Came here to buy a used car in July. The young woman who showed us our car was very personable and helpful, we do like the car we bought, and the price we paid was on the high end, but within the range of fair. But the buying experience itself felt pretty high-pressure to me, and I didn't like doing business here. They listed a different price online and at the dealership, and started negotiations at the higher price even though we'd come in response to the online ad, they just said any old thing about the car we were negotiating over, regardless of whether it was true (Eg., one person told us during negotiations that the car hadn't been bought at an auction, when we were looking right at the carfax that said it had), and they kept doing tag-team sending in new people to talk to us and change up what the previous salesperson had said. We bought a car from them because we were pressed for time (our only car had been totaled in an accident and we had to find something fast). But I felt disrespected by the experience. Oh, and then after one of the salespeople accused us of "nickel and diming"during the negotiation because we were only going up by $100 at a time, it turned out the car had no spare key. Because the key has a microchip in it, it's going to cost over $100 to make one. *That* my friends, is nickel and diming.
