The only negative thing I have to say is that when my husband brought my car in for service (appointment at 8am) he was told it would be ready by noon. It was not ready, so he walked over to get some lunch and he noticed it setting in the back lot. When he got back and asked about it, he was told they would go check on it. He set there until 4pm. A little more communication on the progress would have been helpful because we know sometimes things just happen that can delay. The service is usually great and I like being able to take my car there and I will continue to.
