Worked with Craig Pesnell. Was professional and listened to what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. Craig took the time to not only sit in the car and explain every feature to me, but also explained the proper procedures for bringing the car in for maintaince. Car is currently being worked on for a computer update and a recall on the radiator, Taylor in the service department has been very good at explaining what was wrong as well as returning my calls when I have had a question.
