SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:FOUNDATION COMPONENTS:MASTER CYLINDER

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2021 Ram 1500 Classic SLT trucks. Certain vehicles were built without the retaining clip that secures the master cylinder push rod to the brake pedal, which can cause the brake pedal to separate from the brake system.

While buying a vehicle is always exciting, the process it takes to drive it off the lot can be very exhausting. More so if the dealership, or, in this case, the salesman doesn't take you as a serious buyer. Being just 20 and and looking even younger I came to expect that sort of treatment. I had visited multiple dealerships the week prior, and every single one brushed me off, kept me waiting all day (and I mean sunup till sundown) just to end up with no deal. Finally I ended up at Troncalli where Mr. Tyler Grant greeted my fiance and me with respect and immediately began working with us. The process was comfortable, professional, courteous and QUICK. Very efficient. We found a great truck, and the rest is history.
