I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. This has to be the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. After already getting approved for a vehicle I had scheduled an appointment to pick up the car so I could take it to my mechanic to have the car checked out before I signed the paperwork and when I showed up the wrong car was ready for me. When I told them it was the wrong car it took them an hour to get the right car ready and when they brought it to me all the leather seats were covered in grease and there was no gas in the car. So I went inside and spoke with a women who told me she could give me $20 to get gas. I then told her that I did not care but I was not going to take a car with no gas in it. Then a gentleman came out and took the car to get gas and then never came back with it. After an hour of waiting and him still not returning I was told very rudely by the same women who offered to give me $20 for gas that the car wasn't ready and that I could not take it. When I asked her what was wrong with the car that it wasn't ready she would not give me an answer. So I went inside because after 2 hours of wasting my time I wanted to speak with the owner or manager. When asking for the owner I was told by the same women named Rachel that " I may act like this other places but I would not act like that here" granted I had never started yelling or cussing I just was asking to speak to the owner in a very firm understandably mad tone. After that I told her to step away from me and she said "what are you going to do if I don't". Which was completely shocking to hear coming from a 45 year old women. You would think she was old enough to know better than to speak to someone like that. Being in the customer service industry myself I have never spoken to anyone in such a manner. I did not continue to try to speak to the owner as I knew I was going to get nowhere with the 2 people I was dealing with so I just left the dealership. When I called later that day to speak with the owner over the phone I was told I couldn't speak to him and was hung up on. I was completely shocked at how I was treated the entire time I was there. I should have just walked out as soon as I walked in the dealership after I saw how unprofessional all the employees were dressed and how unkempt the cars were in the lot.
