week) and they told me that rental vehicles were for important or lengthy repairs only. I guess suspension malfunction under warranty isn't important? Service continued to lack as they were unable to diagnose the problem even though I provided printed instructions from Mazda's TSB. and was able to duplicate the sounds 100% by simply backing up and turning. Nothing was fixed and I wasted four weeks waiting on these clowns. The final straw which forced me to write this review was my girlfriend scheduling an oil change, since the next closest dealership had a long wait. It took them 2 hours to change her oil, lose her keys, and provide a scratchy car wash/drying which she explicitly declined. She left with a $70 charge, which is ridiculous for a standard oil change. They didn't even use Mazda's recommended synth. oil w/ moly. They used the typical bulk synthetic and charged a premium price. To summarize, I'm glad we're moving closer to the other dealership and no longer have to rely on this place to rip us off for our money and time.
