I called twice about issues with a battery purchased a little over a year ago and was told to just come in with the battery and information of car. I called twice just to make sure I did and had everything needed. Being as my trip to the location was not short. I show up today to find that I should have had an appointment, that nobody mentioned to me. I was made to think this would be quick and easy . Which was not the case. My time and travel was wasted.
