Horrible customer service!

My husband and I were looking for a SUV. We found one that we were interested in and called down to Billion Auto to make sure it was still available since we lived about 1 1/2 hours away. We drove down there and as soon as we walked in the door they tell us that the vehicle we wanted to look at was sold the previous day. We decided to check out other vehicle since we were there. We found one we liked and started looking at numbers. To make a long story short they wanted to give me $500 for my trade in that is definitely worth over $2500. We decided we weren't going to make a deal and asked for our keys. We had to ask several times for our keys before the manager finally gave them to us. As soon as we left the store my phone starts ringing which we found funny because they couldn't have the decency to call us earlier in the day to let us know the vehicle sold. The next day we went to a different dealership and found a vehicle that we liked and got almost $3000 for our trade in! I will never recommend Billion Auto! Horrible experience!
