Very good customer service by everyone we dealt with. We let Eric know where we wanted to be payment wise, and he and his team did what they could to get us pretty close to it. The features of the vehicle were explained very well by Dan. We are very happy with our purchase, and feel very satisfied with our overall experience. We purchased a Subaru Outback from Charlie's a little over a year ago, and have had our oil changes done there. The maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly as well.
