Internet sales manager was the biggest problem. Never had so much difficulty getting a simple understandable price quote. I had to sit through sales pitches about how it only works out to "x.xx dollars a day," and how "math can bend, but not break." But whatever, it's their job to get you to buy, not their job to speak to you as if you were intelligent. Sales manager was a nice guy. Sales associate was a great guy. I liked them both. Everybody at Kia stayed very late to complete the sale that night and did so without complaining. One of the better car-buying experiences.
