I came into the dealership simply to inquire about a vehicle on the lot. I wasn't really "looking", however, over the course of a month I worked with Nathan. Nathan has the patience that I wish I had. He was clear, measured and complete in his responses and approach. He never pressured me at any time or in any way! We each contributed to a fair deal to the point I wish I could have bought two BMWs!! When I picked up my new car Nathan spent 90 minutes teaching me how to use my new vehicle... at closing time to boot! I sincerely hope he is still there when I need a car several years from now.
