I took my truck in for a Air Pump Injection System, even though the warranty for the Air Pump Injection System was extended through Toyota I had to pay full price because I was over the extended mileage. No problem, when I picked up the truck, I only drove 5 miles before the check engine light can back on and the truck did not run properly. This was the second time in a row I had taken my truck in for service and had to take it back immediately because it wasn't fixed properly but each time I was given a loaner car. The dealership had the truck ready the next day, when I picked it up, the air conditioning and heater did not work. This worked fine when I took the truck in originally. I took the truck back in and was told it was two heater sensors that were under the dash and would cost approximately $1500 to fix. Even though everything worked fine when I took it in for service the dealership said it was not related to the repair and they would not cover it. I have been a Toyota customer for almost 30 years and have never been let down until now. Very dissatisfied with the decision of the service manager not to fix what was working fine when I took the truck in for service. I will never take my vehicles or recommend this dealership to anyone. I guess if you take a car in for an oil change and someone backs into the door of your car, they won't cover it because it wasn't related to the repair.
