AIR BAGS: AIR BAG/RESTRAINT CONTROL MODULE | AIR BAGS:SENSOR:OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION:FRONT PASSENGER

Kia Motors America (Kia) is recalling certain 2021 Telluride, K5, and Forte vehicles. The Occupant Classification and Detection System (OCS/ODS) unit may not detect the presence of a child restraint system in the front passenger seat. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Buying a newer vehicle.

I went on to Leeauto.com and was looking for a newer to me vehicle. I put my info in the spaces provided for someone to call me back. It only took Dawn a couple days to do so, I was impressed. And then there was Mary Ann that took over and told me about several vehicles they had available, but were out of my price range. The she found a 2008 Toyota Tacoma that was, she then asked when I was coming up to check it out. When I finally did it was after I got out of work, Skyler and Mary Ann stayed past business hours to make sure I was ready to purchase. Both of them were explaining everything to me in very professional yet understandable manner. I would recommend Lee Auto in Brewer to anyone. Thanks again Mary Ann and Skyler.. Tim McCray.
