I first talked with Brian because I wanted to know how to trade in my Malibu, how it all worked and what the best SUVs were. Brian was super helpful and answered my millions of questions. When I did decide to go through with it, he was absolutely amazing! I'm pretty high maintenance and picky and he put up with me until the end even when I was being difficult and found me what I wanted. The only thing I would change is how long the whole process takes! I was in the dealership for 3 hours when I was buying my equinox! That's too much time!
