I could not be happier with my purchase, with my sales person Craig Haggerty and Kyle the Finance Manager.People who know me, know that I am very particular with my car - from inside out, down to every single detail of my car.I was known to trade in a barely one year old car for the exact same model just because I was tired of the color and the placement of the cup holders.To sum it all, yes, I am picky, very picky, even with my sales person. ?I bought my first 328xi brand new from another BMW dealership 8 years ago. And I bought a 2014 CPO 328i xDrive from Craig this time. But my excitement and experience are comparable to heaven and xxxx for both time. If it was not because the other dealership had the car I wanted back then, I wouldnt had wanted to deal with them at all. Craig and his team had totally changed my mindset on BMW dealerships.My car broke down on Saturday night and I had spent all day Sunday looking for a decent CPO 3 series and couldnt really find one that I like. I was a bit panic because I was not planning to fix an 8 years old car and really wanted to buy a car by Monday, not Tuesday, Monday! Finally, I narrowed down to 3 cars that are located at BMW of Minnetonka and 2 cars at the other BMW dealership, still, without much excitement. As those are not really my type of cars if given I have more time to shop. I decided to stop by BMW of Minnetonka first and really hope I will end up buying my car there so that I dont need to stop by somewhere else. Dont get me wrong, I like the service department at the other dealership, just not their sales team.Craig greeted me with friendliness that you couldnt expect from the other dealership. I showed him the stock numbers for the cars I have found on their website. The one that I really have high hope for, turn out it has some flaws that was a deal breaker to me. The other two were the type of cars I knew I would regret buying the second I sign the paperwork. We have checked out about 6 cars and still couldnt find the one I like. Before I thought of telling Craig I might have to check out the other place, he came running and told me he might have a car that I like and meet the monthly payment I have in mind. Just like any good sales person should, he listen to my wants and needs even when I thought I was just mumbling to myself. To my surprise, he even know what I was looking for without me actually saying it. Just like he knows I am picky without me even showing it. :) The car was still in the process of detailing when he showed it to me, so I didnt really have any expectation besides the body looks flawless, which will be a deal breaker to me IF it wasnt. I know, it is a used car, what should I expect, right? I expect flawless. :)Long story short, I was beyond impressed when I finally got to see the car in broad day light and drove it! At that point, I wasnt sure if I have fallen in love with that car or with Craig. It IS the car I was hoping to find and never thought I could find one in such good condition plus all the extra bells and whistles that I thought would cost an arm and a leg. Low mileage, Cold Package, Premium Package, Sport Steering wheel, Navi, spotless body with really good price! On top of that, Craig and his manager offered me a pretty good price on my trade without me doing all the negotiation. On top and on top of that, Craig took some money off the listed price without me even asked! I hate price haggling. But buying a car without doing so just doesnt make sense. This time, I did something that totally make no sense I didnt haggle, I didnt even try. I would be ashamed of myself if I did.One of the things I hate the most with buying car is the finance guy. They will try to convince you to bubble wrap your car with all the extra warranty, packages and etc etc etc. But not Kyle! He is funny and very friendly. No pressure, no sales pitch and very easy going.I dont ever do review, have never done one, not even for bad review.But I owe this to Craig if I dont.Thank you so much for your help, Craig!Keep up the good work!!
