I negotiated the car I wanted via email with Mike and when I showed up to purchase it I found it detailed and ready to go however I saw another higher end forester I liked and they sent me on a test drive with no hassle, I decided to purchase the second vehicle and they accommodated me without issue. Mike was not there that day so I worked with Nora Morrissey and she was fantastic. They gave me a fair price on my trade (kbb value) and took their time showing me all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle before I left. Honestly I could not have asked for a better experience.
