General Manager, Tony Sciple, Completely Snubs Customer
Customer Service: 1.0 Overall Experience: 1.0
Tony Sciple is a useless general manager! I have an ongoing service and administrative issue which has gone unresolved. Every time I reach out to the dealership, I hear back yes, it will be resolved this time, sorry about that, consider it done this time, etc. Yet, nothing gets resolved, ever. After so many failed attempts, I tried contacting the General Manager, Tony Sciple, who couldn't even be bothered to return calls, address my needs, nor follow up with my issue, he has never returned my call! It looks as if Tony is only there to take your money, then leave you "high and dry" after they get your money. Disgusting!! Devinder Maraj, Owner of Champion Porsche, ought to be ashamed of Tony's behavior towards a Champion Porsche customer. In my opinion, this reflects very poorly on the judgement of Devinder Maraj as Champion Porsche Dealer Principal in choosing Tony to represent the dealership as his most senior manager. Just try contacting Tony and see how frustrated you grow!
