I'm not sure if they've been bought by ComCast or AT&T -- maybe they just learned customer service from those businesses. I live over an our away from the dealership, so it is not convenient to go there for service, though it is sometimes necessary. Using the "Contact Us" email on their website, I recently emailed the service department to ask about the time required for the needed repair, the availability of alternate transportation, and an estimate of the cost. After more than a week with no response, I called the service department. The girl who took the call couldn't answer any of my questions but was pretty adament that I would need to make two trips -- one for anassessment of the work to be done and one for the actual repair. I asked that she transfer me to someone who could answer my questions, They were all busy, so she took my questions and phone number and promised that someone would call me back in a few minutes. That was four hours ago. Why do I think I won't get any call? Why am I not surprised?
