Bought a used car from Bob Johnson in leroy ny at the time we pick up the car they only had one key for it they gave us an we owe you paper and stated we would have the key within 2 weeks now over three months and many calls later still no key. Yes a key may seem minor but if that can't or won't do this simple task what would a major problem be like? When we were in the buying proccess are phone calls were answered within an hour now we do not get our calls returned. The vehicle we bought was a new car with 50 miles but considerd used as it was left over from previous yr
