I decided to write a review because After a week I still feel bitterness in my mouth when I remember my day at the service department and realizing that complains in this place is a waste of time, After having a great experience while buying the car followed by having my first service done done with was done very professionally I had a problem with the car so I went back to the service met by Alex the worst service advisor I ever met he was rude not helpful at all or open to resolve my problem made every thing very complicated and after leaving my car with him over 5 hours though I had an appointment he failed to give me any information about the car so I had to take a trip to the dealership and I decided to talk to his supervisor Richard Gonzales and right away he took he's employees side didn't and made it all look like it was my fault and all I was looking for was some professional customer service which these people truly lack And after I was going around telling people that this a great dealer I have definitely changed my mind about that
