I bought a new GMC truck from Jeff at Bailey Gibson, after being a customer of the GMC dealership "down the road" for over 20 years. I was treated like a person they appreciated, instead of just another customer at Bailey Gibson. The dealership itself is VERY dated. The ceiling looked like it had a BAD water leak, at one time. The carpet looks as if it has been in there, since the 80s. Also, it was VERY, VERY hot in there. No soda machines, but they did have some bottled water. BUT, the sales staff, the service department and even the managers expressed SO much appreciation. It was good, "old fashioned" service, like I was raised on. The world seems like it's in a rush, just like all the dealerships in Bowling Green. Thank you, Bailey Gibson Buick GMC, for the exceptional service! You guys are stellar!
