I was extremely impressed with your entire team from the first person to who answered the phone. I did not have to hold for a service advisor. Instead, The phone was answered immediately by an appointment scheduler. When I explained that I was looking for an estimate of what this might cost, she was able to help with that too. I was amazed that, after describing the problem and potential repair solutions, she seemed to have the answers at her fingertips -- and was able to give me two bottom-line estimates (parts and labor) based on potential repairs. They were very reasonable. Then she was able to offer me a choice of two appointment times for the very next day. When I arrived, your service consultant, Casie Tulenchik, got my car in immediately...and I barely had gotten coffee and sat down in the lounge when he returned to confirm the diagnosis and give me an estimated time for completion of repairs. But Casie did far more than that to impress me with your attention to service. As can happen with electrical problems, another part and a corroded connector needed replacing. And this was end-of-day. Casie worked me into his schedule the next business day, and had the work completed in less than an hour. (And the bill was still pleasantly reasonable.) Kudos to you, Casie and the rest of your staff.
